My advice would be to spend an extra $10-20 to get a better hotel The hotel had an odd smell in the halls, the lighting was bad, the walls were paper-thin and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing, and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable and had a small spider on it The hotel seemed like an older hotel that was just lightly covered up by poor cosmetic renovations

Also, check-in was a pain I had difficulties with setting up an account and adding my stay to my account, so I just checked-in in person Got there right at check-in time, got my stuff and went up to the room Neither of my keys worked Came back down and had to wait behind an entire girl’s soccer team Only one person was working, and at no point did they ask to see if I had issues getting in my room, which should have been obvious After waiting fifteen minutes, someone else finally showed up I told them my keys weren’t working, and they said that “they’ve been having problems with that lock,” instead of apologizing I saw her reactivate my keys, went up, and it worked first time There were no issues with the lock, they just didn’t activate my keys the first timeOverall, it wasn’t bad enough to give only one star, but this place was not worth the price they charged Don’t trust the pictures, it doesn’t look that good in person Spend a little extra elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did

On the first night I did complain about the headboard peeling so much so my kids and I woke up with remnants of it all over our body and here Stayed 2 nights with my 4 kids no cleaning on either day and then the head housekeeper informed the front desk man that my deposit should be kept because the room was too dirty I mean 4 kids two nights we brought our own food

Of course the two little trash cans didn’t hold it all but the trash was properly packaged for disposal Yes the floor needed a good vacuum esp with 4 kids for two nights but if it’s too much for housekeeping staff then they should provide bigger trash cans and vacuums in every room because I would have cleaner it myself There was no way I would let them keep $150 deposit over a floor that needed vacuuming Because I raised a fuss about my deposit I had to cancel the next two days I booked there!

It was a great parking lot to take a quick nap Didn’t rent a room , just had to take a break from driving Traveling from Wisconsin to Texas take a lot of energy once you just got off from work 9 hrs earlier, than been up for 28 hrs

It looks like a very nice place, and they didn’t make a fuss about me pulling into and parking So 👍

The hotel is “alright” Nothing terribly wrong with it but definitely could be better The staff was very nice during checkin/checkout

We left around 8am the next day and never saw a breakfast setup The room smelled mostly like mildew when we got in the room It could definitely be cleaned better as there was dirt/mildew in some corners The main surfaces were all clean thoughIt’s a cheap hotel I wish I had spent more on a cleaner hotel but our stay was honestly fine You get what you pay for in this situation so if you’re looking for something clean, go elsewhere, otherwise, it seems safe and has easy access to your car and the main roads

SCAM ALET!!!! WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel is running some type of credit card scam DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a room a head of time

Arrived to check in and when the so called owner was running my credit card I selected credit instead of debit He got very agitated he said were not going to do that Got very angry and began yelling when I asked about running my card as credit The man told us to leave after charging our card, threatened to call the cops He said he was the owner and that he didn’t care that he was putting kids on the street for no good reason DO NOT STAY HERE SCAM ALERT!

They have bedbugs and roaches everywhere, the room was dirty,Poor customer serviceThey took all my money for a Monday to Wednesday stay after stating I would get a refund We showed them the bites and they had absolutely no remorse for how bad our stay was including our kids I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

I wish I could give 0 stars

Before booking here I saw 4 reviews, 1) bedbugs 2) roaches 3)cops showing to arrest a questionable guest 4) man peeking through blinds and said maybe I need to give it a chance People left review saying, worth the price, but $50 is not what they should be charging, but $20 a night sounds better As the night began I didn’t experience anything and was like ok maybe this isn’t too bad

Until, the next morning I went to the restroom and saw roaches in the shower, then opened the blinds and saw cops looking for an individual, and then a man peeks through the window where I have my kids with me!!! To top it off I am covered in a million bed bugs bites!! Also, wifi didn’t work so we called front desk and employee was not helpful at all So please listen to the reviews and don’t stay here, place is not a healthy place to stay at, no matter the price

Great stay We had to make a same-day reservation, got in around 11pm The front desk was so friendly and nice

The room was lovely Water was hot The nearby attractions/amenities binder was such a nice touch and it’s a shame we only could stay one night Kudos to the staff for keeping this little place so pleasant–and just off the highway, tooIf we come back to Little Rock, this is very likely a place we’ll land in againThanks, y’all <3

Arrived at 2am on a frigid night and just needed a good place to sleep This place was great! Cedric at the front desk was very friendly The room felt older, but it had a 5-star bed — super comfy! Perfect mattress firmness with a pillow top

My complaints: there were some significant stains on the carpet, the desk chair was pretty tattered, and no bags in the garbage cans But the bathroom and bed were clean and nice, and those were my main needs Factoring in the price, I’m giving this place a 5-star ratingThere was what Cedric called a “grab and go” breakfast, but I wasn’t around for that in the morning And the room included a mini fridge (with nice temperature regulation!) and a microwave

I have been a Diamond member for quite a while now, which lets you know how often we are in hotels When we arrived yesterday evening, there was nobody at the desk for close to 20 minutes, and several of us were waiting to check in to the hotel The cart for luggage is not in very good mechanical condition

I was told that there were no first floor rooms available even though this is in my profile, and I also requested one when booking our stay The hotel states ADA compliant; however, they do not have an elevator, and the sidewalk leading to the Disabled Parking is blocked by a bench they have chained to one of the disabled parking signs The room seemed nice and clean until we went to take a shower The shower rod in about to fall off the wall and there is a lot of mold on the caulking and ceiling and dirt caked into the corners

It was OK! There was a ant on the pillow, but the room was clean I did not see any trace of any other bugs! The shower head was a bit low and it smelled old The location was good if you are traveling or need truck parking

They’re people walking the streets all night and Taco Bell closes their door fairly early Overall, I would stay again if needed

The room was nice and clean Front desk people were very nice and accommodating But the area is very sketchy

People walking up and down the street and sitting in abandoned parking lots across from the hotel Looked like some drug transactions going on or something One th8ng that made me feel safer was the police riding around and the property was monitored by cameras

5am on 2/24/22 there was a terrible ice storm going through as we were driving Called a million and one hotels so we didn’t drive through it anymore and the only one that had “a room” was this one Confirmed with the person on the phone that we had a room because we will be there in 20 minutes

She said “YES, as soon as you get here your room will be ready” The absolute worst person/worker we have ever had to deal with played dumb and acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about but said she has a room and can’t rent it to us? It’s not like we are underage! Called the number I booked the room with AND SHE ANSWERED!!! She was raising her voice at me and told me she didn’t talk to me, and she is the only one there all night and no one called her Called the number again to get customer service and they informed me she canceled it 🙂 got to love the customer service at this place

We only stayed for one night as we were just passing through Arkansas to get back home Overall the hotel was nice The rooms were very clean and the owner is extremely nice and friendly

The few issues I had with the hotel would not stop me from returning but it might for others For one there is no elevator It wasn’t much of a problem for me and my husband but for others, it definitely could be I do not fault the owners for this, I am just letting others know Two the bathtub stopper would not go down and I noticed that the bathtub had some kind of patch on the bottom that was coming up Again not a deal breaker but was disappointing as I had wanted to take a bath after being in the car all day The third and final issue, the parking lot is small and it feels like there are too many spots for electric vehicles and not enough for everyone else We were able to get a spot but when we left in the morning there were cars parked in places that were not actual parking spots Overall though a good experience and if I was ever in the area again and needed a place to stay I would stay here

We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this hotel New updated rooms, friendly staff, good water pressure, and they had BREAKFAST! First hotel I’ve stayed at since COVID to finally let me have a Belgian waffle first thing in the morning! The exterior is beautiful too Pool, landscaping, the view from our room

Top Notch Best Western My husband even asked me to stay another night just so we could chill and use the amenities Too bad we had places to be 🙂

Mari Pue

Stopped to get a shower & good night’s rest after traveling to our new home in Arkansas from Indiana The smell of the room was the first strike, the state of the bathroom was final It does not even look sanitary as there is what is apparently caulk and some sort of residue on the bottom of the shower

Will definitely not recommend as both needs will not be met since I’d rather sleep in my car If this is your best effort look deep down and ask yourself if these standards are good enough for you If yes, please review your hygiene If no, then do better

I’ve stayed here several times Most of them I had no problems But the last time I stayed, they kept my deposit of $60

00 The excuse they gave me was my room was dirty That’s a lie I always clean up my trash and straighten up room Good loyal customers are hard to find They don’t care! The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly They kept my driving licenses one time for a month and half! I called andwent by there numerous times asking if it was there They told me “NO” it wasn’t The next time I checked into hotel 2 months later they gave me my driver licenses back!
