Front desk staff were so nice and sweet The room was cleaned although the tissue was left over from the previous person leaving the tissue box empty They did not do housekeeping during our stay but did knock and check through out our stay (covid restrictions)

The breakfast was okay but overall great clean place The area is decent but the location was a bit further from the beach

Stayed here for a couple of nights while in the Pensacola area Hotel is dated but very clean, beds are super comfortable, rooms are a little tight with 2 adults and 2 children Breakfast was good and the location was easy to access

Only complaint, our room never really cooled off even after putting the thermostat down to 66 I told the lady at the front desk when we checked out and she wrote it down so hopefully room 402 will be better for the next family!

Sean Gallagher

Not the top of the line rooms or setting but it was good enough The rooms were reasonably clean The included breakfast was okay but great to have

The food service person was friendly and personableTwo things I’ll note: the toilet didn’t empty well when flushed and the shower curtain rod brackets are installed upside-down so that the curtain cannot be hooked at the ends to keep it from sliding away from the ends The brackets are pulling from the wall so the rod sags causing the curtain to slideIn extreme weather, such as the tornado that came through while we were there, the window leaks somewhere, leaving a puddle on the A/C Fortunately it did not pool to the floor

Absolutely best place if you have small children The cabins are cute and cozy and accommodate cooking small meals and a place to sit and eat or work space The down side of this place is there aren’t enough cabins as of to date, to make planning a return trip in the near future

I understand they’re in the works of expanding to more cabins and bigger It’s the most affordable way to play a trip to the beach and other Waterparks and attractions in the area It’s safe and secure for little ones to play and still remain in eye sight The little store “Ranger station ” has quite a few novelty items and there’s always something planned for the kids The staff is very friendly and can offer other ideas of local attractions and more to explore

Kate Hulse (Nerdgirlk8)

I really enjoyed my stay here The park is clean, the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful On any given day walking through the grounds, you’ll hear children laughing as they play on the giant inflatable bounce-house slide, playing in the pool, or playing pickleball

The park is in the process of adding more activities for your family to enjoy The shop offers bags of materials containing gemstones for your family to try sluicing down by the pond where you can fish for bass and bluegill The shop has some food items and snacks for purchase, and a bunch of cute Yogi Bear items Even without children to keep you occupied, the park is quiet and full of birdsong, full of mature pines, perfect for sitting out on the hammock or by the fire and simply relaxing Will definitely be coming back!

Craig Malcom

Huge sites! This is a Great Camp ground The staff is friendly and eager to please! Lots of fun things for the kids to do! Not an unreasonable distance from restaurants, shops or the beach even! Bathrooms are super clean and nice spacious showers They even opened up 2 brand new bathrooms by the pool during our stay

This will always be our go to campground when visiting this part of the country!!

We were early but stopped to see if we could go ahead and check in before an excursion we had planned so we could get our luggage out of the hot car Upon arrival we were greeted and asked if we were set on our king room we had booked? She offered us a complimentary upgrade with our diamond status to a king suite It made our stay that much better

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable Bed was nice, as well as pillows and the shower Would definitely stay here again if we come back for a visit My only complaint is we were only there for one night Thanks for making our short stay so special!!

Melanie Jones

The staff are so friendly especially the nice breakfast manager She knew how to make you feel so welcome! The rooms are very nice, very clean! The price we paid I was a bit nervous to see the room, but it’s completely exceeded our expectations! I will definitely be booking with this place for now on! Such a short drive to the ocean as well Thank you so much 😊

Jennifer Wood

Absolutely amazing experience! The front desk were extremely friendly and helpful The lady who prepared breakfast was so beyond sweet to us especially my girls! We stayed here for our honeymoon to visit Pensacola for one week Shanna was the woman at the front desk who helped us Very sweet and kind, tended to our every need

During our stay our A/C in our room started having trouble, and she immediately saved us another room to transfer to, before they got fully booked She made our honeymoon so great!!! She answered all of our questions, and also helped us find places to go an experience Pensacola We will definitely be back to visit this place because of her The entire staff and cleaning ladies were all so sweetAnd the owner, offered us complimentary water when we arrived It just goes to show, that a hotel doesn’t have to be extremely expensive to get top notch service!!! Tracy Forest

Staying was a last minute choice on a busy holiday weekend after we discovered that the other hotel where we had made reservations was not up to par The staff at Fairfield were very accommodating, finding a room at the best rate for us The rooms were comfortable and clean, parking lot was well lit, and the hotel had nice amenities, like an indoor pool, mini market, and complimentary breakfast

It’s not a luxury hotel, but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Mae

We had reservations but was put in a handicap room The shower head was not adjustable and at our chest level The A/C was not working properly

Had the temp set to 67 to cool the room because it was hot and it never cooled off Woke up several times sweating Told the front desk and they were like oh well We will have the a/c looked at The room was next to the ladies restroom They were cleaning late at night it was loud and the chemical smell through the wall was awful and caused me to have breathing issues for a couple of hours The ladies at the front desk could careless about the issues I do not recommend this facility I travel a lot and always use Marriott chain But this has me second guessing my choice

Jonbwylde

I will say the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and got me checked in very promptly The hotel itself is pretty dumpy and the rooms need to be remodeled The windows are paper thin and I could hear the road noise like my bed was in the intersection

If this was $80 a night it would be 4 stars but over $200 a night for this is laughable

I had the fortune of staying here with my partner some years ago with this being my first Bed and Breakfast experience Upon arrival we found our room keys along with a note in the front door telling us to come in and make ourselves at home, the owner was out shopping for us and would be back shortly Coffee and cake we’re waiting which was fantastic and soon we were greeted and warmly welcomed by the owner who showed us around and told us the history of the house and told us to get whatever we wanted from the guest fridge

Our room was just as I was expecting and happy to see, beautiful and filled with antiques Breakfast was very good, freshly prepared and we eat with another couple and the owner Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to downtown and it’s located in a safe feeling neighborhood We both loved our stay and the owner was simply delightful! I’ve never felt so welcomed and at home as I was here If we ever visit the area again rest assured we will definitely stay here

MalMaui

Super cute and fun building The proprietor met us at the door and gave us a tour of the home and maps of downtown sites! She asked what time we’d like breakfast and cook a lovely breakfast in the mornings for usDoors comes with a cute Victorian lock and key!The house is amazing

I use to volunteer an Antebellum home when I was younger and love the high ceilings and craftsmanship of the wood trimmings there and here Lovely!!!

Keith Raiche

We had only 3 weeks to plan this trip, and we could NOT have picked a better place to start It was very easy to find, and in the heart of the areaUpon our arrival, we are treated to wonderful decor

Coffee and pastries are available all day There is enough seating on the main floor for all the guest to enjoy the coffee, or just read from their large collection of book and magazinesOur room was FANTASTIC; beautifully decorated, charming, comfortable and quietWe were within walking distance of everything: historical landmarks, the fishing pier, shopping and restaurants The comfort level for walking the area was high: even at nightWe will highly recommend this place to ALL our friends and family Even people we just stop to talk to

Suite 903 – Such a great time! Modern, masterfully decorated 2 bedroom condo Kitchen was stocked better than I expected Two bathrooms, both outfitted as well as any home I’ve been in

The master bath has a jacuzzi tub Lovely dining table for 6 Huge sectional couch (I think it was a sleeper, forgot to check?!), A recliner, and a nice little rocking chair Spacious balcony with 6 chairs and a small table Wifi router with 4 cat 5 plugs available for those who couldn’t help but bring with them The view was breathtaking- you’re 9 floors up! The beach appears endless The pools are well kept, one is heated Super sweet access to the sand for intimate walks and shell hunting expeditions Plenty of fine shopping and food nearby I enjoyed Flounders so much, we went twice! I would recommend this place to anyone, it exceeded all my expectations and I’m eager to plan our return

Kelli W

I wouldn’t recommend this place The condo is very old The common area, elevators, even luggage racks could be updated to look nicer

When we walked into our room it smelled odd I thought it would air out some during our stay, but it did not Fixtures are loose, the spare bed is awful, even the balcony furniture was gross I didn’t feel like it was clean enough throughout On our first full day there, the water was shut off from 9am to 4 pm The pool area needs some updating too Old chairs, umbrellas, and tables The pictures on the site are deceiving The only good thing about it is walk to the beach This was my first time at Pensacola beach When I come back I’ll be staying at Margaritaville or Holiday Inn Looks like you can stay there for the same price, but obviously much nicer/newer accommodations

April Pulley

It’s an older condo which is fine, but there is no noise canceling Our upstairs neighbors on FL16 moved around their furniture every morning before 7am each day We never heard noise from the above condo itself (like speaking or footsteps)

There are 6 keycodes that either aren’t needed, don’t work, or are just inaccurate I had to physically climb the wall out our first night here because we couldn’t get out the gate and needed the convenience store There are only 2 elevators which barely work and are always crowded with lots of waiting The beach is not private so anyone will post up right in front of your rented beach chairs regardless of your reservation at 7am The pool looked okay but old and not well kept There were several service workers who were clearly working and very nice, but none really in charge of anything We had a 6 person condo with not enough toilet paper or commodities to last 2 people The bed literally was held up by a book Wouldn’t recommend The restaurants across the street are the only shining star

OUTSTANDING STAFF AND PROPERTY! We have stayed here for ten days total, in two 5 day stints, and I feel very blessed to have gotten to know a tiny bit of the amazing staff! I will start with the property though: very very clean, updated, comfortable, and modern Beautiful pool at the perfect temperature, love the individualized temperature control in the rooms (for once you can actually set your room at the temperature you are most comfortable at!), and love the clean, large, well-appointed rooms The fridges are a tiny bit small, but they are an appropriate size for the room, and it is a hotel fridge, so oh well

The rooms all have COX cable, with a guide so you don’t have to channel surf The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the blankets are warm But the best part of this property (that is already great!) is the STAFF! Ms Keisha was invaluable, she answered my questions prior to arrival, she checked our family in, she saw us every afternoon and evening, and even remembered our original room number when we came back a week later (just shows her attention to detail!) She takes customer relations seriously, never badmouthing other customers, always following up on any questions, and always having just the kindest, sweetest way of dealing with you that makes you feel like you are home! Also a HUGE shoutout to Ms Tiffany, Ms Amanda, and Ms Amber, we were so so grateful for each and every one of them They were ALL professional, ALL kind, and ALL experts in helping make our stay wonderful! It means a lot when you come back after a long day and they remember something small about you, and actually care about how you are doing I hope they are all recognized for the AMAZING service they each provide!Highly highly recommend this property: CLEAN, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT ROOMS, GREAT LOCATION If we ever need a hotel again in the local area, we will be staying here!!!

Maranda Hardin

We rented a king suite and it was very nice The staff was incredibly friendly upon check in The pool was fairly small, but it was nice

Overall, I would stay here again Docked a star because the bed was as hard as a rock You’d expect a room that cost that much and because it was a suite, that the bed would be a little more comfortable

After traveling more than 10 hours, my husband and I were greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome attitude by Robert at the front desk He looked up our reservation quickly and got our room keys straight awayWhen we got to the room, we couldn’t get the AC to work

Not a problem! Robert and my husband went right back to the room and took care of it He was very kind and made sure he offered us the points or the amenities because we were IHG members I’m sure we would have been treated exactly the same way had we just walked in and not been members of any group Professionalism at it’s best Robert is an asset to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites family

The manager on staff working Friday was extremely understanding with our service dogs We had slept in our car the night before because another hotel was extremely gross and it was hard finding a place pet friendly that wasnt gross So we slept in our car the night before and had most of our money tied up in refunds for two hotels we had to get refunds from

I was running on 3 hrs of sleep and was in tears when I saw no pets but relieved when I told him they were service animals We usually stay in pet friendly hotels because it’s just easier He was very kind and our room was very clean The lady cooking breakfast on Saturday was the sweetest, she made sure I went back to our room with these apple cake things No complaints at all

Lianna Flemming

Very clean and nicely updated I thoroughly checked the room for bugs or dirt with a flashlight and couldn’t find anything that was dirty or not cleaned spotless It felt so good not to worry about cleanliness there

We had to leave our prior hotel because we found lots of roaches We will 100% stay at this hotel if we come to Florida again

For the amount of staff on hand for services, they did an amazing job! Room was spotless and clean Bed was super comfortable and the ocean view from the bed was in perfect setting Food and food service was excellent

The evening bar staff 5 stars across the board! The girl that made our drinks was super knowledgeable and personable Her and the evening Chef made us feel like family That’s extremely rare now days Because of them we will be making Margaritaville Beach Hotels our new home away from home! Thanks guys!! 😊

Melissa Metcalf

The hotel is nice and the food and drinks are great We really enjoyed the location We didn’t watch much TV, but all they have is cable with no guide so finding something to watch was painful

We had to keep asking for clean towels Our room was cleaned one time during a stay of 8 days And finally, staff was driving a golf cart wide open in the parking deck For the price, we expected better and had better at other hotels close by

puddingg1 M Flegen

Beautiful suite with terrific ocean viewsOverall I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was It’s clearly the best in the Pensacola with great beach accessThe rooms was nicely appointed and had a huge bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in showerThe hotel staff was courteous and breakfast was goodIt is a shame that COVID has disrupted daily room cleaning and extras like room service but this is the case almost everywhere one stays

I would definitely stay at this hotel again If I had one critique for hotel management it’s that the hallways are starting to show their age and could use a fresh coat of paint

We stayed at Southern Grace at the Purple Parrot Accommodations were excellent It is a 1 bedroom very nicely decorated with southern charm

Very clean and comfortable It is the perfect place for a couple to get away from the crowds The porch was an added touch to enjoy the outdoors in the evenings The pool was nice and not crowded at all Thank you to the owners for such a beautiful stay

Jamie Prip

This was our first time staying here The 1 bedroom condo was very nice but a little small for a family of four Also, the floors must be very thin because the people above us we’re pretty noisy

Pool was pretty but not very clean If you come here make sure you get a 2 bedroom upstairs and make sure it’s not close the the bar, can get pretty loud at night

Marina Strader

I have to say that we have been staying here for the past 12 years My husband and I met here while he was in the Navy We try to come for the 4th celebration every year

Unfortunately the condo (12AU) we got this time was a nightmare On day one we had to call about our air conditioning system going out, they fixed thatThe condo was dirty, with black mold penetrating though the bedroom and entire ventilation The bunk beds had bugs, so our kid had to sleep with us We paid Saturday to Saturday, but due to mold issue developed headaches and our daughter started vomiting We emailed them about the issue No response We packed our bags and checked into Perdido beach resort on Wednesday We went by to give them the keys and told them how unbearable and toxic that place was So far we were not offered any refund We will be submitting a complaint to a better business bureau, with pictures We paid for a week, but now have to be out another 500$ a night, so we have a safe place to sleep till Saturday We will never come back to that resort

The beds were comfortable for my taste Noise was never an issue I decided to get Hilton points in place of breakfast but we did enjoy some cocktails at the bar that evening The bar staff was so nice and even made our son feel welcomed in the restaurant area with a Shirley temple Thank you Hilton staff for making our quick weekend trip a great one

Great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn From the front desk to the clean rooms everything was perfect I stayed at another hotel in the area (that was the same price) not that long ago and the rooms were disgusting

Not the case here even though the cleaning crew wasshort staffed and they had to turn the whole hotel The front desk clerks were super help and cheerful I would definitely go back when I’m the the area again
