I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel It was very clean and updated and the room was spacious I would only recommend each guest be informed of the housekeeping ‘only upon request the night before’ rule, as soon as they check-in

This will be more useful and less frustrating than having to call the front desk and ask why your room wasn’t cleaned IMO Also, a few more breakfast hot food options would be good as well (such as bacon, sausage, pancakes etc although the waffles were excellent and they even had sugar free syrup as an optionnice touch!) They have a small gym and a nice clean outdoor pool area with a grill for BBQing if that’s your desire Also, a covered outdoor smoking area and a security guard on duty in the evening/night parking lot, and since we arrived around mid-night, we really appreciated this touch and felt very safe Overall, I was very happy with our stay and would definitely come back

This place was great I had a long day of trave I try several other places before this one with No success the hotel was nasty, not in a good area are just plan oh to expensive

I called the Hilton number and we found this hotel which I didn’t know of at the time Should up check in and received excellent service The front desk clerks gave me a complimentary gift, meal suggestion and were to advise The room was very nice and clean the bed was comfortable too In all I am happy I got to stay at this hotel

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and decided to stay overnight and watch Rivercats game The hotel we usually stay at was booked and we found this one instead The hotel is a quick and safe walk from the stadium

The room was nice, the hotel and parking lot area was clean I was a little concerned because there looked to be some older motels next door and I was worried about the car Everything was great and our car was safe

I’ve stayed at this location before and it was fineRecently I was In Town for the Miranda Lambert concert When i went to the lobby to check in the man behind the counter acted like my being there was a nuisance

I paid a early check in fee because I arrived 15 hour early which was fine I also paid a parking fee which was new as I didn’t have to pay it when I was there a couple months earlier, but still I was fine paying itWhen we got to our room we unloaded our luggage and crashed in bed for a nap after driving for hours I went to use the restroom and the toilet seat had urine dried all over itI went back to let the front desk know and he just looked at me with an annoyed face and said he would send someone up to clean itnever apologized or anythingAfter waiting for 20 min no one showed up to clean the bathroom so I went back to the lobby to request a new roomI wouldn’t have even been upset about the situation if the customer service was betterOh and they no longer offer the continental breakfast like they did when I booked So the service went down and the fees went up

The best thing about this spot was the location 2 blocks from the venue, The golden one Arena The Room had a funk of urine we couldn’t quite place where it was

Thank God we were only there for one night, and when we got in the Room after the show it really didn’t matter The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help I think the only thing they need to improve on is the quality of their Room cleaning For the price and the location it was perfect for our needs

Josh Kimbrough

What can I say, you get what you pay for Definitely not the Hyatt but a nice place to stay I do have to say the room was clean, the Linens were clean, and it was a good place to rest our heads

It’s a short one block walk into Old Sacramento which was very convenient The staff is also very friendly and accommodating We did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot give any feedback on that

Stumbled upon this place and wow! Had all the desserts delicious! Drinks were delicious

Service was amazing! Little hole in the wall place but it was packed Make a reservation in advance or you probably won’t get a table I will definitely be back to try the food, it looked incredible Heads up, it’s pricey but worth it from the small taste I had

Bruce Wu

Service was wonderful We felt so welcome and everyone from the service team is joyful and sweet However, the environment is quite crowded and noisy (probably bc it’s a Saturday night) to the point that we can only yell to each others

The appetizer was great, but the entree were just mediocre and a bit overpriced (we ordered steak and burger, and I would say they are below average) Would be a nice place for teenagers to hang out and have a casual drink, but not a place for family dinning — Just personal opinions

Yvonne Au

We took our friends who live nearby but never realized that Plan B is a French restaurant We happily spent a few hours over a leisurely dinner including escargot, prawns sticks, and salad with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay; rack of lamb, hamburger & frites, filet mignon with Pinot noir; chocolate sauce over vanilla ice cream for the hamburger guy; apple tart for the rest with very nice decaf coffee I especially appreciated our server Lenny who was very likable and knowledgeable about the food

He was able to recommend dishes that could be adjusted to make them dairy-free for me His wine pairing recommendations were spot on for us We were having such an enjoyable evening chatting about travel in France that I forgot to take photos!

We arrived at 6:30 am with a reservation at another hotel Whereupon we were notified that we had to wait until 3 p To check in

On a lark and desperate to get my wife off the street I wandered into comfort suites on Jibboom st The lady informed us of the same 3pm policy but went ahead and booked us into a room right awaythe room was beautiful, clean just excellent We’ll stay there again

THE WORST PLACE!!! THE WORST RECEPTIONISTS!!! If you want to feel calm and rest DO NOT STAY HERE FULL OF HOMELESS, the hotel has a gate but it has an open space where anyone can enter the parking lot The front desk girls do not even greet you when you enter and they have a bad face

Dirty room smells bad It is not safe for families or anyone who wants to rest and feel safe RUN

First time we went to the spa it was great So I got my wife a gift card and she went to use it for a massage which should include jacuzzis and steam rooms They said due to covid she can’t use the facility

This is march 13 2022 All covid restriction have been lifted since February 16 2022 for Sacramento county They don’t want to refund the gift card

Indigo Queen

Amazing!! We received full body Swedish massages and they hooked it up with the oils and the aromatherapy (is also a dope option) 10 outta 10 customer service, massages and pressure, comfort, and just the over all vibe Felt like we were on an island

They got tea and chocolate too Oh laawwd!!! The stream room reminds me of that movie the fog, got a little nervous but my pores thanked me after Getting facials next month and another soon

Kaycee

After showing us where our locker rooms were, we were given no other instructions where to go, where to wait, what happens next as we were planned to have massages Having to flag the same attendant down and asking her where to go, she seem unenthused/annoyed and rude in her response The massages though were awesome and it was overall relaxing and enjoyable

Kenia was great After we returned to the locker room, other guests we’re being walked through and we overheard the same attendant going over everything, including where the showers were, saunas, bathrooms, where to go, what to expect etc It’s disappointing to know that other clients received better service than we did while we were here Walking out, I had asked another attendant what the other’s name was and she had asked me if there was any problems I let her know my concerns and she explained that the girl is new and probably had “nerves” Understandable I guess? But being new doesn’t give you the right to be snobby and rude I just hope this serves as a learning experience for next time if you want to keep guests happy

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend to celebrate her birthday We booked the Mozart room because it had a Jacuzzi tub, fire place and private patio The host was very nice when we checked in and asked us what time we would like breakfast brought to our room etc

He also brought us silverware and dishes for take out we ordered to our room Overall customer service was good However, for a hotel room at almost $300 per night my cleanliness expectations, especially during COVID, were much higher The room was very dusty and had cobwebs on the light fixtures There were still random rose petals and tooth past caps etc left on the floor from the last person’s stay The toilet had brown marks in it and there was hardly any hand soap left in the bathroom Breakfast was very pretty but my wife and I could not eat the waffles They tasted like fried funnel cake but were so chewy I had a hard time cutting them with a knife I honestly wouldn’t have left a review at all but the final straw for me was the pot smoke The manger/ hosts unit backs right up to the room we stayed in The host would stand on their patio backing up to our room and smoke morning and night We could hear him hacking and we couldn’t use the patio at all because it reeked like pot and would fill our room The last morning we were there the whole lobby smelled like pot I don’t care if people smoke but it was very unprofessional to do so in an area that effects your guests Not everyone wants to stay in a $300 hotel room that smells like weed! Anyway the rooms were very pretty, the bed was comfortable and overall the place was very quite

Such a great experience We went for our 9-year anniversary and had an amazing time Everything from check-in to check out was absolutely flawless

Every little nook and cranny is so adorable The attention to detail in the decorations was amazing I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing timeThe breakfast and bed was delicious, the jacuzzi tub and the room was so relaxing, and the space was impeccably clean!

I visited the Bradley house with my parents and we had a wonderful experience The hosts were lovely – very accommodating and helpful The house has many details to it and is super clean

We had a peaceful night and a delicious breakfast If we will travel through Folsom again, we would most certainly stay at the Bradley House again and would very much look forward to it

My wife and I recently stayed at The Bradley House A few months ago, we had to sell our home to save our business One of the things my wife misses most about our old digs is she doesn’t have a bathtub to soak in anymore

For her Christmas present, I booked a room here so we could have a night away and she could soak We got the King room I think my wife took three or four baths between Friday night and Saturday morning Amazing I took one as wellOn Friday afternoon and evening, we strolled the Historic District, had cocktails at one establishment and dinner at another This location is so great Great restaurants and wine bars in the areaWe came back at night to relax in the house in the multiple cozy vignettes I took my glass of whiskey from couch to couch and listened to the soft music that was playing for us while my wife soaked We watched the sunset from our deck overlooking the canyon where the American River flows out of Folsom Lake and empties into Lake NatomaThe bed was super comfortable We watched some Netflix before crashing super early in the evening Slept like babiesIn the morning, Mike and Olivia served breakfast for us at 8:00 Bacon, cheesy eggs, potatoes, orange juice, coffee, and tea Delicious My wife invited them to sit with us and chat and we talked for a long time What wonderful, beautiful hosts What a great family and a great business We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend itWe will be back for sure!

Marie Klein

I am considering a move to the area and choose the Bradly House because of the location and charm of the house The rooms have soft bedding on comfortable beds Every detail is carefully and creatively attended to

The food is beautiful and taste as good as it looks, fresh and healthy Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are delightful I can’t thank Olivia and Mike enough for their hospitality It was hard to leave and I look forward to my return!

DISABLED PEOPLE BE WARNED OF THIS PLACE’S MANAGEMENT!We love the place and love to go there But somewhere between 2021 and 2022 they changed management and BOY did their customer service go downhillLast year we had a great experience with a kind management

Now it is run by a bunch of Karens One of these, the one that gave one of our friends the tour for newcomers (an old white lady with one of those “bubbly” personalities that you immediately know is going to be a problem if you slightly bother her) had THE AUDACITY to tell us that we couldn’t use the disabled parking spots because “that’s only for people who can’t walk” while having someone in our party with a very visible prosthetic leg right there who struggles walkingAnd apparently this issue has happened several times to other people, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen And I HOPE it happens If any of you have lawyer-kind-of-money, go for it These new people don’t see accessibility as a moral and legal obligation, but as a nuisance that they are trying to avoid and trying to get away withSue them so maybe when they start having to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees they actually understand that disability and accessibility are not something whimsical It’s a duty for everyone in this country to comply withOn top of that they were terrible at their job We scheduled the tour at 10am, not at 11am, but they made us wait till 11am without saying a thing about why we were there just waitingLuckily we confronted them and obviously got our rightful parking spots and didn’t have to see them anymore the rest of the day, that we enjoyed thoroughly, as every time we go there

I wasn’t a visitor my husband had work to do there But it is a very beautifully ran location Welcoming swimming pools, beautiful location gorgeous landscaping

Everyone I saw there had a smile on there face And for those of you not acquainted with Laguna, no people are not running around in the buff! For those interested I think you will be taken back by the beauty and warmth this place has to offer!!!

First time visit was fantastic! Camped over night No body shaming, no wise cracks, it was just a comfortable and relaxing stay And believe me, I had an unfortunate seizure (while naked) and a trip in an ambulance but I still when back and enjoyed the rest of my stay

I don’t get comfortable very quickly but at this place, I just felt at home
