Having a wonderful experience here Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, room was clean and cozy, I missed breakfast (my fault!) but they still had things out for guests Showed up later than my requested check-in time due to a flight delay and it was no problem at all; very kind staff and beautiful lobby and rooms, and a great price! Internet was occasionally spotty, and bathroom vent didn’t work, but nothing big enough to keep me from giving this place five stars

Great stay!

This hotel is AMAZING my 9 yr old daughter and I stay here once a month for our mother daughter night out her choice everything and for a 9 yr old that’s rare she loves it It’s very swanky inside with a price that beats all others The rooms are huge and amazingly clean and fresh

And the beds are like sleeping on a cloud They have delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff I’d recommend this hotel above all others

Alysia Lil One

1st time visiting for a business seminar Perfect location for my needs The room was on the 1st floor which provided easy access to come and go

The room looked nice but was a little stuffy, the bathroom vent did not work so this may have contributed that The beds were comfortable Bluetooth mirror speakers in the rooms The breakfast served was hot with, yogurt, pastry products, scrambled eggs and bacon Overall it was nice for the price

I loved this place! The price was right and it was easy to get to Right next to Cracker Barrel I felt so comfortable and felt it was really clean

It reminded me of a college dorm room So it was cool, but it was still spacious! The lobby is really nice too! We didn’t get breakfast there, but it looked good Shampoo & Body wash & lotion smelled amazing!!!

Yan Yau

The hotel is new, well decorated and has decent service however, it misses the most important value as a hotel as its comfort level is very low! The bedding is the worst ever! The pillow is way too soft and the sheets have a very plastic feeling, They stick to your skin The AC is very loud and couldn’t cool down at all

it’s ridiculous that the outside temperature is only 50 degrees but inside is hot and stuffy Don’t know what’s wrong with the architecture design We ended up tossing around and couldn’t fall asleep at all

First off, I am the type of guy who is super lenient and laid back in fact I believe this is the first time I’ve ever given a bad review on google We showed up to a room that was just terribly dirty Asked for a vacuum they said no is it okay if they clean first thing tomorrow

We said that’s perfect! The next day at 2 pm I went down to ask if they were going to clean our room and they said yes we will have someone get right to it 4:30 our room got cleaned The following day we went out all day then came back at 7pm Our room hadn’t been cleaned You have to ask everyday for them to clean your room which we were never told Me and my fiancé have never experienced this We’ve experienced typical bad hotels here and there where you see like one piece of hair on the ground Our room had long black hairs every where in the bathroom floor Didn’t know it was as bad as it was until I swept the floor with a towel Nail clippings in the carpet and sticky grape juice like stains all over the walls I wouldn’t of posted this if someone would’ve simply told us that we had to request room cleaning That topped this 4 day trip!

Dirk Ming

Not a good experience! No hot water Their was no one available to clean our roomThe room was run down, dirty

We were excited to get in the spa and let the jets hit our painful joints however their was no jets, the indoor pool was so foggy from the heat off the pool and what ever kind of spa that was made the windows steam so bad it was hard to breath or see The hotel was dirty and run down such a disappointment for being outta state and not knowing the area Save your money dont stay here

AJ Halsor

Booked a room with roll in shower accommodations 2 1/2 months in advance for Christmas week They only have 1 such room, apparently, and gave it away to someone else It was stressful to know what to do, but the woman at the front desk helped locate such a room at another hotel

Since we lost so much time and had to travel more, they gave us a voucher to pay the first night Fast forward 3 months—manager refused to pay the other hotel for the night that was promised So it was just added to my credit card with no warning And when I try to inquire about it, the manager won’t take my call or call back So ridiculous Don’t expect to find a room with accommodations here You may be very disappointed

The night clerk was so nice I was very impressed with the pool being handicap accessible The ramp was something I hadn’t seen before

Easy for me being disabled to actually get in the pool Day clerk wasn’t as friendly Was disappointed in the fact there wasn’t a tub, only a shower with a shower head that wasn’t as good as my $1799 head at home Nice breakfast

Jeana Arnold

This hotel was disappointing, which is a shame as I’ve always had good luck with this brand Soap dish was ripped off the wall, toilet paper holder was broken (When we told the front desk, their response was “we know” but no one mentioned it when we checked in)

Elevator was very close to our room and I underestimated other peoples ability to be courteous and quiet in the hallways The elevator smelled of burnt rubber A dog was barking randomly for several hours one evening On a positive note, we had hot water and plenty of nice towels According to some of the reviews, that is something to be grateful for

Laura Chapoy

1st stay cation, due to a water leak at home Fairly new hotel in Wylie Since we are a Wyndham Rewards member, and Wyndham Margaritaville owner, I expect a lot

Rooms are spacious, nice decor, beds good, plenty of pillows, air is cold, and has a microwave, and mini-fridge This hotel is pet friendly tooIn our room, carpet square torn, and shower had mold on caulking at the bottom Hallway outside of the elevator door is stained A great hotel to stay But, cleaning the stains, repair of carpet, and recaulking the shower would not take much $20 per day pet deposit helps offset the cost, and if done routinely

Hotel was not nice The beds are awful and not comfortable at all The mattresses feel like they are probably 20 years old

We had to leave a night early because we couldn’t sleep another night in the beds We had to have our keys reprogrammed at least 3 times The pool was randomly closed when we arrived They wouldn’t refund the last night because I paid in advance We left anyways The place is not up to Hilton standards and the hotel and corporate was no help at all The lady at the front desk was very nice but wasn’t able to help us either

Anita Vyas

As great the location is, next to outlets, there is ZERO housekeeping service here I repeat ZERO So be ready to take out your own trash, ask for towels and toilet papers etc

We (mom and 2 teenager boys) stayed 5 unfortunate days and didn’t get a single day of housekeeping though we requested it the moment we checked in specified day and time Reconfirmed and asked over and over again morning, afternoon and evening Yet nothing Then I just took all the trash out and dirty towels and dumped it outside the room It sat there for 2 days with no one to pick it And then the concierge had the audacity of calling us at 11:15 pm when we were asleep to say that we had a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door so got no housekeeping We have a pet and we were specifically asked to keep the beware of pet sign on the door I took it out after 2 thinking maybe that’s why we weren’t getting service For sure not paying $75 for my pet dog as there was no cleaning service I’d rather pay myself that money for taking the trash out and keeping the room clean and bringing my own toiletries This is my second bad experience with Hilton so this is going to be a bad breakup Hilton never again

Phil Ruffin

We had an urgent need for a room, and just showed up in the night They were very accommodating We slept through breakfast, but they located some yogurt and apples for us later

The 3 different front desk agents were welcoming and friendlyIt was a good choice

I stayed at The Neathery Estate for 3 nights as a local getaway from the wonderful but sometimes exhausting people who live in my house 🙂 I chose the Magnolia Suite and I felt at home from the moment I checked in The grounds are beautiful, the decor is sublime, the food is delicious, but the hospitality is incomparable! When I needed a place to spend some quality time resting and reflecting, The Neathery Estate was the right choice

With the proximity to Downtown McKinney, tons of choices for entertainment and food are quickly available Tiffany is a wonderful, attentive host whose care and love of innkeeping is apparent in every way Thank you for such an amazing place to spend some time taking care of myself!

Hayley Krier

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and immediate family and our stay could not have been better!! The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and each room was so beautiful Communication with staff was great and they made multiple changes to my reservation (at my request) leading up to my stay The house was well secured and each room had its own Keurig, coffee pods, tea, and water bottles

The stay was so amazing that my husband and I actually stayed here the next night, directly after our wedding He loved every second of it too Highly recommended!

Mark Hedley

Tiffany’s experience as an innkeeper shines in this absolutely beautiful historic home Not a compromise anywhere Reserved the entire inn for several days

Convenient location to all things McKinney, very good WIFI coverage, and breakfasts were splendid Stay, and experience all Tiffany has to offer at the Neathery Estate You will love it

Rico was Amazing!! My air unit went out at my home and I called @830 in the morning to see when the earliest I could check in and Rico allowed me and my kids youngest being 11mo to check in as soon as we arrived He was Absolutely Amazing and so thoughtful The customer service was excellent

The rooms was very clean and stocked with everything you need I will definitely be back

Austyn Bailiff

When we went the hotel was full, but the staff was friendly and if they were understaffed you could not tell They really stayed on top of their game and were hospitable, friendly, and helpful We stayed for several nights and the breakfast in the mornings was very good

Also, the pool was a good size so if you were wanting to get some morning laps in or take your kids outside for some fun it was a great spot

Shannon Tower

Not everyone is from the south and comfortable with high-temperature heat!It is Feb 2022 and the temps here lately were in the upper 70s My hotel room temperature registered well into the lower 80s OK, a solution would be to turn on the central AC

The first day I was here, the central AC system worked After the first day, the rest of the time it was not working Why? The hotel turned off access to it Why? It is NOT cold enough outside to FREEZE the AC unit For a hotel to “CONTROL”, the comfort of their guests is UNACCEPTABLEIt is an extended-stay hotel that offers you a kitchen Nice! But the problem with this is people using the garbage disposal and not understanding that you need to use cleaning solutions in the disposal to keep bacteria from forming and causing the hotel to smell outside of your room or in the rooms around you My room was on the first floor so guests above me all water disposal ran down through my pipes Soon, the bathroom and kitchen sink which are on the same side of the room as each other started to stink I had to go get bleach and put down the drains to combat the smellsI understand limited housekeeping because of the scare of COVID but extended stay guests should have their rooms, drains and all CLEANED WEEKLY to prevent smells affecting other guests and affecting their comfort level of stayBreakfast was basic and the front desk staff was great! Just sucks that comfort is controlled by hotel maintenance/hotel management and other guests LIVING at the hotel don’t understand cleanliness which messes up the comfort of other guests**Hotel management, please do not respond to this post “claiming” you do not control the central heating and air system because it worked fine and then doesn’t And if it isn’t working properly, then you need to UPDATE the hotel, which from what I was able to ascertain, has not been done for 10 years and is in dire need of updating anyways so begin there**

Normally don’t care to write reviews for hotels but I was fairly impressed The room was crazy spacious and at the price, very cheap and high value When we walked in it was hot like a sauna but the AC worked to cool it down pretty speedily

Front desk was kind, nothing special to report First floor had everything including a fair fitness center Location was decent with a fair bit of shops and restaurants close by We stayed for an event at the Allen Event Center but the nearby surroundings were solidBreakfast is provided so that’s cool It’s nothing special but it’s included in the cheap price already Unfortunately, pools are outdoors and often closed (closed on our visit) whereas other hotels have outdoor pools and jacuzzis that remain openThe main complaint is that the shower drain is annoying to deal with and extremely slow Each shower my feet will be submerged in soapy water as I’m ready to leave so I take extra time to wait for water to drain before rinsing off finally It was a bigger deal than you might imagine (at least to me), but great service, cleanliness, and overall positive impression puts the hotel at 4

Dámaris

Stayed one night The front person was nice room looked fine We turned the tv on and it was inaudible

Thank goodness for subtitles The AC must’ve been 30 years old, it was SO loud Got up to go eat some of their breakfast…wow it was bad Just thankful for bananas On my way back home I noticed BED BUG bitesWouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately

Emily Killham

Staff was nice, place was clean However, our shower did not work during our stay The best they could do was a key to a second room (without enough beds for our family) where we could shower

Neither maintenance nor the manager, Amit Patel, could be located during our staySince the stay I have tried numerous times to reach management, to no avail In addition, IHG Corporate has explained this is an independently owned and operated hotel by Everwood Hotel Properties and so they can also not provide any or accommodation

A Harvey

My husband was a viewer of the show, so he was very excited to go Everyone you encounter is super sweet, and there is a lot of neat memorabilia here We were a little disheartened that most of the filming of the show did not happen at this location, but only the outside scenes were filmed at South Fork in Texas

Super friendly donkeys, 10 out of 10 stars It was cool to see the old Lincoln Continental

Soumyodipta Mukerjee

What a blast from the past! They have a ton of great memorabilia from the show Dallas Glad we stopped in! I have fond memories of watching the show every week with my parents when I was so young Though I don’t remember much of the show( considering the fact that I was a kid back then) but the ranch did bring back fond memories of our family watching the show together

Walking around the property was awesome A staff from the museum clicked our photo and the price of the photograph was very reasonable and we were glad that he did as he did a wonderful job So we can carry back a piece of the ranch in the photo as well along with great memories

Tim

If you’re a fan of the TV show this is well worth a visit Starts with a guided tour of the mansion where you also learn the history of the ranch and TV show, after which your free to roam the other buildings and properties Really relaxed, no one will rush you, the people are very friendly and knowledgeable, on top of that the prices are reasonable, all in all a good way to spend a few hours

We’re IHG members and generally trust the brand This wasn’t a total miss but it wasn’t a total hitThe location was great for our purpose for being in town

We were attending an event at the Frisco Convention Center and this hotel was literally half the price of the Embassy Suites which is attached to the Convention center About a 10 min drive so we’ll worth itThe breakfast was OK Only 1 type of yogurt – strawberry, my least favorite Otherwise the usual fare although they only had bacon one day (not sure why)The mini fridge in the room was a ceaseless sound box, to the point where we unplugged it nightly to be able to sleepThere was no shampoo in the shower — 2 body soaps, one conditioner, and no shampoo When I asked at the desk for shampoo, I was told housekeeping would address it later OKI’d already showered using the body soap but it shouldn’t have been missingFinally we always take the stairs and the carpeted landing left something to be desired – heavily stained but thankfully, not stinky

Anita James

We were so excited to set up a hotel block at the Holiday Inn-Frisco East location for our wedding We began the process with the sales department (had an initial phone call and email exchange), only to be ghosted after leaving multiple members of the team countless emails and voicemails for more than a month Thankfully, we found another hotel with excellent customer service that can host our guests

Holiday Inn missed out an opportunity to host 100+ of our guests from out of town

Darielle Haynes

The bathroom has a constant scent of sewage or number two The scent hits you as soon as you walk in every time The side tables looks like juices from a male were still on it

Was here for almost a whole week and the cleaning people never came Bed was never made and had to go get my own towels When to the front desk multiple all they keep telling me is, the cleaning crew should have been there by now No one has came to take out trash When I asked what to do with my dirty towels they just tell me to throw them in the hall way They got picked up the next day but I still didn’t get my room cleaned The string to pull up the second shade on the window is gone So I can’t even have complete sunlight in my room

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel Clean, courteous, affordable! This Marriott sits in an active part of town with lots of friendly faces and places to eat or shop The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly

Every employee we encountered was kind, starting with the management to the housekeepers Front desk was awesome! We encountered Tiba quite often during our stay and she was such a nice and informative front desk person Loved our stay!

Tara Sanders

Will never visit this location again The woman they had working the front on Saturday night needs proper training When a guest is asking for corporate information or manager information, you give them that information or tell them how to get that information but what you don’t do is call the cops and get those guests kicked out of the hotel

This employee could have easily resolved whatever issue she thought was going on with some of her guests but instead she chose to escalate the situation and make it more than what it was without any concern to us and our children

Brute Wolf

Hotel is fine, but I specifically chose this hotel to charge my EV overnight They’ve installed third party chargers which malfunctioned (actually a software malfunction…it started to charge then shut down) after taking a $25 deposit I’m fine with hotels ending free EV charging

I’ll pay But I wouldn’t have driven out of the way to stay here if it wasn’t reliable Your customers will be charging their cars overnight, yet your vendor doesn’t offer after hour phone support Please don’t offer a service that you can’t control

We spent four nights in this hotel which was conveniently located for our purposes Unfortunately the carpet was very dirty with many spots that looked like they could have been cleaned if someone had tried The air conditioner was extremely noisy while running and clunking as it turned on and off

It kept us awake off and on all night The shower door was so small that it made it difficult to get in and passed the dispensers on the wall My husband and I are not large peopleThe staff was very polite and helpful

No TV remote in room and didn’t receive until past 9:30pm A/C super loud so unable to fall asleep Attended breakfast at 7:15am and was cold, other items burnt and no egg options to be found

Coffee also at this time was already out Elevator was dirty with trash and used band aides Advised associate on duty and emailed both mgr and GM to honor unsatisfactory Hilton Honors member experience Asst Mgr Mikaela declined Hilton Satisfaction Or Complimentary night stay advertisement within lobby and GM Nick Desai never replied to my email with message being Home2 by Hilton can decline and not follow or honor Hilton standard policies

Excellent hotel and would definitely stay again We rented two different rooms for our family to stay in while visiting family for thanksgiving We got a king plus sofa bed suite along with a suite that had two queens plus a sofa bed

Both rooms were clean and well stocked with everything you need including microwave, dishes, dishwasher, silverware, fridge, toaster, blow dryer, and a nice table on wheels that can be used for dining or as a desk They also offer a burner plate if you want a stove top cooking experience Just ask the front desk and it’s freeThe daily free breakfast has lots to choose from including waffles, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, granola, cereal, toast, juices, etc They were also great about wiping down tables and sweeping/mopping the floorsThe front desk always had someone present, and they were quick to help with extra towels, blankets, a free toothbrush, bottles of water, etcThere was ample parking, an indoor pool, gym, and laundry facility The AC in the room was nice and quietThe only thing to be aware of is they allow dogs in this hotel They have a policy that if you can’t keep your dog quiet, they will refer you to a local boarding house to keep your dog at We didn’t bring a pet and only briefly heard barking I’m sure this will vary for everyoneOverall, a clean hotel with prompt service

The hotel was clean And comfortable with a nice kitchenette in the room Bedding was comfortable and everything worked well The gym equipment was awesome, the Precor brand and fun

The only complaint I have is the snack bar they have to buy snacks was Ridiculously priced 400 for a 20 ounce bottle of coke, or chips, 4 seems to be their favorite number for their overpriced snacks If you go, do not buy their snacks, you’ll pay less at a convenience store or at Trader Joe’s If it weren’t for their snack hype, it would have been rated a 5 star for me

We booked a two queen room for our family of four through the Hilton app We got there, and we were moved four times before putting us in a room with one bed and a pullout couch We were also told that breakfast went until 10am, but when we got down to the lobby at 9:10 they were closed

Brought these points up to Ashley at the front desk when we checked out and she was extremely rude Told me they were oversold on queen rooms, and implied it was somehow my fault that we had booked it She rudely pointed to a sign at the front desk that said breakfast ended at 9 and told me I should have read the sign, and she would tell her night crew to start reading the sign too Funny thing was, I got on the elevator to go back upstairs and there were two other people that were told the same thing Definitely will not be staying here again

I arrived in the middle of the night from a long day of travel I was greeted by Kiarra who ran to do the door to let me in and got me keys to my room in a very efficient manner Kiarra was extremely friendly even though I was in a bad mood from my day

She was so sweet that I actually took the time to apologize to her and recognized her ability to not allow my sour mood affect her service I could feel her smile through her mask and the sense of urgency to help me in any way I needed When I got to my room there were snacks on the counter- strangely and I think coincidentally, there were some of my favorites My room was very clean as well Thank you Kiarra for making my awful day of travel better! We need more people like her in the hospitality business!

Let me start off by saying Alex (front desk) is a true gem! He genuinely cares about all the guests having a wonderful experience during their stay He was very accommodating going above and beyond excellent customer service I really enjoyed our fun conversations we had whenever I’d go to the lobby for coffee/tea

The hotel was quiet and not very busy during my stay Room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed Breakfast was basic compared to other Hampton Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at

Stayed here for ~10 days: I thought the rooms designs were a bit aesthetics over function, but decent over all I dealt with 4 front desk employees over my stay; two of which were nice and the other two were pretty rude for no reason On my last day I requested a late checkout (as I was up working late at night) and was given it, only to be waken up by an employee knocking at my door at regular check out time asking me why I haven’t checked out yet (although they did let me stay the extra couple of hours, but my sleep was ruined)

Overall not bad, I booked here originally because I got a decent deal (~$66 per night), but I wouldn’t recommend this place at a higher rate

First time here from August 19-21 The booking description did not match It said it would have a sofa bed and our room did not

The room was very hot even though we would adjust the temperature The shower floor was dirty and the shower doors were broken, they did not stay shut We also had a roach come out I took a picture btw Breakfast was decent and the front desks people were nice and helpful But I wouldn’t stay here again

I really love this hotel We checked in at 1am and there was staff waiting at the desk, which I haven’t seen often at other hotels I appreciated being given my choice of floors

The pillow-top mattresses were very comfortable and there were both cotton and feather pillows on the beds The bathroom was well lit and spacious with Paul Mitchell bath products in the shower 😍 A free breakfast was served from 630am-9am with breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, and breakfast pastries available Very comfortable and enjoyable stay I will return

John Caver answered the phone and was attentive and accommodating We ended up checking in and he went above and beyond to make our stay special The hotel has a grill at the pool and a fire pit

The kids had a great time and I was able to squeeze a little work in The King suite has plenty of room and couch bed was comfortable for our 11 year old The location has plenty of restaurants near by Overall 5 star experience

We stayed for 7 nights and never once saw a housekeeper We ran out of toilet paper, soap, towels daily, was asked to leave our trash cans in the hallway for pick up The hotel is poorly staffed and therefore is dirty and not kept up

The rooms are nice but the cleanliness of the hotel is poor Workout room was dirty and obviously the equipment is never wiped down, floor was gross The weight set went from a set of 5’s to 15’s and then 25’s and up Overall the hotel needs more staffing and an emphasis on cleanliness

We are locals on an overnight trip Ethan checked us in He was very friendly and professional

He was able to accommodate my room upgrade request He set us up in a very nice suite, which had a balcony overlooking the courtyard The room had a very nice layout and was very clean We would have appreciated a different brand of toiler paper, because the one in our room was very coarse Not sure what brand it was The covered parking garage was conveniently located across the street from the property Unfortunately the dining facility on the property was not available to us the evening of 7/9/22 because it was closed We appreciated the many dining options within walking distance The property is centrally located to many shopping and dining areas We would certainly stay here again!

Pretty decent room Nice little balcony! Not as clean as I would have liked, and very uncomfortable bed! Nice views and restaurants near by Safe and clean parking lot well lit with plenty of spaces

Probably gets pretty crazy when there is an event If i stayed again I would request a room overlooking the courtyard rather than the street I’m sure it’s staffing related but they didn’t have breakfast the day I was there, which would have been fine if the very nice guy who checked me in hadn’t twice told me the hours and location of the breakfast I could expect All in all a fine place to stop, a little on the expensive side

This was place okay The beds were super stiff and the room was quite warm (March) I turned on the AC and the unit was EXTREMELY loud and make a clunking sound

I had to turn it off so we could get back to sleep I requested a room with a bathtub in the notes at booking and didn’t get one There was also 0 toilet paper in the room so we used KleenexLocation is superb if you want to have a few drinks after an event at the event center Beyond that, it’s nothing to write home about

It was good The staff was amazing! They were friendly and always willing to help No issues with the staff what so ever

Where I did have issues though, was the room The room was clean and fresh The highway noise was horrible, maybe because I was on the side of the highway Obviously the noise is louder Not sure if you hear the highway nois on the other side of the hotel If you stay make sure you’re not in a room facing the highway They could upgrade the windows to block out the noise The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like Still manageable What really got me was the sulfur smell you would get in the main lobby You couldn’t smell it in the rooms or the hallways on the floor I was on It was strong in the lobby It did not help because I’m a big breakfast kinda person With that smell I lost my appetite Overall good experience minus the smell and highway noise Staff was amazing One of the best I have experienced

Overall this was a good hotel and I definitely would stay there again For the most part it was clean it did have some spots that were not clean in the bathroom which would indicate that they didn’t do a 100% of a good job cleaning You can see those in the picture things that were left on the counter

The room itself needs a little bit of work on cosmetic as there are contractors fingerprints and other things wallpaper peeling and water damage signs The structure also probably needs to be evaluated because it has some major shift Front guest staff was awesome and nothing but friendly both at night and in the morning It’s nice to see that they keep more than one person on hand for the front desk at all hours Hotel is handicap accessible and has accessible rooms Shower was great although the shower doors are installed backwards Rooms could use a little bit more soundproofing as sound travels through the doors fairly easily You’re also going to hear a little bit of highway noise depending on the side of hotel you’re on because it is directly besides 75 They have a good snack and drink selection at the front desk They also have extended breakfast hours till 10:00 on Saturday which is better than a lot of neighboring hotels Parking is decent though it can be tricky to navigate and there’s a shortage of spots in the front I was able to find a spot still open later in the evening though so it wasn’t too bad Gaining access to the hotel is easy if you’re going southbound on 75 however if you’re going northbound you’ll have to bypass and loop back to it Easy to spot from the road Overall I would probably stay here again but one thing that does detract is they have anti-concealed carry and open carry signs The signs are not valid as they are posted incorrectly however they get the point across that they don’t want anybody that carries to stay in their hotel

Jerry Schrader

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend, I cannot express how amazing the staff was to us, everyone of them However Gabby went above and beyond as she mostly dealt with us throughout the stay There’s not enough that I can say about this place, they’ve always treated us like royalty, but this weekend when we really needed it they shone through

I highly recommend Hyatt in Allan
