This is a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in a convenient location (aside from the construction on the roads nearby – but that’s obviously temporary, and no fault of the hotel) The night auditor at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived for a last-minute, late-night check-in The rooms were clean and spacious

I appreciated being given the option of a high floor and balcony If my travels take me back to this part of Denver, I would stay here again

Amber Viola

This wasn’t just your typical hotel I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby The breakfast and dinners there weren’t just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants

The staff even brought the food out to you Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice I really enjoyed the hot tub It’s a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips

saurabh shegokar

Very good stay, they do have Starbucks inside so no need to look around for coffee Breakfast is paid but awesome The location is good and parking is nearby so walkable

Overall good stayI did not see microwave inside room so giving it 4stars otherwise fabulous staff and great location in Denver for stay

Mr Norton

Hands down the best place to stay in castle rock Book early the rooms get reserved quickly Attentive service if requested but just enough space that you won’t feel awkward or bothered

A landmark property that helped build the town up to what you now see today A very Well kept recently remodeled property Old timers in town say: The Steve Miller band created the song “Abracadabra” on the back patio

Brian Hinton

This place has been amazing for me as an extended stay I’ve been looking for a permanent home in Castle Rock and Joel and his staff have made this a great place to stay while I’m navigating this crazy real estate market The room is very comfortable and clean, and this is also a very peaceful place

They have a nice patio with plants, under a big shade tree, where I often sit and relax in my down time The motel is also attached to a consignment shop and plant nursery with some really cool items to shop for I’ve already bought a few succulents for my family as gifts Furthermore, this place is right in downtown, so I’m able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and experience downtown Castle Rock This place is a gem, and I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short stay, or a long stay like myself Joel and Alicia, thank you so much!

Zachary Gee

I’m here at Castle Pines Motel right now This place is just absolutely wonderful The staff have been very accommodating and even let me check in 3 hours early

The rooms are very nicely remodeled and the location is supreme The lack of a microwave can be an issue for a business traveler like me but everything else makes up for it The little common area courtyard is a great place to meet the other guests at the hotel I love that the place is rather small which makes it kind of exclusive You know exactly who’s around and you know if your safe or not The owner is fantastic and I wish I could have known about this before booking an Airbnb for a week starting tomorrow I would have stayed here instead This place rocks!EDIT: After speaking with the owner about the microwave issue, they accommodated me to the fullest I would definitely recommend this little gem to any business traveler

The easy access – The cleanliness of the room was overall good The floors in the bathroom were clean, the surfaces were spotless The pillows were nice and the pillow covers were clean

The cleaning lady was very nice and gave me the extra towels I needed, I could tell that she cared about her job and the quality of her workThe toilet was clean celan, the shower was clean ! I couldn’t find one single hair in the bathroom!!! That was a first at any hotel including 5 star establishments that I’ve been in There were only a couple of minor stains on the bottom of the bathroom wall near the door finish The bed was comfy I will stay here again when I I’m filming in the mountains

John Steese

We had a very good experience staying here Any complaints were minor and overshadowed by the positives The room is decent sized and clean

The shower was roomy, but the water pressure wasn’t fantastic The bed is comfortable but the pillows have no volume at all Even stacking them doesn’t give much neck support It would also be nice to have a second outlet by the bed instead of just the one on either side I like sleeping in a cold room and the A/C was definitely up to the challenge The staff were all very polite and friendly There’s also a gym on site if you’re looking to work out Also, the breakfast is not complimentary but it is also not too expensive

Jonathan Lucas

Good check-in experience, they got my phone set up with mobile key This is important, it makes the stay 10x better since you always have your phone in your hands anywaysThe breakfast is good

Not $15 good, so be sure to pay for breakfast while booking the room You can get discounts this wayUsually cheapest to book direct on their website

Rooms were very clean & spacious Bring was soft & bathrooms were big as well The only thing I had an issue with, was the blinds

You could see completely through them! No privacy what so ever I felt like people could see everything I was doing all night long, which made for an uncomfortable evening Other than that staff was wonderful, I would have liked it they provided a complimentary breakfast of some sort, but it’s fine They do only give you two large towels, & that is clearly not enough for two adults+to shower I would recommend this hotel none the less

Sheraz Ahmed (Your Sir Jee)

This was my first visit in Denver with my family and this was a great experience to live in this hotel besides one thing negative which I could not understand, “their FREE breakfast” but as per my habit I never give bad ratings to any business but I express my feelings It’s almost new construction very beautiful rooms and all around but I missed to get images for the room which was very good by looking and by feeling and also in our room there were the exercise equipment too Wellness Hotel Near Denver, really this was pleasant feeling just 20 minutes away from downtown, we enjoyed our weekend with family

Hotel staff was nice and helpful, thanks to all staff members

Denise Tollenaar

Very nice hotel The king sized bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on The shower was ama, zing

Couldn’t help but take an extra long shower They have exercise equipment I’m the room also which was a cool new experience Housekeeping was not intrusive and very polite They are pet friendly also Will definitely stay again

ALWAYS RELIABLE This hotel is always my best option while staying in Denver! Whether debating based on financial, cleanliness, staff friendliness, breakfast quality, or check-in process spectrums, this hotel has it all Definitely worth the price (in which a guest is always offered the best rate) and clean rooms, 24/7 staff, and breakfast is ALWAYS provided! The rooms are fairly spacey, not too small, not too big

Definitely one’s best bet when visiting the area!

Tracy “Vitaminshipped2you” Williams

I could not believe how dirty my room was or the smell that lingers in the place It seriously smelled like fried animal or I’m not sure what The smell was so strong our suitcase was penetrated and clothes was so strong that after 3 washings it still seems to linger in a few pair of jeans

I could not believe I paid 13500 for that one night here Upon complaining about this smell I was told to leave if I was to keep complaining which we did after staying 2 hours only At which point we were still charged the full amount and they kept 5000 of the 25000 deposit for stolen pillows is what they said Like what? We brought in our own pillows because of the smell of theirs and was never reimbursed but treated like thief’s and literally would hang up on us when we confronted the manager or front desk Seriously stay away from this place!!! Horrible service!!!

G. Rogers

The front desk woman Sarah was an absolute nightmare When we checked in on a quiet Tuesday night we realized we had accidentally booked two doubles instead of a King What should have been a simple fix turned into an hour long nightmare

I cannot believe the way in which we were treated, the scene that was caused and the amount of disrespect and eyerollsWe were on our honeymoon and had recently suffered a miscarriage We came to Denver to relax and that check in was so awful and took so long we missed dinner and it took me hours to calm down All over a simple room change, which they confirmed they had available before she put me through an hour of jumping through hoops, threats and complete disrespectI have been traveling four times a year for about a decade now and I have never been treated so poorly and combative for no reason at any hotel establishment everThere was no need for her to create an hour long debacle with our booking company over a simple room change In the end she tried to hang up on my booking company, and didn’t even need their approvalAny merits the hotel has at to condition or location were over shadowed by how poor the service was I am in the service industry and deal with tense situations weekly I would never treat someone how we were treated If you check these reviews you will see several mentioning her by name She is a terror, and I am astounded she has the job that she does – one she clearly loathes I saw her harassing another couple checking in during our four night stayNot to mention not only was she combative but then taking someone else in line, making us wait further and then discussing our stay with the guests about how we shouldn’t choose such an awful booking site right in front of us is so unprofessionalI will never stay at another Fairfield Inn until this is resolved

We really really enjoyed our stay here I do not usually leave reviews, but the stay here made me want to go over and beyond to let anyone know who’ll be traveling to this area to stay here Staff very friendly, breakfast was hot and good & housekeeping kept our room clean whenever we left for the day

We were accommodated nicely for my birthday stay & they upgraded our room without our knowledge so that was a plus!!! There’s plenty of places to eat and entertainment in the area The snow storm that we were caught in made the stay at the hotel even more relaxing! We had the king suite! The pool & hot tub area was also nice to be in at the end of January 🤍 We will be returning and staying here again!

Kristina Johnson-Vackar

Our room was wonderful The bathroom is a little small and the microwave is a little old, but everything else was perfect! The front desk staff were personable and helped with every question and need we had The breakfast spread was different each day, but delicious every day

The housekeeping and kitchen staff were helpful as well

Try Again

The gentleman at the counter was disrespectful to me I was trying to transfer funds to account with a card they accept & asked him to keep the room I wanted reserved while I did so It was the last jacuzzi room available that evening

As I was doing so, he informed me that it had been booked I couldn’t believe it Not only that, but I was standing at the counter taking care of the transaction & he asked me to have a seat in the waiting area, as if my presence was a bother or repulsive to him Very uncomfortable feeling & a major disappointment I would not recommend this hotel

Great location Hit a theme park then Dave & Busters which is just right up the road from this hotel Rooms were clean

We did however book a deluxe suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that turned into a double bed At check in, they tried to book us in a king bed room Showed reservation for a deluxe room with the 2 queens and a sofa couch Gentleman at desk was a little irritated about me wanted what I booked ahead of time When we entered our room, we had the 2 queen but only a tiny little chair as opposed to the sofa couch We made it work tho Overall was a good hotel Has a coffee shop and a bar located downstairs A pool and a hot tub

NOT PET FRIENDLYThe hotel itself is super nice, clean, and well maintained The staff was courteous, and even though they were possibly understaffed and having issues figuring out which rooms were ready for check in (long line for a hotel) everything went smooth Breakfast was great too

Without pets, 5/5 Expensive but goodThough they allow pets in the hotel, their pet policy is extreme and not pet friendly at all The room itself was about $120 for the night, then $50 for the first pet and an additional $25 for the second pet Most of their pet policy is standard First surprise (but not terrible) is the expectation that pets cannot be left unattended, and that if you must leave the pet unattended they could hook you up with a pet sitter service Second (completely insane) surprise was the expectation that pets not get on the furniture at all – including the beds – and that if fur was found on the linens an extra (unlisted) amount would be chargedI had two cats with me, and we were in the middle of a cross-country move I’m not about to put them through unnecessary stress of keeping them in their crates or locked in the bathroom all night, resulting in endless meowing and no sleep for myself or my hotel neighbors And they aren’t trained to stay off furniture Turns out that the cost of fur on the linens was another $5086 A monthly home water bill costs less than that! Even if they had been trained to stay off the furniture, fur flies through the air and sticks to clothes It would have been everywhere, over everything anyway!DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS! Save yourself the money and find somewhere else!

Pretty good hotel, nice staff, good restaurants nearby I don’t really know what else to say, it’s a good hotel I recommend going

I like the feel of hotels because it’s like you are having a sleep over, but you get a mansion and you are having a sleep over with a ton of people But because of the people it is sometimes loud at night You can hear people through the walls and the air conditioning is SO loud But whatever Also I don’t think they clean the showers, I find hairs in them Well, whatever That’s my view on this hotel Is you read this entire review, good for you! Again, I still would recommend going here Anyways, review, over!

Erika Lirardi

Was very disappointed in the room The use to be beautiful yellow chase was completely stained I threw the waffle blanket on it as soon as I check in

The breakfast was good Staff friendly But word of advice if your charging almost 200 a night b4 taxes I don’t want to see a chair covered in stains You had everything going for you but to me that’s just nasty You do one of two things when this happens Find fabric that’s close to the original Send a professional to clean them If not you throw it out and buy a new chair Room 113

Lauren Shamon

Had a terrible experience with the foreign call that you have to go through when you call their number I got incorrect booking information and then they would not help me fix it I finally got them to transfer me to the physical front desk person at this location and he quickly transferred me to his manager who was helpful and kind in getting my situation fixed

While I give the customer service of the remote employees no stars, the staff at this location were pleasant to work with and able to fix my original booking issue

The hotel itself is fine Location is also fine My extremely high rating is due to this hotel’s excellent staff

Everyone we encountered seemed happy, so this hotel must be managed well What a rarity these days! Usually people in customer service seem to hate customers now We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, accommodating, and to take pride in performing well Housekeeping got our room ready very early for us due to our flight schedule We were upgraded to a 2BR/2BA without asking Maintenance initiated checking with us to ask if everything was going well with our room and whether we needed anything Front desk staff readily gave out free bottled waters and always greeted us politely Plus, our teenage sons said the hotel breakfast may have been the best they’ve ever eaten!

Hunter Santiago

My room was immaculate The two guys on the desk around 11 pm were friendly and welcoming When I had an issue with my Digital Key, the desk staff made sure to get me a physical one right away

The hotel was clean and breakfast smelled amazing! Have stayed here before and definitely will return A huge thank you to the front desk agent working this morning You are truly a blessing

Perfect spot, especially if you’re traveling with a dogI spent two weeks trying to decide which hotel to book for my long term stay in Denver I needed to be South but was worried about staying somewhere labeled “tech center

” I am so grateful I booked this hotel The GM, Jesus, is incredible Kind, welcoming, humble, and accommodating He went out of his way to help me find the right room I was looking for The maintenance men, Jarret and Miguel, also incredible Had a couple lights burn out and when I asked for help (expecting service the next day) both men were up and fixed the bulbs within an hour Incredibly kind and earned brownie points when they praised and pet my dog The surrounding around is easily walkable and there’s plenty of green space (outside the golf course) and sidewalks for going for a short or long walk with the dog The hotel itself is a little dated, which you’d only know if you regularly stay at hiltons/Homewood suites, but there are no updates that could possibly outweigh the benefits of the staff at this hotel I have talked with 5 different individuals working the front desk at various times of the day and each time I am greeted with a smile and helpful attitude In a past life I traveled >250 days per year and this hotel has the best staff I have encountered

First off the staff was awesomely friendly Always friendly and happy to help But the room leaves much to be desired

The bed is like sleeping on a concrete floor All of us including my kids woke with sore backs The hot tub is disgusting Also the room was not as clean as they claim There was questionable substances on the wallsWe asked for cleaner and wiped it down ourselves But the staff os awesome and the breakfast was good

Staff and management is very rude I have never felt compelled to write a review in my life, but after this experience I had to share my story I was in town to visit my dad who recently had surgery and wanted to stay at an affordable hotel while I was there

BAD IDEA! When I walked into the hotel the lady at the desk was on her phone video calling someone She didn’t even acknowledge me I walked up to the desk and was just standing there for about a minute I checked into the hotel and I as I was walking to my room I heard a loud bang from another room After a few hours I contacted the front desk to let them know about the noise and she said that they’ll take care of it The noise stopped for about 30 minutes and then continued At 12:30am I went down to the office to let the staff know that the noise was still going on and she rudely said to me “We asked them to stop, what more do you want us to do?” I was so stunned by the response that she gave me that I just asked to check out of the room She told me that I would have to take it up with management and walked away I contacted management the next day about my experience and the manager I spoke with tried to place me in another room just to avoid giving me a refund She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything that I had experienced I left the hotel that day and had to dispute the charges with my bank and with the help of my BBB report 0 STARS

david stewart

The staff at this hotel alone make it worth returningThanks to Snow, Brooke, Amanda, (one night girl whose name I don’t recall) and all the kitchen staff bc the breakfast was out of this world and I was made to feel at home no matter the hour of day Will certainly return to this small, quiet and comfortable hotel

Thanks to all6 stars

This hotel is great! I like the evening hang out food (though it wouldn’t hurt to add in more than 3 unique meals), and the rooms are very nice However, what I mainly wanted to highlight in this review are the AMAZING people that work here! Every single concierge, bartender, driver, and staff member has been over-the-top accommodating and friendly I was here for over two weeks and I always felt incredibly at-home and welcome

This place is worth checking out if customer service is important to you

We arrived early from our flight and called ahead to ask if we can check in early The person I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful and said it wouldn’t be a problem We arrived not too long after and our room was ready for us! Employees always said hello or good morning or good evening

Very friendly and helpful with questions The only negative was the pool was pretty cold I’m sure it was heated but the temperature was in the upper 60’s which is pretty cold for an indoor pool After some time getting used to the water, we were fine, but the cold was a little shocking The room was nice and spacious Very clean and we were able to get additional items such as towels and pillows relatively easy 100% recommend and would return if we visit the area again

Nice hotel and location Love that everything is new and taken care of… Now, we stayed here for a week and only once they came to clean the room This was after requesting every single day to clean our room

No lie but we had to go every single night to request items: towels, soap (which they never filled not once), toilet paper, trash bags, and other items Seriously whoever is manager for housekeeping needs a serious awakening This is a nice hotel for very poor housekeeping room cleaning If you stay here for a day or two you should be ok If your staying for more than 3 days (which is the reason for Home2Suites) I wouldn’t stay Hope the hotel manager reads this and brings this up with housekeeping

My children and I stayed here for an entire month while waiting for my husband to join us from South Korea The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, the location and price was fantastic, and the breakfast was great!! I would highly recommend this hotel! The pool was cold, so we only went once, and only one elevator was working

other than that, the stay was absolutely wonderful!

This Holiday Inn has been our go to every time we’ve been in Parker We’ve never had any issues The rooms, while a little run down, are always clean and well stocked

This morning was the first time we’ve had the breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel After waiting several minutes to be seated, my husband was served his milk in a glass with lipstick on the rim Not just in one spot, ALL OVER THE RIM We finished our underwhelming breakfast, got packed up, and my husband mentions the glass incident to the woman working the counter She was no help, couldn’t do anything to help, had no kind of answers, besides giving us her manager’s business card Now after calling and talking to this manager we will likely not be dealing with this location again She tried to play it off as no big deal and told us there was no way it didn’t get put through the dishwasher Which begs the question are you not sanitizing in your dishwasher? Are you also not using hot enough water to melt lipstick wax off the glasses? Did you forget that we’ve spent the last 2 years in a pandemic? If you can’t do a better job, then you need to find a better breakfast solution, because this ain’t it It’s disgusting! What’s even more disappointing is how your staff handled it

We were in the area for a surgery that was getting preformed across the street The room was overpriced and absolutely gross!! We only stayed there for approx 7 hours so my kids and I didn’t have to wait in the hospital waiting room Stains and burns all over the carpets

Furniture was chipped and super worn out with grease stained on the arm chair that was intended to be green but now was brown on the arms and seat area One of the beds had an ink stain and an orange mark on the comforter that appeared to be crayonWhen checking in we waited for 15 mins with no one at the desk at all Then we were charged more than what was quoted on the phone in reservations Trying to call the hotel to see why were charged more money and no one had picked up the phone in over 3 hours of trying to call the front desk!Super disappointed in the service and quality of the room

Clean and friendly service Breakfast wasn’t the best Eggs were dried out and juices all tasted watered down

I watched the lady change the juice and even the fresh one tasted not so great They need to get their juice from another supplier perhaps But that was the only thing we can say that wasn’t great We loved it and will be back again The pool was also clean and actually quiet My boys and I loved it

Staff was great and are the only reason I went as high as 2 stars Free breakfast was ok, but this hotel is very dated and needs updating Furniture in the suites is old and in rough shape

Our suite had an odor coming from the sofa bed that was so off-putting that it couldn’t be slept on Our repeated (2) complaints to the front desk resulted first being offered another room which was not clean (dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty) and also being offered a spray for the couch that they use for pet smells and stains The window blind on the balcony door of our suite was broken and we were given paper clips to hold it up in an open position to let light into the room Same thing in the other suite we were offered We were there for a long stay and no manager contacted us to address our concerns I will never stay at this hotel again

I stayed for 4 days while at a training for my job The entire staff was super friendly and helpful I had several questions on how to use the light rail system and also how to get around Denver and they were always helpful, never seemed to be annoyed by questions

Every night that I arrived back I was greeted and felt very welcome Wonderful place to stay with super clean rooms!

Forgot to get the pics of the room But here the plate of the breakfast we had there at the hotel and they had a swimming pool and it was it big of a pool but it was good and the parking area on the outside is pretty good and pretty safe because we brought out our whole car club with a carshows car and they were safe so which is great and the front desk and housekeepers are awesome so I don’t mind staying here again because Walmart is just next-door and top golf is next-door and just down the road is a bunch of food places And the road is not pretty busy which is great so it’s not too noisy and not heavy traffic which is great and the only thing was the room doors are so thin you can hear the hallway when people are talking and running so that was the only flaw and other than that the place was pretty clean and the housekeeper gave us what we needed at the front desk helped us when we needed help and they have a laundry room so it’s like $2

50 washer and dryer So I don’t mind staying here next time it was pretty good even though they didn’t have a microwave but the microwave is downstairs where the snack area is and they have all the plates and cups and forks and stuff that you need downstairs if you need something to eat with , so place is not too bad I like it!

Sadly enough we did not get to actually stay in this wonderful hotel but I need to praise their front desk professional Melinda I called tonight at 8:45pm to see what fees I would be charged for canceling my reservation because my daughters two day soccer tournament was canceled due to bad weather I was well aware that my free cancelation period had expired 4 days so I just wanted to see what it would actually cost to cancel

At first I was routed to a corporate switchboard where the representative Lance told me I would be charged one nights room fee plus tax but then asked if I wanted to speak to the local front desk agent to see if they would be willing to waive the fee I said yes please and that is when I met Melinda She was cheerful , kind and very sympathetic to my situation She told me she would release my reservation with no fees and if I was charged anything to call back and ask to speak to her and she would handle it for me She was SUCH a breath of fresh air and SUCH a delight to deal with! I will DEFINITELY book with Hampton Inn the next time I’m staying in Denver Thank you Melinda – you are amazing!

Even paying at a discount using my Best Western rewards points I was not satisfied with my stay Seems like the hotel is short staffed or they just have given up Ice machine out of order, empty hand sanitizing stations, sold out coke machines

Our room was overall clean, but the carpets not at all There is a bad lingering smell throughout hallways and even in the rooms Our sheets had holes in them Our AC unit made a loud noise -I could go on Let’s just say I was glad to get out of there Sketchy area Stay somewhere else is my recommendation to you

Andrea Scarberry

We had an overall comfortable stay in our room which was surprisingly quiet, but were not happy with this hotel choice and would not recommend to others We chose this hotel because the pricing was competitive during a time when many other options were much higher Next time I will buck up and pay more $$ for a more comfortable stay somewhere else

– Hallways and stairwells smelled awful (pot/trash/body odor) Ground floor hallway was the worst on the way to and from breakfast in the morning – not very appetizing- Room didn’t smell much better upon arrival but thankfully we could crack the window and air it out, which we did during the duration of our stay- Room had trash left behind and it was apparent that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or re-stocked Floor towel for the shower was balled up and damp in the corner of the bathroom upon our arrival We were not given any extra toilet paper for our week-long, four-person family stay, so eventually had to go ask for more when we ran out The person who got it for me basically rolled her eyes when I politely asked for a new roll No hair dryer or iron, and just an empty space in the cabinet where the mini fridge should have been- Carpet and floor were filthy/stained/sticky None of us wanted to take our shoes off until we were in bed for the night- Breakfast was just okay Juice machines out of order, and I thought it was weird that they didn’t have any water available We were there early most days, but one day showed up about half-way through, and many things were gone and had not been re-stocked or replenished- Ice machine on main floor out of order- Pool was okay, but we were disappointed to find an empty rack where there should have been extra towels for guests to useBased on the fact that to us this hotel did not feel clean, welcoming or have decent amenities, I would not recommend
