This hotel is kept in pristine condition and is very neat and clean The staff is very welcoming and helpful, which makes the stay very pleasant It is in a very quiet and safe location, which is very important to me and most people

The room had all the amenities one would need, including a two burner stove top My only complaint (and the only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5) is there are no cookware, dishes, or silverware to use if needed

Lexi Troyer

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our 6 day vacation Upon check-in Fernando greeted us He was very welcoming and treated us like family and he has a great sense of humor! We felt very comfortable during our stay and the room was immaculate

The entire staff was very personable from the front desk to housekeeping They all made us feel welcome We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

New hotel in Colorado Springs Absolutely love the Marriott brand The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Was hauling a trailer since I was moving from another state and they told me exactly where to park and made sure I had a room overlooking the parking lot and my vehicle with trailer The room was spacious and the beds comfortable Will definitely be back My only criticism was the surcharge for parking and the lackluster breakfast options I get that we’re still dealing with Covid, but I think for the price point, the investment in a knockout breakfast is a worthy one

John Keen

Horrible service from the GM Ronnie I stayed here on military orders Once mission was complete we had to checkout early

First time in 7 years of military travel that I have been charged a service fee for checking out early The employee was appreciative of my service and she was nice and recommended I leave a note for the GM to waive the fee He chose not to I left a message with him and they have a 48 hour policy to get back to me Its been over a week and have not heard anythingThey are franchise owned GM got my note but would note waive the fee for a military serviceman Assistant GM Jennifer gave me the brush off too Safe to say my team will not be staying here any longer for trips to COS Will not do any business for those that don’t appreciate the duty of those who protect this countryThe hotel itself is fine Quiet and clean for the most part They charge you for parking

Austin Snow

Biggest takeaway: For being the among the priciest of the selection of hotels in the immediate vicinity, it was not on par with what we expect from those same other hotels/brands It’s definitely nice enough, location is great, but wasn’t super impressed after our stay Front desk staff was friendly but couldn’t locate my reservation even though I had checked in through the app the day prior

Bar in the main lobby open in the evening is a nice perk Otherwise felt like the only major “plus” was that the place is “new” The walls and doors felt/sounded thin, could hear everything in the hallway The desk chair/couch looked nice but neither were very comfortable to sit on My bed was quite noisy and the A/C unit worked well but made weird noises all night Room amenities (fridge/microwave) were nice The breakfast was quite underwhelming and simple, although the service was great Will probably look at Hampton/Holiday Inn first next time we are down this way

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for several months last year as we were waiting to close on a house Sandy and Emily were phenomenal hostesses – our unit was very clean upon move in and linens were cleaned weekly Rent and rates are very fair – this is NOT a place that will try to rip you off just for the sake of ripping you off

If you are respectful of the rules and property, Sandy will respect you back She is the most caring and integrity-filled landlord I’ve ever hadSo many places around town have these ridiculous early move-out fees or expensive month-to-month leases, but this place is the best of both worlds: affordable rent that included all utilities and we only needed to give a 3-week notice to vacate It’s perfect for a short-term work assignment or house hunters such as ourselves! The location isn’t in the best part of town but Sandy runs a very tight ship in making sure her facilities are safe and well-lit I would frequently take my dog out morning, afternoon, and night, and never felt unsafe (There was once a homeless person wandering around the grounds but the staff made sure to quickly address the problem within a few minutes of that person wandering around)Word of advice for if you have a cat or dog that sheds though – bring your own bedding! Our dog was a high-shedding dog and Sandy (in making sure the linens are hypoallergenic for all guests, which is yet another testament of how well she runs this place!) was very picky about making sure our linens were dog hair-free Appreciate the great amount of care she takes in making sure all the sheets are hypoallergenic but it would’ve saved all of us a lot of headaches (and lint-rolling!) had we just brought our own bedding from the startI would stay here again in a heartbeat and I hope Emily and Sandy are doing well!

Samuel Gonzalez

Joseph has been great, very prompt service and has worked with us throughout our stayThe best part of living here is the location, super close to a lot of great businesses and the freeway, tooMy least favorite part of the stay was the proximity to Nevada Ave which is a very loud, very busy street with lots of vagrants walking past

Otherwise, relatively speaking, this is your best value considering the frankly ridiculous housing rental market there in the Springs It’s still pricey in my honest opinion and not quite worth it for the space but the management is well-meaning and quick to address any and all issues If you’re looking for a solid stepping stone into the Springs, check this place out

Shante Cam

You won’t find a better deal! This place is the best because its quiet, quality, centrally located and safe! Plus the owners go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, and your room is perfect There are multiple types of arrangements from efficiency to bedrooms I had a nice size kitchen which included utensils, appliances, etc

This was perfect for me since I just relocated to Colorado Springs and I was awaiting my household goods to be shipped, and to sign on my new place Neighbors are friendly (one even helped me change a tire) and Sandy is wonderful I highly recommend!

When we can’t reserve the dates that fit our schedule, we don’t have a retreat! We appreciate everything about The Hideaway (location, clean, comfortable, & amenities) The owner and staff are the best with servant’s hearts

Christine Wavle

Our ministry brought a group of 18 people to The Hideaway in JuneWe seriously could not have asked for a better experience The grounds were beautiful, the beds were incredible (I have back issues and I slept really well), the food was so good, and the staff was very kind

It all seemed too good to be true for the price, but all was completely as promised I would give them 10 stars if I could You seriously won’t regret staying here

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great! The lobby was inviting The staff was awesome! Courtney at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The breakfast attendants were on top of it preparing a great breakfast each morning

The rooms were clean and comfy The pool area was small but nice and they allow for adult only swimming from 10pm-12am, it’s nice to let the adults unwind Would stay again!

Jamie Reynolds

The front desk clerk last night was so nice and helpful The breakfast was great Gary and Blanca were running

They were working so hard to keep everything stocked and clean for everyone The rooms are clean The beds are comfortable We originally booked a different hotel that was not good Best Western Plus got us a room in minutes I’m glad we made the switch It was well worth the few extra dollars

Adriana De Jesus

I recently stayed at your hotel on 7-3-22 I would like to first congratulate you on your staff, very professional and cordialThe shower was amazing! Sadly the room was not up to par, is was much smaller than other Best Westerns in the area and I found left over pizza from the previous guest between the wall and the bed

The mattresses need to be updated as they are uncomfortable Breakfast was good, but plastic silverware and paper plates made it less than it could have been It is my opnion that it’s difficult to cut with plastic utensilsThanks for listening to my concerns

This motel is the best I’ve ever stayed at The staff was very friendly and carried a high sense of pride in their property It was very well taken care of, the owner greeted us and showed us our rooms before we even made it to the lobby, making the check-in process a breeze! I loved how she made you feel at home and talked to you as a welcomed guest not just a paying customer

Highly recommend staying here and plan to return there when I’m in the area again!

K “KHO75”

Great place to stay We rented the Classic Suite but for the two of us the Executive Suite would have been great The interior of the motel was spotless and very up to date, full kitchen

It was more affordable than the higher end hotel suites I was looking at and had full amenities Free shuttle to Manitou Springs downtown area, less than a block away from the motel Garden of the Gods was anout 2 blocks If you are on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator but motel staff were very polite and offered to help us with our bags Great experience!

David Womack

My stay was wonderful!! Their sign says a “Hidden Gem” They aren’t kidding Truly a one of a kind place!! Right in the heart of what’s happening in Manitou Springs

Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at While by no means was it the most flashy or luxurious, it was super comfortable, clean, & cozy With this being said, what made it special was the people who worked there

Out of all the wonderful employees I met, the most memorable was a young woman named Kristen Kristen had everything in check from making sure the daily cookies were out on time, to preparing delicious breakfasts at 4am She went above & beyond everyday to make sure customers were not only satisfied, but felt at home Due to circumstances out of my control, my mother & I were stuck here for about 3 weeks However, day in and day out, Kristen made sure we were comfortable, and even took it upon herself during a very busy shift to fix the computer for me when I needed to hand in a last minute assignment There were days I would come down for breakfast or walk through the lobby where I’d feel miserable, but even on these days, Kristen’s warm, welcoming smile and voice was what constantly kept me going There is a huge difference between catering to your customers needs and CARING for your customers Kristen not only cared for us, but truly was invested in us and wanted us to feel at home every second during our stay there I’m not sure who is reading this right now, but if you are in upper management, I hope you strongly consider giving her a raise and making sure she knows how much she is cherished & appreciated I can honestly say my experience here would not have been the same if it weren’t for this lovely young woman, & I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Colorado Springs

Deb Gaarde

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the conference room, and the wedding party stayed at the hotel Kristine H in the front office made sure everything was set up and ready for our celebration She went above and beyond to take care of our needs

“Oh no, we have bottled beer and no bottle opener!” Kristi to the rescue She went over every detail ahead of time so the dinner and the shuttle the next day to the wedding went smoothly Just being around Kristi with her bubbly personality made our stay fun Thank you Kristi and the other friendly and helpful staff at Hilton Hampton Inn

Reid Hollander

We arrived at the hotel around 7:50PM to check in By 8:30PM it was clear no one was working here I waited an hour and ten minutes to check in with no one at the front desk and during this time I called the 800 number and told them I couldn’t check in because no one was here then they would call the front desk to confirm and I would answer

I answered the front desk phone for 45 minutes while waiting to check in because, again, no one was workingI am giving it a 1 star because I couldn’t check into the room I paid $265 for, all the national customer service line would do is “open a case” which will surely go nowhere, the manager on duty who has a “direct line” wouldn’t pick up, and I believe Hampton owes me back wages for answering their phone for 45 minutesI am sorry if you were staying here and called to the front desk for a late check out or toiletries, I was doing the best I could but againI don’t work here I am just a guy trying to check in

We had a couple small snags when we first got there, but we also didn’t have a reservationThe front desk was quick to made the inconvenience right, and the entirety of our stay was smooth sailing after check inIt was cool having a personalized greeting on the TV when we got to the room

Our room was very clean and cozy I, like others would have liked a full length mirror, but that’s really not much to complain aboutThe pool and hot tub were incredibly clean Yes, they’re small, but they were never crowded Perfect for an evening dip before bedThe bed was super comfortable, and even though we travel with our own pillows, we also used the hotel ones because they were comfyHuge walk in shower, and it’s nice being able to adjust the spray settingsWe had a lovely view from our room and enjoyed how quiet the location of the hotel is It has convenient access to everything (shopping, sights, airport) but it is a quiet location with a police station right next doorBreakfast was awesome with lots of options, including hot food like eggs, waffles and breakfast meats as well as fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt and juicesJarrod the manager was fantastic with helping us get everything settled for our trip, as well as offered great tips for what to see/do/places to eatShauntece, Lacey, and everyone else at the front desk during our comings and goings was professional, friendly, and always greeted us with a smileThis will be our go to hotel from now on each time we visit the Springs

Adam Sanderson

Very nice and very new, built in 2021 Everything was great for our stay Front desk staff was very friendly both in the PM and AM

Breakfast was good and along the lines of Hampton Inn offerings Pool and hot tub were both well kept and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel! My only complaint is that the doors to the rooms slam shut and people were leaving very early in the AM Maybe the closing control arms on the doors could be adjusted a little for a softer close?

Misty Mejia

This was a perfect getaway It felt safe, clean and every single staff member I came in contact with was polite and friendly Brittani at checkout was very personable and friendly

My youngest can’t swim but was tall enough to be happy and safe in the pool, which is smaller but never an issue as it wasn’t ever full Perfect and worth the extra dollars Breakfast had options and saved me having to find food elsewhere So close to shopping locations

Had a fun time! My daughter is 3 and everything is all kid friendly Things to do at all ages Go during the week and sign up for promos to get a good deal

I wouldn’t personally spend more than $200 a night The hotel was nice and the staff was nice Our room was cleaned to standards but they helped to quick the error I would come again and have recommended people, when you get the deal

Rianna King

So much to do and just so much fun for the whole family The staff are always so pleasant and accommodating The room was nice, clean and well insulated so we couldn’t hear our neighbors

They have the water park, mini golf, a ropes course and so much more It’s definitely a place for a multi-night stay As someone who is young at heart, I think I had just as much fun as the kids We are already planning our next trip

Michelle Kohl

The staff is amazing! Everyone was accommodating, friendly and they all went above and beyond! The water park is amazing and this is definitely a great place for families to go for a vacation While it is a bit pricey, you do get what you pay for The only reason I cannot give five stars is because the room was not very clean when we checked in (dirty/stained pillowcases and trash on the floor)

Since they do advertise a certain standard of cleanliness, I expected better It was also a bit frustrating that one of the three elevators was out of service during our stay Waiting for the elevators took up a lot of valuable “play” time But all in all, our family had a fantastic time!

The space was clean and cozy and quiet But most importantly, the staff was incredibly hospitable during our stay They helped coordinate my booking so my partner could easily check us in while I was in surgery

When we got there, they even helped source a wheelchair so I didn’t have to crutch my way across the building two hours after major hip surgery Front desk staff worked to get us a late checkout so I could rest comfortably until my afternoon follow up appointment the next day without stress — even though they were booked at very full capacity They were warm and genuinely kind I couldn’t be more appreciative during what I expected would be a much more challenging situation Truly — they were better than the post op nurse staff I had at the hospital I highly recommend this hotel, even if you’re not as needy as I was on my recent stay They deserve the business!

devin martin

This is the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had Over a 10 night stay the hotel was incapable of providing 4 towels for 4 people, always claiming to be out of everything We had to buy our own towels and clean our own room

All the hotel hallways had trash stacked everywhere for days Housekeeping would walk right past cleaning rooms and leave the trash behindThe microwave in our room was also broken so a temporary microwave was left on the table That microwave took up half the table space Since the room had no desk, the table was the only workspace we had and it was basically unusableEven worse, after the first night in the room I went into the bathroom area and something stuck to my foot It was several clear silicon pony tail holders (not ours) Then I found more all over the floor I now question whether our room was ever properly cleaned Absolutely disgusting! The elevator near our room was out of service our entire 10 night stay so we tried to use the stairwells which are horrifying The two closest to our room are covered with rust stains and reek of mildew and rotting something Not sure whatAwful hotel

Maria Iankova Naranjo

If I could describe this hotel with only one word it would be dirty The carpet in our room had clearly not been vacuumed This was also the case in the hallway and throughout the property

The refrigerator in our room had remnants of the previous occupants’ food The dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes The floor in the bathroom was sticky and needed to be mopped We only stayed for one night and we will definitely avoid this property in the future

We have stayed at other MCM Grand Hotels but this one kind of blindsided us since it is more of an extended stay arrangement with kitchenettes unlike a standard motel There was no bar in the hotel unlike other MCM Grands with no “happy hour” Free breakfast was very good with multiple selections

Staff was especially friendly and helpful Bathroom was spotless Bed was a good quality brand but hard in the middle Desk/table only had one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed Hotel branding needs to be changed to reflect extended stay facility rather than a standard hotel

Toby Walden

We stayed 3 nights and it was great! Close to lots of things to see and do in Colorado Springs!!! Room had small kitchen with full size fridge and microwave which was fantastic and so handy since my son has food allergies and we have to bring his food with us Room was very clean and included a separate bedroom with king size bed & living room with pull out couch, very spacious and didn’t feel like we were on top of one another like most hotel rooms Staff was very nice and super helpful with recommendations

Felt safe in the area Nice little breakfast offered in the morning before going out for the dayONLY complaint I really have is the traffic noise It sounds like the windows are paper thin and you hear every car, person, motorcycle, etc that’s drives by or that’s outside Luckily we were exhausted so we were able to fall asleep but we were woke up many times throughout the night by traffic noise or people talking loud outside Other than that it’s a great place to stay Thanks so much for a great stay in Colorado Springs!!!

Jessica Everett

I enjoyed staying here The staff was super friendly My bed was pretty comfy and my room was very spacious

I was traveling alone and I felt pretty safe here I had left some pants in one of the drawers in the room, called once I realized and they offered to send them back to me I’m still waiting on them, so hopefully they will send them quickly because I’m running out of jeans Lol I’ll check back in a couple of days

What a terrible place for the money I paid!!! 230$ for a day and I stayed for 5 nights with family Issues that I had:- couch bed was just dead and springs were almost showing out of the mattress

you just can’t sleep in it- so called free breakfast you don’t even see a plate there or paper plate either just pick small cereal box, yogurt, muffins or ready to eat egg rolls I have never seen such cheap breakfast arrangement where you are charged over 200$ each day check out Best Western Buena Vista who charges the same money and what an amazing breakfast they have- Power went off twice never had this situation in any hotel in my life time – In Kitchen they have exactly 2 forks 2 spoons 2 knifes and very limited other utensils- no one came to clean the room for all 5 days we asked for it twice and very politely they it was mentioned we will check if someone is available what rubbish! no once called after that- hot water shower works for 2 people after that its not hot any more- open dirty pool – we still compromised on everything and never yelled on them- last day we asked for 1 hr extension and answer was NO NO we have house keeping coming at noon so you have to leave where the hell was house keeping from last 5 days when we asked for it !!!!!Just waste of money NOT recommended unless you want to burn your money!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel First and foremost a huge thank you to Chad, Denise, and Mary for exceptional customer service It’s rare to come across such a find as we did with all 3 of these individuals

As for the hotel itself, our stay was wonderful They have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in The continental breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from The entire hotel was so clean and cheerful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home 5 stars 🌟

I was a little disappointed that my conditioner and body wash were out That made for a bad shower and hair day They replaced them at the front desk the next morning, but my shower was fine and my hair was tangled

Other than that, I like that they give you a microwave, which is usually left out at most hotels these days With the fridge, it made the room functional They had a pod coffee maker too I didn’t use it (I hate the environmental impact of pods) Breakfast was decent I was able to make a breakfast sandwich with sausage and a fried egg My daughter enjoyed the pancake maker Good spread Well stocked except for the orange juice They need a better selection of teas (just straight black please)

It was a very nice, updated hotel with a very good breakfast but the reason I gave it only 2 stars was because they forgot to clean our bathroom, restock our toilettes, no coffee cups/pods and the refrigerator was dirty It’s like they changed the bedding but once they got past there it was dirty We had to call and request they come clean and we weren’t even checked in for 30 minutes

We had no towels prior to taking a shower, no extra toilet paper, no soaps and no apologies when we had to go down to the desk the next morning to grab supplies I’m usually not one to complain but when there is feces on the toilet, hair in the sink, shower and floor you can clearly tell they didn’t clean our bathroom prior to us checking in

I was excited to stay here We used to take our kids here and have a great time So my daughter and I decided to take a girl’s trip to Springs Walking into the hotel It is beautifully done in the bottom portion of the lobby area

The elevator in the main lobby was out of use so we had to walk to the end of the hotel to get to our room Not that big of deal I needed the exercise ha Getting into the room at first glance was nice and big! Then as we started to unpack we started to notice a lot of dirtiness I took some pictures Huge curly hair on the TV stand Coffee pot tray was dirty with creamer stuck at bottom Fridge inside was dirty with spilled liquid inside 🤮 Walls and doors were visibly dirty! Could be wiped down easily! Oh I found one eye contact on the floor in the bathroom 👁️ GrossHair matted on one of the comforters Stains all over the carpet One thing I can say is the Beds were divine!! Super comfortable Breakfast is nice a lot of variety Let’s just say overall I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this not so cheap hotel 🤷 I expect this somewhat at an Motel 8

We just got back from staying at this hotel, and what a great experience We brought our dog and were put in a room on the ground floor, close enough to the front door to take her out when she needed to go Ben and his staff were super friendly and very accommodating

We needed to extend our stay because it had snowed and some of our reservations had been cancelled Not only were they able to extend our stay, but the price they gave us was very reasonable This all happened during a very busy week and the hotel was very full, so we really appreciated them accommodating us As usual, the breakfasts were good and the happy hour staff was very nice The location was about 15-20 minutes away from Manitou and touristy things in Colorado Springs, but it was an easy drive I would definitely go back to this hotel I was very surprised at how dog friendly not only the hotel was, but most of Colorado Springs was Our family had a really nice trip and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with or without a dog

This hotel is wonderful It has a lovely sitting area by a large fireplace An indoor pool that goes 7 feet deep and beautiful tropical plants throughout the lounge area

They have a large breakfast in the morning where people have a variety of foods and drinks then, take them to dining tables for breakfast Also, the hotel staff play relaxing music that really helps you to have a nice time The beds and pillows are also very comfortable and soft to lay on The whole hotel has a fresh, clean scent that makes you feel right at home

My family and I had a mini spring break here Only been to the springs for specific trips, never just to play touristI chose this hotel mainly for an indoor pool and the breakfast buffet

Who doesn’t love free foodPros -Free buffet breakfastSwimming pool open to kids until 10 pmVery spacious and open inside the hotelThe restaurant on site is fairly priced and delicious! We got the pizza and loved itThe most FRIENDLY staff I think I have ever encountered at a hotel!Really nice seating area in the common foyer that’s open and comfortableVery good price!ConsThe pool was kinda dirty – maybe just needs to be skimmed more often? They have areas for cash gratuities for the breakfast but do not accept cash at the restaurant so they are very hit or miss for getting change for a tip Would be nice if you could add on to your room bill if they cannot break large billsThose two things are really my only complaints! Obviously my complaints are really on staff more property management I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful and accommodating all of the staff was!

Arie Archuleta

We have stayed here more then a handful of times and have always enjoyed our quite stay They have a great breakfast buffet, and the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing The pool is always maintained and the rooms are very clean

My only suggestion would be to add pool lights or lights on the tables by the pools till at least 9 pmwe wanted to stay for a longer family swim but felt it was getting dangerous because we couldn’t see our children swimming Other then that no complaints, and would recommend this hotel

I know now why it’s called Residence Inn The room was really nice and clean It was like a studio unit

Kitchen was equipped with stove, a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and even pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwashing soap and scrub The room also had complimentary coffee, tea with sugar and creamer Mind this, the room had it’s own fire place! Breakfast was superb and had hearty choices If in another city, I would want to stay at another Residence Inn as well

Jenny Hernandez

Room appeared clean on the surface, but pulled back the sheets to a totally disgusting surprise Took a photo and showed to the front desk, who seemed to be apologetic and promised to have the sheets changed Didn’t make a big deal about it even though it was super gross, but everyone makes mistakes, right? However came back to the room at 10pm and the sheets still haven’t been touched

Had to go back to the front desk with my 3 kids to complain Got an insincere apology and handed sheets for me to go change someone else’s filth out myself! If I didn’t have 3 small kids with me so late at night, I would have demanded another room or left for another hotel Totally unacceptable

The staff were amazing and friendly The check-in process was easy The room was very clean

Pricing very reasonableI hate giving this place 2 out of 5 stars, but my room was unbearably cold!! I stayed in the private room #2 I can usually handle sleeping in as cold as 60 degrees F, so it must have been much lower than that (I didn’t have a way of measuring the room’s temperature) There was no adjustable heater, just an air conditioner with a “cool” setting I heard the “heat” kick on through the ventilation roughly every 15 minutes, but it must have bypassed my room or something! I used the thin white sheet and the thin blanket provided, but I ended up putting my pants, shirt, socks, AND jacket on (I usually sleep naked) It still didn’t help I think the staff mentioned I could get an extra blanket, but I went to bed after their office closedAfter a night of basically no sleep, I was extremely relieved to find the shower water to at least be nice and hot

Karen Peck

Never have stayed in a hostel before, so it was so fun to try something new-and so pleased we did Know this is an old motel and run down in a funky area BUT… a private room with own bath for two for $52 is such a bargain

The linens are super clean as is the bathroomThe real treat is the common areas We watched movies two evenings and got to eat with fabulous folks every morning The kitchen has every/anything you could possibly need to make a lovely breakfast – all the supplies are there! Delicious hot coffee is always available And, the kitchen is clean and brightThank you Leah and Elaine – you are both so charming and helpful! We wish you all our best for the wonderful futures we know you will live! Karen and Tammie (California grandmas :)PS If you run cold, ask for extra blanket/s when you check in As well, ask for a portable heater then, too Our room was toasty after we did!

Kelsey Brunts

I was looking for an inexpensive place to shower and sleep the evening after climbing Pike’s Peak and this place was exactly what I needed It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful At check-in, after I mentioned that I’d been hiking that day, Lisa switched around which dorm room I was staying in so I could have a bottom bunk and didn’t have to try to climb a ladder (I’m not sure I would have made it)

The breakfast area in the morning was great! There were plenty of ingredients to make a hot breakfast or cereal and toast if you wanted something quick I will absolutely stay here again if my plans take me back to the Colorado Springs area!
