My husband and I stayed here about a week ago and traveled from Oregon for a funeral Our stay was one night but everything was so nice! We both really enjoyed staying at this hotel! We had a room that was facing the freeway so we did hear some traffic but I slept very well! The beds were very comfortable! I also forgot my hair care back in Oregon and luckily they had some there that wasn’t like your usual cheap hotel stuff! In the AM as we were getting our belongings ready and moving them to the car, the housekeeper was super nice and spoke with me She helped me get back into my room after I couldn’t figure out how with my key! Super nice staff at check in! She was super sweet and very helpful! Definitely will be staying again!!

We’ve stayed in Tracy, California a few times, and this has been the best hotel so far The staff was super friendly and the building felt clean and updated The room furniture was well thought out with plenty of counter and bench space

Great lighting and charging options The breakfast was a hit with my boys, but gluten-free options are quite limited This location is close to In-N-Out 😁

First room I was given had the foul odor of cigarettes, tried to call down to front desk but the quick buttons on the phone didn’t work They gave me a new room and everything was fine until just before 5am That’s when someone’s car alarm was continually going off until reset and then again and again and continued until after 6am

When I talked to the Manager he said he wasn’t aware of it and hadn’t heard from any other employee about the issue I know they could hear it as I was on the third floor, opposite end of the car Just seems like they don’t care about issues as even the smoke smell in the room should have been brought to someone’s attention before letting someone check in

No real complaints, hotel staff is excellent, rooms were clean The only issues I have is the window blinds/curtain allows a lot of light in so the room was never really dark and the hotel being so close to major roads that all I heard was loud engines racing up and down the road

all night long another issue was breakfast, the eggs were like a powdered fake egg mix, they offered sliced sausage and well there was only a couple pieces left when I went to get some I cant say how many ate before me but I’d expect food would be replaced when needed, it was 7:40am and they serve until 9am How many others went without?

Take pictures of everything before you check out! Because if you don’t and get charged $500 for smoking in a room you never smoked in and putting a hole in a sheet, your going to pay it Even if they never show you photos of what your paying for They are hard to get ahold of to talk about the charges, never call back and will hang up when they feel done talking

I’m happy to pay for things I do wrong but half a weeks wages for something I didn’t do is a bitter pill to swallow Place is a ripoff, fair warning

We stopped here for the night in the middle of a two day drive On the same trip, we stayed at two other hotels, including a Hilton in the LA area, and I liked the Hampton the best out of the three The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the pool, though small, was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful and had great scrambled eggs! The view was nothing special, but none of the places we went had a good view

They have a well lit parking lot that has an overnight in-person guard and gates that are closed after 10 The rooms were clean and well appointed I have no complaints They were wonderful and I would gladly recommend them to anyone and/or stay there again in a heartbeat!

My friends came upon the Courtyard Marriott when we decided to make last minute plans to stay a whole weekend in Stockton We chose the Courtyard based on price within our budget, location, and how clean and acceptable the rooms looked both on Google reviews and their website When we checked into the hotel, we were kindly and immediately greeted by the front desk receptionist who quickly checked us in and gave us information and tips on the area

When we came to our room, we found it to be very clean, comfy and the bed sheets exceeded our expectations The wall between the beds was nice when half our group was asleep and the other was awake TV had cable which lets you watch a handful of channels like Food Network, Comedy Central, and other lovable channels Towel service and beds were made immediately while we were gone which was very convenient for usWhile our Stockton adventure was a little chaotic, we found the Courtyard to be our safe haven for a multitude of reasons It was great coming back to a clean cozy hotel room each night of our stay The hotel is also situated in area with tons of restaurants and shopsDefinitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and a more personal experience with the friendly staff The hotel carried alot of charm that you won’t see anywhere else I would definitely book here again the next time I’m in the area I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was nice and quiet, what we needed Overall hotel not what we’re used to for Courtyards Dining area AC was out and made it a hothouse

Bistro staff of 1 for dinner hour not very enthusiastic (possibly due to heat), wine was hot, carpets on 2nd floor dirty, food trays left out all night in hallway and not picked up, pool closed, day staff at desk not very attentive in morning Kind of disappointed 3 stars cause we got a good night rest

Checked in extremely exhausted I have Diamond Status at Hilton’s The girl at the front desk said she put me away from the highway after I asked her several times

I also have in my profile away from the elevator She said she looks at everyone’s profiles to make sure she places them by their preferences I laid down in bed The traffic noise is terrible Also my door is the closest to the elevator I say know your product Know what you’re selling A restful nights sleep and keeping your promises to your guests She did offer to move me but I’m already in bedAnother sleepless night in a hotel with highway traffic as loud as can be

I had best experience in my life Staff was really helpful Nice and clean rooms, perfect beds

i must say one of there team member Sarah was amazing i loved the way she was talking to me and to her staffBest experience at Best western Definitely gonna stay there every time when ever i gonna come

Jenny Bragg

What made this experience 4 stars instead of 3 was the service of the staff! The front counter workers were pleasant, got us checked in quickly, and helped with our room keys that weren’t working The breakfast ladies were hilarious, we LOVED them (both the weekend and weekday workers) The breakfast is amazing and they have many food options

When we got back to our room for the second night of our stay we found it so well cleaned and re-stocked with soaps and shampoo! We left it in a hurry that morning, so it was kind of a disaster But they took good care of us! The beds are also super comfortable On the downside, it is near a freeway so be prepared to hear freeway noise Also, don’t get a balcony room otherwise you’ll be stuck next to the squeaky elevator

This local gem helped make 2 days completely comfortable Everywhere else had no vacancies and I stumbled upon this place as a complete accident The room was spotless, AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable – which makes all the difference in my opinion

Staff was polite and respectful, which I appreciated I definitely recommend anybody to stay here if needed Thanks for the hospitality Hacienda!

With the review is the way they’re listed come up either they have a very high rating or a very low rating, it’s almost impossible to tell reality from fiction I’m assuming this is a small family-run operation come up that rents to low-income homeless and transitional housing Did not find any bug or rodent infestations, however I was only there for about 9 hours before I head to return to work

Mary Bagorio

Very down home real people, managers that care about thier guests enough to help in any way possible Items you might have forgotten, they will loan you If they have it, you’ve got it

One of the less expensive motels but the towels are nice, the rooms are decent, and the atmosphere friendly and helpful Convenient location, close to food, grocery and convenience stores, even the hospital Nightly and weekly rates

First of all, front desk staff is outstanding No problems with them However, condition of the room was atrocious

They don’t provide maid service during stays and the condition of the room indicated that they didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning before I checked inAt one time, this may have been a good place to stay, especially with the restaurants and stores within walking distance, but the entire area has gotten a little shady We actually witnessed a dealer throwing a little baggy out of his car window for one of his customers at the Circle K close to the hotel

Shawna Christianson

Our family stayed here for a night while we were vacationing in the area When we checked into our room we noticed our sink was clogged I went back down to the front desk and Kristen was very helpful in getting us a new room

They were sold out for the room that we had originally book so she upgraded us to a studio The room was big and clean We were impressed with all the little things that were available in our room like a roll a paper towels by the sink and nicer name brand (nutrogena) toiletries than we had expected in the bathroom The continental breakfast was good I was impressed with all the little options they had to customize your breakfast just the way you would want When we come back down to this area we will definitely be staying here again All the staff was very friendly Thank you again Kristen for taking care of us and helping us with switching our room

Jason Herr

Pool had been closed for over a month, yet they don’t tell you that when you call or list on website Make sure you ask if pool is open Also, the usual profit maximization for corporate by only getting housekeeping if you specifically request it

They don’t tell you that at front desk when you check inStaff was good and free breakfast was good Very nice being close to Bass Pro shops and restaurants, all walking distance

Not impressive outside at all however the elevator and inside lounge areas are nice The conference rooms are spacious and the room had a balcony which was facing the canals which is relaxing I didn’t like the huge gap at the bottom of the room door which allowed for you to hear everything and everyone talking in the hallway

The glass coffee table and decorations are a little dated but it’s an older hotel The TV is nice and big and staff super friendly They have complementary breakfast and a Starbucks and restaurant on site

Cory W

Decent experience overall! Two night stay Had an slight issue with our first room Let Sheila at the front desk know

She addressed the inconvenience and immediately set us up in another room Super professional, much appreciated! This location is a little dated and the parking lot was a little more open than I’m used to Restaurant inside was pretty darn good, overall positive experience

Steven Rose

So I do not put the good without the bad as well I start with the bad in hopes that the good outweighs it all while still letting people know of the small unforeseeable thingsAfter a long process of getting very frustrated with another hotel we stayed here

I will jump back but after the night we had with a 1 year old kid upset, it was indeed time for a nice shower and bed We got half of that The shower would not get cold what so ever After a call downstairs the rather abrupt and rude lady that was working at night and trying her method of letting the water run for 15 min, I had to go downstairs to which she explained she’d never heard of the issue (so it must not have existed) she issued us another room to shower in That is the extent of the bad, oh well also get snacks at the hotel or elsewhere the 7-11 around hand the corner not a great place during the day and only gets worse at nightThe good though as I said outweighed the bad I walked in greeted by a clean well kept up reception area The hotel make up is on the older side of things but it works At the front desk Bryan made my frustrations go away almost instantly, I would give him 9/10 He was patient, understanding, and not once was his reaction to downplay me and defend the company He had good food recommendations and explained the process to me very well The day of checkout there was a nice young girl working the front named Anastacia who was very very understanding and knee the process very well for what I was trying to accomplish She even offered to leave my information with someone higher up the chain to call me, yeah right I thought I hadn’t even left the hotel before receiving a call 9/10 customer service and professionalism for Bryan and Anastacia Of course there was also Tanya I’m hoping you don’t have to ever meet her but if you do she was acting manager at that time and went above and beyond making sure the other hotel knew what the issue was as well I’d give her a 9/10 and highly recommend these rooms to anyone family or single
