Don’t stay at this hotel The pics lie! The everywhere we looked was filthy Our wall had stains on it the couch was torn and covered in stains the room is not ADA compliant

The halls smelled of marijuana and our room wreaked of cigarettes It wasn’t clean with ashes on the nightstand No coffee maker no shampoo no iron or ironing board I booked through Hotelscom and neither one would refund my money Also the door security lock was broken as you can see in the pics

Michelle Riberdy

In the room for less than 10 minutes Initially uninviting & shady environment Was only in the room long enough to strip the bed which had a number of hairs along with other remnants of previous guests & stained sheets

Singular curtain which did not even cover the window, trashy elevator, smelled of weed/cigarettes (even though it’s a non-smoking facility), only 2 pillows in a king room for 2 guests, overall not a clean facility The only good thing to come of our 10 minute stay, was the lack of resistance when we requested a refund Would gladly give 0 stars if it was an option & urge anyone considering the stay here for cost or convenience to simply reconsider

Blake Prince

CHECK YOUR BEDS BEFORE ANYTHING!! I booked this room for a single night The pictures online make it appear like a suitable place, but I can assure you that it isn’t All the curtains around the building were sun bleached

There are suppose to be 2 curtains per window, mine only had 1 and it didn’t even span the whole window The pool is drained There is zero furniture in the lobby The elevator had a musty smell Walking into the room, it was the bare minimum Bed, nightstand and a tv First thing I did was check the bed There were yellow stains on the sheets and pillow cases There were also bodily hairs on the sheets and under the mattress cover Absolutely disgusting They have a 10 minute window from the time you check in to decide if you want the room, or not, for a refund Use it wisely The only good thing was no hesitation when asking for a refund

Honestly, this isn’t a terrible hotel for the price and location, but there are some things you should be aware of1 Book online! I called and they said their cheapest room was $125 (before taxes) but it stated on their website that it was $77 (before taxes) a night for two beds in a non-smoking room

Just book online because it will probably be a lot cheaper It doesn’t hurt to call, but I almost guarantee, based on my experience, that it will cost less to book online than call I also didn’t have any problems checking in since I used the company website, not a third party organization2 The breakfast is a continental breakfast, so don’t expect to be full There were a few packaged muffins, donuts, and a bit of fruit I was also told it is from 6-9, but the sign at the front stated a different time3 There are people hanging around the area, so arrive before it gets dark and be aware of your surroundings A cop was also called, so it might not be the best area…4 The room smelled a bit funkyPositives:-Price-Location (25 minutes to the airport)-Pretty clean-Good room size

THE FRONT DESK LADIES ARE THIEVES ! Keep receipts, and REPORT, the real owners are never there, and that’s because they instruct the ladies to steal on their own face cards The more heavy set Caucasian lady even told me after 3pm!!! they can charge however they want and I don’t have to get my money back because it’s up to her No policy saying this at all just her wordsWe spent week after week hundreds after hundreds of dollars with this hotel

We loved the service and even appreciated when one of the front desk clerks gave advice to book online for a cheaper daily rate I have been booking rooms for weeks online back to back without a problem, one day I leave the hotel instead of paying over another night because I wanted to go back home to grab some things & not waste the money if I wasn’t at room When I came in to pick up my key, the front desk lady ask me for 100$ CASH ONLY on top of the $100 I already paid for reservations Never happened Then she asked for a card different from the one that I booked with none of this in policies and I will be reporting I work from home so I have lots of time; to make sure they pay for the terrible service, KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS!

Very clean rooms, outside building and parking lot, very pet friendly Stayed there with , my wife, 3 year old grandson and our 3 Dobermans No questions asked about dogs

(Great)Would give it 5 stars but the only disappointment was the free breakfast Your choice of banana, orange Tiny donuts are small muffinsbut they did have a small microwave there at breakfast bar (for what I have no idea? Maybe to cook the bananas, lol)

Beautiful hotel I absolutely adore the aviation theme I didn’t like the women in the food shop

They were extremely rude and unhelpful to plenty of guest They refused to let one customer know what they were serving, instead wanted her to get out of line and go outside to see their offerings I stepped over and read the items for her Then they told her they didn’t have what they has posted as offerings If you stay here, please plan to get breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside of the hotel

Karen Hackett

We have had many great experiences staying here Until this one Booked for a last minute funeral in New York

Same day flight Never paid more than 200 per night They charged me 85600 for TWO nights Plus they never came to the room while I was gone to bring towels or straighten up Also Was told 15 min wait at champions, after about an hour of waiting I asked to get an order of wings to take to the room They added a 550 Togo charge Very disappointed in my stay this time I feel they took advantage of a sad situation

Yolanda P Jenkins

What a wonderful place to hold a conference The stay was definitely comfortable and the Hospitality was exceptional

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet Staff was welcoming and polite The “Continental breakfast” was very disappointing

Prepackaged honey buns and muffins straight out of a gas station, 2 choices of sugar cereal with milk that expired a few days ago, bagels to toast but didn’t see anything to spread on them No healthy option! A piece of fruit choice would have been welcomed!

Bill Potter

It was a pretty nice hotel for the price The staff were polite and helpful It’s close to some places to eat

It was clean We stayed quiet a few nights because the tree job we were doing near by turned out to be alot bigger than it expected to beSo the first few nights we were able to negotiate a better deal on the prices of our rooms because we renting two separate rooms for 4 people for multiple days But after I believe the fourth night the went up in price consirably and said they had to because it was the weekend I thought they were supposed to be the same price any day of the week Also we kept getting locked out of our room They L kept having to reset our keys in the office not a really big deal, just a little aggravating, especially in the rain

Taylor Frands

Very spacious clean and inviting hotel room King size, SUPERRRR COMFY bed Very quiet and lowkey spot in Douglasville which makes it very easy to sit and relax or catch some zzz’s

Big flat screen tv with cable and a mini fridge and microwave Basically everything you need to hide away for a little while Also the water is very, very hot which is just so important to me because there is nothing worse than a luke warm or cold shower I like the water steaming and it is! Super ice cold a/c which is so nice during the summer time, which it is right now Very friendly front desk employees Pretty affordable and very cozy Would definitely stay again Thank you Royal Inn

About a month ago I tried to book my mother into the Minute Suites, and when I called them to follow up on the reservation I made online, I learned that I booked the room for the wrong day! The gentleman I spoke to, Mr Ahmadou, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful He helped me change the reservation, allowed me to keep my rate, and set everything up perfectly for my mother

She was able to get in, check in, and rest with no problems We are very grateful for Mr Ahmadou, and only wish there was such a level of kindness and service in other aspects of travel! 🙂

Fer Quest

Starting off, there is no place to wash your hands There is no antibacterial gel nor wipesNo trashcan

The freedom of being without a mask is not felt as the place does not even smell like it has been sanitizedThere was a noisy fan running underneath the desk, if I turn it off it gets pretty warmMy Priority Pass gave me 1hr of stay A real waste of one of my 6 passes per year

Hotel was priced well for the experience The staff was extremely friendly, even the bar tender who was servicing the whole restaurant with a smile on her face (they gave you the impression that they enjoyed their job and wanted to be there) The hotel was clean and unique in appearance (felt like we were tucked away in the mountains)

Nice ambiance Room was modern with a comfortable bed and nice view Plenty of other restaurants in walking distance as well Irish pub and a high end steak house across the street

anthony cascio

I recently got a sweet at the hotel The receptionist was very helpful and nice He booked us in and when we got to our room we noticed that the AC was not working

After dropping off our bags we went back down and talked with him and he told us that maintenance was going to look at it “There shouldn’t be a problem with it despite the AC being out in the entrance way and the hallways were a little hot” I thought we would of gotten another suite but didn’t We got a lift to our concert and when we got back after midnight the room was cool but we could not take a shower! The hot water was stuck on so that you could not lower the temperature to prevent you from burning yourself We let the front desk know but couldn’t get a maintenance person to look at it We left the hotel without getting cleaned upAlso the room was dated, wall paper was falling off, and ants in the roomTo sum it up, we spent a lot of money for a bed and couldn’t use the shower Not giving it a one only because the front staff and the bar tender were very friendly

Tara Patterson

I came for a business trip Loved the mural on the wall, the bed was comfy & the room was spacious The hallways are colder than any hotel I have ever been to & I am not of cold nature

Other than that, I loved ot here! The staff was attentive to our needs & provided excellent customer service The food at the restaurant located inside the hotel was good too

When I got fired from my job I walked here and applied for a job here as well I didn’t get to see the rooms and or receive the service, but I am sure that its good And niceAlthough when I was there, someone mad a compliant about bugs in the room, and then someone also reported there car stolen and missing

All in all it a good place

Linda Russell

I reserved a room for myself in online I arrived on the correct date around 5:00pm The clerk informed me he was to charge my credit card for the night, that was fine, however he also needed to charge my card $100 for a refundable deposit to cover any damages I may do to the room

I said no, that’s never been done before The lobby was dingy and dark and the exterior was old and shabby I felt the room had to be just as bad I told him I wasn’t going to stay there and he said fine The next morning, after staying at a much nicer hotel, I looked at my credit card charges and the crummy hotel charged my credit card for the room I am not happy and will never stay in a Choice Hotel againBelow is the manager’s response that is incorrect There are two charges on my credit card One that the clerk charged when I stood there and then credited back The second charge was done during the night and there is no credit back I am being charged for the room that I did not stay in because the facilities were so bad

I’ve been staying at this location for over a year now When you think of home it’s quiet it’s peaceful and that’s where you love to be This is literally my home away from home

The front desk staff is phenomenal and management they’re literally just like my family from the morning crew to the night crew…KEITH, SHARON, JAZZ, LARRY, BONNIE, CYNTHIA, ANGIE and LUIS! I recommended this location for your stay in Marietta it’s in a nice area and close to the major highways I appreciate the kindness and love I’ve received during my stay

Raul Diaz

This was easily my worse experience at a ‘hotel’ Smelly room, slow wifi, no kitchen stuff, etc — i can go on, but you get the pointPaid for enhanced wifi to be able to work and it did not work so i had to call out costing me lots of money

stay for a week and never got any room service, had to clean it myself The tall staff lady was very nice and kind, but the short one was rude

Winchester Stephenson

Hotel was nice, nothing that’ll wow you, but basic and does the job Woman at the front counter during the over night shift deserves 10/10 for her service and personalityIts has the very basic of breakfast (oatmeal, tiny muffins, nature valley bars) so I wouldn’t expect a huge breakfast

Overall a good stay in a safe neighborhood, nothing fancy

We had a great stay here! The campground is small and cozy with some great sites! The playground was great and our 3 kids enjoyed it The Duck Race was the biggest hit! Jon, the camp host, showed us to our site and was super nice The campground was so quiet and the lack of traffic was refreshing! Dump station was easily accessible and clean, great water pressure on the hose too! Bathhouse was clean and roomy

Roads are good sized and paved, sites are gravel and well leveled We will definitely return to this spot!

Jennifer Luettinger

Booked via the website and only received a receipt and a number to text We text the number for details and only the hours of check in were sent We arrive at the gate and don’t have a code for it

We call the number and an older woman answers and says a text was sent and it says delivered on her end so we MUST have received it She would not believe we did not receive the text and argued that the gate code was sent via text We’re sitting at the locked gate with no code so we obviously do not have it She finally relents and reads us the text but will not resend or tell us what number it was sent to We get to our site and it is extremely hard to back into due to tree stumps and picnic table at the site The camp host helped us guide our trailer on, he was very kind and helpful Playground is from 1970’s? Small and run down with a surprisingly large amount of trash strewn about The duck race pumps were mostly broken Two out of the eight worked so we had fun with those There was a slack line setup and my littles enjoyed it The bathhouse was closed the entire time we were there (6pm-8am) with no reason why Our sites fire pit had around 50 cigarette butts in it and several paper towels with brown substance on them so that was very off putting to see

Amy Smith

Not suited for tent camping at all If you dont mind being shoulder to shoulder with the next RV and like a very community setting, this is the place for you It is a little hard to find, but a nice adventure

It seems quaint and clean enoughI would suggest adding pictures of each campsite on the website so that prospective campers know what to expect

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was central to many activities, dining, and bars, but the thing that made the stay truly great was the staff The night manager, Alex, was absolutely incredible

I checked in and then had an issue with my bill, so I went to talk with Alex She helped me IMMENSELY I have never experienced such wonderful customer service The way in which she took care of me made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Atlanta!

Gina Britt

I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel It is clean and lovely There’s a pool that is super fun with a bar and it is overlooks the stadium

Sometimes the crowd at the battery can be a little bit younger but at the games it is really fun and in general they did a great job of including a ton of restaurants and a big grassy areaThe best part about this hotel is that it is walking distance to everything in the area It is open container so you can grab a drink and walk around freely All of the restaurants and there have a window that opens that you can get a drink from outside without having to go inThere are a few really delicious places like super Rica for Mexican food The hotel has a bar on the second floor I believe and it is super chill I like to go there before entering into the battery and grab a drink

msteele712

Went to Atlanta to visit the aquarium Stayed here at the Omni at Battery What can I say besides WOW! Hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever have stayed at! From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, to check in at the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire establishment is very impressive

We are not big baseball fans but we were pleasantly surprised they had games going on and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing! There were multiple conventions going on as well, but the staff was great and on top of it Always a smile and extremely helpful We even got the pleasure of running into the General Manager of the Hotel, Omar Extremely kind and humble, I wish more upper management could be like him!

I enjoyed my stay at EVEN! I love the quotes throughout the hotel! I appreciated the workout equipment in the room, which I definitely put to use! The gym is also very nice and even has a water powered row machine! The lady who checked me in was very friendly and mentioned this was the newest EVEN hotel! The only thing that was slightly an inconvenience was parking being a bit of a walk It also rained and was cold while I was there, so that wasn’t fun They do, however offer valet parking for $20/night

Also they were nice enough to mail back something we had left in the room after I checked out! Excellent service overall It’s in a convenient location as well, about 15 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from Battery Park area

I had a view of the freeway It was very quiet and everyone greeted me and my family every time we passed by They don’t have a microwave, but it’s one down stairs The room did gas fridge that kept the drinks cold Parking was next door at the garage, it was well lit and a short walk Nothing major I would defiantly be back next time I come to Atlanta
