My family just stayed here this weekend I was so impressed by the staff They went above and beyond to make our stay great

The main weekend breakfast attendant was amazing She gifted my kids with hackey sacks and one morning even brought out a hot breakfast item for our family that was not being served but that she had overheard our kids asking for I’ve never had that kind of service at a continental breakfast The facilities were nice, very clean, and our King bed room was spacious The only downside was the pool water/pool room was quite chilly and pool could use a cleaning Otherwise wonderful hotel!

Charla Morris

The assistant manager greeted me when I checked in, she was welcoming, smiling and patient while we worked out a corporate billing issue As I passed down the hallway to the elevators the manager was in her office and called out a hello If the staff is happy to be at work then as a guest I know I will be happy staying there

Clean, large rooms, great breakfast

Crystal Hurteau

Our family stayed here for one night on the way to Chicago It was very easy to see from I 94 and was easy to get to and park Free breakfast was included which helps so much with young kids

The hotel was clean and well maintained Staff were very attentive, even calling to ensure we were happy with the room after we checked in If you are a Starbucks fan there is one on the access drive on your way to the hotel so enjoy! Hotel is very close to many shops and restaurants

Courteous and welcoming staff I felt safe and the bed was remarkable Very good rest in the soundproof room

Hot or cold breakfast offerings I stayed in a newer room Yes, they’re remodeling and and saw why They are installing an elevator and renovating the pool as well The new owners are doing a great job and I wish them success I would stay here again It’ll be super when it’s completed

Maya Khan

The lady Mariam who checked us in was great! Very friendly and kindNice, clean room Comfy beds

Fridge, coffee maker Clean bathroom, clean, soft towels, clean sheets and pillows Just a good clean roomThe breakfast is basic This place was a great value, and I would definitely stay again

I travel with a crew for work and use a corporate account to direct bill my rooms When I checked in the front desk receptionist was insistent that my corporate account number was wrong, saying it didn’t have enough numbers I assured her it was correct and asked her to enter it and see if it goes through

She refused, telling me to give her my corporate account I told her that I had, and she again insisted the number was too short to be a corporate account After arguing for ten minutes she said she would check us in and talk to her manager in the morning to see what could be doneThe following morning the receptionist stopped me to let me know my corporate account was correct and did go throughThe breakfast was dismal The selection included prepackaged egg circles, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, a couple of cereal selections and some cheap bread for toast This was the same breakfast served every single day No variation My crew wouldn’t even eat the breakfast, opting to stop somewhere on the route to our job siteThe rooms themselves were not well-cleaned and quite dated, though the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay We did not get any of the newly renovated rooms The bathroom sink counter was dirty and there was trash and bottle caps littered around the side and back of the dresser

Have never been Room was very nice and clean Nicely decorated

Shower was very nice We asked for an extra flat sheet that was never brought to us Our room had service rooms or something above They were very loud above us in the morning, and it actually woke us up when we were looking forward to sleeping in They kept dropping stuff above us and were very loud Our room was in front of the building near the busy street which was very loud They need to invest in better windows and sound proofing

Spicy Zing

Aura has always been a great spot to stay You can rent for a couple hours or for a night (must rsvp for overnight stays) I like that there’s different rooms to choose from and their reasonably priced

This is a Lovers Hotel, definitely meant for couples It’s a great place to take your significant other for a nice relaxing night together Though you must have a membership to even rent these rooms (M: $50, For a year)

J.O.B Telinfo

Aura really needs to upgrade all rooms especially Tryst room I got my package as advertised However, the room was not sound proof, no soap or conditioner in the shower dispenser, blood on the remote control which is a major negative!!!! Holes in the walls and etc You guys better do something because things like that will cause Aura at this location to be shutdown

I will not return to this hell and I want my refund for the blood on the remote control

Rooms are clean Beds are comfy Breakfast is good

Would have given a 5 star but Jennifer working the front desk was really rude She did not inform me of a deposit that was being charged on my card at check in even though I had prepaid for the room When I asked about it on check out , she was annoyed If you are going to charge a deposit, you should make someone aware on check in

Art Carcone

I called up on a last-minute searching for a room the staff was very welcoming and accommodated me with a lovely room that was nice and clean with a TV coffee pot and heat that I can control Also it was very convenient to Buffalo Hot Wings and some other restaurants the company I work for will be delivering several buses to the area and I plan on using this hotel every time I go My partner and I managed to get the last two rooms available to us on that trip so we will be reserving the rooms prior to the next delivery we make to that area

Ashley Klimek

Our room smelled like smoke and pee We had to leave for several hours while it was cleaned Came back and it still smelled like smoke and pee, hotel wouldn’t move us to another room or comp our stay

The blankets were stained and ripped Breakfast was not good Will never stay here again Hallway smelled like weed at night time which would bother some people I’m not picky, all I ask for is cleanliness and I didn’t get that here

The hotel was nice, clean and has a well lit parking area As a female traveling alone, that is very important There were restaurants nearby that were open late

The staff were friendly and I love the digital check in and out The bed was comfortable The room was really nice and modernized If I had to pick one “bad” thing, this location does not give out free water to Hilton Honors members like several of the other Hampton hotels But overall, a very nice stay Would recommend and I plan to come back

S R

Accept for few miniature things, we had an amazing stay The majority of staff was so welcoming, paying attention to our needs

our room was in excellent condition Breakfast was absolutely amazing and showed they really cared Hotel was in great condition overall and it was quite place and secluded for a perfect privacy They did not have a jacuzzi in the pool area which was a bummer but we still really enjoyed it

Kalla Mahar

I’m really not sure how to rate this hotel The room was very small and the beds were not easily accessible to the top bunk The TV was hard to see bc of the bed poles

The one night worker, Joe was not very helpful at first, but got better, I guess Sherry however, was AMAZING There were ants all over our room when we got back Saturday afternoon They had no spray When we used a wash cloth to try to wipe up the ants the wash cloth was filthy dirty like it hadn’t been mopped before we were there We had no garbage bags in the garbages Finally after telling them the ants were in the beds and one bit my mom Sherry went and bought ant spray and found an out of order room for us to use for the night It was even smaller than the other one And obviously didn’t have everything since it was out of order, but I’m thankful she tried She took off half of each nights stay for the issues we experienced The pool is an bad accident waiting to happen The water doesn’t drain around the pool and there are puddles Kids were falling and getting hurt I reported it and they said they knew that it drains slowly and they have someone that will be working on it or is working on it The food was okay, but things were not refilled for the morning I was there right when it opened and I had to ask for them to refill the sugars For a Hilton I expected better

It wasn’t excellent! It was beyond expectations!!I’ll definitely go back when I’m in town to visit The Managers name I can’t remember but she was Amazing It was around Easter of 2022

See I was visiting my daughter, and I was coming from Kentucky It was still early in the day but I was tired from driving So I called the hotel to make a reservation and not only was I accommodated I was able to check in early and was approved a discount! That alone speaks volumes The room was clean and sanitized The bed which was a King sized envelopes you especially with the fluffy pillows! I wish I had more thumbs so I can turn them all up! Again you’ll always have my business!

Ashley Shegog

The reviews for this hotel are FAKE! The room was not thoroughly cleaned There were coins on the floor so it couldn’t have been vacuumed, stains on the walls and curtains, grime on the shower walls, and the bathroom tile was disgusting There was cereal in the drawers

There was a foul smell as soon as we walked in that we attributed to the water in the bathroom The toilet did not flush right and it backed up after about 3 flushes – when we called down they said not to flush toilet tissue down the toilet because it was not biodegradable There was no one on duty until 11pm to help with the plumbing, my husband requested a plunger and the front desk told him no So we waited, no one ever called or came In the morning my husband went to the desk in person and they said maintenance was already gone but they did give him a plunger at this point Any area outside of the main lobby had a strange/dirty stench The walls are also so thin you could hear the neighbors coughing like they were in the same room I’ve stayed in better motels This location hasn’t been updated in years You can plumbing damage on the walls Comfort Inn should be ashamed of itself We were in town for my father in laws funeral and because of booking through bookingcom, we could not get our money refunded/afford to go elsewhere I sprayed Lysol consistently, purchased travel pillows from the store, and made the best of an already stressful situation

EL FRAZO

I had the best experience at this hotel more than any other First I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff as soon as I walked in Demetria from house keeping went above and beyond making sure all of my family’s needs were met

Rooms were clean and comfortable Rooms and hall ways were very quiet Thank you Demetria for the amazing hotel experience

Why don’t you like your stay at the ghetto, this is the place to be The floor is in the room itself needed repair and we’re actually peeling Customer service was okay nice guy

Maintenance was nice laundry was nice But yeah the rooms were absolute gross I’m going to have to shower tonight just to make sure I didn’t get any bed bugs on me Would not ever recommend this hotel

1 3 days before our stay, when I made the reservation, I was assured there would be a light breakfast At check-in a crudely printed sign said NO BREAKFAST

2 I killed 2 roaches in the room3 The elevators did not work 70 year old seniors had to lug suitcases but a long flight of stairs No offer to help Didn’t even seem to care that the elevators were broken4 Only 1 thing of coffee in the room We each had 1/2 a cup5 Coffee pot at check-out was empty They volunteered to make more, but we wanted out of there6 I am very sorry we decided to stay there The location was convenient for our trip, but it was a poor place

Suzette Ehrhart

This location turned out to be “Privately Owned” Upon check-in we could barely understand the staff Our room was 60 degrees

There was a false eyelash set on the floor, a water bottle cap between the nightstand & the bed, there was NO desk chair & it had an unidentifiable stain on the desk & ceiling The remote didn’t work until my husband fixed it One of the bed sheets had something crusty on it, when I requested a new one the desk staff guy tried explaining it away as laundry soap (NOTit was more like a crusty booger!) The room needs to be updated No continental breakfast or pool

I made a reservation a day and half and made sure they had a pool and it was open They said yes and sure is Now we drive almost 400 miles round trip to see our grand child

We get there The pool is closed there are dirt sheets still the fold out couch and the microwave will not work The elevator is broken and the drapes look like they are going to fall off the wall The shower curtain is bent up and coming off the walls Stains on the carpets the only reason give this place one star is that it was ok quiet and the bed was good Would not stay there again I would rather sleep in my car and save myself $200 plus dollars The breakfast I had to ask for a plate wait on some eggs let’s just say it was not the best breakfast or maybe the worst one but it was almost a tie They did mock off $40 our stay I would of gladly paid the full price if we could have used the pool sense it rained the whole weekend ☹️

Ashley Ouro Sama

Room was pretty decent aside from carpet stains Bed was lumpy but not the worst Worst part was elevator was out of service and my room was on the 3rd floor

The stairways have no ac so it is very hot in there Carpet in the hallways and stairways as you can see is gross and dirty Smelled of drugs But I did not get the feeling of being unsafe Once I was in my room all was well But in my opinion it is not worth over $100 More like 60-70

Divyaxi P.

The beds were really comfortable and we could get some good night’s sleep but The rooms were really old and the carpet was so dirty, all families were given rooms on the third floor! And it seemed like they had their worst rooms on the 3rd floorSo if you’re going here, request for a second it a first floor room, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed 😉

Front desk lady in the morning was super delightful The housekeeping staff was sweet My room however was pretty “yucky”

Stains on floor and mattress But I’m pretty sure it was wine Only one light bulb worked in my bathroom There was a huge hole in my closet door But a neighbor down the hall kept slamming the door and pounding on the wall at 2am in the morning So I figured the hole was probably from the local townsfolk in the area who weren’t exactly welcoming But the staff really made up for it I was in Chicago for work, for two weeks Working graveyard Wasn’t a pleasant visit but again the only REAL positive experience during the visit was the staff They’re like the ambassador s to Chicago Thank you

Darquita Moore (Dar)

I do understand that you get what you pay for, but some things are not okay There no issues with staff My room smelled like weed, when they say no smoking

I bought a candle, Lysol, and air refresher to dilute the odor I’ve noticed the mattress had stains I get the housekeeping have a time limit to do their job, but management needs to think of a better way to fix these unsanitary problems Photos attached

Kinda rough looking area Rooms in bed of obvious repair It was the cheapest in a block of about 8 or more hotels right there

You have to go through Travel Lodge’s parking lot to get to it with no sign indicating that They have us a room with a full bed instead of a queen that we reserved with no other rooms available Rooms were clean, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and allowed us a later checkout The safety latch on our door was broken off
