Anyone looking for an apartment in the city but not in a high populated area, this is where you should stay! Overall experience of moving in was a breeze thanks to the every staff member I’ve met in the leasing office being helpful but most importantly professional The apartment itself is spacious and definitely gives that luxury feel I am so happy I found this place

Moved in in December 2021 and literally no complaints

This review is soley about the individuals who maintenance and service the apartment building Specifically Jay- he has been the biggest help in so many ways He is timely, efficient, and professional

He really does great work and he is always visible You never have to wait an extensive mount of time for repairs and he gets the job done quick He is also extremely personable and nice!

Overall, AMLI Piedmont Heights is great There are a few minor things like every other apartment complex but nothing to cry about The maintenance here is great, specifically Jerel; he’s a maintenance team member here at AMLI Piedmont Heights

He will go above and beyond to make sure everything gets fixed correctly and in a timely manner Hopefully, he stays at AMLI for a long time because I don’t know what they would do without him Tim in the leasing office is really helpful too Whenever I have an issue regarding keys, parking, etc, I know that he’ll be super helpful

On my wife’s google account, but

Atlanta accommodations was a great experience I needed a short term rental for a few months without a long contract as I was only there for work for an unspecified time and this was the answer unless i wanted to live in an economy hotel for not much less or spend way more money to stay in a nice hotel The apartment was really nice and rates were reasonable per the no contract pricing Luis, Nancy, and Suzanne were all really helpful I would definitely recommend Atlanta Accommodations, especially for insurance adjusters

HMU Tips and Tricks!

I have stayed at these properties several times while on extended stay in ATL for work The property is a secure, comfortable environment that offers a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home When away from home for a while, laundry and the ability to have a kitchen is such a comfort

The management is quick to respond and is very accommodating The cost is reasonable in relation to a hotel that does not offer the same level of amenities I strongly recommend this opportunity to fellow business travelers

I’m a regular at this point – 4 stays in the past year in 3 different room types Alecia B&B is an absolutely favorite The deluxe room is my favorite, but Alecia has a comfortable room for every budget

Snacks are always stocked The place feels like home in the city Super easy to drive to where you need to go I absolutely recommend this place Alecia has been an excellent host time and time again

Becky Westerberg

The host forgot about our booking resulting in us having to pay $80 for a hotel after landing at 11pm at night Despite us contacting her via the app we booked with to say we were delayed No apology the next morning and was very short on the phone to us

Had no refund for not being able to stay 1 night, leaving us over $100 put of pocket Bed was uncomfortable and broken underneath it Not clean The snacks were left out for days Overall communication was poor Location wasn’t great either

I had to write when I read the negative review from six years ago – really? My husband and I stayed with Eleanor at the Inman Park B&B a few months ago and loved it The location is fantastic, Eleanor is an amazing woman and the house is full of history and charm I’m about to book a room there again and will continue to do so everytime I come to Atlanta

Couldn’t ask for better!

Hawk Dobrich

We went to stay here and we were totally confused The pics look great and clean one on site it wasn’t nearly alive at all Our was upstairs and it’s show on the pic as two double beds

So to give us a king bed they pushed the two bets together The bathroom you have to go thru the common area , so being fully dressed is a must of you wish to go from you room to the bathroom The stat is outside of the room so controlling the with the door closed would be an issue Since we left we still paid for the day

As I sit here and reflect on my visit to the Highland Inn a few words come to mind Quiet, Calm, Reserved, and Convenient are just a few of the words to describe my stay Travelling a lot and getting into town early doesn’t always mean a timely check-in BUT they quickly checked me in and were extremely accommodating

Conveniently next to a nice gas station convenience store and a few minute walk from a nice diner made the stay even better for this guy Lastly, it was a quiet and very calm room stay which is an ideal environment for relaxing after a fun time in the city I strongly recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons and a nice little place to escape the city

The Magician And The Beautician

Absolutely loved our stay My boyfriend and I stayed here on our way back home from a business trip and always look for quaint, old inns or otherwise unique places to stay in cool neighborhoods that have lots of great bars and shops nearby The neighborhood is great (I would recommend it for more of the liberal/hipster crowd, I noticed a few people complaining about that online, but we loved it) and the hotel is a gem

Very friendly staff, made great bar recommendations, and there are great restaurants and bars nearby Room was fantastic and the heat had been turned on prior to our arrival (it was 30 degrees outside) and was perfectly cozy We can’t wait to come back!

Jeremy Kaczynski

What a wonderful place! My family and I (4 adults and an infant) came here after we FLED another hotel that was garbage The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, pleasant, and generally very hospitable as one would expect when staying someplace a far drive from home I enjoyed the old school look of the place, too

It sorta put you back in time, but without sacrificing the quality Also enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and proximity to food and entertainment May God bless them for a wonderful experience!

Sugar Magnolia B&B is a beautifully restored home that has preserved all of the charm of its original construction The location is very close to multiple businesses and restaurants while also being somewhat secluded in a nice neighborhood As nice as the house is, the staff is even better! Kathryn in particular was the highlight of our stay

Not only did she make us a wonderful breakfast and fantastic coffee each morning, but she was so kind and lovely to talk to I will be looking to stay here again in the future upon returning to the Atlanta area

Jamie Morrison

Sugar Magnolia is a beautiful Queen Anne style home and my husband and I absolutely loved staying at this home for the weekend We stayed in the the Royal Suite and the jacuzzi tub was awesome Kathryn was a wonderful host and I enjoyed trading stories about all of our silly cats together

The staff is very warm and friendly They are very informative and have great conversation I love the fact that they care about their guests’ wellbeing Kathryn, the innkeeper, made sure to ask, well in advance, if there were any allergies or dietary restrictions before preparing a delicious breakfast Greeted us by name every morning and gave a warm hug goodbye when we left You definitely are not treated like just a number while at Sugar Magnolia

Our third and last stay at this location in 3 years At this price point breakfast was not included, water pressure was very low and room sofa sagged terribly Room/bed was clean & comfortable but the whole property was in need of maintenance/upgrade

Our room had peeling wallpaper and our hallway wing had sustained water damage Also as a “pet friendly” facility, there were no pet waste stations Staff was very courteous but did not make up for the above mentioned issues

Monica Curbeam

This is not a Hotel it’s an upgraded motel The lobby was nice Rooms not so nice

Musty dirty carpet Found hair in both beds Asked housekeeping to change bed, she put sheets on desk and expected me to change them Bathroom door had hole in it where they just plastered over it Saw 2 baby roaches on TV stand and 1 in Bathroo m Nasty hotel/motel

Joe Anderson

For a Courtyard by Marriott this location misses the mark by a long shot It is in very serious need of maintenance issues, cleaning issues and upgrades I walked in my room and it smelled musty

The locks on the doors are ancient and the bolt will come out if you do not fully engage the handle as you are leaving If you are not careful it will leave your door ajar while you are gone In thebathroom, there was mold/mildew under the rim The grout on the tile floor was “fixed” with chalk and quite poorly All the chalk in the bathroom was poorly done The outside of the tub was filthy!! The sleeper sofa has clearly seen better days It sagged seriously in the middle, enough that I could not sit on it comfortably They advertise and show the capability internet based television The connection is not completed for this service Finally, I walked out of my room in the evening to find a housekeeping/cleaning cart outside the door in the hallway No room was being cleaned nor did I see any staff member nearby I also saw some very serious remnants of water damage on the walls in the hallway I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
