I stayed here with my son and husband and it was a very nice placeThey had a mini fridge in the room and a microwave as well as a desk which was perfect for workThe windows have shutters which look really nice and have great insulation

Highly recommend! Will be staying here when we go to Six Flags again as it’s location was very convenient

I stayed here a few weeks ago and had no complaints for this place The rooms we had were nice, beds comfy, water pressure food in the showers The rooms were clean when we arrived

There is limited parking on premises, so be wary of that, but you can park on the street next to it if need be Staff were very friendly and helped with any issues we had When we were leaving, they were updating the buildings, painting all the trim along the buildings and made it look very nice I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I head to Six Flags with my family

A friend and I stayed here – room 201, after driving 1,500 miles from Nebraska First off, little to no parking, especially for U-haul trucks After crawling up the stairs from exhaustion, we were greeted with 2 cockroaches that needed to be killed

As well as, another cockroach scurrying under the bed Oh, don’t forget the used cotton swabs on the floor too The bathroom had an odd stench and the shower nearly completely flooded the floorAdditionally, the property had several security flaws including doors being propped open, homeless individuals freely walking into the ice/laundry room, etc When confronting one of the managers who handles guest complaints, we were informed that there’s “nothing he can do because service has already been completed” However, we reached out to him the same day to handle these concerns We were then informed to have brought it up during check out but “service had already been completed”, so what difference would it have made? Not to mention that we were having language barrier issues with the motel worker at the time as wellBeyond dissatisfying experience, especially due to the absence of customer service from management Based on the responses gathered from management, they’re conducting highly deceptive business practices I would never return or recommend this motel to anyone

The hotel is nice and clean The front desk is very nice and professional as well as all other employees I encountered One of the reasons I give it 3 stars is because the bed was really hard and I understand there’s people that like it like that but I was there for a 5 nights and I could feel it on my back reason number 2 no elevator so if you have heavy luggage ask for the first floor

After reading the reviews, we decided to have dinner with the family at this restaurant The restaurant has good parking, for $8 We were seated quickly, a good salad bar, meat is cooked very tasty, a wide variety: chickens, lamb, beef, if you have a red card on the table, then waiters with meat are spinning around you

Of the big minuses, this is the attendants, no one watches the table, dirty plates are not removed, the waiter can not wait not only to remove the plates and change appliances, even order wine The restaurant is not cheap, dinner for four cost us $ 400, for this money we could be attentive Who cares, the food here is not bad I would not go to the chain of these restaurants again

Jen Gelhardt

Had a good stay here for a family vacation until our last night when we got kicked out of the whirlpool spa at 9:15 (the sign says it closes at 10) We had barely gotten in when the gentleman working the front desk came out and told us the pool was closed We were confused because we had been in the pool after 9 every night of our stay

We pointed to the sign and said, “we thought it closes at 10:00” The front desk employee shrugged and said, “unfortunately not, it closes at nine” There were only two of us in the hot tub and had nothing with us but our towels so it’s not like we were bothering anyone We did not want to cause a stir and maybe this guy was sick of fourth of July BS and didn’t want to worry about people being in the pool But, we were confused, we had been looking forward to a short soak in the spa after a long day, and it was a bummer for that last interaction to be what we will remember about this place

I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to share my great experiences here at Residence Inn I work as a travel nurse, and I’m always looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place to call my home away from home I like to pack light, so I’m looking for a place that has all the amenities I need to make that possible

Residence Inn has all in this location! The suites offer a full kitchen with all the supplies I needed to cook meals, coffee maker stocked with coffee, and a dishwasher so I wasn’t spending my time off doing dishes The suite was perfect sized for 1-2 people I would say, with lots of storage, and the bed is SO comfy! I need to find out how to buy the mattress topper and pillows they have for my own home, because they’re so soft and cozyI also appreciated that the large and spacious lobby offers plenty of comfortable seating, along with a bar serving drinks and food in the evening, and a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning This was a huge selling point for me, as it was very convenient for me that I could go have a drink and food there at the end of the day, and eat their delicious hot breakfast in the morning before heading to a busy day at workEverything about how the hotel is run is perfectly From the friendly customer service at the front desk checking me in, to times when I needed something and I was quickly helped, to the Super clean rooms, great breakfast and bar, I can’t say enough about how much I have enjoyed staying here Special thanks to Luanna for so kindly helping me with my reservations, Donna for making the best breakfasts and being so friendly in the mornings, and Robert at the bar/restaurant for his delicious drinks and great service This place is the best around, and I highly recommend!

Quick stopover on our way from SF to SD- Booked standard studio suite using Marriott points No upgrade (didn’t ask either since it was a quick stopover)

No acknowledgement of status (Gold) upon check-in- Since I was traveling with my parents, needed an extra set of bedding This was provided by the front desk staff and I had to carry it up stairs myself (not a big deal, but expected it in the room or delivered) Since I had put 3 guest on the reservation, I feel they should have at least placed it on the sofa prior to arrival, or offered to send it up- Room was mostly clean, spacious, and well stocked The property is fairly new so overall the environment is pretty good Nothing too fancy, sofa bed definitely isn’t as good as Hyatt House Cupertino, but it is fine for a quick overnight stop- Noticed toilet was not fully flushed, there was still toilet paper in there (but nothing else thankfully) Not sure what happened- Complimentary breakfast: very standard, although I did notice some fruit didn’t seem too fresh Could be improved, especially the scrambled eggs and coffee- Parking was easy and free – has covered and outdoor parking There is EV charging if needed (not supercharger), although a Tesla supercharger location is only 6 min drive from hotel if needed (at a shopping center)- Location is right off the 5 freeway, super convenient for overnight stay

Rebecca Landeros

I was very happy with the room and service The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean The staff was very nice and professional

The location doesn’t give for the greatest view but it’s close to Magic Mountain so perfect for a stay after a fun day My room was on the freeway side but I couldn’t hear the traffic at all I highly recommend this hotel

Really nice hotel Price was reasonable, my daughter booked it online and she’s only 14 Was nice

Had the jacuzzi which I signed in for 20 minutes It’s nice The room was really clean Comfortable queen bed had four different pillows on it so you could choose what was comfortable for yourself My daughter forgot her toothbrush I called the front desk and they sent one up for your charge which is really nice

Xiaotong Li

First time staying at this location and I have to say the front desk service is absolutely amazing! The check in and out process is very easy and I was greeted by warm welcomes! The staff members are very professional and I can feel the hospitality from HyattAs the Fuel Run event hotel, I will be returning back from Aug 15-17 and I’m looking forward to another great experience over there! The breakfast is paid buffet with world class open kitchen design and I love it! The parking garage is easily accessible The WIFI is fast and TV is big and smart

Dan Zimmerman

Typical of a Hyatt Nice place, clean hotel, friendly staff, good sized rooms Only issue I had was the shower flooded after one quick use and I had to change rooms around 8pm since it overflowed

Didn’t get to use much more except the room, bar & restaurant as it was a business trip Melissa, the bartender, was great Engaging, attentive and handled the large crowd with ease Parking is across an access road in a structure, not bad Overall good hotel that I’ll return to for business especially as a World of Hyatt Globalist Member

My family and I stayed here to go to six flags in the morning Excellent location, near a bunch of food options and the heart of the townVery clean and new furniture

Loved that the room did not have carpet Staff is super friendly and they have just about everything you could need if you forgot anything from homeCheck it out, definitely worth it The price was stellar too for how nice the hotel was Very impressed

Kaitlin Hansen

This was a very nice place to stay Everything was clean and the service was absolutely wonderful! There was a worker at the front desk (I believe her name was Liz) who was absolutely wonderful She always had a smile on her face and ready to help right away

The beds were comfortable and the rooftop area was beautiful We will definitely stay here again

Chamba

Nice little hotel next to the old town center Great location The interior is modern, and clean

The cleaning staff cleaned the room everyday The gym is small, but well equipped to get the job done The only thing that might irritate someone is the occasional train noise It’s not often (once or twice a day) but you’ll hear the noise if your room is facing the street It didn’t bother me, but for someone sensitive to noise they might Overall great stay Will stay there again

A very nice place to rest your head at the end of a looong drive! I called on the last minute as I we decided to stop for the night on our way north Lady at the front desk was so personable, very pleasant to talk to, her name is Sydney She immediately arranged our accommodation as soon as we arrived, making all my request happen- a room on the first floor, close to parking

She delivered world class Guest Hospitality!! Keep up the good work Sydney!! It was a very clean room, nicely furnished, amenities- microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc The bed was very comfy- firm but not too hard on the body, plenty pillows I gave a 3 star for the location as it was quite aways from food places, kind of a hassle to drive 2 mi to get something to eat We shall definitely be stopping here again on another trip, get food before we check in👍!!!

James Bond

No body wash, no hand soap, no shampoo, the HVAC filter was disgustingly plugged dirty! No complimentary breakfast! The room stank! This is the lowest quality in the area! I have stayed in all the other local hotels and this is the worst and will be the last time i ever stay here! Paid 280 for a bed! Trust me people stay elsewhere you wont regret it! The one across the street is amazing, we stayed there and they are absolutely great at the Embassy suites!! The Court yard is garbage!!!!

Chris Cloutier

This place is horrible Nothing special about the rooms and beds are VERY uncomfortable They don’t even come and clean the rooms except for a couple days a week

They do not empty trash, make beds, clean, or even replenish your towels You have to call them for everything and they are so rude They serve food for 3 hours a day and there is no room service so have to go offsite to eat Our sink got plugged so we called to have them fix it They were so rude and never came and fixed the sink 1 star horrible place You can barely call this a hotel since they do not offer any of the perks a hotel offers

The rooms are big and the layout of the Hotel gives it a classy atmosphere It has a great bar The integrated restaurant is really nice too, food is of high quality Loads of parking Only drawback is that it’s quite expensive but you DO get what you pay for here

Janice Hill

We had an event to attend in Northridge and stayed at the Raddisson in Chatsworth Nice large clean rooms, check in was quick and friendly We dined in the Restaurant on property and it was great! We had a large party for dinner, service was excellent as well

We did not like the fact that this restaurant was closed on the weekends for breakfast even with the hotel being busy We would of definitely dined there for breakfast, especially not knowing the area

There is no maid services in this hotel No clean towels, shampoo ran out the first night Need anything? You have to go the front desk and ask for it

No one clean up your trash There is no remote control for the TV Neighbor is very loud particularly there is no TV in our room to overcome other noises Took my shower at around 8:00 pm, the water is cold Breakfast is good with hot food and lots of choices Staff friendly Room filthy due to lack of cleaning with oily fingerprints on furniture Water marks on the bathroom floor Both key cards not working the second night No maid services but the maid opened our door at 8:30am to “check” on I don’t know what Good location not too far from the freeway Lots of restaurants nearby In-and-Out Burger across the street Outback Steakhouse next door The cost is around $200/night I gave one star because cleanliness and services are two areas that I rated the most important for a hotel This one has none of those

Doug Gallardo

Friendly staff, clean updated hotel:I was very happy with the hotel’s updates The furniture and carpet wasn’t old and worn out, and everything was clean! There was always someone cleaning floors and carpets during late morning/early afternoon Most of all, everyone was happy there – friendly! Unlike some hotels, I was treated like a welcome guest

Golfkat B

Great hotel with friendly staff I had a quiet and comfortable room Would like healthier breakfast options (less processed), but this is what you get everywhere

The coffee in the lobby is improving (I have low expectations and usually cannot drink it, this was drinkable)Thanks for a great stay

Hotel is nice and room was clean Staff were friendly Parking seems a bit complicated and tight

Convenient location My only true complaint is the breakfast Choice options were okay however some of the cooked items were burnt or extremely dry For me, food is an essential part of my stay I stayed two nights and both nights they were out of the delicious 😋 cinnamon rolls that I love from HIE If I had to choose again I probably wouldn’t stay here

Julia Steele

Hotel was clean and neat The breakfast was good too The last day they had good egg, cheese, and sausage croissants

The parking lot is a little tight… if you have a truck be mindful you might need to park in there additional parking which is away from the hotel The surrounding area is a little sketchy but the hotel is blocked off from all that

zot171

Room had clean beds, but also some scratches on the mirror and stains on the carpet, and setting the AC unit to fan mode fills the room with a damp smell Elevator and main lobby have some minor cosmetic issues just out of reach, like nobody knows where to find a ladder Breakfast is varied but not great quality, I’ve had better hotel food

Hotel was booked through work, but they took a card “just for incidentals” and charged me instead of work

Reserved room for 12/18/2021 and arrived that night Gave credit card to cover deposit and ID Checked credit card statement and saw they charged me for a night despite the reservation

They noted I arrived on 12/17/2021I’ve called several times and the manager is always “unavailable” Have left my number to get called back and no call was returned Currently working with my bank to charge back the transactionRoom was fine for a quick overnight stay Smelled like cigarette smoke Bathroom was clean Unfortunately they double charge and integrity is worth losing for $65

Yelena “Green Kat”

Positive: price at around $80 ( with fees and Tax ) , big parking space on the back of motel , close to LA downtown ( about 40 minutes with no traffic on I-5 then I-405 ) , plenty of local small food / convenience shops Negative: no microwave in room , cleanliness is problem sometimes ( in my room I found molded coffee bags in coffee maker) , electric outlet burned , small pets like cockroaches in bathroom area , first floor rooms – strong smell of smoke sometimes , towels kinda need to be updating, beds are very noisy Front Desk- depends on mood , sometimes excellent sometimes showing attitude

If you need check inn early $10/ hour extra and $60 security deposit In my opinion motel perfectly serving in the area because it’s trucks stopping town Motel is not for family getaway vacation but it’s for stop and go so of course it going to have issues with working girls visiting, drugs Motel for people who drove all day and tired and looking for just cleaning themselves, have short fun , and get back on the road next day In my opinion motel is safe but my standards of safety have very wide range and are not your standards

Ni iB

I stayed 07/10/22 The room was honestly better than expected I was on the second floor

After a thorough inspection the hot water worked, there weren’t any sights of bugs dead or alive in the bedsheets or floor, the TV worked properly and there wasn’t much noise during my stay 07/11/22 the front desk thought it would be a thing to try and charge my card twice which proves the comments regarding that to be true I intentionally transferred money to my savings to avoid a double charge on my statement Those looking to stay here should definitely do the same or look to make sure that doesn’t happen Other than that, I didn’t have any problems and it sucks those that did have problems had that experience 😕 best of luck on your stay!

Nice, newer hotel Great views of Magic Mountain Very nice and knowledgeable staff

They are a bit stingy with towels There is no garbage can in actual bathroom where toilet is and in the main living area Still really small ones The fridge, dishwasher, cook top, dishware, glassware, utensils and pot are sufficient They have a corkscrewniceBeds were comfortable, couch is firm There was a hockey teams so a bit rowdy, puke in the hallway from night before Not their fault, but wasn’t cleaned up by the time we checked out Will probably stay again to try out pool, but also enjoy Embassy Suites that is less than a mile awayThe view of Magic mountain was awesome

Rebecca DOUTHIT

My family and friends vacationed in Santa Clarita for 5 days and were very satisfied with this newer hotel Very clean, rooms were decent size and beds were comfy Sofa bed not so much but not any worse than others

Kitchen was well stocked Full sized fridge, microwave and a small stove top Also had a dishwasher Breakfast area was large and we were able to use the room for a family birthday party Website says restaurant however it is not built yet The salt water pool was really nice with lots of lounge chairs but no umbrellas which would have been great to have Full size bbq and nice area for eating and visiting Ample parking We would definitely stay here again Very close to several freeways and we had a great view of Magic Mountain

Michael Harrington

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations The reviews that people wrote about the rooms being dirty, infested with cockroaches, unfriendly staff is completely untrue If you choose a smoking room, yes It will smell like smoke that’s why it’s a smoking room

If you choose a nonsmoking room it wont Simple For the price and location of this hotel it is more then reasonable If you are expecting this place to be luxurious you are mistaken No 4 or 5 star hotel in LA is going to cost 140 dollars per night so for the price this hotel was very good Not very far from the mall, amusement parks, or the beach The cleaning crew also was always cleaning and maintaining the rooms, the furniture and location is older which may explain slight stains or squeaky furniture Yes the wifi is changed every 24 hours but you can go to the office and ask for it The breakfast was small, just some different flavored danishes, yogurt, and coffee but most hotels for this price don’t even serve breakfast at all so it is more then reasonable The staff was very friendly unlike some reviews that said otherwise The pool was clean as well as the jacuzzi The hotel is in an older area but it is nowhere near “ghetto” as people say This hotel was not a 5 star hotel I would say it is a 2 star hotel but it was clean, staff was friendly, and it is not bad place to stay if you are only planning on staying a few nights

Paloma Teocally

Getting there was a cinch Parking was OK The place seemed full when I arrived but mid-day it was empty

We were able to enjoy the pool The night staff was nice and accommodating but the gal at front desk was not the nicest I’ve worked front desk and we always went above and beyond This was not the case We were being charged per 30 minutes and then per hour after checkout when they were clearly understaffed The room we were staying in wasn’t even cleaned until we’ll after 3pm, although checkout is at 11am Our car was being towed Anyway customer service and compassion is lacking in the one individual that doesn’t mean the place itself is horrible Cleanliness was decent not excellent and the first room I walked into had broken lamps

Front desk and all staff for that matter, were helpful and very friendly The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean Our room had a small microwave and an apartment size fridge

It was very relaxing The morning breakfast provided many choices of oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, fresh waffles, fruit, muffins, juice, and yogurt The food area was kept clean and the chairs and tables were adequately spaced There was a pool and spa available, as well as a coin op laundry which we did not take advantage of We will definitely stay here again

I’m beyond shocked I was never spoken to by any management I also was not told to file a police report, in fact I waited in the parking lot for over 5 hrs for the police department

At one moment the manager was there, then the next he was on a flight for vacation What about a report from the hotel? No such thing is part of their protocol They put it in a zip loc bag and wanted to sweep it under the rug I made a complaint to corporate and this hotel reported I found a piece of plastic Do my photos of device found show a piece of plastic? This hotel will lie and not take accountability for anything Don’t stay here with your families
