Excellent place for the on the go person or couple This is not a conventional hotel This is more like a Hostel

Clean, quiet, centralized in Miami Close to Downtown Miami, South Beach, Down the street from the exciting Wynwood Art district, Miami’s fashion district, Midtown, etc etc Very close to public transportation Restaurants and convenient store within walking distanceRooms are very clean and come with cold air conditioning, mini fridge and microwaveBad points are that they do not provide made service You will have to pick up for yourself No pool either Bathrooms with showers are located in the hallways but are kept very clean and are always availableI saved a lot of money staying there and I will definitely go backI paid $40 per night compared to $120 per night on overage for Hotel elsewhere

While this is not a true Hotel with all its luxuries and glamour of what you would expect staying in a hotel, this little hotel can offer you a quiet and safe place to rest after a hard day’s work or a short stay near the upscale Wynwood hotspot This cozy place offers a nice size room with clean bedding, furniture, vanity, AC, microwave, and refrigerator Fully gated, key entry only from outside the gate to the entrance of the building and onto your room

Tenants that live here are quiet and some have been there for several years I recommend Havana Inn to people who need a place to stay short or long term It’s location is central to Wynwood, Beaches, Civic Centers, Bayside, and accessible to busses and trains Cute little place

One of the coolest places you can find I hope other people don’t know about it Actually, forget whatever I said and don’t come here

This place is so horrible that only I and people I know deserve to stay9 and a half out of 10

Duh Sunnyday

Would have been a more pleasant experience because the room is nice But the maids love to stand outside the doors and scream back and forth in Cuban for extended periods of time Like for hours! Just shut up and clean the rooms next door already! They don’t need to be so loud! This isn’t the first time either unfortunately

If it weren’t for this it’d be better

The location of the hotel is perfect for freeway access We were able to head out to our sight seeing and return at the end of the day with ease The hotel property seems a little older, but the rooms themselves are modern and well maintained

We were in a king bed suite that had a separate bedroom area The room was incredibly comfortable, it felt like being in a private apartment We’ll absolutely consider staying at this property again

Oh boy

let’s start with the positives It’s a quaint hotel in a good location Close to great dining and golf course Very lovely staff That’s it!!The negatives outweigh the positives for me The room was extremely damp Felt like a damp basement There was mold in my bathroom I took a picture of the mold I will try and upload it The carpets in the hallways were dirty The grounds and parking needed attention as well

Edward Streiff

The staff was nice and the hotel was decent for the price The showers were fancy with multiple Jets and the water pressure was really good It kind of feels like a motel because the the different buildings and how you get to your room but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The only I had was the cable TV The TV itself was fine but lost of the time I just had a green screen no matter what channel For me on a work trip I was hardly in my room so it wasn’t a big deal but if you like to watch TV before bed or your the type that sleep with the TV on this will be a problem for you

Oh now that I see this is a hostel as well, it makes sense My friends and I rented the entire place on Airbnb for a weekend It was large and accommodating, but we found it strange that all the rooms were numbered and now we know why

The kitchen was very under stocked, so I wouldn’t expect to cook anything unless you bring everything The bathroom was also not stocked with body wash/soap and there was only enough towels for each guest to have exactly one It would be nice if they had more towels and made sure that the bathrooms had soap The home was very clean overall, but I would suggest that they not use so many plug-ins The fragrant smell was overpoweringGood location

Hello! I liked this hotel, it has a good location, it was convenient for me to get from the hotel and back to the hotel The hotel has its own parking also a very reasonable price !!! the hotel consists of three two-story buildings, on each floor there are 5 rooms, one shared toilet with shower and a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee machine, as well as a toaster

the rooms are not big, but everything is clean and tidy! overall this is a good offer on the hotel market!

This place is great I haven’t even finished my stay, but after a couple nights here I can honestly say this place is awesome It’s a hostel, as plainly advertised, so it has shared spaces, which is definitely an experience and kind of fun

The bedrooms are private and locked via key codes It’s super clean, cool, and comfortable, and the service is amazing The price cannot be beat for the accommodation

The guy at the front counter very nice, however according to him he was the only on duty that night Our room AC was set on fan and I could not adjust/change the settings (room never got cold), the TV would NOT come on at all, we unplugged it and try a different outlet and it never came on, they did NOT have toiletries as they were completely out (front desk guy stated) and we was never offered to change rooms Will definitely NOT be staying there again

Charissa

No hot water in shower or sink, called front desk twice- no answer- went down to front desk no customers around Front desk lady was unhelpful, unfriendly and acknowledged they knew that there are numerous rooms that the hot water doesn’t work Refused to offer us any compensation for our troubles, wouldn’t switch rooms when I requested it, stating, “ I don’t know what other rooms don’t have hot water…” she stated that other customers are having hot water issues as well

So they are aware, yet, not offering compensation for their problems Hotel old and dated, photos look better than in person, very loud room…next to freeway and loud elevator, mold in shower on ceiling and walls Dark, poorly lit hallways and rooms need attention and updating Outdoor pool is freezing cold Workout room is lacking, only one machine functioned (when I tried all four)Front Staff unwelcoming and unfriendly Didn’t welcome me or acknowledge me as a reward points member- I had to ask at check out if I was given my points Not the greatest area, very far away from the airport & no hotel shuttle as advertised on their website For the price we paid, very poor value Would NOT recommend staying here Worst Holiday Inn property we’ve ever stayed at, we are frequent travelers I choose Holiday Inn properties for their reputation, this hotel doesn’t fit the Holiday Inn standards Find someplace else

shannon Conway

This hotel service is terrible Do not recommend staying here You should not put your diamond elite customers in the rooms that have no hot water

Then tell them oh sorry it’s something we can note, but there is nothing we can do Then when you ask for a hair dryer 3 times and you say ok no problem and it never comes I don’t usually post bad reviews but I do expect a hotel to make traveling for work suck less, not more I don’t think that’s asking too much

This was a very nice and surprising place to stay Looks are deceiving based on the area but is was very nice Rooms were clean, cool, and decorated very nicely

The courtyard is very beautiful, although the parking could be a booger if your not an experienced driver Staff is friendly and very accommodating Highly recommend this location

Rebecca Romac

No shampoo or conditioner, had to go to the sketchy CVS down the road to BUY my own Lots of bums and creeps hanging near by because this hotel was the last building in the “safe area” of the streetThe staff were nice and friendly, but couldn’t provide what the facility didn’t have; so, nothing against the staff

The room felt unclean– from the sheets that felt “not crisp”, to the black carpet that was hiding lord knows what, I did not sleep well The King bed was actually two very much used (and should be thrown away) twin beds pushed together with a huge ridge in the middleI would not recommend this place to anyone
