Did you ever contact Taylor about the hotel was in this repair The elevator did not work properly It was very warm in the hotel as well

When we got into our room it was about 90° I went down to the front desk and they said they turned the air off in housekeeping when they clean the rooms and the guest turn it on when they arrive It was a sweet with only a unit in the bedroom There was a fan up in the ceiling to carry the cool air out to the living area but it did not work efficiently and it never did cool down The police were called in a hotel when my husband was down getting towels at the front desk Common areas were not clean The room was not that clean either There were only 2 towels in a room for four people Almost half of the light bulbs in the room were burned out or missing It appeared that they were trying to save money at every turn and definitely at the guest expense Pot could be spelled throughout the hotel I honestly do not know how it has this star rating or the customer satisfaction rating that it has We were highly disappointed!

We just needed a place to crash for a few hours of sleep on our road trip Price is good, staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable when we showed up at 4am with kids in tow The beds were comfortable and was exactly what we needed before getting back on the road but the place itself really needs some updating

Carpets were really sticky and there was lots of gross hair coming up out of the clogged drain in the tub so we weren’t able to shower Also the door handle just came right off when we were trying to leave

Bath tub and wash basin do not drain quickly water quicklyRooms are not clean, but bed is fineBreakfast not supplied as per booking

The facilities were really clean The indoor pool was great for my family of seven Just 3 feet to 4 feet

Free breakfast until 9am And plenty of good restaurants nearby Kings Island is right next door Very convenient if you are going to hit the theme park or water park Jay takes the management of the place really seriously and will make sure your stay is clean and simple

Maranda Cobb

The bathroom we had was not clean I didn’t even want to stand in the shower without shoes The room had a weird (not good) smell

The air conditioner unit would not stay on and the room would get hot The bed was not comfortable It was firm and you could feel the springs The breakfast was average Overall, I will not be coming back

Dan Newman

We brought our 5 year old there mainly due to them having a pool We went out and bought new bathing suits for the stay One of the patrons broke the door leading into the pool room so we had to explain to our little girl that she wasn’t going to be swimming

That was very disappointing but understandable Breakfast is served between 6-9am and was VERY busy at 8:20am not making for an enjoyable experience Other then that The room was very nice and clean, the employees were helpful and friendly I wouldn’t be opposed to going back there in the future

Great! Stayed in a tent, very clean campground, great facilities, easy check in, plenty of hiking trails, and I’m pretty sure the camp-store has ice cream!! I went on my spring break in late march, very quiet, I was one of the only ones at a tent site Can’t wait to return! The wifi also worked great, no issues, perfect for the handful of times it rained during my stay!

McVey Family

Over $50 for a city/state park isn’t all that great The road leading to the CG from the east side was shut down, making us drive through a small neighborhood with narrow streets and low power lines We made it through then drove all the way around and entered through the other side just fine

This is a gated CG with an entry box for the park itself, than another key code gated area for the CG itself It was hot as heck and thankfully, we had no power or utility issues No shade covered in the large spots at the front of the park which can be a blessing and a curse depending on how you look at it Lake/Pond is over fished and the CG looked tiredWe stayed here to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter This CG is about 25 minutes from the Creation Museum and approx 1 hour from the Ark Encounter Several “Ok” fishing area’s around this CG and about 15 minutes to better shopping/dining options We were only here for a couple nights

Adrian Riley

Stayed in electric site 34 Easy to park and had ample space for what we needed Trees were there to put up a hammock

But soggy behind our site but it had rained before we arrived Super cute camp store with affordable ice cream, coffee, and snacks Fire wood was a bit costly, but you can find people nearby selling for cheap Loved the hiking trails Wind sounds cool whipping through the treetops Bath house was clean and very useable Water was a cinch to fill up before parking Spots by 12R and across from 38 to fill up

ZERO STARS! No, no, and no!!! Don’t stay here! The toilets get very easily clogged We traveled with a large group and 3 out of our 4 rooms ended up with a clogged toilet If this happens don’t expect them to bring you a plunger! I had to pick it up from the front desk which sits right across from the dining area

I’m sure guests eating breakfast enjoyed watching me with the plunger and being told it’s my fault for using to much toilet paper Also, during check in we were told the pool was closed due to it being rented out for swim lessons The rooms smell horrible too I’ve never experienced anything like this before

Kelli D.

They were only supposed to charge me $126 but they charged my credit card for $180 Additionally, I chose this because it had a high rating for safety among solo travelers Fast forward to 5:30 this am when the place department was banging on my door to check on me because a gun went off in the next room

I left almost immediately, despite only having a couple of hours of sleep and was told by the front desk person that $75 would be taken off my room charge Nothing has been corrected on my card and I have not heard back from a manager

J-Rob

Despite the staff being very nice, that’s where the redeeming qualities endI have never stayed at a hotel where the pool was closed to the guests, because someone local was teaching swim lessons The website said there was a fitness room

That’s false Need an elevator to get to the 2nd floor? Tough luck! The toilets clog very easily Staff said we were using too much toilet paper That was also false They didn’t even bring the plunger to us They made us come to get it in front of everyone who was sitting in the breakfast area First room they tried to give us stunk 2nd room stunk a little less, so we took that one It would help if the smokers would stand further away from the building to ensure that the cigarette smoke doesn’t woft into the building

I travel a lot due to my son playing AAU basketball and I must say, I was extremely impressed by the staff here!! I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such a friendly staff The lady whose in charge of breakfast has an outstanding personality She greeted everyone who came down & made small talk with the kids

I wish I would of caught her name so I could of gave her a personal complement on here I stayed Friday 7/8/22 and she was the younger black lady in charge of breakfast on 7/9/22 Please let her know she’s doing a great job! Also, the 2 gentleman that were working that morning as well Thanks for a great stay and having such an outstanding crew! The Jarrett’s

Great stay Short staffed, but the staff that were working double shifts, were friendly, helpful and happy Housekeeping was not a highlight

I had to request toilet paper and towels on check in because there wasn’t any in the room The room itself was very clean though I stay at this location everytime I come into town, will be back again

LeTerrica Gibbs

This hotel is fantastic It’s beautiful It’s close to downtown Cincinnati and close to the Kentucky state line

There are a lot of food and shopping options nearby Plus, Kim, Harold, and Gene are excellent Their customer service is impeccable I could check in early, and so was my whole family We are hosting our family reunion here We have many rooms (at least 20), and they are very accommodating Thanks so much for the excellent service and food!

Wanted to try a unique place during this visit; Century sure hit the mark One Double Decker, one chicken dinner, one pot roast, and my meatloaf Kennedy, our waitress, was helpful and nice (as was the young man who cleared our table

) Both people make you feel as though they’re glad you’re spending time with them Everyone enjoyed their meal Big portions The Saratoga Fries were the hit of the dinner

Sean Newton

Century Inn is one of the best places in the area to get good food while listening to free live music The staff have almost always been friendly and helpful, and the food almost always turns out well when it does arriveThe only reason I’m not giving them five stars is that service is uneven

Maybe three out of five visits everything is fine, but the other two times it isn’t Sometimes it is slow, sometimes it is is perfectly fine after a long wait to order, sometimes everything is fine until the food arrives but then the waitress disappears and we can’t get refills and have to wait a long time for our check This may just be due to staffing shortages, but I can’t say for certain as I only ate here twice before the shutdown

Excellent experience! When I first walked in I was greeted by Christopher at the front desk He was so sweet and welcoming and had so much knowledge of the area He gave us great food suggestions and told me where to get the most for my money while shopping! Once he got us checked in we went to our room

Again, I was pleasantly surprised The room was was so clean! Everything looked new and smelled amazing! If you need an affordable night away from home, come here! You won’t regret it!!

I was looking around for a hotel for my 15th wedding anniversary, specifically for a jacuzzi suite It was a Saturday night, and every hotel was either booked or the room cost over $350 for one night Also most of them had very small jacuzzi tubs

I stumbled across a listing for LivINN, and I was a bit hesitant because the price looked a little too good to be true, but I took a risk It was a risk that paid off beautifully The hotel is lovely, very clean and very well maintained The staff was so friendly and courteous, and when I got to the room I was stunned It was so clean, roomy, and comfortable The tub was huge, filled very quickly, the jets were strong but not uncomfortable The location is very convenient, tons of dining and entertainment options just a couple minutes away I’m simply amazed that it was the most affordable, but also the nicest jacuzzi suite we have ever stayed in If you get the chance to stay, this is a hotel you can not beat, for a great price

Diane Lipski

We were part of the convention in the Sharonville convention center Choosing this hotel was a great choice We didn’t know that all we had to do was walk out the side door, skip 50ft and walk right in the door! Room was spacious, very neat and clean

Checking in staff was helpful and friendly when asked about places eat The pool was very cool and they had sides that opened up without door seating and a fire pit

We just spent three nights at the Inn of Hyde Park and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with our choice of accommodations! Jen and JD were AWESOME hosts and they made sure everything was perfect! It was very comfortable, relaxing and the amenities were first class! It was an easy walking distance to Hyde Park and several restaurants It also offered easy access to interstate and parking was plentiful! The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet We would definitely stay there again and in fact, it will be our first choice when we return to Cincinnati so I can highly recommend it to others! Dennis

The owners are very warm and friendly, they gave us a wonderful two night stay with our two young children Jennifer prepares a delicious breakfast with everything you could need (eggs, fruit, bread, bacon, tea, coffee, etc) Since the owners live next door, we basically had the whole house to ourselves, but they are very accessible if needed

The house was fully renovated recently and was done very well The inn is located in a safe, walkable neighborhood near many restaurants and stores It’s an ideal location near downtown and other attractions and easy to access from I-71 We look forward to staying here again

leena B

This is our 3rd year staying here I cannot agree with all these raving reviews of how welcoming and beautiful this place is It’s absolutely magical

Diamond Tours took care of our accommodations booking us at Best Western Mason We went to the Creation Museum & Ark Encounter in KY, plus other attractions in the area We stayed 4 nights

There were over 30 of us in our group Check-in was flawless, bags delivered to our rooms (I think this was the bus company, but may have been motel staff, not sure of this) Rooms are spacious & very clean Yes, it’s a little dated, but that doesn’t really matter to me The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve had in a motel room 4-star hotel quality I take my own pillow every time I travel b/c pillows are normally horrible & cheapnever used my pillow this trip, left it packed away The motel staff was exceptional!!!! They are very understaffed at no fault of their own, but the ones working work overtime and beyond No to mention, super nice, every single one of them!!! They were even extremely nice to and patient with a certain guest that absolutely did not deserve their nice-ness! There wasn’t any maid service during our stay (because of the short staff problemno one wants to work right now), however, if we needed anything, the staff did everything in their power to get it for us what we needed/wanted I would absolutely recommend Best Western Mason to anyone traveling near Cincinnati

Marie Kinietz

Such a weird experience I just wanted to pay for an extra night for a friend staying there Well— the front desk said they could not process the transaction right then/there, i had to submit some form

So the form was via email— they REQUIRED a photo front/back of my drivers license AND my credit card— I WAS SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS!! And don’t you know— within two hours of submitting that info, my bank called with fraud alerts SURE ENOUGH MY CARD WAS USED ONLINE FRAUDULENTLY 🤬🤬🤬 Of course i cannot PROVE they are responsible but — the fraud was right after sending the info via email, and when i called them they assured me they did not, but of course the email was NOT SECURE! I’m super frustrated and mad to be honest So now my driver’s license is floating around out there Yes I took care of getting a new credit card and was not responsible for fraud charges — BUT — this all should never have happened I’ve had to set up alerts with all three credit bureaus to be sure no one tries to use my ID to open other cards/accountsI am super super suspicious that the weird email requirement is wrong, a totally uncool business practice I do not recommend doing business at this hotel

Zachary Francis

The room (319) smelled like urine and when informed the staff didn’t do anything about it We had to go buy air freshener just to make the room habitable and when I was getting the cost of the supplies back at check out, it turned into a 15 minute argument with the manager over the fact that it’s not their responsibility to follow up on complaints, it’s the guest’s They claimed that the desk employee went up to our room shortly after we notified them which was around 02:00, but being that we were up until 04:30-0500ish and we never heard a single knock I find that hard to believe

And being that housekeeping never came in the morning either, clearly these kinds of complaints fall through the cracks Absolutely horrible establishment

Hotel was very nice, room was clean and organized The bed was nice and comfortable The heated pool and jacuzzi is a plus

My only complaint was the breakfast…I know is a free breakfast, but the bagel was stale, so did the muffins etc, I mean, come on…it tasted like it was days old My kids couldn’t eat barely anything that was served Other than that, I was pleased with my stay

Thx Brandon!!Lobby area was modern and comfyDining area was very clean and stocked well at breakfastThank you for the great stay!!!

I want to say I really enjoyed my stay here but there was a football team that took up most of the 3rd floor where I was staying and they were extremely loud for 3 days Literally screaming at each other, fighting, coach screaming at the guys, doors slamming, people running up and down the halls, a few times they were banging in my door acting like they thought it was their room, but they were trying to get my wife to come out This happened until 1 and 2 am for 3 days straight

I understand that’s not the fault of the staff here but I paid $700 for 5 days here We couldn’t have breakfast for 2 of those days because the breakfast area was JAM PACKED full of football players and of course they were being very loud and extremely rude Not a single person was going to get breakfast while they were there Easily about 50 or so people in their crowd But I must say, when I finally couldn’t take it anymore, I called the front desk and explained, apparently I wasn’t the only one complaining because they sounded very irritated But they sent someone up to take care of the situation And all was right in the world Also, their pool was extremely dirty Personally, I’m not a public pool guy myself, but, not even my wife and kids wanted to swim because of how dirty it was There was so many things floating in the water, it was very disgusting Other than this, our room was extremely clean, modern, beds were very comfortable, TV was great, mini fridge and microwave in the room, and the staff was very friendly The days that we did get breakfast, it was very nice Good selection for breakfast If I wasn’t for that damn football team, I know this would have been a perfect stay But that’s no fault of the hotel so that’s why I give 4 stars because of the dirty pool

This was the perfect hotel for our King’s Island vacation We’ve never been before and wanted to stay somewhere close to the park, but not at the cost of Great Wolf Lodge pricing So after a little research, this hotel came up, and it surpassed all my expectations! It’s very well priced, only a few minutes from Kings Island (you can see the Eiffel Tower and watch fireworks from the parking lot, it’s that close), and because it’s not smack dab next to the park, it’s pretty quiet which is a huge plus

Upon check-in we were offered complementary cold waters, which was really nice, especially on a hot day Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and helpful if you have questions There’s a little store upfront that seems to stay open pretty late, if not all night So if you need snacks, medicine, drinks, they’ve got you coveredBreakfast was really good as well They change up the menu everyday They offer different flavored waffles, eggs, omelettes, potatoes, various meats, cereals, muffins, bagels A little something for everyone It all tasted fresh and was very filling And if you want something else to eat, Waffle House is right next door, as well as a ton of other restaurants right across the streetThe room itself was way bigger than we were expecting, too There’s a large wardrobe to store clothes, a mini fridge, and the bed was quite comfortableAll in all, we’ll definitely be staying here again next time we visit Kings Island!

Mishelle Nofziger

Our room was super clean as was the whole hotel The bed & pillow was very comfortable We’ve left hotels early before because of beds not being comfortable

Everyday I left towels hanging to be used again and everyday they were replaced with clean towelsThe complimentary breakfast was very well presented and the whole area was super clean Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel

On first glance, the room was updated and very nice! After awhile I noticed a lot was rushed by the construction crew, though Just little things, (baseboards not attached, outlet covers only held on by the actual plug, the shower sprayed into the ceiling, etc) nothing that really impacted my stay, especially for the price

The bed was so comfy Everything was super clean The staff were so sweet and helpful The sounds of the nearby highway were fairly muffled The location is decent I felt comfortable leaving without a weapon and it’s close to everything I’d absolutely stay here again

Daniel Atwood

I enjoyed my 3 night stay here Wanted a suite with separate bedroom and found one here for a good price Nothing fancy and a bit dated but was comfortable

Location is between downtown Cincinnati and Kings Island, right off the highwayRoom was fine and in good condition Nice free breakfast and 24/7 coffee Friendly staffMy cons1) They need to clean better – towels had some spots on them and found some garbage in the kitchen upon checking in2) Kitchen is totally bare – not even some basic plates, cups, water, or wine glasses

E Phill

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago when visiting the area Great location to shopping and restaurants, good breakfast and spacious room, however our return visit left us dissatisfied The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is understandable, but old mattresses stacked up at the front door awaiting discard upon our arrival was a tacky reception and eyesore

I’m not sure if our double queen room was a remodeled room or in-progress It was much smaller than expected as if the room is meant for 1 king bed The space was so tight I could touch the kitchenette counter while lying in the bed The shower fixtures were new, but there was just a tension curtain rod and the high-pressure shower head (which felt great) flooded the floor b/c of low curb Other decorating seemed incomplete (no phone, no dishes) Front desk wasn’t consistently staffed (had to wait for someone to come) All that was at least tolerable What wasn’t okay is that the main front doors were propped open all night When we came in at midnight there was no one at the desk Anyone could walk right in and get on the elevator Because of poor security, our family won’t be back and I can no longer recommend
