This place was great! Awesome friendly staff with awesome facilities I live in Cinco and this was a great get away for my entire family The restrooms were brand new and clean, great a/c in the heat, awesome water park for my kids, nice pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, and cool little park for the kiddies as well as pets

The office/ on site store offers cold drinks, snacks, camping needs, and blue bell ice cream! My wife is not a camper but definitely stated we will make this summer visit a family traditionThanks summer breeze staff!!

The staff was so nice We originally had paid for 4 adults and 2 children When we arrived, they realized that the 2 children were actually 2 babies (20 months & 10 months)

They reached out to us and refunded our money for the children’s rate we paidThey were so nice and although we only stayed for 1 night, we now are planning a vacation strictly based on staying at Summer Breeze!!By the way, we live in California!!

Stay started wonderful!!No parking for extra vehicles or visitors at sites and get talked to hateful if you park in an empty site, there is a thief that makes it rounds every so often and nothing they can do about it(not their fault), can’t set grills and out on lawn and leave, only some guests are allowed, however they treat the children wonderful and open their arms with lots of fun events on holidaysPool is amazing! Can’t bring your music in even when they don’t have music playing, kids have to be watched by parents on slides cause they will hurt each otherVery costly and that is the only reason why we left

We didn’t have issues with park but our friends and visitors did Lock your stuff up!All the sites are long enough Don’t pay for the premium it just gets you a fire pitYou will learn the rules as you stay

I just want to take the time to thank Ginger and Julio for the wonderful service that I received while staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Katy, Texas and to share my positive review of the “home away from home” that we resided in for two days The lobby was welcoming with two big screed televisions on the walls and plenty of seating and tables for lounging and eating purposes The room was clean and well-designed with an area in the middle designated for computer use

There was also two televisions in the room with a large comfortable couch on one side of the room to provide a choice of tv viewing for each personFrom the moment of check-in their service was second to none! Kindness flowed freely from each of them and their expressed willingness to help our stay be a good one (Julio brought up those really elegant white blankets for us and gave me great suggestions regarding taxi services in the area and where to find an ATM machine while Ginger helped out with any other information that I needed about area , told us about the wonderful breakfast that was available, and gave us coffee cups with lids to take the coffee with us if we wantedWe received Excellent, Courteous, and Professional Service from Ginger and Julio and I just wanted to take the time to say so

I stayed here about a month ago, and had a pleasant stay The hotel was VERY clean Upon request, the sheets and towels were changed everyday (Covid cases at that time put a halt on daily maintenance unless requested)

Additionally, the staff was very friendly and responsive However, the room was dim lit and the heat was not working at full capacity I set the temperature to 80 degrees because it outside was cold and rainy (high 50s low 60s), but the heat made it feel slightly cooler than 65 This made my stay a bit uncomfortable I don’t think my car should’ve been warmer than my hotel room Thank God the water was consistently hot, so daily showers met my standard of comfort Nonetheless, I was satisfied and would stay here again when it’s not cold

The staff here were very accommodating Our first night the people above us jumped for hours The manager call and offered to move us but my husband was sick so we moved the next morning

The rooms are nice and very clean and breakfast was an actual breakfast with sausage, waffles, eggs, etcOur only complaint was the pool was not heated We were told some story about the chemicals having a negative affect on the skin if the temp is too high As a avid swimmer and former pool inspector in the state of Michigan I knew that was bs but I left it alone Overall our stay was great and we would stay there again

This is not a family place only 2 people you guys know I always put in Good reviews but this is very sad me and my family drive 17 hours and found this hotel when we call everything was as normal we ask for a room that can put 6 people and they told us they have two queen size bed and a Couch that can trun into a bed and we was going to stay for 6 days so when we got in they give us the key but we only stay for only one night because when we was out we got a call saying that they can’t have 6 people in one room and we need to get another room that we couldn’t pay for and so we decided to check out that same moment but they were going to charge us for 2 nights instead of one night that we actually stayed if they have told us from the beginning that 6 people can’t be in the same room we would have understand but telling us this the next day at 3pm after we pay for the room to say that is not right so they kicking us out because we couldn’t pay for the Extra room Is very bad business I advise you if you have a family more than 3 don’t do it!!! save yourself a headache and find a different hotel If I can put 0 starts on the service I would but I don’t want to put too much a bad view on the hotel itself I think it was a good hotel but the service was very poor me and my family will not be back

Nasty Blood stain on comforter that’s covered with a curtain…? Dirty old office chair Couch is sunk in and very uncomfortable

We found lots of long hair in the extra blanket in the closet The fitted sheet was constantly coming untucked while we slept (we’re not restless sleepers) There’s some unknown black stuff in the sheer curtains (maybe mold?) And the room smelled like butt I wouldn’t recommend unless you are desperate The only positive I could think of was that the breakfast staff was very kind and accommodating We are vegans and they were so sweet and checked for milk and egg in the waffle mix As expected, there was So if you’re vegan, your options for breakfast are toast, fruit, and juice

We have stayed at this hotel many times when we come down to visit family for the convenience, cleanliness, and the kids love the pool HOWEVER, this experience was significantly below standards! The first room never cooled off; we ran the A/C all night and it was warm The hair drier didn’t work either

The front desk was very rude but did accommodate a move which was cooler but the room had an odd odor to it We noticed lumps in the comforter during the day that looked slightly discolored When I shined my flashlight under the comforter I was horrified to find every square inch of the comforter was discolored and smelled! Mold??? We are choice members and have never had such a horrific experience! The quality of this particular hotel is substandard The shower head didn’t work properly, there was debris and hair in the bathtub, and lights were out in the bathroom Hopefully we don’t all end up sick or worse On a positive note, I can say the cleaning staff was very friendly and courteous

Located in a very good location by a lot of things and most importantly a mall and a hospital within a rocks throw A lot of restaurants and car service shops Houston 10 min away

Katy police presence shown as they rode through the parking lot of the hotel Clean rooms and sheets Maids were kind and gave me fresh towels daily They had a wine opener at the front desk The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was because the room had a odor smelled like a dog had been there, could’ve been the carpet, but I was so tired from traveling from the east coast that I didn’t complain I think they should carpet clean to prevent that or deodorize the carpet after each guest stay The next day the smell was gone, maybe because it had aired out Overall, very good stay

Jeff Pitts

The room was below average for the price of 122 dollars on a Friday night my wife and I arrived at the property to see a guy just hanging around with a beer can and sitting on the front bench by the entrance being very noisy, not good for travelers with family We went for food pulled back up and the guy still walking around with beer can 45 minutes later noticed my CA plates on the vehicle and say with a drunk voice yall from CA ? My wife and I just ignored and continued to the front lobby When I brought to the attention of the front desk she was very helpful and immediately went outside

The eggs were very, very salty the next morning

We needed a place to stay for a few days and thought it’d be nice to have a small kitchenette and hang out near the Katy Asian townOverall, it’s a decent place with free breakfast Note, it’s a pet-friendly hotel and they don’t separate the rooms so if you have severe pet allergies, you can check with the staff to try and get a room that didn’t have a pet previously

For example, Jasmine was awesome and helped us out as much as she couldIt was safe and fairly quiet though sometimes you’ll hear the occasional pet and footsteps from above Let’s not forget the door slams from your neighborsIt’s also just a few minutes away from the Katy Asian town where you can pick up all kinds of great food, desserts, and groceries

Brett Davies-Young

Rooms are studio style, spacious and a little more exciting than your average hotel layout TV on a swivel so can be views from bed or couch My room had a kitchenette, didn’t use it but always nice to have

Bed was fine for me, and pillows were medium to soft- I like that The room HVAC unit is in the wall, and is noisy, but doesn’t run very often Breakfast doesn’t have lots of options but, it’s something: oatmeal, toppings, cereal, various milks, some fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, pre made waffles, and some (tasty) egg options The best part was the lady running it- very friendly Overall the hotel decor and space is clean and tidy I thought the weekday price was very fair for everything offered at $116 after taxes

Chad Booth

Nice property!Safe area and clean roomsThey did “run out of towls” while we were there But, the nice night time front desk clerk got us more

We will definitely stay here again

The room and property were nice FOR THE PRICE but the staff in the front DESPERATELY NEED A CLASS ON PROPER ETIQUETTE• 1st with the assumption I WAS A CHILD WHILE I AM IN FACT OVER 30 YEARS OLD with a undertone of RACISM • 2nd Called the cops over a policy they would not explain( does not exist ) and blatantly LIED and assumed there were unaccompanied minors on the property ( again I’m over 30 years old )Instead of bothering to verify there wasn’t an adult present they threatened to kick us out and called the police at 2 am

When everything was resolved through the police who found the whole ordeal to be a WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY , they didn’t even offer an apology but did say they would ban usNever again Never again will I give this establishment my money Never again will I recommend this establishment to anyone Never again will I allow this this staff to disrespect me

Niecy Valentine

So, we stayed here for a week while visiting Houston We originally reserved a room with a kitchenette but switched out for one with other amenities once we realized the kitchen was not equipped which defeated the purpose of us having one The hotel overall is clean and quiet

Exceeds expectations for the price Except for the complimentary breakfast, you get what you pay when it comes to that Coffee, bananas, and hostess cakes basically Would stay again

I thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at Honey Farm! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean The owner was welcoming and attentive She made me feel at home in her lovely home

I appreciated being invited into the main house early for coffee, being given excellent suggestions for evening meals, and I enjoyed the tasty breakfast served each morning The Honey Farm is a winner! I will be back!

My husband and I LOVED it here! Getting married on a Monday was tricky when deciding where to stay for our first night as newly weds, we didn’t want a hotel, so the Honey Farm Bed and Breakfast was the PERFECT place! It is beautiful, quiet, and Sherry makes the BEST breakfast and Tom is just as sweet and welcoming! Highly recommend this B&B–The Galvez’s

The bed sheets and Comforter are never changed I have pictures of random blood stains on my sheets which was very unpleasant The towels given also have random yellow stains from time to time

The room keepers went 5 days without cleaning or taking out my trash multiple times The front desk person only was willing to apologize and get it done they next day I was a weekly paying customer unfortunately due to being low on funds until my apartment I was moving into was available Only stay here if this is all you can afford

Thomas Nobles

On the site I booked this stay it says this is 1 star That’s ridiculous The previous few nights I stayed at 2 places on the same site listed as 2

5 stars and they were dumps This place has clean modern rooms and comfortable bed This place is easily 3stars The free breakfast (I got none at the two 2stars I visited this week) was a little sparse but what to expect for a $70 room The entrance isnt well represented by GMaps It sends you around the corner to enter via a funeral home entrance then go around to the back parking lot and it connects to the hotel but the adjacent street has a direct entry

Tariq Baloch

I Paid for a two day stay It was night time when I checked in The front desk guy which is the owner of the company said I would be checking out sun night after when conversed about what I needed

Sunday morning around 10:45am I wake up to an automatic call basically saying my check out time was for 11:00am I give them a call immediately and all that the wife could tell me is that he may have made a mistake when he said that but the check out time is for 11:00am and that it would cost another $50 to stay until 6:00pm Not only was that situation unprofessional but now I feel like I was robbed of my money and kicked out I WILL NOT be going back there or recommending anyone to stay there-Sincerely, Joshua

The beds and linens were very comfortable Breakfast was decent I would have liked just a little more variety because I can’t have milk or processed meats – but my husband enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches they offer Front desk was very helpful and kind She even went out of her way to make us a pot of coffee at night because we mentioned wanting some We will be back!

Overall a good place to stay with family All staff encounter was friendly and cordial Rooms were fairly good and clean

Bathroom was clean even though shower curtain rod was abit brokeforgot to mention when we left Toilet didn’t have any pressure and kids clogged it up two times and had to get plunger to unclogPool was good and breakfast was available even though we brought our own stuff to snack on

Terrible place, avoid!, old and dirty No breakfast was there on July 4 stay Overall, It was horrible

The sink did not drain The water got stuck and the knob wasn’t attached I guess bring your own bucket! The shower bathtub was slow draining too and the toilet barely flushed The whole plumbing system appears to be a disasterThere was no breakfast in the morning as every Fairfield inn has Talking to the staff didn’t help We went downstairs before breakfast hours are over and there was no foodChecked in online, got checkin complete and room ready message, but room wasn’t available on arrival We had several rooms reserved in this hotel Few of our family members had to checkout and moved to other real Marriott hotels in the areathe beds were OK for a nightThe positive reviews you see online are likely from confused people about the specific hotel location There are several marriotts in the area with similar names No way anyone would honestly post a five star for this 0 star motelCorporate Marriott needs to rescue this place and stop the reputation damage to their brand

This business claims it is a “3 star hotel” with a 41 star rating on google maps, but this is deceptive This is not a 3 star hotel and does not deserve its rating

Let’s start with the breakfast “Ending” at 9am would not be the best assortment, because it is only bread, a waffle maker, and cereal Thus, there is no reason to even “close” the breakfast at the early hour of 9am since there is nothing being served, it all sits there day to day Next, we had no TV remote in our room When I asked for one, I was given one that did not work The rooms are pretty loud with noise coming from outside easily There are very thing curtains that do not keep out the light The office chair and the desk in the room were also broken Everything had a shoddy unkempt feel Would not recommend a stay here

I checked in earlier and unfortunately, a couple was having booking issues that they were very confused about The poor receptionist was very flustered and I’m sure she had been going through a lot today After about 20 minutes, my mom stepped in and politely asked for the receptionist to help us and another woman who had been waiting since the issue seemed to be taking a long time

I have a chronic illness, so I was incredibly ill and really needed to get to a room to lie down, so I really appreciated when my mom spoke up After helping the other waiting woman, the receptionist ignored my mom and continued helping with the issue that the couple was having (it seemed to be something the couple probably did wrong on accident) My mom had already stated that she had somewhere to be (and was already late for), but the receptionist acted more rudley towards her and only helped after she mentioned me being ill The receptionist acted more kindly to the couple who were borderline attacking her, and I completely understand how difficult it is to deal with some obstacles, but that shouldn’t affect service to guests that act kindly and with understanding Despite everything that happened and feeling like I was going to collapse, I still wished the receptionist and the couple a nice day It would be nice if the hotel had a better system for weird issues with bookings and knew how to prioritize certain guest experiences Things like this can be fixed easily with proper staffing and systems in place I will not base my whole rating of this hotel on that one experience, but that experience is certainly something I’ve never had to come across before Just know that check in can take any length of time, depending on who checks in first (Ps 2 hours later, and the couple is still in the lobby working on the issue)A couple of things about the rooms:The beds seem fine and the room seems cleanIt is impossible to close the blackout curtains, and they are only present for decorationThe AC unit tells you to use a wall thermostat to change it, but the wall thermostat doesn’t really do anything either I set it in the off position after waiting for things to get warmer, and it is stoll blowing It was set to 61 degrees when we arrived, which is far too cold for someone with circulation problemsThere is also only one full sized bathroom towel for a room with 2 queen beds, and 2 occupants on the bookingThere is also absolutely no soap in the bathroom either, or shampoo or conditioner No coffee cups with the coffee machine And the window is very dirty We could go down to the desk and ask for more things, but you shouldn’t have to do that just to get the basic amenities that were meant to be provided with the room

Miriam Balbin

Hotel Short staffedThe front desk clerk also does laundry, housekeeping and other dutiesRug smells bad

TV says weak signal so it’s not working You have to put your garbage and your dirty towels outside your room and pick up clean ones at the front desk No daily housekeeping Incredible

Stayed for about 3 weeks while I was transitioning into Katy Donna is a very nice and attentive manager, she will help with whatever with she can and truly cares The cleaning ladies are very nice and accommodating, cleaning the room and even organizing belongings while I was gone without anything going missing

Some of the riff raff in the area can sort of drift into the parking lot, but just stay to yourself and there’s no issue

You get what you pay for Very poor service Stains on sheets, walls dingy, chipping paint, etc

They only serve breakfast till 9:30am – my sister and I went down at 9:03am, there was NO food We asked the front desk to help get more food He told us they only refill from 6am-9am and I told him that it’s clearly posted that breakfasts is until 9:30am He only went to get bread and packaged honey buns and that they will not make more eggs or sausage He said “we refilled twice already this morning” as if that is my issue People even came after us and he still didn’t bring anything out They’re just wanting to save money and not provide breakfast for all of the guests The parking lot is full of cars and rooms booked, they know they should accommodate for the amount of guests they booked

Would rate lower if price wasn’t so low and location so convenient Room was ok Some things weren’t quite finished when remodeling

There was a strange red splatter on the wall that looked suspiciously like blood Maybe ketchup🤷? There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign, so the maids entered your room whether you like it or not in the morning This only matters if you stay more than one night Breakfast was atrocious – it’s first come, first serve If you aren’t there as soon as it’s laid out, you don’t get anything It’s not replenished Fruit juice was obviously expired and bitter and a strangely dark color Waffle batter was watery and unusable Coffee was weak Only the prepackaged stuff and cereal was any goodThere are other better hotels in the area, but again, the price is super low If you just need somewhere to rest your weary bones, this MOTEL is sufficient I say motel, because the room doors face outside

The price is good and the room was somewhat clean The sheets and blankets had holes with patches on them, why not just get new ones? The refrigerator was full of water and wasn’t cold The floors were so dirty, I’m pretty sure they haven’t been cleaned in a while

The other people staying there were smoking weed outside our door and were very loud arguing slamming doors during the night We stayed here last year and our experience was much better The service was great both times and the staff are helpful and friendly They just need to put more effort into keeping the rooms maintained and clean We will most likely try another hotel our next stay in Texas Just a little disappointed with our last stay because our first one was great, we didn’t have any issues with the room or other guest that visit

Good price, A/C worked well, good water pressure, clean bathtub, towels, faceclothsOn the downside – the floor was filthy My feet got dirty walking from the bathroom to bed! Staff had not vacuumed the floor since the last guest and there was visible dirt and two pills on the floor! Very cheap soap that turned to mush after 2 days

The other guests were loud Motorcycles starting up at 1:30 in the morning Cars at all hours of the night leaving the parking lot
