The room was HUGE and had a luxurious feel to it!Had comfortable beds and pillows, a clean bathroom, a microwave, and a strong hot showerThe AC worked great and blew nice cold air The room had dimming lights which came in handy when my kiddos wanted to watch cartoons while I napped

There are washers and dryers that use quarters and they worked great Our clothes came out clean and dry the first time (better than the laundromat)I’ve stayed with 3 children and as a single mother I felt safe going to my vehicle at night We came to Baton Rouge for the Revolution Conference, and came back to the hotel after 2 AM every nightWe wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and we plan to book this place the next time we’re in town

My room is very nice Very newly remodeled Full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, microwave

Coffee maker isn’t great, only single serve packs but not terrible King bed & pillows are super comfy There’s a great dive bar next door, Pete’s Tavern There’s not much else within a few blocks but just couple miles down the road is about anything you need Very quiet location!!!

Before, I even bought the room, manager was super nice and helpful He allowed me to see two different rooms and they were both great quality I selected the larger room

It was real clean and smelled really good The bathroom was nice and the bed was real comfortable I also liked the tv options (same as cox) Girl I brought with me enjoyed it as well Didn’t have to worry about any obnoxious jousted noises from outside It was real nice and peaceful Whenever I needed anything, manager was always outside very helpful I’ll for sure be coming back

I have stayed overnight twice at this place and I highly recommend it to anyone The people and service is wonderful I like the location even though it is next to a major street with heavy traffic I found it quiet and I slept very well in those nice comfortable beds

I needed ice for my little travel chest and they supply it It is right next to a convenient store I walked over and picked up a few things Breakfast was delicious and very well provided with many things Rooms are very clean and everything was great I will be staying there again in the future

Wonderful hotel! Price was great! Close to the interstate, with a few eating options, Starbucks and a couple gas places very close Great curb appeal Super clean hotel

Nice pool and hot tub Attendants were very nice Only thing I could even comment on that wasn’t great, was breakfast had more limited options then some Will stay again

The hotel has been recently renovated and I think they did a very good job with the exterior facelift and interior design changes The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and well stocked at all times Rooms were not as quiet as could have been, but outside noises were absent during core sleep hours

Rooms had a mini-fridge and microwave just in case you need it Small outdoor pool and indoor gym equipment appeared to be well kept Prices for the rooms were reasonable for the area The area also had plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner As I was traveling with the family pet, it was nice to find a hotel that allows pets, for an additional $20 surcharge

The location is not a Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott it is a Best Western I was checked into a room that had not yet been serviced I was then checked into another room that was not properly cleaned

My comforter, pillow, and bathroom wall had blood stains on it There was a used washcloth hanging in the bathroom and the toilet was nasty I cleaned the toilet myself with the Clorox wipes I brought along with me I mentioned it to the front desk manager and he had this attitude as if he really did not care He proceeded to tell me that he is not the one that did it I was not looking for a refund or anything I didn’t mention anything about a refund I just wanted to let him know so he can inform housekeeping of the poor job they are doing People spend all this money to stay at hotels and is greeted to those kind of things That is just horrible Not to mention I had to strip the bed myself, go get fresh linen and make the bed myself I had my 5 month old baby with me and he puts everything in his mouth It was just horrible I shouldn’t have to clean the toilet and make the bed myself I paid my money and everything should have been done from the get go

This hotel so sad I didn’t want to put a star but I had to just to put review Hotel and the management needs help The hotel just as nasty as the manager attitude

The room that was reserved for us had bloody comforter and manager was unbothered by it Pool was closed (which we were not advised) This place is a do not return for me I had a family vacation of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) which all became sick at our stay at this hotel NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! The mew management should have invested in projects the way he keeping this place up because I know for a fact this not the way a hotel should be ranOh yea and keep your voice down 9 o’clock is quiet time

M. Fruge’

My husband and I was passing through and it was cheaper than the Drury and the others we usually goes to However, we got what we paid for The bed wasn’t the best & breakfast was cold and bagged like commodity food, I guess

Like I said, you get what you pay for going cheap! Ik we will stick to what we’re used to next time Customer service was nice & professional

Both of my visits at the Sleep Inn were very relaxing The room’s cleanliness was immaculate, the noise was super low, and the bed was cozy That said, the real cherry on top was the kindness and courtesy of the staff members

The receptionist and her supervisor were super understanding of my own mistake with forgetting my debit card for the deposit when I received a pre-paid stay from my companyNot only did she let me use her phone to call my boss to straighten it out, but they were willing to waive the deposit as a one-time grace Doing everything to help me and reaching the extra mile, providing a lovely room, and all at a reasonable price earns the Sleep Inn a solid 5 Star review Will definitely be doing business again!and I won’t forget my debit card next time

Check in was quick and easy The rooms were spacious clean cool and had comfy beds ! Happy with my stay for a reasonable price The breakfast was also delicious and a good variety of things to eat from biscuits eggs sausage bacon and gravy to the easy stuff like bagels waffles cereal and muffins Pool is also open which is a plus cause most hotels pools are still closed Also had a 24 hr gym area which was nice Will definitely be coming back for any future trips! Overall I was a little disappointed in my stay but I do understand that the staff was very short hand and were probably overworked The weekend I stayed here the hotel was packed, which was why we were here in the first place The Hampton Inn next door was all booked up

There were a lot of issues with folks room being cleaned and the manager herself very humbly started cleaning rooms I respect thatPros:-Breakfast was awesome-Hard working staff (Esp the manager)Cons:-Room was dirty when we checked in, had to politely ask for someone to please at least vacuum the room-Requested to have our bedding change 2-3 times (have a 1 year old who had an accident) and it took forever (actually still waiting on the change as i’m writing this and our first request was over 2 hours ago)-They don’t have ice machines-Pool is outside and super small (can be a positive depending on how you look at it)-Tub didn’t have a water stopper-Front desk receptionist was not there a good portion of the time however I do understand as some of them were helping to clean rooms-Checking in to the hotel, the receptionist was a little ‘cold’-When you check in to the hotel, the deduct $250 from your account for incidentals and then release it back to you after you leave I’ve never seen it done this way before Typically they have your card on record and will only charge it after you leave if something is broken What if someone need that $250 while they are at the hotel?!I’m sure most of these bad things were circumstantial but sadly it left a bad taste in my mouth and prob won’t be booking this hotel in the future Wishing the staff the best though

Disappointed with hotel and service We stayed as a softball travel team and families booked individually I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and had no problem

This past weekend was different First of all, way over priced Carpet throughout needs shampooing Room I stayed in had broken door to bathroom My daughter literally was locked inside I let the front lady know so it could be fixed I also put all dirty towels outside room late at night since we would be gone early morning most of day To say very least, I had to dry myself off with a hand towel since none were put back Not was just my room but most of our team had no towels, pillows, sheetsand the beds were too firm than I recallthis is very disappointing when paying double then a usual price The lady at front desk was little rude and not helpful To top it off, the hotel would not give Choice members rewards points Will not be going back to Comfort Suites here
