This motel is totally adequate It’s a clean, mostly comfortable motel in a good location between Stanford & San Francisco I recently stayed for 5 nights with my family when we were in California for a graduation

Things to know: they don’t clean rooms until after you leave So you won’t get a freshly made bed or clean linens each day When you need clean towels or more toilet paper you have to go to the office & ask This isn’t a big deal and won’t impact you if you’re only there for one nightThe only thing I really disliked was the bathroom The sink is weird and because of its design there’s no place to set your toiletries There is a small shelf below the mirror that’s big enough for a toothbrush & toothpaste but that’s about all The towel bar is long enough for maybe 2 towels at most, even though the room sleeps 4 On the plus side, it was clean & the water was hotOne other quirky thing is the floor is not carpeted but rather a hard surface It didn’t bother me & in some ways I liked it better than carpet because I knew it was cleanSpeaking of quirksI didn’t understand the “art themed” deal Looked like a regular motel room to me with photographs of the local area on the wall Maybe that bathroom sink was the art?

Considering the fact of getting a really poor room downstairs, hearing some “noise” from above for 15 minutes straight and having to get up the next morning early was a pain Fortunately the front desk representative was very understanding and I got a more decent room, but this feels like a party hotel as noises seem to occur often Also being near El Camino is another drag as I might as well state I’m sleeping feet away from traffic

Otherwise, amenities are very basic and the front desk has some snacks and alcohol for a reasonable price Personally, I didn’t find this hotel my cup of tea, but for those wanting to have a rowdy time here and save some money, this is your place!

Aaron Hysom

Front desk guy was not friendly, the rooms are not like the pictures Cheap linoleum floors make for an intolerable situation on the first floor Place was dirty, 2 yellow pillows, one flat one round

No pool, no NOTHING, This place was just too depressing to spend the week in while out of town on work I told my manager and he will reimburse me for the Holiday Inn I payed for to get out of this place Don’t waste your time, money or life-time on this place Enjoy CA spend 40$ on something you can enjoy

This hotel is centrally located near everything from food, stores, to destinations The full service hotel is spread out and serves breakfast The staff was nice and efficient

The King room I stayed in was small but nicely furnished and clean The bed was clean and comfortable with some nice pillows Keurig coffee pot in the room with refrigerator and Microwave I was pleasantly surprised

Moana Ngatuvai

The staff was very nice Great service! BUT our key rarely worked to get into the doors close to our room and there was a foul smell by the entrance of those doors In our room there was a strange smell, the carpet felt damaged, the air was broken when we first arrived, the shower would drain really slowly, the sliding door had a hole up top where it looked like there was an attempt to fix it but it broke away, and the balcony area had old socks and cigarette buds

Elevators are small for a family traveling with luggage, parking fills up at night, and shampoo/conditioner and such that are provided come in really small bottles

I was a little skeptical at first as the area is run down However our whole experience was wonderful Front desk was super nice and happy to help

When we got to our room (family of 4) there was only 1 normal size towel We called the front desk and they brought us more immediately Room smelt clean Bedding had a light scent of detergent/bleach which reassured me it was clean I’m very pleased, excellent job!

Ww W

For a cheap hotel, this actually wasn’t bad I lucked out and got a pretty clean room Bed was cleaner than some of the $200 hotels I’ve stayed at

It was a really simple room though, it had no safe and a really small coffee maker But it was clean and sufficient and the front staff are super sweet The continental breakfast was really goodare super

John Vakulich

Thugs and Bed bugs! The hotels condition is deplorable The staff tried their best though I couldn’t imagine having to work there on a daily basis, so I commend them for that

If you value your families safety you would be better off avoiding that area entirely Almost all businesses in the area lock down and close at 9pm for their own safety leaving few options if you get in late The area could be used as a set for the walking dead Simply put, never again!

Probably the ones who stole from us Placed us in a room next to laundry room, freeway exit and stairway Would not recommend Spoke to front desk They said they have terrible cameras But to make a police report They need security there Will not stay there again Room not great Very small and smelled The top cover of bed had dirty spots which they turned downward so we couldn’t see them

Avoid this hotel if you can When we checked in, the key card they gave us didn’t unlock the room I went back to the front desk and told them the issue and they re-keyed it for me

Once we got into the room it was apparent that housekeeping had no been in yet The beds weren’t made Trash was still left on the table I went back to the front desk to let them know They reassigned me to a new room When we tried to get into this room the door was locked and there were voices inside There were still guests in the room! I went back to the front desk to let them know They upgraded my room which was nice of them, but the next morning as we were getting ready a large red bug of some sort crawled out of one of the towels on the ground! We got rid of that and left for the day When we came back that night our key card didn’t work…again We went to the front desk, which was empty and waited patiently It wasn’t until we buzzed a button from the outside of the building that the girl came from around the corner, even though we had been talking in the lobby and asking aloud for help She re-keyed the card and we were able to get in The next morning as we were packing up to leave we found ANOTHER bug in the bathroom This was THE WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel, much less at a Sheraton I’m not one to ever complain about hotels because I understand that mishaps can happen but this was too much

Treva Harrison

The rooms are very clean and nice, however, when I took a shower, my entire front entry way was flooded and the shower was completely closed and in the shower with me! I tried to schedule a wake call and the front desk and I was greeted with a busy signal each time I had a upstairs room even though I made a reservation for low floor and had the return to the front desk and my room was in the back of the hotel because my room keys didn’t work on 2 different occasions! The staff very helpful and nice The worked out the wake up call for me

The hotel location was hard to find from the freeway even though I used GPS It was not a pleasant stay to be a Sheraton hotel!!!

Alexander Schultz

This was a great hotel to stay at for my four-night stay in the area Rooms were clean, and the property was beautiful However, some more maps and navigational aids for the property would be appreciated, as would some updates in the guest rooms (such as the Smart TV features found at many other Marriott properties) and support for MobileKey to avoid a front desk check-in

It’s a nice park for the most part the people are friendly but it also is in California where the neighbor is right on top of you more or less your slide outs almost touch and for the most part it’s residential park and people that are there live there more than are just camping but they do have great facility no dog run no place for you to take your dog and play with him but the managers are nice and for the most part the neighbors are too

Scott Speer

I’d love to give then a higher rating but when we got there we plugged in and my electrical display said “Open Ground”, so I unplugged and reconnected and same results so I unplugged and called the office and they had an electrician come out within 4 hours and he told us he cleaned the connector and said it probably was dirty then it worked fine for the rest of our time there, we asked for an adjustment for not having electricity the first night and the office said “there was no problem and we will not offer a discount” We did not want a free night just a slight adjustment and they refused Based on this I doubt we would stay here again

So make sure you check your electrical meter/gauge web gauge when you get here Other than the rude staff and electricial issues it is a decent place

SALSERO DeCorazon

Very professional & friendly staff

by far compared to other places Only $25 to empty your tanks & refill your clean water If u r new with an EV feel free to ask how to use their station The stuff is happy to share their knowledgeThis place is very very clean There’s a little store on site where u can find your essentials for RVingincluding Propane, repair parts, (prices might b a little higher then other places, but will definitely get u out of a pinch)

I’m writing this review for my cousin He was treated very badly! I don’t think this is a word but that’s the point to what happen last night My cousin said he came in around check in to check in on the room

(Pablo) said that the room wasn’t ready So my cousin went and chilled in the parking lot Than went back inside and had Pablo ran his card but the moral of the story is he didn’t get a room Make sure you don’t deal with Pablo If you were having a bad day please don’t take it out others

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel very late at night via the complimentary airport shuttle bus We were warmly greeted by the front desk clerk who asked us to make ourselves comfortable as she helped another family secure a room for the night Apparently, the family’s reservation at another hotel had fallen through, but she was able to help

She was kind and mindful of the late hour and serviced everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible In no time, we were all checked in, given room keys and on our way to enjoying our comfortable, spacious and clean rooms So glad we chose Comfort Inn & Suites

Chris M

Good hotel The front desk staff was hilarious The rooms were clean and very nice

The TV had soccer so I could watch the World Cup games One of the elevators needs a little maintenance It’s a bit old, but felt safe The area is a little sketchy and the hotel is hard to find from the street That is my only gripe with it Parking and WiFi was included which is great!

This is the worst place to stay My vehicle was stolen on my last day staying here THERE IS A REASON WHY IT’S SO CHEAP TO STAY HERE

The staff was useless When we reported our vehicle was stolen they did not help, they were reluctant to call the manager When i asked what time the manager would be there to help the police and provide them with the surveillance footage the manager never showed!! The staff did not care !!! They didn’t offer any short of courtesy ride to rent a car, or a reimbursement The staff stated that the manager would call to offer a discount and five days later still no call La quinta is a trashy hotel DO NOT STAY HERE

Vera Efeso

Cleaning service was not doing their job right, there was a cockroach in our room!! Bed sheets were not clean Their was a flood going on the 3rd floor that ended up going through my room through the 2nd floor and there’s construction going on when it doesn’t say on the website that there’s any going on Need to update the website and employees need better attitude!! If I could do a no Star saying, I would!

michelle jordan

Lots of noise The first floor is supposed to be pet friendly So I requested not to be on that floor but you could hear a dog the first two days of my stay really close by

I didn’t eave my room for a couple days so when I leave my room to go get breakfast I got locked out cause my keys won’t work Then i have to walk all the way down to the front desk to get repacement keys while my breakfast gets cold The front desk said they would get me a luggage cart for my luggagebut I got tired of waiting so I just lugg6ed everythin myself Front desk not very helpful

Great place to stay in Oakland on a budget Cassandra is really nice and the proximity to the BART is really nice Not in a great neighborhood though, so wouldn’t recommend going out at night

Felt safe in the house though and the other guests were all friendly Best part is that Cassandra bakes some times! Today I had peach cobbler tacos 🙂
