Carla Shelby

Mary Kay ladies stayed here for convention They had classroom space available for our very large group, and it was located across from the Expo Center where the main event was located The restaurant had a great breakfast bar, and did a great job keeping up with the demands of hundreds of women! The rooms were nice, clean

I was especially grateful for the shuttle because some in our group were disabled and couldn’t walk back and forth from the Expo Center I didn’t like waiting for 30 minutes or more in line to use the only 2 elevators in the hotel, but I’m told that’s mostly due to the high number of ladies arriving/leaving all at the same time Overall, it was a great place to rest and refresh while being in a fun but exhausting event!

Anton Perreau

Probably one of the better hotels in town Plenty of parking, lobby is spacious and functional Hotel staff are well trained, friendly and know how to treat a guest

The rooms are SPACIOUS and the beds are super comfortable A/c temperature needs a little tweaking to be accurate, but that didn’t ruin our stay at allLobby could do with a lipstick remodel, but wasn’t ugly and didn’t feel any more like a time-warp than the rest of this part of America (lol)If you’re in town and need a place to stay, I’d recommend this place!

Caleigh Knight

Honestly if the conference wasn’t held here, I would never book here Rooms are decent size but nothing feels clean The rooms are also hot because the AC sucks and is just one tiny vent at the top of the wall

You can tell they don’t wash the comforters There were a few stains and they just felt old and dirty You only get 3 pillows per bed so if there’s more than one person per bed have fun with that Oh and yeah No fridge or microwave whatsoever So forget bringing back leftovers Also the outdoor pool has so much leaves and dirt built up along the sides it just felt gross Oh and to top matters off we found one plug in behind the TV and two more in one outlet if you unplug one of the lamps And they arent nice laps with the built in plug ins or anything so no luck there Would not recommend at all

The rooms are extremely hot and there’s no working ac unit in the rooms My first night I even slept in my car because of how hot it was When asking the staff is there anything they can do; all they say is your room is connected to the boiler room and there’s nothing they can do

It’s very uncomfortable! Other then that, most of the staff are nice and courteous and the drivers are super helpful with your training with prime

barrett kenney

Its Prime Inc company hotel Im thankful that the company provides us these rooms However, the a/c couldn’t blow any air, the filter appears it hasnt been cleaned in at least a year or better

Good way to burn up the unit Right now we are under heat advisory with heat indexes over 110° so this was miserable Other than that and the toilet that leaks and will get you wet as you sit on it, the place is great for the price

Roderick Goggins

The rooms are decent there’s just no ventilation in the rooms so u breathing in the same air And you gotta jiggle the toilet handle to get it to shut off cuz if not a smell comes out of the toilet Other than that it was alrite

In a nice location to everything specially that walmart next door Add me on ig for more here_now_and_forever_infinidi

When we arrived the motel reminded us of ones we stayed in years ago before all the high rise chains were around We were pleasantly surprised that the buildings were very well kept up and our room, while not huge, was updated and had all the amenities of the newer chains Our family loved it

It was cozy and charming and a great price Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful Would definitely stay there again

Just Me

This location was just okay Being that I was traveling with family that booked this Hotel, I was appreciative and made the best of it However, if I were booking the room for my family, this Hotel wouldn’t be on the top of my list

The pros are they had complementary breakfast, nice pool, play area for kids, and a great covered area with seats for sitting outside in front of your room The con for me was the actual room wasn’t as sanitary as I would’ve liked I actually sanitized and cleaned the headboards, bathroom, and anything else in there that I could before being touched I also laid a small sized blanket over the head of the bed in which I sat on and remained sitting straight up the entire night The 2 chairs in the room were sanitized and slept in by 2 family members that apparently wasn’t comfortable either Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t terrible, but I just didn’t feel comfortable there As always, this is only MY 100% facts personal experience only, yours may be different

Marina

On a 12 hour day of driving, my boyfriend and I stayed here and we were more than happy with our stay The little details like nice shampoo/body wash, complimentary water bottles, comfortable pillows and bedding, and delicious complimentary and fully stocked continental breakfast made our stay 10x better than the average hotel stay The room was super clean and the staff was nice and helpful

With the motel style of this place, it was so easy taking my 75lb dog out without having to walk through the lobby of a hotel I normally am not comfortable staying at hotels, but this completely changed my opinion!! Not to mention for how reasonably priced it is for what you get! We would ABSOLUTELY recommend and stay here again, and we will absolutely be booking with Best Western for our future stays Thank you!!!

Lisa Elliott

Nice full sized beds, clean room, very friendly staff Even during construction/remodeling of the roof I heard no noise and had no complaints Slept like a baby

The only weird thing was the toilet and shower are behind a separate door while the sink is in the bedroom with you, but the door is a sliding pocket door instead of a regular hinge door so that was a little weird Also, the shower isn’t a normal shower It’s a curve capsule type thing, not a normal stall The walls are a curved, but it’s bigger than it originally looks after you open the glass shower door Just don’t expect any of your shower stuff to stay on the shower shelf because it is also curved so everything slides off Indoor pool was heated and felt great! Also had a jacuzzi which was nice and hot Pool has a deep end of only 5 feet and for someone short like me, that was nice Overall, would stay at again

KLM

Rooms are older but very clean Bed was comfortable Shower is the little round kind but the water pressure was fantastic!Wonderful service from check in to check out

Kitchen staff was polite and efficient Food was normal biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, pancakes etc Served warm and plentyLocation was slightly difficult to find but once there the location was great Walking distance to convenience store and Texas RoadhouseOhalmost forget The Donuts!! Way to go what a treat💖🍩Reasonably priced, so I Would most definitely stay here again

jmeeaver6

We had an impromptu stay for my birthday My wife and I were without kids for the evening We had to pay a 250

00 deposit for the room because we were local I think it’s a silly policy, but they were one of the only hotels in Springfield that would even rent a room to someone who lives locallyif it wasn’t for that policy, I would have given a higher rating Staff was great and room was clean and invitingrating is not a reflection of the property or staff, just the silly deposit policythey said it is because locals have trashed the rooms previously, but anyone from anywhere could do that, so doesn’t make sense to me They say the deposit gets returned in 2 to 10 days

Cari Asby

Lena was such a pleasant face to see at check in and the whole time we were the She is so friendly and welcoming! I don’t know if she’s the manager but she should be! Our rooms were nice, beds pretty comfortable the only the only thing I would improve on would be the toiletries offered the bottles are so small they are used up in one setting Might want update to the ones self pump ones in the showers

Overall we had a great stay as we transitioned from moving out of one house and then, waiting to move into a new home

Elvia Eden

Upon entering we were greeted warmly by the clerk We were checked in quicklyThe hotel was clean

The room was clean However, the beds were quite uncomfortable The mattress was hard The pillows on the queen sized bed where the size of slightly oversized throw pillows We asked for another blanket the night we arrived and were provided with a foamy looking, scratchy “blanket,” if it can be called thatThis hotels does allow pets, dogs could be heard barking late into the night Also, this hotel was not particularly quiet We could hear everyone in the rooms next door, doors closing were extremely loudPool area was lacking, the two times my family went down to swim we had to ask for towels The pool had a green tinge to the bottom of it Pool was heavily chlorinated So, much so that it caused my 4 year old and a few other of my families kiddos to break out in a rash on their face The kids enjoyed it none the lessThe free breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, cereal – Cheerios and Froot Loops, granola, two kinds of yogurt, and mini muffinsBreakfast on Saturday and Sunday is until 10am Weekdays it is available until 9amCheck out time we were told was 11am when we booked So we rushed around to get out on time, then when we checked out, our receipt stated check out was at noonTl;Dr: clean hotel, nice people, uncomfortable beds, loud at times, pool lacking, free breakfast just okay

mary jenkins

Enjoyed our 1 night stay They had hot breakfast, it wasn’t gourmet or anything but pretty enjoyable They had cheese omelet, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, cold (cheerios etc

) and hot (oatmeal etc) cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, and hard boiled eggsOur room was perfect No complaints from us The location is close to everything

Destany Bruton

I am in Springfield from Branson I made several reservations and was going to be charged a ridiculous deposit for being “local” even though my address is 54 minutes away When I called the girl was so sweet and said to head over there they would help out

The room was only $90 with tax which you can hardly find anymore unless you’re staying in a nasty motel The location is a little hard to find but once you get to it, it’s great It’s connected to the hospital and close to everything The room was very clean and staff was amazing For future surgeries we will be returning here Thank you Cox Plaza for turning our nightmare into calmness

Debbie Plachy

We stayed the night here because we live 2 hours away and I needed to be at Cox Medical Center at 5:30am for surgeryThe room was big with a king size bed (Our choice, other size beds available)

There was a large 50in tv, a table with 2 chairs to eat at, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot and both a tub and a shower in an actual full bathroom There was also a view from the large window and blackout curtains over the window shades It was just like being in an actual hotelI didn’t realize how much I appreciated this wonderful room until I stayed in another hospitals hospitality room the following week for my husband’s surgery Same scenario 2 hours away and my husband had to be there at 5:30am We walked into the room and there was a small 19in tv mounted high on the wall, 2 twin size beds, no table to eat at, no view (as in brick wall), no microwave or coffee pot, a toliet and stand up shower in a small room off the main room and then the sink to wash your hands was in the room with the beds Best way to describe it is a hospital room, minus the medical stuffThe room at the Plaza was $88 a night Cheaper than some hotel rooms The other hospital was $30 a night I don’t mind paying the extra $58 for the upgrade

Our stay was everything Me & my husband were in town for 4 days and we loved it Our room was clean, all of the staff were super nice,(night and day staff) and the location was center to everything

Mall/food spots/not far from downtown The rooms had a sexy romantic feeling to it Breakfast was okay (warmed up burrito) but we went out to breakfast most mornings so that didn’t really matter Anyway, 5 star will come back and stay and recommend to others

Joanna Obuzor

The room was small and poorly designed There wasn’t a place to put my suitcase I ended up putting it on the only chair in the room

This half blocked the walkway to the window and it kept almost fallingThe rain shower was a lovely fixture but the shower was too smallThere wasn’t a nightstand I charge my phone at night and use it as an alarm I had to balance it on the headboardFront desk service was exceptional!

Susan Hofer

First time staying here First impression was good Helpful staff at check-in

Bed was very soft and a little low which made it a little difficult to get out of Discovered comforter on bed was dirty Front desk was helpful but no clean comforters were available Complimentary ear plugs are provided because street noise can be quite loud Bathroom was clean Not sure I can recommend and doubt I’ll stay here again

I just have to say that this staff and hotel were great They were very accommodating when my son had emergency surgery and we need a place to stay The staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed to make his stay more comfortable while there with us

Becca was AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel was very clean and quiet Food was good and had good selection for breakfast I just can’t really say enough about every single staff member and the owner who came in on Easter to give his employees a break Fantastic and would stay there again anytime I’m in the area Thanks to allapplause

B E

The room was clean but the curtains would not stay shut The guests staying above my families room were very loud at 10pm I mentioned it to the front desk and the lady said she would take care of it

The noise got louder and continued so I let front desk know again After the 3rd or 4th time the lady said she could move my family and I to another room I was not happy with that as we were already in bed trying to sleep I asked her to move the people upstairs as they were already wide awake She said because they had been there longer she could move us So if you are only staying one or two nights just know you are not prioritized or made to feel like you matter The noise did finally stop after some time but the whole ordeal made the stay miserable We were also told that the pool was 85 degrees it was no where near that, felt like ice water Would not recommend this hotel Spend the extra little bit and go to a nicer hotel

Belen Pulido

Staff were great, friendly, fast check in Place/room/pool was clean, room smelled freshly cleaned, pool had a high strong smell of chlorine, more than usual which was uncomfortable we didn’t stay long Reason for the 3 stars is this is a BW Plus and it needs some big renovations for the price point

Everything is outdated, there were tears on the bed frame, the a/c unit never cooled the room, the bathroom was terribly compact couldn’t close the bathroom door without cramming yourself in a corner It took force to close and open the door

Very nice hotel This was my first time to the town and the hotel The shuttle driver was super friendly and he made a wide circle around the area as we came to town so we could not only see the area, but so we could see the restaurants in the area

He even suggested several telling us which ones he liked and which ones were most popular The hotel rooms were also very nice It had a comforter on the bed that was about medium in thickness I did ask for one extra blanket and was ok with that The receptionist was also very sweet Nice place to stay and well located on a corner with Chipotle, Steak N Shake and McDonalds on the other three corners Plus about twenty popular food choices within a mile

Abbey Storm

Our room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and staff was helpful Outdoor pool is currently closed for the season Small fitness center

Breakfast included hot and cold cereals, bagels, muffins, toast, pork sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit Yogurt was all non-fat; a full-fat option would be really nice (I eat high-fat, low-carb) Coffee came out of a machine and was pretty good Bed and pillows were comfortable A little convenience store has frozen meals, sodas, candy, etc for purchase Would stay again

Liz S

From July 12 to the 14, my hubby and I made a trip all the way from Kansas when we got there our Room was NOT ready! The maids had to make a mad dash to clean our Room! U would think they would give us a discount, but no! I can’t believe they charge for 2 people and so now we know where they make their money from

U should only charge for the room only and not for 2 people! It’s ridiculous! Long story short we had a good time at the wonders of wild life, not to crazy about the Fantastic caverns

This was my first stay at Greenstay and it was the reviews that encouraged me to try them out It was my experience that earned this review The staff was wonderful – pleasant, friendly, and just what I needed after being on the road all day

Their claim to be a pet-friendly hotel was right! Because they were able to, they purposely put us in a ground floor room with door access to their green area outside The room was clean, no odors whatsoever, comfy bed and pillows, and toiletry amenities Not too long after we got settled in, the front desk called to see if we needed anything Great price on the room too 10⭐️

Brandy Tracy

Our check in was HORRIBLE We got to the hotel at 2:20, and we were told there was NO way we could check in until 4 We were there for a soccer tournament, so we were hoping for a few minutes to let the kids rest between games

When we found out we couldn’t check in, we went into town to waste a little bit At 3:20 I call the hotel to see if there was any way we could get checked in and the girl at the desk tells me, sure that check in is 3, there is no problem (we would have just waited there had we known we could have checked in at 3 rather than 4)When we got to the room, it was clean, the beds were not the most comfortable, two adults in a full size bed was not ideal, but I guess my fault for assuming that a double room came with at least queen size beds the sheets and blankets where thin, I spent most of the night cold and uncomfortable, and woke to a swollen face as I was allergic to something in the pillowThe breakfast was the best part of our stay It was better than most of the hotels breakfast you can get We choose this because of the price Next time I’ll spend the extra and go someplace where we’re more comfortable

Tom Ballard

This really is a bottom of the barrel place to stay! Looks good in the photo, but that is where the quality begins and ends The place smells when you walk in The carpet is worn out

The furniture in the room must be from thrift stores, the bed was the worst, and I found little whisker hairs on the sheets There was no hair conditioner, and the temp controls are the worst The thing that really stood out was the medical syringe on the bathroom floor I called front desk and they came got it, but, really, would you want to stay here??? I think not!!! I can say the breakfast was fairly decent! It might have been the best part if the visit!!! But, I assure you, I was glad to leave the place!!!!

They are now Baymont Inn and Suites We paid $142 for the room which was so outdated, definitely needed renovating Lower your price until you can justify a $142 room

We also, at least, got a discount of $12 because when we arrived, our fridge had milk and pop and other things inside The staff were albeit, apologetic Not a big deal But they need to get it together The beds were made in a rush it seems The corners were bulging out of the mattress Overall, won’t be staying here again I could’ve stayed at the Marriott for that price That’s my favorite hotel But you never know unless you try!

These motels have a charm to themselves compared to the corporate hotelsThis is another Route 66 motels from days hone byEasy to get to

Helpful friendly staff Comfortable big roomsUsual amenities in the rooms Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV EctReasonably pricedPlease note there is a lot of noise from the traffic on the main road but it does settle down later through the night

Servant of the King

Honestly I was so surprised to enjoy this place as much as I did The bed was by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on! It was a smaller room than expected, but enough for my need I really liked the bathroom, the tub was bigger than most (taller and wider) and the little shelf above the sink was needed! First place to have enough hot water to last

The microwave and fridge are in the “closet” space, so it worked

Amanda Berry

We stayed in the family suite The room was large, and the kids enjoyed their own room and TV There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel like we were crammed together

The kids loved it more than staying at the more costly placesThe room was clean except I did find a rogue green grape hiding next to the bed 😆 Other than the feral fruit, the space was very clean Not even dust behind the doorsKeep in mind this place is a older placeThe wifi was fast, the television was a flat screen with direct TVThe beds are a bit stiff but the pillows were super soft Surprisingly quite in the rooms considering where it’s locatedWe were never bothered by the trafficThe breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any stayThe menu is biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, there was waffles you could make yourself, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and jelly, juice, they have coffee, and even a coffee machine that has multiple choices of cappuccino, mocha, and many moreWe didn’t get to check out the pool areaI would absolutely recommend this place! You can not beat the price for what you receive Between the history, the rooms, the staff, and the breakfast you can’t find a better place

Great experience for our first time! Check in was a breeze and the employees were so friendly and helpful The hotel is very well decorated and small details did not go unnoticed We loved the “worms” in our bed 😜🐛 the breakfast area was small but nice and we started the day with a good breakfast

The pool was a little smaller than we had hoped and was packed especially with the hot tub being closed I did notice a decent workout room The rooms were cute and comfortable The bed sheets were a little noisy and crinkly sounding There was a slight odor in the room but nothing too terrible It was the perfect place to stay for our visit across the street to the Bass pro shops aquarium and museum It would be really nice to have a crosswalk connecting the lodge and the store across the street We had to run across four lanes of traffic with small kids I would definitely recommend staying here! Nice, affordable, clean, good service We will be back!

First time staying here was a great one The staff was pleasant and nice They was very helpful

I was paying with gift cards and the young lady (Kalyn) was nice and patient when there was a line to check in behind me She made sure as soon as we got there that our stay was going to be a good one My family had 2 adjoining rooms which was nice It was decorated nicely The place was clean and beds comfortable Breakfast was above average than most places I have stayed We will definitely stay again

It was a pretty nice stay Staff was very nice Room could have been just a little bit cleaner

Didn’t really get much sleep, the neighbors were up all night, but that’s not really the staffs fault I guess they probably could start putting adults only rooms on the top floor, like they do at the Marriott Probably gonna airbnb a house next trip for less noise, but overall they done a good job
