Excellent bar and great restaurant with the authentic Miami Beach crowd You’ll find anybody and everybody here If you want a steak, you can get an appetizer version, served in smoke, for a few hundred dollars, or a main course steak for almost a grand

The steaks are served quite spectacularly with the waiting staff all arriving at your table cheering and applauding We tried the appetizer steak as we had already eaten elsewhere, and it was very good Not sure the experience warrants the price though, but… this is MiamiThe bar staff is phenomenal Extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly Given the clientele in this place we were amazed at how down to earth the bar staff was Simply top notchWe will come back to the bar… we had a great time there, and won’t need to try the steak again There are other steak restaurants in Miami Beach with equally good steak at a fraction of the price

I had a wonderful, relaxing Sunday afternoon as a guest of Soho Beach House The manager Ramon was hospitable and helped make our visit very pleasant We lounged on the beach all day, ordered food and drinks and every part of our day was a 5-star experience

Ricky was our host on the beach and our food and drinks always came in a timely manner With the sun beaming on him, he was still pleasant and willing to accommodateI cannot wait to visit again I have stayed at several SoBe hotels, and Soho Beach House is my absolute favorite

Alfredo lomelli

Came to the restaurant and I wasn’t impressed at all The food was a little bit above Olive Garden The service would’ve been better at Olive Garden I gave two stars because the pasta sauce was good

But not worth the price Also the waiter was so worry about the tip he was really trying for me not to realized that the service charges was already included And trying so hard for me to give him more tip on top of what was already on the bill That his actions were so discussed that you could really tell it was about the money not even the service It was a real bad experience

Excellent place to stay Across the street from the beach Pool area is beautiful and rooftop is stunning

Rooms are comfortable and clean I will say that there was a bit more sound to be heard from neighboring rooms on the weekend, but overall it was a wonderful stay The front desk staff is welcoming and they always have smiles on their faces Really helps brighten the whole experience to be met with a smile Thanks from North Carolina 🙂

Hotel Croydon was a wonderful place to stay for our last minute trip to Miami Beach The hotel itself is located in a great area that felt safe, was close to the beach and had many wonderful bars and restaurants around They have clearly taken an effort to address some the of the concerns of prior guests

Everything other guests noted in prior reviews as being a negative seemed to have be addressed The rooms were clean with comfortable beds The restaurant on site was reasonably priced with large portions and good food They held our luggage for us on the day we checked out so that we could still use the beach and pool while awaiting our flights The only negative I have was that the glasses in the room were not clean, despite being “cleaned” I prefer disposable plastic cups in hotels so that I they are actually clean instead of just wiped with a rag by housekeeping Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Miami!

We stayed at Hotel Croydon for three days and two nights, August 1-3, 2022 Location is great and the staff is friendly! Cheap overnight parking garage about 10 mins away for $8; however, it’s the little things that brought my rating down My daughter dropped her charger and it rolled under the bed

She went to retrieve it and her hand came out dirty! There was a lot of dirt and dust up under the bed so it appears the housekeeping staff does not clean under there In addition, there is not a fridge or microwave in the room, which is very inconvenient when traveling with children Even if you utilize the restaurant for meals, there is no way to warm your food up if you have leftovers Also, the prices of the items in the mini bar are 3x the normal rate, and they charge a 17% restocking fee Lastly, there is no business center on the property When I approached the front desk about receiving a fax she stated she did not know the fax number so she would have the GM call me with the information; however, no one ever called me nor came to my room So I had to create an online fax account to receive the documents through email and then went to a public library to print them Overall, I would stay here again if the rate was right, but the conveniences that come with a less expensive hotel chain seems to meet the needs of my family better

I really enjoyed the hospitality and great customer service from Gabby and Ovy They both were really friendly, provided quick, and efficient service The hotel was located right next to the beach walking distance

The hotel provides beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs There are restaurants in walking distance of the hotel that were great The room was clean and up to par The bed and pillows were comfortable The cleaning service woman was very helpful in changing sheets due to a personal accident There were very accommodating and answered questions in a professional manner I was able to check in earlier than expected and leave my luggage with them safely until I return upon check out I truly consider someone to stay at this hotel if you were looking for a private quiet and pleasant stay in North Beach Miami

Hope Marshall

Cute hotel, in a good location; walkable to most “incidentals” (supermarket, bus stops, coffee shops) Also, a short walk to the beach If you’re big on opulence, this probably isn’t the place for you, as it is more functional than it is “pretty”

It is as if someone fixed up their spare bedroom real nice for you – but that’s part of the charm The only minor annoyance: (1) wish there were mini blinds at the rooms’ window, instead of a pull-down shade, as this would let more natural light in while maintaining privacy; (2) not having a shower caddy or someplace to rest your items while in the bath Overall, I had a good stay, and would recommend

Cleveland Street Preachers

THESE EVIL PEOPLE AT THIS HOTEL TOOK MY MONEY! I travel a lot and this was a terrible experience I’m usually not that picky with hotels, but this place was full of evil people that work there When I went there, there were tiny bugs everywhere

They had a man come and “spray” the bugs, and he put maybe a couple squirts on some baseboards That’s it They offered a different room and when they did the room smelled like smoke, so I asked for another room They didn’t have any, so I wanted a refund for the remaining nights I couldn’t use and they refused to refund me! Called hotelscom and they spoke to the owner and he didn’t care! They essentially robbed me! I left and found another hotel because I wasn’t going to sleep in a room with bugs and deal with shady people that only cared about liability These people here are very evil! Don’t do business with these wicked people

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it was a total hit! From the first call to check availability, the treatment was 5 stars Both Vanessa and Luis made me feel welcome and ready to help make the stay perfect! The apartment is very clean and steps from the spectacular beach Also very accessible to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and pure entertainment

Highly recommended! From now on my place to stay whenever I visit Miami Beach! My son and I had a great time!

I’m usually very skeptical to tell people of my great finds for the fear that too many people will find out and I won’t have it to myself anymore! However, this one time, I will actually say – Please stay here!! You will not be disappointed The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean I have stayed here more than a couple times and I continuing coming back and will continue to do so

There’s free parking and the beach is right across the street! Unlimited beach towels and chair use at all hours of the day (and night!) There’s cute pool with comfy lounge chairs Additionally, you’re near all the shopping and delicious restaurants that Surfside/Bal Harbour have to offer If that isn’t enough, the managers, Vanessa and Luis, are seriously the best! They look out for you and are genuinely concerned on if you’re enjoying your stay and offer to make it even better with every chance they get!

Missy Marrara

This review is quite late, but just as sincere We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sun Harbour Vanessa was the most charming of hostesses and absolutely nothing was too much to ask

She was generous, kind, and anticipated things we might want or need The rooms are lovely, well stocked, and very clean, the property is delightful and in a great location to enjoy the shops and dining of Surfside and Bal Harbour The beach was an easy walk across the street, with towels and chairs provided by the hotel We can not wait until we return to Bal Harbour and stay at Sun Harbour again We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home

Property manager is very knit-picky on everything Can’t smoke on the property, expects the room to be completely clean at checkout (even though it’s a motel), definitely overpriced, & just have to be quiet in general Only 1 house cleaner as well, you will have to call property management to even get the house cleaner to assist with necessities for the room

Okay place but too much restrictions on the place you pay Also barely parking at night

Delisa Francisco

The white hair lady in the front is probably the most rude person you would ever meet Got there at 3 am (I had a reservation) and when she opened the door looked at me like I’m asking her for a favor “unbelievable” with a very mad face; she goes I ask if there’s something wrong

She goes “everyone getting here at 3, 4 am” mind you this is a MOTEL The reservation was under my friend and she said I needed to send her a picture of her ID when my friend woke up In the morning I went out to get a coffee at 9am 10mins after I find my door locked No call, no text, no warning When I go to the office this lady is in a worst attitude than last night When I said why didn’t you contact me first before going in the room with my stuff inside and lock it She said “we spoke last night” Don’t ever stay here, there’s better choices around for the same price

We had a very pleasant 4 day stay The room was clean and the bed very comfortable The staff were very helpful and cleaned daily

Helen in reception went out of her way to assist us It was quiet and restful The beach is very close by and to top it all the weather was perfect! Would certainly recommend Very good value for the price

Jocelyne Clémençon

We booked via Bookingcom because it was a reasonable price but still enough (approx 200$/night) and we stayed for six days

We got an upgrade for a room with a kitchenette The kitchen had a table with two chairsThe bed was a king size and I wished there was one more cushion per personThe bathroom was okay, but everything is a bit rusty or outdatedWe got fresh towels each day The floor wasn’t cleaned each day, however I am not sure if it is something day do each dayThe hotel is located right next to the main street and the windows are old So you can hear everythingThere are curtains but light will come through all nightThere wouls have been options to get beach chairs and towels We didn’t need itThe place is okay, but you need a car to reach restaurants or shops

Jon Chang

Hair everywhere every day Hair on the floor the first day, different hair on the walls and towels the second day, and even different hair on the towels and floor the third day Definitely don’t clean the floors or vacuum the carpets

Toilets, shower, sink, and bed linens were clean every day Front desk staff was really friendly Location to the beach is great, but proximity to food and bars is inconvenient Even for such a low cost, it’s not worth it

The hotel was quiet, comfortable and there were no extraneous smells The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay, its own small kitchen and cutlery, it was possible to cook food, TV with different channels Excellent location of the hotel Near the beach, a good walking area near the beach, restaurants and a public transport stop with which you can get to the center of Miami Beach and other attractions, grocery stores, shops where there is everything for the beach We will definitely return to this hotel

I loved the Location of hotel They give you codes for gate, hotel door’s and Room Very private and easy access

It was a 5 minute walk to the beach Hotel gives u beach towels and a beach Umbrella for no extra cost Only negative about it was the bed It was too squishy so ur body immediately sinks in the matress Also the bathroom shower only has one door so When u take a shower ALOT of water comes out You can see on picture’s posted Parking is right infront of Hotel Service was great and Overall Great Stay

Oh now that I see this is a hostel as well, it makes sense My friends and I rented the entire place on Airbnb for a weekend It was large and accommodating, but we found it strange that all the rooms were numbered and now we know why

The kitchen was very under stocked, so I wouldn’t expect to cook anything unless you bring everything The bathroom was also not stocked with body wash/soap and there was only enough towels for each guest to have exactly one It would be nice if they had more towels and made sure that the bathrooms had soap The home was very clean overall, but I would suggest that they not use so many plug-ins The fragrant smell was overpoweringGood location

Hello! I liked this hotel, it has a good location, it was convenient for me to get from the hotel and back to the hotel The hotel has its own parking also a very reasonable price !!! the hotel consists of three two-story buildings, on each floor there are 5 rooms, one shared toilet with shower and a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee machine, as well as a toaster

the rooms are not big, but everything is clean and tidy! overall this is a good offer on the hotel market!

J.G. Weeks Jr.

This place is great I haven’t even finished my stay, but after a couple nights here I can honestly say this place is awesome It’s a hostel, as plainly advertised, so it has shared spaces, which is definitely an experience and kind of fun

The bedrooms are private and locked via key codes It’s super clean, cool, and comfortable, and the service is amazing The price cannot be beat for the accommodation

Excellent place for the on the go person or couple This is not a conventional hotel This is more like a Hostel

Clean, quiet, centralized in Miami Close to Downtown Miami, South Beach, Down the street from the exciting Wynwood Art district, Miami’s fashion district, Midtown, etc etc Very close to public transportation Restaurants and convenient store within walking distanceRooms are very clean and come with cold air conditioning, mini fridge and microwaveBad points are that they do not provide made service You will have to pick up for yourself No pool either Bathrooms with showers are located in the hallways but are kept very clean and are always availableI saved a lot of money staying there and I will definitely go backI paid $40 per night compared to $120 per night on overage for Hotel elsewhere

Yamile Fuentes

While this is not a true Hotel with all its luxuries and glamour of what you would expect staying in a hotel, this little hotel can offer you a quiet and safe place to rest after a hard day’s work or a short stay near the upscale Wynwood hotspot This cozy place offers a nice size room with clean bedding, furniture, vanity, AC, microwave, and refrigerator Fully gated, key entry only from outside the gate to the entrance of the building and onto your room

Tenants that live here are quiet and some have been there for several years I recommend Havana Inn to people who need a place to stay short or long term It’s location is central to Wynwood, Beaches, Civic Centers, Bayside, and accessible to busses and trains Cute little place

Our first time visiting the area, and this beautiful hotel had every comfort we needed I was so pleased with how clean everything was The staff were so friendly + attentive to our needs

The food + beverage service was great We were steps away from the boardwalk and beach, but the pool was perfect and where you found us! Thank you for a memorable experience!

Steven Amy King

We once loved this hotel and we have stayed here multiple times over the years but since it was sold in 2021, the new manager is more concerned with revenue and rules than the guest experience The staff is great (many the same as before) but it is clear they can’t be as helpful or caring as they used to be This was our go-to place in Miami but we will be forced to find another hotel

It is still a nice boutique hotel with great beach access Food was good but breakfast is expensive

Erik Josson

This was our first time staying in Miami, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Circa The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, even granting us a later checkout than normal after our flight was delayed The pool was great, room was spacious and clean, and the beach chairs could not have been in a better location

We will absolutely be coming back to stay here next time we are in Miami!
