A great place to stay It was clean, quite, and very safe feeling I showed up on a Tuesday for a single night and the place was practically empty

The young man on staff was incredibly nice, answered all my questions, and was helpful in suggesting thing to do around the city This is a little out of the way from all of the major touristy things but for the price, this was an excellent alternative to a regular hotel I would definitely consider staying again

This is a great place if you are traveling on a budget The place was clean and well maintained The staff was very friendly and gave as some information about activities in the area

The provide fresh towels and bet sheets A big plus is the free parking lot and the breakfast (beagles and coffee) in the morning Furthermore, the location is great to explore the Cooper-Young district of Memphis I can recommend staying at that place, it is safe and clean

“I am currently cycling USA and really wanting to stay in Memphis, I discovered Memphis Hostel I made a few tentative enquiries as I didn’t know when I’d arrived, and got lucky with a private room on the day I arrived not having booked The room was lovely, but the hostel overall felt like home, and the staff were amazing

Whilst I didn’t have a private bathroom, each bathroom had a shower, sink and toilet, so you felt like it was your own The kitchen is lovely and the location of the hostel is in such a great neighbourhood I can recommend hiring an e bike from the brewery on the corner of Cooper/Central I strongly recommend this hostel whether sharing a dorm or private room Best I have stayed in worldwide to date”

Really nice young lady at check-in Hotel is in a really good area Clean & well lit parking lot

Lobby and hallways were clean Nice little breakfast nook Room #120 was clean and bed was comfy The full size fridge, stove top, countertop with sink and microwave were a nice extra Bathroom was clean other than there was a paint run on the mirror and the toilet lid was cracked and a spot of silicone on the seat All can be easily fixed quick Price was 1/3 the cost of Downtown Memphis hotels and it was a short drive away About 20 minutes or 17 miles

THE CREEP INN MOTEL!!!Not fit for a special occasion Went for my 9 year wedding anniversary The first thing I saw was a shirtless and barefoot male smoking right in front of the building

very unpleasant, unprofessional, and down right junkie looking I checked in at about 9pm and checked out of 11pm I was trying to clean the roman suite but after an hour of that we decided to just go back home No refund and you must pay upfront Save your money and night $18000 gone If yhis is all you can get Check room before paying On top on that the customer service is nonexistent Lastly it’s a extended stay type of place Trap room, wh*re house, you name it oh yea weird stain on sheet and mattress pad yucky

Haniyyah Memphis

The jacuzzi was everything and more👌🏾The room was clean and everything was near perfection except for the bed

could of been a little softer and the mattress a little more thicker to prevent hurting your legs on the wood Nevertheless, the bed was beautiful and matched perfectly with the stars aboveI will definitely book here again and recommend friends

An older hotel with limited services The bar is closed Your not allowed to hang out in the lobby/bar area after 9p

m which is inconvenient to say the least when your traveling with a soccer team Some of the rooms had refrigerators but no microwaves Some rooms have microwaves but no refrigerators Some have neither Not sure if the rooms were actually cleaned since there was a used towel still hanging on the bathroom door! Yikes!!

King Of Spades

Very nice hotel and it was in the perfect location as well Close to restaurants and the highway Only thing we were a little disappointed with is the hotel bar and restaurant being shut down

Typical low cost hotel Nothing special about the breakfast Outdoor pool closed for the winter

Nice clean room with a nice new modern bathroom Like the shampoo conditioner and body wash Dispensers in the shower A must so I don’t have to pack soap and wait for a leak in my luggage friendly staff Can’t say enough about how nice everyone is

Stephanie Davis

Rooms were mostly clean, shower was definitely not clean though I keep my own cleaner for these types of things Definitely appreciate the large squeezable bottles of shower gel and shampoo on the wall in there and the self defogging mirror

The breakfast was disappointing though I’ve stayed at other 2 star hotels by Wyndham and had way better

Lauren Burris Myhre

There are rude/passive aggressive notes taped up everywhere from management about what you can’t do and how much they will fine you The toilet had urine marks The shower had hair and grass

The toilet paper roll was not new and there was an open bottle of lotion with a broken seal There were some cracks in the wall and the laundry room was out of order I think if everything would have been clean and maintained, I would have liked it here, but it was kind of ew I ended up bleaching the bathroom and going to the store for better/more toilet paper The silver lining- there’s a Target across the street I wouldn’t plan to stay here again, though

Nice peopleVery cleanFree complimentary BreakfastThe lady receptionist from the night shift is so sweetNot sure if the two gentlemen Yogi and we didnt get the other mans name, are the owners but we’re very helpful generous and they even played and gave my dog Chico a ball to play withChico loves sitting by the window looking outside

veronica reed

We called and made a reservation 3 weeks before our arrival and even called to confirm it the day before arrival We got there and some how we was not in the computer We felt discrimination soon as we walked in the door from the Indian/Arabian guy at the counter and he kept putting it on someone else and not even trying to see what went wrong

He automatically sent us to the hotel next to them Lucky they had a room available, but it would have been a disaster if they didn’t after we had everything planned for our spring break and to get to the hotel and somehow our room reservation had disappeared Not good at all!!!

Koventry Davis

Great value for your buck The room was beautiful, staff was very friendly Quite neighborhood, the hotel was cozy

Pillows could’ve been thicker and more channels to watch The kitchen area was very basic no pots and pans to cook with Served deluxe breakfast but it was very dull, had snacks downstairs that were extremely overpriced 2 bucks for a soda in a snow storm?? Stayed 3 nights I would recommend to others

Both front Desk Clerks were very nice and helpful Hospitality was great The room was a different story

There was a strange smell as soon as you open the door, also the cabinet doors were falling off Hair on the towels in the bathroom Also the top white cover had brown spots on it Our shoes stuck to the kitchenette floor Also it looked like old gum stuck to the bedroom carpet We stayed in the room for 6 hours so my husband could rest and start driving again

Jessica Kotora

Despite calling and verifying in March before booking the hotel, the pool was not open We knew it was going to be hot (it’s Memphis in June!) and had two children with us that we needed to entertain so specifically booked a hotel with a poolWe were not given the room we booked (two queen beds since we had 4 people in our room)

Instead we were given a room with a king bed and told to use the pull out sofa The pull out sofa had a twin size mattress with cigarette holes/burns in it I brought this to the attention of the staff at the desk and he said he couldn’t do anything about the mattress as that was a maintenance issue but he would make a note on it We all 4 slept in the king sized bed that night The next morning I spoke with the manager and she was able to get a twin sized trundle bed so at least we only had to sleep 3 in the king size bed the other 2 nights She blamed corporate for the pool issue While the rooms are non-smoking there is definitely a smoke covered with Febreze smell throughout the hotelThere was a kitchen in the room however you have to request cups, utensils, coffee maker, drying rack, dish soap, etc We requested cups and utensils and were given enough for 2 people despite having 4 people in our roomWe had a big group staying at the hotel (7 rooms in total) 1 left upon seeing their room (dead roach in the fridge), 1 left after 1 night (frustrated with having to ask for things that should have been in the kitchen like a coffee maker and cups), and 1 also didn’t get the room they booked

Absolutely loved it!! Been few times and service is always excellent Breakfast very well supplies and delicious Hot waffles , cereals, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juices, oatmeal, my favorite, toast, jellies

Eating area very well maintained, clean Entire visit was very nice, relaxing, will return again soon Maybe enjoy indoor pool next

Gabby Maye

The only good thing about this hotel was the location Close to a gas station for quick trips Chick fil -a and Perkins for good eats

This hotel need some MAJOR renovations I assumed the Quality Inn located on Wolf River and Germantown was going to be decent enough I might as well stayed on LAMAR AVENUE! The entrance to the hotel was filthy Once inside the front desk has a shared space with the Continental breakfast area and the computer station Everything right on top of each other Go through glass doors where you are met with a wet hallway from children running in and out of the pool area as you are trying to get on to the elevator The carpet on the second floor was stained and filthy Our room had a damp, mildew smell that got even worse as the air conditioner kicked on The floor was buckling in, the ceiling was buckling in, the bathroom tub buckled and the water pooled while your taking a shower which has left a nasty water spot The toilet was literally so low to the ground you might as well be using the restroom in the tub This was by far the worse quality inn I have ever stayed in as a diamond rewards member The hotel needs to be renovated ASAP

Patrick Taylor

This place should be condemned The concrete flooring of the 2nd floor was very uneven When we went into our room it was so humid that moisture was beading on the floor and everything was damp to the touch, including the pillows and bedspreads

The laminate flooring had buckled in many places in our roomYes, there’s an indoor pool, but it’s not heated – it’s just filled with freezing, miserable crying childrenThe enamel was chipped all over the tub/shower, but that ultimately didn’t matter because everyone in my family had decided that showering there would only make us feel dirtierThe fire doors were always propped open The emergency exit door was straight brokenThere were bags of food trash left in the hall outside of our room for the entirety of our thankfully brief stay Avoid this dump at all costs Quality Inn corporate needs to shut this place down

Great hotel, Jordan checked me in She had a GREAT attitude Fantastic customer service

Room was 5 star clean and spacious enough for myselfNegative side…I unpacked my bags a day after I made it home and noticed that my black Tory Burch sandals were not in my bag I went back to the hotel and that’s when the housekeeper LIED like she did not see nor have them I have torn my home up for those shoes and still no luck Why? Because the house keeper that knocked on my door at 9:00am when check out wasn’t till 11:00am took them I told the manger that I didn’t want a free night breakfast or gift card, I just wanted my shoes Let them tell it still no luckAgain, the house keeper took them PLEASE when you leave double check the room because you’ll never get your stuff back at Fairfield Inn

Larry Graff

I’m going to give the staff 5 stars Specifically Kiera who checked us in We also pass her coming in and out and she’s always so nice and always diligently working

She represents a corporate commitment to excellence in service and commitment to her work It looks like the company is trying to upgrade the facilities and it’s hard to find and keep employees It’s not a 5 star hotel and i don’t think the Marriott company sees it that way It’s on its way to a solid three with 5 star plus staff Thank you Kiera and all the other amazing staff

Connie Coates

Upon check in when we got to the room there were contractors working in there We had to leave and come back We could not use the pool because there was a bday party with about 20 kids screaming so loud you couldn’t stand being in there

They were in there from 230 pm to 10 pm The hot tub was out of order There was kids screaming and running through the hallways and slamming doors til the early hours of the morning We could not sleep on top of our room being shook due to children bouncing off the walls When front desk was called numerous times and no adults could be located nothing got taking care of When I complained upon checking out I was told to contact the manager on Monday and still charged full price for a horrible stay

Stayed 2 weeks ago and can say this is less than desirable Sites are tight and do not have a lot of extra room for large trailers or extra slides There was a lot of rain that week and the site flooded out

We had standing water in several places and the site was short on gravel under the trailer and in the extra area for parking Really difficult to keep things clean due to mud Electric water and sewer was fine, but the showers were awful and needed cleaned and the laundry was terrible with most of the machines out of order or in pieces Cost is reasonable but wouldnt stay here again based on first experience

Hillary Skye Walker

Spaces are definitely close together but if you get to know your neighbor you’re fine I cannot speak enough on the staff A+ they changed my perspective of Memphis as a whole

They were very very pleasant to deal with I paid for a month but ended up traveling sooner I called and said hey I left on this date Within 2 weeks a refund came to my account for the time I wasn’t actually thereProperty has A LOTTT to see via walking trails It’s actually part of Shelby Farms on the map Definitely a great place to explore with plenty of stores near by Thanks guys!
