One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel and it’s mostly due to the staff I had the pleasure of speaking to Melanie, Andrew, and the GM Summer and everyone was absolutely delightful You can see that they have such a good team dynamic in there because everyone is so amazing and you can feel the energy

The only reason why I knew Summer was the GM was because of her name tag and that is a good thing She was so nice to everyone and ready to do any job need be I could tell that the team there loves what they do and they made me love staying there just after one nightThe beds were comfy, room was nice, and there was no lingering musty smell in the roomsThank you all for such a great experience!

I was on a business trip from Canada to NJ, I have stayed other hotels before this one This hotel is new and clean, the staff at the front desk is very warm and helpful, they even let me check in early in 9Am The check in process and other service is efficient and quick

I had experienced of waiting long time for simple task at NJ a lot, but not this oneAlso the furniture and carpet in the hotel room are in relatively light colour, so that you can tell it is clean or not, and the room is bright They are not like other hotels that everything is in dark Really liked itFeel like exhausted traveller found some comfort finally at this hotel

The hotel rooms were clean and organized, had a reasonably good view, and were close to various stores/restaurants, making it a good location The reception was friendly and accommodating Overall, in terms of the rooms, 5/5The only problem we had was with regards to the bistro

We had reserved a room that included free breakfasts that were to be picked up at the bistro Each time we faced a variety of issues The cashier often “conveniently forgot” to add particular items to our order, made bagels with either two tops or two bottoms and with a micrometre of cream cheese The first day we arrived there was no chef, meaning no hot meals (which was understandable) The next day, when the chef was in, we decided to order eggs For $850 plus tax, these were the smallest portions for the most mediocre eggs and bacon, not to mention the extra charge for toast, which was around $150-$250! Our experience with the bistro was a solid 1/5If you are looking for a good hotel with a nice view and convenient location then Courtyard North Brunswick is a solid choice, provided you avoid the bistro

really quite nice and inexpensive Faced with paying about $250 for a night at the Hilton Garden Inn or $150 at the Turkey Inn, it was a great inexpensive alternative The person with whom I spoke a couple of times before I arrived was thoughtful and attentive and made the logistics work perfectly

A large comfortable room with old furniture was really welcoming This is a great find in the State I Hate (Spent my formative years in NJ and its certainly a good part of the reason I am malformed)

Loved staying here! I called the owners last minute and they were so accommodating and got everything ready quickly I spent time talking to Bill upon arrival whose family owned the inn for generations and he is lovely! So much history! The room (room 9) was on the top floor and large, comfortable and such a great value Included coffee, a cooktop, microwave and fridge, a large seating area and work desk

The grounds are lovely and we’ll cared for, and it’s a quick 2-3 minute walk into the middle of town Definitely recommend and will be back

Super-cute inn only a few blocks from Springfield Avenue and the Summit Train Station Though there is free parking, it is also close to community parking lots My ensuite room was big, very clean, and came with thoughtful details like a bottle opener, champagne flutes, and even a flashlight

Check-in was finished even before I got there (I received my keys in a personalized envelope), and there is a complimentary coffee bar in the sunny front sitting room The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator (that I saw), so anyone with mobility issues might have a more difficult time reaching the rooms on upper floors

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedRooms are clean and so is the lobby and hotel overall I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in the area and the Heldrich is one of the nicest One of the great things about this hotel is it’s surrounded by a lot of restaurants You can literally walk across the street and be at a number of fine dining restaurants within 40 feet of the hotel doors It simply makes life easier if you are visiting in the area Hotel management is very nice and accommodating as well

We were traveling from out of town and stayed here for a night Room was very big and spacious No complaints except that room service did not come unless I requested a clean

Also I stepped on a pin needle?! I let the cleaning room service know and she saw it her self She plainly said we clean the carpet when we vacuum but we don’t always guarantee that everything comes up! They are so lucky my 5 year old or crawling 11 month old did not get stuck with it…or else there would be a lawsuit pending! Manager was nice to offer us free breakfast but unfortunately our flight was leaving at 3am and couldn’t accept his offer Management was suppose to get back with us about the incident and still haven’t heard back I would not recommend this hotel not very professional at all

Bhaumik Parekh

We had the worst experience staying at this hotel! I would not recommend it to anybody as their staff service is worst than a motel We paid $500 for 2 nights that is way expensive than any 3-4 stars hotel considering that we will also get good service from the staff for the price that we paid but that was not the case We asked for microwave and they told us we will be charged $25 for it, first of all which good hotel charges for microwave

We were ready to pay for it at the end but turned out they did not even have one in their inventory! We asked for extra comforter as I was feeling too cold and their thermostat was also not working to set the temperature, they did not give extra comforter as well We kept waiting but staff did not provide anything The phone was also not working from room so every time for any room service we had to go all the way down ourselvesWorst place to stay , please do not waste your money here as we already wasted ours!

We arrived and was given a room that upon first entry was clean and it appeared everything was fine The room happened to be on the side with a lot of street traffic, which made sleeping the first night completely impossible That next morning, we realized the a/c didn’t work properly and we had an unwanted “guest” (rhymes with coach!) in our bathroom

We spoke with Amanda at the front desk and she was able to move us to the opposite side of the hotel room we were in THAT room was also clean, a/c worked and sleep that night was great! Breakfast selection was nice Amanda is the reason I’m able to give this hotel a better rating than I would have if we stayed in the room we were given

Thallis Miranda

We were very disappointed, I have never left a bad review in any of the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed through the country or world Lights weren’t working, service at front desk neglected to take requests Other customer complaining constantly, one gentleman checked in his room and small daughter to find blood stains on bed sheets

Last time we stayed there we loved it (about 2 years ago) seems like no updates have been done at all since, neither has any repairs There was puke in the entrance sink to the room The paper towel at the lobby men’s bathroom was empty for all 4 days we stayed there Breakfast was dry and cold, attendant didn’t care much when advised about breakfast essentials such as cups and food ran out We paid the same price for what we could’ve paid staying in Manhattan Unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel neither will we be returning again

Mario Jones

The rooms in this place are extremely out dated and unsanitary However the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, that’s the reason why I gave this place at least (2) star’s The breakfast was non existent, no juice only water, nothing but cereal and bread, a few old stale bagels and boiled eggs

We used to love this place, but I can’t imagine recommending this place any longer to my company HR department when our travelers fly into liberty airport

The hotel is huge and used to be gorgeous but now it looks outdatedIf you choose a room with breakfast you will be not wrong 😉Outdoor pool is great

Continental breakfast has usual Hilton options  (scrambled eggs,  bacon,  breakfast potato) with some restaurant’s touch (you supposed to use vouchers)The territory around the hotel is nice but needs a little bit more attentionOverall it was a good stay  My kids enjoyed weekends there

J Monique C

I wonder if this place was nice before COVID because now the place gives an outdated vibe It has a pool, business center, plenty of conference space and a restaurant on site Yet, nothing made me feel like I was in for a treat including the staff who barely recognized my diamond status

They were less than warm in their welcome Maybe they were tired because it was a holiday weekend and bus load of kids checked in? At least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Kristina Mereigh

This double tree hotel was a great disappointment I am a Hilton Gold honors member and had never been to a Hilton property that was so outdated and unclean We booked this location for an anniversary staycation for two nights and checked out after night one because of how gross it was

We had to stay night one because no other hotels in the area could take us that late at night We booked a room with patio walk out to the pool The doors were incredibly hard to open, the patio curtains were so filthy and dusty, I needed to go and buy allergy medicine The patio windows were so streaky and dusty, you couldn’t see through them The air in the hotel was musty The bathroom still had hair in it and it was so small you could barely move around One of the front desk staff was so rude, I was appalled Ive never been treated that way in a Hilton property before The hallways looked like they had never been vacuumed and the ice machine was so gross, we went out to buy ice for our water bottlesDark, musty and outdated Highly don’t recommendThe grounds are the only saving grace The outside is pretty but the pool fills up quickly and the lounge chairs are incredibly limited so if you want one for your family, secure it before 9am There are only like 4 of them so it feels like hunger games for them

A group of us booked 3 separate rooms 4 months before an upcoming wedding, and ALL of our rooms were canceled last minute They told us they would help us rebook at another hotel, but when we called they said they wouldn’t help us Like what the hell? It’d be fine if they canceled us way in advanced, but no they canceled 2 weeks before the trip and at this point most of the other hotels around that area seem to be booked out for other events

Absolutely terrible customer service, never even looking at another Sonesta hotel in the future

Jeeca Cabral

I definitely don’t see how people have given this place 4 and 5 stars I’ve spent nights at the Wyndham in different states and can say my boyfriend and I were very disappointed The room had NO mini fridge

The drain to the shower was clogged so every time we showered the tub filled up The curtain in the bathroom had a old dirty rag musty smell that was a little nauseating Found hairs in the shower the first night I am a pretty tall female so I can’t imagine what it’s like for someone shorter than me to access the safe It was in the closet on the top shelf I couldn’t see if anything was in it and struggled to even put my purse in it and locking it Tennis court was horrible Basketball court was used for employee parking Elevator didn’t seem to secure, you could barely push the buttons without the panel moving with itThe good things about the hotel was the television stations were good, the air conditioner worked fine, had hot water when showering, gym had good equipment

Moza Miller

We had Excellent service here The spa was clean with plenty of towels The rooms were spotless

The room also turned out to look better than the photos you see online The linen is very clean and soft The toiletries are very soothing to the skin The beds and pillows are very comfortable The doors are wide enough for wheelchair access even if a handicapped access room isn’t available Their onsite restaurant have a variety of food and drink and stays open late Also the dining room have some 😋 delicious food If you come back from a late venue like we did the hotel has the menu for a nearby restaurant that delivers to the hotel and they make some spectacular food This hotel staff go over and above to make sure your stay is comfortable If I’m ever in the NY/NJ area again I will definitely stay here again
