Can’t rate the park highly enough The spaces are wide and provide good separation The laundry room and showers are clean and well maintained

Dave even repaired our cable TV jack inside our RV so we could receive cable Didn’t ask a thing for the helpIf we ever come through Russellville again Ivy’s Cove is where we stay

We came here for one night it was pretty hot outside so we just plugged in and stayed indoorsThe checkin was fantastic we had called ahead yesterday and reserved two places one for my brother and his wife they were very accommodating and got us together, this place looks very clean and in June very green, friendly and peaceful, near Highway 40 and not far from all stores and gas stations, if I travel through here again I’ll definitely come back 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is an older property that has been maintained well The room was clean and quiet We did choose a second floor room since they are quiter in these older hotels

The bed was very comfortable and the ac worked well There are several tv channels to select from if that’s your thing The staff was friendly and helpful I’m sure that we will stay here in the future

Janice Homola

Room was clean except behind the nightstand (had to move it out to plug in the chargers) The lamps had a place to plug in chargers but the Chargers would not stay unless we duct taped them down Bathrooms fresh and clean and noise from guests on either side was not noticible We over slept the first few days due to exhaustion from driving and I don’t know what my daughter said to the maid but they never stopped by

I was there a week I caught one one day and asked for new towels and a quick vaccume and trash removal That was all I got the whole time But otherwise it was a decent place to stay

Look, I get it This isn’t meant to be a 5 star destination resort, but come on

seriously? The screws for the dead bolt were about ready to fall out, and the outside door handle DID fall off! When you open or close any door, the ceiling tiles jump knocking dust down on top of you We found a used crack lighter on the ground The comforters were stained Speaking of the comforters, you can see the bed springs through the comforters We experienced this comedy of errors, all within 5 minutes of walking in the door On a positive note, the poor young lady that was at the counter could not have been any more accommodating, happy, polite, and helpful

I stayed in this hotel in March of 2022, and a few days later received an invitation via email to post a review I didn’t pay close attention to the heading of the email, and I confused this hotel with another that I stayed in the following night that was close to Russellville, TN I gave a poor review to the wrong hotel

Unfortunately, I was unable to change that review, as the link had expired I want to make that right with this reviewMy stay at the Days Inn in Russellville, AR was wonderful The hotel was clean and well kept The bed was comfortable, and I had a great staySeveral places I stayed were only giving out a breakfast bag with a pastry and piece of fruit during the Covid pandemic Here, the breakfast was good, and consistent with what I had become used to prior to the pandemic, so it was refreshing to be able to enjoy some sense of normal once again

Kateri Thibodeaux

The lady at the front desk during the day is amazing We had trouble with Clarion being very rude and we tried a bunch of other hotels that were disgusting But when we got here the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and even let us view a few room to make sure we found the one we wanted to stay In since we were staying for a full month

You can always count on good ole Holiday Inn to make your stay comfortable when traveling to an unknown area You know you’ll always receive a clean room & nice lobby The breakfast was a very nice touch- the inside lobby area is very modern and I like the feel

Very quiet at night- huge bonus I used the gym once and found the TV program running on there to be entertaining My daughter used the pool Our room had a view of the cows out back Very cool!We enjoyed our stay

Brian Hill

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Richard Hotel was spotlessly clean and the quality of care he provided to us (getting us extra linens, getting a rollaway bed for us, cleaning up after one of my children spilled something in the lobby, etc) was that of a much fancier hotelWe rolled into the lobby of this hotel close to midnight, after finding our room at the neighboring hotel was infested with ants

He was sympathetic, found us a room in an otherwise completely sold out town, and was just incredibleWe will seek out this hotel when we next travel Hwy 40 through Arkansas

Nick Bales

Super nice IHG hotel Staff were extremely friendly, spacious rooms and most importantly the hotel and our rooms were very clean!!!!Highly recommend!

Best Marriott property I have been too thus far! From the first call to the evening I actually stayed! What an experience! Drake took such good care of us!!! The staff from management Nick to housekeeping Lu everyone has been so professional and nice! The hotel itself was so clean, in a remote busy location around food and gas stations, and lastly price was well worth it

Carie Morelock

We enjoyed every moment of our 4 day stay!! It was a last minute reservation, We got in late on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and we were greeted warmly by Kimberley! We loved the rooms- so clean and well stocked!! We loved to see outlets on the lamps and in convenient locations (easy to plug electronics in) Beds were cozy and comfy, the pool was super warm and clean! We loved the excellent 5 star customer service offered by Lauren (front desk), Lou (housekeeping) and many others that we encountered during our stay! The breakfast ladies were stellar- wide variety of food and our kids favorite – the hot chocolate!! And despite a busy holiday weekend at the hotel, a wonderfully kind gentlemen at the front desk noticed our disheveled look (from sleeping in too late haha) and allowed us late check out without me even asking! Talk about customer service!!We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Russellville, we highly recommend the Fairfield to anyone traveling :)Thanks for having us!Morelock Family

My husband and I stayed here last night, and we loved our room, the bed, sheets, towels, shower, indoor pool, and overall aesthetic of the property Having a fridge and microwave is always a great convenience for us with restaurant leftovers We missed breakfast this morning– sleeping so soundly, but the coffee and tea offerings in the lobby were great

Definitely recommend!

Ryan Flowers

It wasn’t terrible, everything just seemed old Bed wasn’t terrible, but I’ve definitely stayed on better ones in the Hilton family of hotels They didn’t have diet coke to give me as a diamond member

They didn’t have any laundry detergent but still made me pay to use the washer I understand, bidenflation got everybody scrambling, but that’s how it affected my stay Overall, good

We just stayed over the Memorial Day holiday on our way passing through The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated Extremely clean and the staff was very efficient

Our room was bigger most hotel rooms No real complaints I guess the only thing we did notice was that you have to buy coffee if you’re downstairs there’s no complimentary coffee We come through a few times a year and we will always book this hotel

Reginald Tonge Jr.

Beautiful young property Modern build Nice sized parking lot with security cameras spread around for safety

Area on side of lot for truck parking if necessary Beautiful clean lobby and friendly pleasant staff Working elevators (I know some of us have experienced non-working elevators lol) Extremely clean rooms, plush but not too plush beds World definitely stay again if passing through Highly recommended

Lalania Neal

Clean room and great amenities All the staff were excellent except for one He was good to smile at you, but don’t ask him to do anything like get coffee or towels or even explain why the AC isn’t working properly

He doesn’t care He even asked my husband “why” we needed new sheets after we’d been there for days Everyone else makes up for his lack of service though We stayed several days and even had family come stay We all learned to avoid him Unfortunately, that’s likely his plan so people go to other’s, maybe Maybe it was just us he didn’t care for Also, the bistro, don’t order the avocado toast, it’s nasty The coffee is great though 👌 😌 we would definitely stay here again

We had a lighting problem on our RV trailer while traveling from Tennessee to Colorado Mark was incredible help He took us in, gave immediate assistance over and above the call of duty

I HIGHLY recommend Outdoor Living RV for staying and serviceGod bless Mark, his family and team Many thanks

John Deuterman

The two stars may be an understatement The sites were gravel (but level) and narrow There were a number of very old trailers on the fringes and in some sites either just dead or in storage

There was really nothing to recommend the place, but it was all we needed for an overnightOn the positive side there were acres of mowed lawn for a dog walk We travel with one or more Rottweilers I didn’t take any photos

Jen B

I’m rating this four because the owners were really nice and squeezed us in after Ivy’s Cove messed up my reservation The park was good for a one night stay and that’s it Our site was covered in dog poop; there was so much it was hard to avoid stepping in it

I didn’t use any of the facilities so I can’t comment on that The park was easy access to the freeway

Mary, who was there when we checked in, was very kind and helpful! Even recommended some good restaurants in the area when we ask and was very willing to help with anything The workers there the next morning seemed to be not quite so cheerful and a little annoyed when botheredThe room was nice and clean

Beds were ok Bathroom a little small, but clean Shower was great! Pool and hot tub area was nice and relaxingOnly complaint I had was at 530 in the morning somebody next door to us had their alarm on, the loudest vibrating alarm I think we’ve ever heard, going off on their bedside table, over and over The sound was horrible! Like someone knocking on our wall The walls were not very soundproofWith all that being said, I would stay here again for a night!

Suzanne Perrault

Rooms were good Could use update The recliner in the room had the faux leather ripped off in places

A few holes/dents on the walls Base board needs to be replaced In a okay part of town Didn’t feel super unsafe granted my entire family lives there so I’ve been a ton Front desk staff was super nice, quick check in Breakfast was alright the only thing I had an issue with was the breakfast host was CLEARLY VERY SICK You could hear her coughing and sneezing in the back Over and over again Then when she came out she looked miserableAlso, she took EVERYTHING down at 9:45 Breakfast isn’t over until 10 That was crazy to me Like threw EVERYTHING OUT And shut it all downRooms were spacious We had two One deluxe family suite With a king bedroom & pull outThen a handicap king suite with a Roll-in Shower There was no shower chair which was crazy to me I didn’t shower but if I was going to I would have needed oneIt’s pretty centrally located There’s a Cracker barrel right next door Then down the road there’s a New China (so good Try it, you won’t be disappointed Been eating there for 17 years now) Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center There’s also a burger King, steakhouse, waffle house, and a subway I also highly recommend Taco Villa Down the way It’s all cash or check but it is so so so worth itThere’s also 2 gas stations right there, too!Over all it was a great stay, we will be back!

Morning breakfast was amazing compared to other hotels that I stayed at Many great items However, each piece of bread, muffin, bagel etc was individually wrapped

Not from a manufacturer, but like a loaf was open and then wrapped in saran Very pretty friendly at this location, they even have doggie bags to allow your dog to do his business

Jesse James’ adventures

Very clean friendly service jacuzzi tub water was very hot It was very nice to find a pet friendly hotel The $20 deposit was well worth it

Ended up staying two nights and they did not charge me to deposit on the second night on the pet I had a wonderful day there’s a nice clean safe environment No I suggestion is that you up the weight of the dog because a lot of us don’t travel with little dogs You’re 50 lb will weight limit luckily enough my dog weighed 491 lb when she got her rabies shot before we left Florida

Patric Birdsong

Brought my MEDICAL Marijuana into my room cause I didn’t want to leave it out in my vehicle and was charged 100 for “smoking” in the room They clearly can not tell the difference between raw and smoked Marijuana I was later informed, after being charged of course, I can not bring my medicine into the room, I must leave it in the car where it can be stole

That doesn’t sound reasonable or responsible by any means Won’t be staying here again I’m a diamond member with choice hotels and have never been charged for smoking In a room because I know better Will not stay here again

Christopher Land

Ac units don’t work, monster roach in my room Beds are good but make noise if you move, cleaning staff move personal belongings around, better breakfast in jail than here and people must live here cause rooms are occupied but none in parking lot Don’t expect privacy

Travel for a living and by far one of the worst Oh no laundry either
