The rooms are very clean and the entire staff is so friendly and accommodating The pool is temperature controlled and all 3 times we went it was very clean and landscaping makes it very private The breakfast was ok, luckily my 5 year old isn’t very picky

A variety of breads, some cereals, and fruit (but if you don’t get there earlier enough it’ll be gone) The hotel is very close to the freeway but you can’t hardly hear anythingOverall, we have had an amazing stay

I’d love to review the property on merits alone but unfortunately was never allowed to actually see the inside of the room I prepaid for despite them admitting it still unoccupiedI showed up pretty late (3:15am) exhausted after a late performance I had pre-booked specifically so I *wouldn’t* have any trouble finding a room

Upon arrival I go to the front desk and attempt to hand over my ID The woman behind the desk curtly tells me that it’s too late to check in My heart sank as I asked, “Oh no You had to resell my room?” She replied, “No, your room wasn’t resold It’s just too late to check in” Wait What? I politely plead that I’m exhausted and needed to get some sleep in the room I already paid for She said “because of the hour we reserved right to refuse check in” Again, NOT because the room had been released, but because of an arbitrary and customer-hostile policy Hotels-dot-com called the property on my behalf and was told by the property they would waive the fee (but still wouldn’t allow check in) Fine I was weary and upset, but I’d take it and just move on I followed up to confirm everything had been reversed only for them to then refuse to waive the fee I’m a touring performer and out of literally hundreds of hotel stays w/ very late check-ins, this was definitely a first Denied over availability? Fine, frustrating but fair Denied because they “can”? I’m still in disbelief[EDIT]: AND AFTER ANOTHER ROUND OF CALLS, FINALLY ABLE TO GET THEM TO HONOR THE REFUND (SUPPOSEDLY – WAITING TO CONFIRM) [/EDIT]

We checked into our room and noticed the bathroom had hair everywhere All over the tub and floor Even the hand towels had hair on them

Super gross We asked the front desk to change our room No luck in the second room That bathroom had hair in the tub and on the walls, plus the bathroom door was broken Didn’t even shut All we wanted was a simple clean room and didn’t get that Definitely don’t recommend this place We will never come back

The rooms are alright for the price, but you do NEED to keep track of the price you booked the room for The main guy at the Front Desk ALWAYS tries to charge more money then what I reserved my room for, OR what was advertised online I can only imagine how much money he’s come up on, off guests that don’t really pay attention to that

I’ve book rooms that are suppose to have a refrigerator and a microwave, that had no microwave in it, and got no kind of reimbursement I requested maid service, they did not come to my room all day Never cleaned my room or brought clean towels or toilet paperIt’s not a bad place to stay, just keep an eye on what charges are being charged You’ll end up paying more than you NEEDED

Real Recovery Guy

It fell short of most all of my expectations as a traveler The lobby was closed when I went to check in, they asked for a $20 cash deposit along with my credit card, they did not want to except an American Express even though that was what the reservation was made under and they asked for a visa, I had to go back downstairs for an iron, there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room and there wasn’t any coffee in the lobby, parking was terrible and inconvenient

James Bakker

Worst motel I’ve stayed at first off was robed of my 2 bedroom room for 1 room and didn’t get no partial refund, second the room smelled terrible and made my clothes smell also, staff didn’t offer any options to help us out no microwave , honestly couldn’t expect much more from a ghetto motel I would suggest spending and looking for a nice HOTEL the only reason we had to come to this dump was because our AIRBNB canceled

So, this hotel has the potential to be fabulous, so I will start out with the best, and then the worst: The rooms are large, love the layout, separate seating area and the jetted tub I spent the entire day in the airport due to a missed connection, so all I wanted to do was just into the jetted tub, followed by a good nights’ sleepUpon entering the hallway to my room, I noticed a smell, somewhat like an old building or old carpet

When I entered my room which was almost at midnight, I checked the entire room and found that the jetted tub had a very large area where the paint was peeling, I mean literally missing from the tub surface (appeared to be where it was resurfaced, without being prepped so the resurfacing did not stick) Also, there was no phone to call the front desk, so I had to walk back up to the desk The desk gave me another room to look at, the tub was better so I moved to a different roomThe tub in the next room was better; the lamp next to the bed was plugged in, but didn’t work due to a blown bulb; there was an ironing board but no iron in the closet; the toilet seat was so loose that I have not checked it before sitting down, I very easily could have fallen off because it literally slid all the way to side All it took was for the screws underneath to be tightened and for let’s say a more elderly person, this could have been very dangerous, I just tightened it myself I think the most disturbing was a very large stain on the comforter that I didn’t notice until morning because I was exhausted from the long travel, so that had to be changed as wellI will say that in each instance when I brought these things to the attention of the hotel staff, they were rectified immediately so the staff is responsive It just felt like when someone invites you maybe to a holiday dinner, you show up and when they open the door, the look on their face was as if they forgot the invited you? You are still welcomed in, but it is clear that they were not expecting you, and that is not the feeling I would like to get when I check into a hotel, especially when the room is guaranteed for arrival I even contacted the hotel via email when I missed my connecting flight to inform them that it would be closed to midnight when I arriveAgain, it just appeared that the room that I was put into was not quite ready for a guest

Trae Fauntleroy

We enjoyed our stay here although it was just for one day I will have to come again to give a true rating but we were pretty much pleased with the services Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the hot breakfast so I can’t give any feedback on that

I would recommend to stay for a hotel especially if it’s just one day and you want to be close to the airport

Heather Averett

My “non-smoking” room stunk of cigarettes! When I complained to the front desk they told me they could spray something to get rid of the smell, they never did Stains on the carpet in the rooms and in the halls! My garbage can was full when I checked in! Black mold on the caulking in the shower The toilet would work once and then I had to ask for the staff to come and plunge it! It took 30 minutes for them to come and do it if they came at all

It was this way the entire time I was there! Finally at 10:30 the night before I checked out they got me a new room It had a hole in the wall someone had shoved toilet paper in to hide Worst stay EVER! The one and ONLY good thing about this hotel is the convince of it being steps away from the convention center!

I would caution any couple about getting married at the Christmas HouseMy (now) husband and I were supposed to get married at The Christmas House in 2020, but our wedding was canceled a few months prior due to the coronavirus We do not blame The Christmas House for the pandemic, and our decision to cancel our wedding; our frustrations stem from the lack of communication by Janice, the owner and coordinator of the Christmas House, and the fact that we have not received a dime of our money back

Once our wedding was canceled, any type of communication with Janice has become extremely difficult The Christmas House stopped answering their phone and said all business would be conducted via email, but at times it has taken months to receive a replyIt has been almost 2 years since our original wedding date and we are still fighting for our money

Aaron Gutierrez

Do not book your wedding here unless you like to gamble with your money If your wedding gets cancelled through no fault of your own (say, the entire state shuts down due to a global pandemic and they are unable to provide you with the services you paid for) they will not refund you a single cent! Worse than that though, they will string you along for 2 years with inconsistent communication, responding once every few months letting you know that they are sure they sent a check for some amount, but will never say for how much it was or where it was sent to Just that they need to look into their records to verify it, which of course they never do

My wife and I tried to be patient, and work things out with them But the fact that they outright lied to us for years on end at this point, while ignoring our emails and refusing to take any calls or speak with us in person, is unacceptable and not at all what we expected when we first started working with them So beware, they will smile and give you the warmest welcome when you start planning your wedding there, but as soon as anything goes wrong their true colors will show and you’ll be lucky if they even decide to speak with you, let alone actually refund you for the wedding they could not provide Don’t risk your money here, book your wedding at another venue

Cristina B

I wish I could give more stars From the beginning, the planning was easy and straightforward The tour we received from Janice even before booking was so thorough, and we already felt welcomed

Since I am fairly indecisive, it helps that the venue narrows down many of the vendors who work with them frequently I appreciated all the small details, but mostly not having to worry about them Everything ran so smoothlyA+ for Spaggi’s catering, Paid 2 Party’s Cliff Bell, coordinator Carly Dahan, Cucamonga Cakery, the catering staff who joined on the dance floor, and everyone else

First off, GROSS We arrived and as we walked to the room the carpet was covered in crumbs all the way to the room We stepped in and the room smelled funky

The bathroom smelled like there could be feces somewhere and there were crumbs on the office chair Don’t let the pictures fool you it is all carpet and it’s old and disgusting The towel rack fell apart in our hands and the TV couldn’t play any channels without glitching The final straw was that all night the room next door we could hear moaning and banging all night! The walls are worse than paper thin DO NOT STAY HERE

Lisa Vallier (Fireball)

I am giving all these stars bcuz the staff was very accommodating to myself and my sister who was there for a medical procedure at the nearby hospital We stayed in the one bedroom suite, we were able to get an upgrade to the one bedroom suite without any complications or issues I was very impressed with the front desk and their willingness to provide us with a great room and keep a pleasant demeanor while helping us

The breakfast they serve every morning is hot and tasty, another plusnot to mention the dining room attendant the nice lady so sweet and upbeat attitude was very appreciated I have to say that this is one of the most inviting places to stay on every level

Antonio Rappa

Just went and checked in with my coworker and had a great experience so far We have been traveling for weeks and needed a nice place to stay Sam and Michelle checked us in and they were GREAT

It makes a huge difference in the experience when the front desk actually works with you on price from online, room availability, etc they gave all of that These two are definitely an asset to this location

I was discriminated while being robbed of my payment this hotel refused my check in and did refund money I have currently made contact to hotel they are not resolving this issue still , I called the Ontario police department they did not do anything about this as they promote this conduct from individuals and claim they have no jurisdiction it’s a civil issue while I have had business call police on me and they responded immediately to the business uncivilized request I am requesting remedy and resolution from waste losses of money paying higher costs at other places just because racism still exists and the Ontario police refuse to take action regarding them robbing me of money without rendering services

Went down to the Ontario area for an event and needed to book a hotel for two nights The reviews for this hotel were promising, and I’m happy to say that they delivered! The staff were very kind and helpful, with the lady at the desk checking me in speedily, and especially the first night when I came back from my event past 3am, the man watching the parking lot helped me find a space to put my car Though I didn’t need any, housekeeping was active and early both mornings I was here

My room was a non-smoking king-size bedroom, and was quiet just as I’d requested No noise from neighboring rooms or the nearby freeway, at least none that I noticed I had a microwave and fridge, and the tile shower had plenty of towels, shampoo, and bodywash Felt very safe on this first-time solo trip, which I deeply appreciate!

Stephen Prax

First off I don’t know how anyone has provided a review above 2-stars I believe many of these reviews are fabricated We chose to stay in this hotel because of the relatively good reviews

First off the lobby is not open and hasn’t been since COVID No amenities Second the location by the freeway is convenient however the people loitering in the area made us rather uncomfortable The next door locations and in the parking lot itself The walls are paper thin, could hear people talking outside in the parking lot all night Several guests were slamming their doors which resonated through out the rooms The rooms were clean, but definitely had some abuse Patched cracked walls/doors/sink the list could go on This is a huge disappointment when expecting a highly reviewed 4-star hotel Please use caution booking here You will regret staying

Prices are reasonable m The rooms are spacious and include a fridge and microwave It was quiet with adequate free parking

There is a Del Taco across the street and a Northgate Mexican Market just a half block up Staff was super friendly and I appreciate that they have an elevator with their 3 story motel Also they have a washer and a dryer on site and a vending machine with snacks for purchase I would recommend this motel especially if you’re on a budget

Steven Reyes

When I arrived to the motel I was greeted by the security guard who was very respectful and good looking (he has braces on his teeth)

they ask you for the name and the room number of the person you’re there to see which is a good thing so you don’t have a lot of people or traffic coming in and out of the parking lot of the hotel Over all from me visiting a friend there everything seem to be cool calm and collected place was clean The staff members that work there that I passed by as I was going up the stairs we’re friendly and polite

Kerryn Bood

As I’m reading these reviews my mouth was dropping I believe I was in one of the rooms reviewed My husband and I were there for a family gathering

It ended up being canceled do to COVID We had to stay due to no refunds I was miserable The chairs in the room was filthy There were eyelashes in the shower The tub was stained and peeling We had no chain on the door All I can say is that we were very uncomfortable with no where else to go I couldn’t wait to check out I had family staying in another room We found each other comparing the bad things about each roomThe best part is I’m handicap, and they gave me a room on the second floor that was only buy Steps They had one wheelchair and told me once I used it and made it to my room I would have to bring it back I didn’t use it however if I had been alone how would I have made that work by bringing it back and then one crawling back to my room

LIKES: They switched our room to a slightly better room Although they only switched bec the toilet was leaking in our first room They provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and clean towels

They had air conditioning and heater Much parking, close to dennys, Pomona fairplex, and gas stationDISLIKES: Our first room had roaches, It was all tagged up, Smelled like an old convalescent/nursing home, Furniture all broken or tagged, lights didn’t work, mold in some areas, no remote to TV, shower completly dirty, pillows stained & old, shower curtain was filthy, whole in the wall like someone punched it, and the lock on the bathroom didn’t work The second room they switched us to was the same except less tagging but still tagged, a little cleaner but still mold and filth, the lights worked, TV worked but no remote, didn’t see a roach in that room thankfully, there were cigarettes in the sink drain, and the bathroom lock worked Trust me, you don’t wanna see photos of the rooms Everything was basically old, outdated, and filthy I paid $78 + $20 deposit So you get what you pay for so I can’t complain much; although, I’ve stayed at places for the same price for better Wouldn’t stay here again

Jennifer Gaul

Our room did not have a refrigerator in the room as advertised and the microwave was dirty, without a glass plate to put food on in the microwaveLast weekend, they were changing the doors out Instead of knock before going in, they just walked in

I knew they were changing doors however I thought they could at least knock first, before entering Which they did not and that got me really madToday I did check out, however yesterday they were trying to kick us out I did have proof of the receipt and I told them to check their computers first, they never came back yesterdayThe room was cheap and ok, however there was those things that I mentioned that a person would need to think about before they decide to stay at this motel
