We could not have asked for a better experience Our server Tabitha earned our utmost respect and appreciation She was amazing and made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down

We had the beer cheese dip as an appetizer and I treated myself to a bowl of the french onion soup Both my wife and I were extremely delighted at how they tastedWe both ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right We over indulged so we had plenty of leftovers Tabitha talked us into getting a piece of the peanut butter pie I am glad she did as it was delicious

The picture it shows here does not do the resort justice The cabins are very nice and well taken care of Great for family vacations and really good area for fishing for Stripers, Hybrids, Kentucky Blue Gill, Crappie, bass and more

If you like trout fishing they have some great areas for thatYou drive into Mountain Home and there a lot of places to eat and more Highly recommend checking it out

Pretty good food with a great view of Lake Norfork Only gave four stars is the wife’s filet mignon was ordered medium rare and received well done I would have definitely returned it! Other reason our waitress went to get our salads but never returned with them

When our diner was finally ready it was brought out and still no salads She finally went to get them after I asked what ever happened with the salads

My husband and I got married there in September of 2021 Totally forgot to do a review But remembered to now bc it’s getting closer to our one year anniversary

So we have plans to stay there again and we can’t wait! She did an amazing job on our wedding! Made us feel super comfortable and welcoming! Was able to help with every idea or thought we had and the cake was amazing too! Super sweet lady who’s willing to go above and behind for any of her customers!

PRICE IS GOOD BUT THAT’S ABOUT ITStayed for a week and that’s all the good things I can say about itNo WiFi

No Pool Stove didn’t work The floor in the trailer we stayed in was about to give way and instead of working on any of it the owner just argued with me about everything The WiFi not working was my phone service providers fault even on my laptop I should have known that the pool was not in service before I came from out of State I was just too dumb to know how to work the stove correctly The floor was not water damaged I was just not use to trailer floorsNEVER AGAIN!

Wish there was an option for zero If it hadn’t been for my amazing family my vacation would not have been as enjoyable We stayed August 6-9th

Hey! Now that I know your reading your reviews I will also mention how hateful you are to criticism You are not very professional at all You are defiantly not friendly I stayed in the Mobil home #9 When I first walked in I was hit with a very strong moldy smell That was masked with glade plug ins everywhere Should I mention that none of the other cabins my family stayed in had any plug ins I tried to get over the smell I could hardly stand it I am six weeks pregnant And she will try to use that as an excuse of why I couldn’t handle the smell The rest of my family smelled the cabin and said the same thing I was very polite when mentioning the problem She proceeded to tell me its just because I’m pregnant Then says ill just make sure the glade plug ins are full Which she proceeded and went up to the cabin and changed them out I don’t know why she thinks masking the problem is going to help it in the long run JUST FIX THE ACTUAL PROBLEM I asked her if I could stay in my grandmas family cabin I didn’t mind to have to pay any extra towards staying there my grandma had an extra room She said that it was fine She offered me a different cabin and I politely declined the offer and stayed with my grandma At the end of vacation my grandpa went and talked to her and he brought back $99 dollars something is better then nothing I am understanding of the situation However I am not understanding of how they reacted instead of acting as adults they were childish and mocked me and my husband behind our backs While my father was in the game room he over heard them saying ” Well we can just kick them out” Then they other person saying ” Oh no we can’t do that there entire family is here” Which my father confronted them and she acted two faced about Grow up have better attitudes Towards your customers you guys really lost some great people who have been coming for several years We have had lots of great memories and times here But we will not be returning next year The better business bureau will be getting a call about this experience And how you reply to your online reviews God bless you and I hope the Lord touches your heart And mind set Its not that hard to just choose kindnessTo a response to your message back You are really hurting your business I don’t have to a professional to tell you that My family is not rich at all That’s why we came to your resort Yes we work hard jobs To be able to afford our vacation You have a terrible attitude Get some better manners I’m 19 and still know better manners then you

Front desk was really nice They only had a suite on the first floor and I had an oxygen machine to get up to my room However, the elevator was out and they put me in the first floor suite at the price for my original room which was a nice discount! The hotel is in a great location with a nice sports bar restaurant within walking distance

Being from out of town, took us a while to find a good motel The one we wanted is being remodeled QUALITY INN is high on our families list, because it is clean, comfortable and very accommodating

The staff have all been friendly, clean in appearance & helpful! We don’t mind the no elevator quality because everything else makes up for it! Our room, bedding, linens, restroom was very clean and this means alot to us! Thank you Quality Inn, your name does say it all! Be back again! My family enjoyed our 3 day stay!

Lindsoal Brown

This is not a negative review so plz dont take it that way quality inn, we just put a normal rating because the stay was normal The place was clean and tidy and the staff was nice but we cant stand the mini ackwardly stiff pillows on the bed and the beds retain alot of body heat while sleeping The walls are paper thin and the person next to our room blared the tv around midnight so sleep was pretty awful

Still its fine to stay here, just ok but our experience wasnt good

ProsExcellent location right in the White River with full hook ups for RV’s It has cabins on the front, most are overlooking the river It has an awesome fly fishing shop with expert guides and knowledge of the river

The four bathhouses (toilet and shower combined) are clean and air conditioned/heated depending on the season The owner is very responsive to campers needsConsPictures on the website are deceiving The cabins and general area needs upgrading This is a diamond in the rough and could generate more business if the site and amenities were updated The garbage dumpsters need to be moved far away from campsites and emptied more regularly The flys in the campsites were primarily due to the location of the dumpsters

Jacob P

We camped here in an rv site next to the beautiful White River The “resort” was quite for the most part but it wasn’t what I was expecting for a resort The roads in and out where not paved or very poorly paved, the store on location was not open, there were no activities offered as you would see in other resorts camping or otherwise

It was very basic for the price

Matt S

Camping trip for the 4th of July wknd No one was ever at the office the entire 4 days we were there Potholes in the drive need fixed

I will say the bathrooms and showers seem to be cool and comfortable We did have to go and get our own picnic table and bring it to our site, There were some laying around but you had to walk them over to your site if you wanted it The fire pits need upgraded they are nothing more than a circle on the ground with some blocks around them Not all of them had a fire pit that I could tell fortunately ours had a small one All in all I would go there again if I absolutely could not find anything else in the area but compared to to White River state park just down the street this place does not even rate close to that They did have full hook up which was nice and the price was a fair deal for the night Could be a better place if some upgrades were made And people would be around the office on a regular basis
