Absolutely disgusting! Immediately after walking in I knew we made a mistake booking this hotel There was not just one but two homeless men hanging out in the lobby with their personal belonging scattered to the right of the entrance Sanitation and cleanliness was beyond poor

Needless to say we checked out the same day we checked in and went to the Holiday Inn The hallways were littered with trash and debris, our room had all kinds of miscellaneous fluids dripping off the walls There were no real pillows, only small half size pillows There was two cigarette burns on the sheets in our “no smoking” room There was what looked like dried blood stain on one pillow case I wouldn’t be surprised if we come home with bed bugs Highly recommend staying anywhere but here if you value cleanliness After reading other reviews it looks like there was no real thought or sympathy put into the reply from the owner or whoever is replying to the reviews

Savage Amusement

Excellent jacuzzi suite for the money Tub was very clean, usually I feel the need to reclean and sanitize the tub before using but this tub was clean even inside the jets Room was nice size, not too big yet not to small

Front desk staff was friendly and made check in easy and quick Bed and linens were clean and comfy Will definitely go back!

I’m going to give this place three stars to be extremely generousLet’s start with the good There were plenty of parking spots

The person who helped us was polite and fairly efficient The bed was comfortable and the shower was greatThe bad: Our door didn’t lock on the inside The chain did, which made us feel a bit more comfortable but this could potentially be a huge issue We also didn’t have a Do Not Disturb sign in the room The stopper in the drain for the sink didn’t work properly either Finally the drawer on my nightstand wouldn’t shut and opened all the way, which could be a huge issue if you had to get out of bed in the middle of the nightFinally there were things that were annoying but I can overlook due to circumstances: Check in took ages because of lack of staff Not a huge issue but this was on a Saturday afternoon which I would normally expect to be one of the busiest check in times The elevator also had food on the floor which was never cleaned throughout our entire stay Not a huge deal but, come on!Overall we stayed here for the location and the price Not a bad hotel but they need to focus on fixing the little things Management really need to be more on top of inspecting rooms

Check in at 1:30 am Open the door to our room to a horrible odor of food and animal🤢🤮 One king size bed and I’m with my 17-year-old son He said he would sleep on the sofa but as we walked across the room and looked at the sofa I said you’re not touching that sofa!! I did take a picture of it hoping that I could post it in this review, It looked like it had been pulled in off the street it was a red sofa with sweat and black dirt all over it! Needless to say we shared the king size bed, it’s 1:30 in the morning what are you gonna do?! We stayed 4 night 2 of those nights people in the room next to us we’re having parties until 1 and 2 in the morning

I did get up and walked down to the front desk and asked them to please end the party It went on for about 45 minutes after that If the room was clean I couldn’t tell, because of the foul smell of the sofa and the chipped paint on the walls the old gross faucet and drain in the bathroom Don’t know if the TV worked, we only went in there to sleep! I can say I will never ever stay at this I hotel again and highly recommend that you don’t!BTW it was jut un $200 a night🤯

Our stay at the Econolodge in Buckley, WA on June 25, 2022 was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life staying at a hotel The people in the room next door to us were partying until 3:00am, which is when I decided I had enough and that they clearly were not going to stop without intervention The walls were extremely thin!! At approximately 3:05am, my husband raised the issue with management

At 3:30 am, our neighbors finally started to settle down and we were offered to change to a different room The next room they put us in had takeout food still on the table and had clearly not been cleaned or restocked before the previous person stayed there At 9:30am, another guest walked directly into our room with a keycard We would have been better off driving back home as this terrible hotel could not even provide us with our minimum expectations: a night of sleep Will NEVER stay at this place ever again

So this is a great location about 1 mile from SeaTac Airport The service staff were lovely and went the extra mile The room we gave a three star rating

Comfortable beds and clean sheets, but the room smelled of smoke and the sink drain was blocked If you’re on a tight budget, this place will be fine – but don’t set your expectations too high It is what it is – cheap accommodation

Aspen Hardy

Probably the most ran down motel I’ve ever stayed in However, the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful They claim to do breakfast but I never saw it the one time I came in at 7am except for coffee

Nightstands were really beaten up and scratched up TV was in Spanish and had the loud static noise which gave me headaches Bedding had short black hairs and stains I still give a decent review due to the customer service and the mini fridge and desk was convenient I loved the blackout curtains to get good sleep, and the water in the shower stayed hot for a long time Cheap price… the stay wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be walking in

Autumn Pines

Pro: Relatively close to airport, person at front desk was niceCons: White stains on carpet, black mold behind toilet tank, cigarette burns on carpet and comforter in non-smoking room, the tub drain was nothing more and an open hole, and the ac unit was too disgusting to trust usingIf you just need a really cheap place near the airport to catch an early flight it will serve that purpose, but I would spend more and go somewhere else

I was Surprised and Pleased with my La Quinta Hotel decisionI have lived in the Tacoma area for about 25 years and two years ago moved to Arizona I travel back-and-forth for business

The city has gone through so much since the Covid situation it’s hard to determine these days where to stay The location was central, they kept the facility locked and safe 24 hours a day The staff is what made it a five-star visit everybody was friendly and very accommodating I enjoyed that they had a continental breakfast in the morning and then they serve dinner from 5 to 9 in the lounge I felt it was affordable and the food was good Again mainly the service was five star thank you very much to the staff I’ll see you again soon!

It’s your typical La Quinta Inn Staff was very friendly and helpful! The first room we stayed in was a bit messy but they had no issues making in right at the counter They were very apologetic and quick to give us another room

Breakfast was great, nothing like waffles and some orange juice Absolutely enjoyed the little restaurant on the first floor There was barely anyone dining in when I went and you could change the tunes through the tune app on your phone I ordered a BBQ burger and they didn’t disappoint at all! I’d recommend staying here if you’re in town or don’t want to spend too much on Airbnbs There’s also plenty of places nearby that you could walk to

My husband and I fell in love with this place! Clean place and pleasant staff!! The showers are clean I stood in two different rooms and I felt so comfortable and not on edge about something not being cleaned properly The cleaning ladies and breakfast lady are all fantastic The receptionist Lorena is amazing! She is friendly, caring and so pleasant with all the guest, I saw her interact with

She makes everyone feel comfortable enough for even the guest to interact with each other! She makes the front desk feel like home One guest said he comes back to this hotel because of the service and I am right there with him The service at this hotel is on point! To Lorena we wish you nothing but the best!!

We stayed here for four nights in JulyPOSITIVESGood size room and bathroomHard working staff, especially the breakfast room lady who valiantly tried to keep it stocked to feed the morning crowd

Good hot breakfastWide stairs (we like using the stairs instead of the elevator)All day hot coffee in the breakfast roomNEGATIVESNo (not once in four days) afternoon cookies as promised by a prominent sign in the elevatorVery sluggish WIFI in our roomMediocre complimentary coffee in the room

Deepak

Place is ok for a casual stay but not so great if you have expectations Housekeeping is done basis on request and sometimes does not get done even after several requests Manager is approachable and helping nature

There is Nothing around this place even close by restaurants so only near by is a burger king and Starbucks They have a good parking place and breakfast is okay not bad

Room was fabulous but

but the ants in the bathroom were not pleasant but maintenance did come right away so overall the stay was great the hottub , swimming pool you would think it be heated being inside and the workout room it was sweetI would come back again but different room The front desk girls were amazing there was one that went out of her way to help me with some arts and crafts for my aunties service I didn’t catch her name but she knows who she is thank you so so much I appreciate you and your 110% my lady

clueless fisherman

Room looked good when we got there as we dropped our stuff off then went to my daughter’s softball tournament Got to the room at 10pm put the 2 yr old to sleep and and noticed the toilet running but didn’t think anything of it until about 1 and then again at 1:30, I woke up no less than 5 times and got the worst sleep I’ve ever had, I went to the front desk in the morning and complained about it and they said they could of switched me rooms but with a 2yr old and a grumpy 13 yr it wasn’t worth switching rooms at 11 and dealing with the headache Front desk said all they could do was give us points for the annoyance which is not what I wanted but it was points or nothing, I would of been happy with 10$ off our 220$ room but no

side note when I went to lay down and moved the pillows the headboard was all worn and looked like it had seen some miles🥵

Bert Maggleferg

Friendly and courteous staff at front desk, at my room the first thing I notice is the room has been lived in hard Everything is well worn like the door that has deep wear marks from the chain and doesn’t close tight as hallway light shown through all the way around at night Dresser drawers wouldn’t open or close

Couch cushions so broken down that the front structure of the couch cut across the back of your legs Room was pretty clean but not thoroughly clean One evening when I returned, the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke when it is supposed to be non-smokingThe continental breakfast was good and I used the exercise room a couple times Bed was surprisingly comfortable but the one night in my schedule I planned to take a soak in the hot tub, it was out of service due to a chemical imbalanceCould have given it 3 stars but based on how much I spent in return for what I got, I can only go 25 stars and will book somewhere else next time

My boyfriend and I were visiting STL for the first tome to celebrate our anniversary We looked at so many stays within and surrounding the city We couldn’t be happier with our choice! Penny was a great host and the property is stunning

You can tell so much love and care was put into the place Nicely decorated, fridge stocked, everything you could need is neatly organized, and the hot tub/view! If we are ever in PNW again, we will definitely revisit

Claire P

Beautiful modern cottage with stunning views of Puget Sound It’s on a quiet dead end road That isn’t the best part though

The owner and hostess, Penny, provided excellent service and communication When I arrived, pastries, fruit, and freshly baked bread were waiting for me In addition, the fridge was stocked with milk, juice, eggs, yogurt, jams, salsa, and 1/2 and 1/2 Amazing! A tray containing granola and all the fixings was nearbyThe cottage is lovely and well appointed I’m planning on booking at Three Trees B&B the next time I’m in Seattle Highly recommend!

Lori Snyder

What an amazing find! Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast surpassed my expectations The rooms were roomy and beautifully decorated with love Penny couldn’t have been nicer

great location, affordable price Pretty clean room but had a couple minor imperfections in bathroom easily fixed with Kleenex Friendly staff who assisted after office hours for check in

Would stay again Stayed 3 nights and was very happy there One thing to note – breakfast assortment is sub bar Don’t get too excited Has your basics though if you just need something to eat

irregular mana

Honestly I don’t understand the 2 or even 3 star reviews People pay hotel 8 prices and expect the double tree quality but anyway it’s great Don’t let the low price fool you into thinking it’s low or seedy quality

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, there was a gym and coin operated laundry machineYou get to make as many big waffles as you want during continental breakfast hours When I visit the Seattle area I will be staying here as the drive is only about 20 min from the city without the Seattle tax price tag

Tanya Stevenson

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTYWe often come to Des Moines to visit family once a year and we decided this would be a good place to stay because it’s close to our family members We got in late to the inn and unfortunately had to wake up the front desk lady Initially we walked in and noticed how dirty it was

We figured it was just late and dark and we were tired But over the next couple of days, we noticed thing after thing regarding the cleanliness The bedsheets were covered in long hairs and other dirt It didn’t look like housekeeping even changed the sheets The pillows were tiny 4×4 flat squares and there was only one pillow per person We had to go buy pillows from a nearby store because they were so bad The towels in the bathroom were also cheap and tiny The baseboards were caked with hair and dirt The walls in the bathroom and room were covered in various yellow stains and dirt too Housekeeping came into our room everyday but all they did was make the bed and change the towels It does not smell clean or sanitized We ended up leaving our shoes on most of the time we were in the room because if not the bottom of our feet/socks were covered with hair and dirt and crumbs whenever we’d walk around the room They said they serve breakfast but all it’s just a waffle maker, cheap coffee and juice, and some bananas It was far too expensive for how disgusting and dirty it was Definitely will not be staying here again

The rooms are very clean and I feel a very good price At the time of this review it was 100 a night TV, large queen bed, good ac system

The little motel set up they have is really nice The staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for local places to eat and visit It’s location is stellar as well, you’re within walking distance of all of downtown and some fantastic restaurants I’ll definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it

potatos 4 everyone

We got stuck on the pass and had to spread the night here The room was HUGE and perfect, especially for my wheelchair bound daughter to navigate There was even a little table and sitting area! It was cozy and clean, and the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Especially when I accidentally left my wallet in the room when we left and had a mini panic attack! I will 100% stay here again if I ever need to, and will recommend this place to my friends if they are ever stuck on the pass

Booked a room here online last night Got to the hotel tonight and they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t explain what happened to my reservation I spoke with the manager and he was extremely rude

Never once apologized and said it was not his problem he told me I needed to figure out how to get the refund on my own Worst customer service I have encountered with a hotel ***Edited to add that today I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour I’ve been told that I can’t be refunded my money because the receptionist filed that I was a “no show” for my reservation

I love this hotel The Hotel Representatives is nice and really good at what they do

Out of all the 1000s of hotels I stayed at I never wrote a review until now on this hotel and I have to give them 5 stars for my experience!!! Breakfast is amazing It’s very peaceful and the Front Desk Auditor named Guy is pretty nice and really helpful!! He is perfect for the job! Thanks for great service guys! I know where to go now flying into Washington State!

Stephanie Miller

We arrived quite late for our reservation, flying in from the East Coast The hotel was clearly going through a major renovation, but we didn’t care The rooms were clean and the people were professional

However, the next morning, they went WAY out of their way to assist us with getting to the cruise port to catch our ship We had tons of luggage and also had the nerve to ask them to stop at a store on the way so we could pick up a couple of last minute items They were incredibly gracious about it and made the day so much better!

DJ Matthews

Exceptional service! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to meet customer needs The room was clean, quiet, spacious and had a whirlpool tub which I thoroughly enjoyed! There were a lot of renovations being made but it was definitely an improvement! Nice atmosphere, full breakfast, open pool Extra kudos to Vanessa! Awesome work!
