From check in to check out very nice and professional I even forgot my Gucci belt behind after checking out and realized a day later After calling the next morning to report it, Francesca the manager for the cleaning crew, called me and told me she would look for the belt immediately

Within 20 minutes I got a call back and she said she found the belt I was surprised at the response time, and very pleased with all the service at this hotel

Bianca Johnson

The location is prime for surrounding adventure of Port Saint Lucie However, although we weren’t down there on leisure and instead there for a family emergency, the amenities and facility was more than welcoming and exceptional in every way I didn’t intend on staying at this hotel at first and had instead booked a reservation across the street

When I found that the rooms weren’t to my liking, I sought this hotel and do not regret my decision I had difficulty booking through Expedia and was met with issues which I explained to the staff at the Garden Inn, and from that moment they ensured me that they could do all they could to help, AND THEY DID! Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism ☺️

Best Western is typically a pretty safe choice in hotels This experience changed my opinion We had roaches in the room, literally one on my pillow case in the morning

There are no words I understand that, “it’s Florida”, as I was told by the front desk staff as they gave us a $20 refund towards our $133 billOn the plus side, beds were comfy, staff were empathetic and kind and we appreciated the breakfast

Lisa McCarty

Stayed 2 months ago and decided to bring my family for a mini vacay One of our rooms had roaches and I advised front staff which did nothing The next day roaches rated our bags, Climbed up our legs so I complained and they moved us to the room next to it

Checked out Sunday then turned around and book two more rooms and checked out Monday My son has bites all over him which are bed bug bites We also noticed our towels were picked up but not replaced I had to get more from front office Pool is nice, breakfast is decent One positive thing is that both of our rooms has microwaves They said they would mention to manager but didn’t release manager’s name and I would think they would have discounted my room in some type of way

M Masya

Roaches flies in room bathtub backed up lots of dirt stains on touchables not covid safe comfy bed but hard to sleep with bugs and buzzing No callback from management after request Clientele in parking lot sketchy and all towels had either a hair or a stain

Didn’t stick around for breakfast due to covid protocol overlook in room and the smell of cigarettes that came from checkin window

I give this hotel 5 stars, Because I loved how clean everything was including our room and the staff was very friendly I liked the pool area as well There is also a hibachi restaurant next door The only thing I would say needs improvement in this hotel is there breakfast

The breakfast is very bland and dry you won’t get full you will need to go outside the hotel to get a real breakfast meal I suggest you guys work on improving that Otherwise I had a great experience i would definitely go back

Jonathan Asbun

Ok, gere it goes

the attention was polite and the hotel-room looked exactly what you would expect in a SpringHill (that is usually a good thing) However, at around midnight my wife wakes up screaming that she felt something walking on her Sure enough, a bug a out 2 inches long was walking on the bed!We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room Nevertheless, no apology was offered, no offer to help us move our things from one room to another, no nothing! Also, at 9 am they will close the access to the breakfast even if people are still sitting there Meaning they won’t even let you refill your coffeeAnyway, just an FYI if you are checking in the place, avoid room 410 with bugs in the bed, and get you breakfast before 9am!

Andrew Schmelyun

Absolutely great experience, and a wonderful value for a hotel For more details, here you go:I stayed in what was called a “recently remodeled” room, and it lived up to the description The paint, carpet, fixtures, TV, counters, and shower all looked brand new and were sparking clean

The room was spacious, and well lit I liked that the TV was on a swivel and could be aimed at the couch or the bed, plus it has Netflix! The AC blew cold air, and the water pressure and temperature was greatCheck-in was smooth, and the included breakfast is a nice touch Nothing extravagant but great for a pick-me-up without having to stop at a store or restaurantOverall this was a comfortable experience and I’ll be adding this hotel to my list of stay locations in Port St Lucie!

Our stay at Pirate’s Cove Resort and Marina this week was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional This place is kind of hidden from the big-name chain resorts and it had more like a homey feeling Each room comes with your own balcony

They also have a 24/7 gift shop, so you can purchase anything from food, drinks, clothing gear and more at any time! (Not most like the big chain resort names) The food at the restaurant and bar was great! We will stop by again in the future when we stay in the Stuart, Fl area, and I recommend that anyone reading this should stay there as well!

Just had an excellent dinner Our server, Alison, was great Attentive but not rushed

I had the Island snapper which was delicious and served fresh and hot Husband enjoyed his Mahi and our Southern friend said it was the best Shrimp and Grits she has ever eaten Cocktails and wine were good Beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere Highly recommended

tgarrett369

This place is amazing, very clean and comfortable! Close to everything I came to relax and eat, the opportunities for both are abundant It is a little hard to talk to staff as they oversee multiple properties but you can reach by text and are extremely nice and helpful

The rooms look and feel like they’re brand new, the grounds and pool are very well kept This spot is a GEM and the price very reasonable Can’t say enough good things about Carribean Shores!

Century Sales Team

If I could give it negative reviews I would Very unprofessional owner I had to cancel my reservations due to personal issues

It was in the time allowed Emailed and called to verify I was told by Tom he would issue a credit for the deposit Never happened Repeated email , calls, reached out to the card processing center they tried to get him to responded with no luck This guy is a total jerk Taking someone money that didn’t even stay there and not responding Beware you cannot cancel you reservations unless you don’t care about getting your deposit back

K Kay

Beware!!!! I’ve waited to write this pondering if I should, And if you book through Airbnb the “Host” changes to/from different hosts My stay went from Tina to Tom I assumed someone was renting their private bungalow, not a business & part of a resort, but that wasn’t the issue

I messaged Tina, and never received a response It was nothing major, but a reply would’ve been appreciated Tom must need some happiness in his life or a vacation himself! He walked by daily for a week and never once said good morning, evening or even smiled I’m not the one who wrote a bad review, however, I should have!! I don’t want to share details, but I left the place as I arrived, clean I’ve been staying with Airbnb for years and have all excellent reviews, and comments, but Tom tried to tarnish my good name with a bad review, and his is the only one It won’t affect my rental capabilities, but he must’ve gotten some satisfaction by doing so I’ve read other guests poor reviews, and believe them, and some were specifically about Tom Based on my experience, this is not an honest business I’m not upset about the few towels, I brought my own The best thing is that I had the best week I’ve had in a long time, I didn’t let him ruin my experience after such a wonderful, joyous , incredible week in Jensen Beach!!! I’m only being truthful, and hope to save someone else from possible excess charges or getting kicked out like the other folks have experienced

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable Everything that we used worked properly The entire staff was very friendly from the front desk staff to the food and cleaning staff

The breakfast was excellent every morning It actually was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel and varied day to day It was so good that we sought out the woman that prepared the breakfast to let her know how much we enjoyed the breakfast, and we looked forward to what Deanna had prepared for breakfast each morningThe staff greeted us daily, and we felt they were not only upbeat, but they work as a team Please share our positive impressions with them

I would like to first start off by saying that my stay at the Hampton Inn in Stuart FL has been such an amazing experience I want to personally thank Ken, Kelly, John, the entire management, & staff for really making my stay extremely comfortable Ken was so comforting from the moment I stepped into the lobby to check in, he was very caring, kind, super friendly, extremely helpful, & went above & beyond for all of my requests or anything I needed

I have never been treated like this before at any Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed at before The room was super clean, the entire staff was super friendly, extremely nice, & very accommodating to anything I needed I have stayed at plenty of Hilton Hotels before, but, I must say hands down, Ken and staff has definitely has made this hotel the absolute best stay out of all my travels! If I could give 50,000 stars instead of 5 I totally would! Recently, I have been going through a really hard time & dealing w/ some personal issues With that being said, I must say that Ken & the staff have truly gone above & beyond to help me in every single way possible to make sure that I was extremely taken care of during my entire stay For that, I am extremely grateful😊 Thank you again for going above & beyond in so many ways that I cannot even express into words It means a lot to know that there are still really good people in this world who actually truly care about their guests & do go that extra mile for their guestsI have never ever experienced such a wonderful, caring, kind, compassionate, person like Ken in the hospitality business in as many Hilton Hotels that I have stayed in By far, my stay at the Hampton Inn in Stuart, FL has been the most wonderful experience I have ever encountered where I can honestly say I was treated with such respect as soon as I walked in the front door, the energy felt so positive with such a warm welcome upon arrival, Ken, thank you again for your hospitality and accommodationIt truly means more than you will ever know!Best RegardsRebecca

This is a magical, charming place to stay Love the history of the inn and the cottages — also the care put into this place to keep it so special The staff and owners are so courteous and welcoming

They really go above and beyondI’ve been lucky to stay in both the main building and one of the cottages — both were wonderful experiences Beds and pillows were very comfortable Quality soaps, shampoos, and conditionersThe location is really perfect and you can walk to everything in town, as well as stroll on the river walk It’s now my go-to place when coming to Stuart and I recommend it to everyone!

lori engelmann

This is a very charming place! My daughter and I booked a standard room when we arrived, we’d been upgraded to a cottage It was delightful! Great coastal, shabby chic furnishings

Welcoming front porch that we sat on in the evening Beautiful landscaping and pool The beds were incredibly comfortable with sumptuous linens Check in and out was very easy The location is great for walking to restaurants and shops I highly recommend staying here

Dustin Jones

Great place to relax, unwind and feel the beach vibe with everything downtown Stuart has to offer right outside your door Live music and bar just downstairs and the inlet boardwalk 100 steps from the property The host, Steven is easy to communicate with and a great host

It’s more of an experience than a hotel Go ahead and book if you’re considering and enjoy!

Stayed here for a night after long time of traveling and really enjoyed it Place definitely needs an update The bar by the pool is pricey but good drinks and great food! Our toddler enjoyed the pool but the favorite of the family was the great service and recommendations provided by Alex! He kept our toddler entertained with games, toys, fun towel designs and also provides us with great restaurant and food recommendations! Would return to hang out with Alex again!

TR Brown

Very comfortable room with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and great bed My room had a nice balcony, which I appreciated Restaurant and bar are nice

An ATM on the premises would be nice, especially because our event had a cash bar Location is great, parking is included, and there are bikes available to use Meeting room was nice, boxed lunch was good though a little pricey, and banquet area had just what we needed A good stay all around

Mike P

Check in was good and the manager was initially nice, until there was a problem, then her true colors came out The hotel is dated, old carpet old decor and an uncomfortable bed I don’t know if this is the angle they’re going for since the median age there in that town is the upper 70’s but most of the other customers were my age and had young children

Oh and you are thinking, young children, they’re going to be noisy Well don’t worry because they can not “out-noised” by the crows and birds that seem to have taken over the pool area and never shut up They’re so loud that you’d think they’d do something about it but they don’t It made me never want to go to the pool area again, thank god I didn’t have to Then there’s the vending machine, it’s overpriced and just to top it off it rips you off by taking more money than the overpriced price it is to begin with Call the front desk you say? Nope, that’s where they could care less and kick it off to “it’s not ours it’s theirs” excuse Then when you insist on being reimbursed because you’re leaving that’s when the manager drops her attitude Great customer service, I hope my $600 two day stay was worth losing over 50 cents Then lastly there’s the attached restaurant which serves breakfast, it’s a serve yourself egg and bacon type situation and it costs $22 per person, yep $59 for a basic breakfast, won’t make that mistake again Overall I’ll never go there again

Compared to other ridiculously priced hotels in the area (and maybe a 60+ mile radius), this place is worth it Our room was clean and it has a home-like feel to it I appreciate the owner working with us since we have a family, and REALLY needed a place to stay- that wasn’t $300/night! We drove from Okeeheelee to stay here (1 hr away)

Thank you Jerry!

Debrah Dill

We stayed here 3 nights The view and the sunsets on the screen porch are fabulous The room was comfortable but a little rough around the edges because it’s an older place place

The Wi-Fi was not good very spotty If you’re squeamish or scared of the lizards this is not the place for youThere are quite a few of them here but they don’t come near you or by you at all There were no lizards indoors they were all outsideIt was good and quiet and worth around a $100 a night There is no restaurant or bar on the premises that is open That is probably why it was quiet

My sons and I were in town for a local youth tournament I previously had reservations with another hotel in close proximity that was to say the least not as expected Due to the spring break timing I knew it would be hard to locate a better option

Once inside I was welcomed and luckily a room was still available Check in was a breeze and all staff was helpfulThe property is well maintained and all those visiting the hotel were polite and enjoying themselves quietly by the poolThe rooms are also updated and CLEAN! I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the room and entire propertyAs for safety I give this location a big 👍 It’s important to feel comfortable with you children and I did during my stayIf anyone ask I will absolutely send them to this location And if we ever return for tournaments we will definitely be back!Great job to whoever operates this location, you are doing something right 💪

So let’s get into the pros and cons I need to take more photos for these postCONS:1- The shower / tub area felt small compact for the size of the room that I got

2- The walls are thin, there seem to be a party on a adjacent property that I could hear all the way up until almost 11:00 at night3- The lounge chair and ottoman that was provided was stiff hard to sit in4- There was no bag for my dirty laundry (This one’s not that big of a deal but it does fall within the cons)5- The price of the hotel could have been better6- No hot tubPROS:1- The front desk person helping me was very polite and very helpful The front lobby was very clean and smelled nice2- There was plenty of parking for my truck and small pull-behind trailer3- For the most part the room was very spacious it looked like it had been remodeled Overall the room was very inviting4- The bed was very comfortable, pretty good size TV5- The water pressure was very good, constant hot waterNot too much else to say, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the area

Uncomfortable Kid

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve been in at a hotel Every day they replaced the towels which was really nice The room had a microwave and mini fridge, and the staff was really nice

I never actually went to breakfast but my family brought me something to eat and it was good! Great place to stay for the price also, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t super weak

I was here on a solo motorcycle trip The hotel appears to be very new, and an excellent conditionI had a king room, which had a very nice sofa

The bathroom is large, and a great condition The hotel is very clean overallService at the front desk was excellentThe parking lot is in good condition and the grounds are cleanI’d be very happy to stay here again

Ebony Polk

When I arrived for check-in no one was at the front desk and when the attendant finally did come to assist me he was not friendly at all and appeared lazy, I do not feel like I received a proper welcome I told him there was a small puddle of water directly in front of the desk and he looked at me strangely like he didn’t care About 45 minutes after I checked in I went for food at a local restaurant and noticed the spill was still there

My family and I booked a stay here for 3 nights The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, however, on our second and third night the water pressure in the shower did not flow At that point I was counting down for my stay to be over so I did not call to complain about it I gave notice to the kind lady at my time of departure from the hotelOverall, the property is clean and in a convenient location close to dining, shopping and the beaches, the parking is free and breakfast is included This was a last minute trip for my family, it was close to a conference we were attending I most likely will not return here in the future

Dominique s. t.

This is a very nice 3-star hotel that I would be happy to stay at again Rooms are a great size with a sectional that’s very comfortable to lounge on Swivel TV makes viewing easy whether you’re lying on the couch or in the beds

Beds and pillows are so cozy The cleanliness of the rooms (and throughout the hotel) was superb There are tons of outlets to charge multiple devices at once, including 2 USB outlets Nice sized pool open from Sunrise to sunset The free breakfast, until 9:30am is fine There are 2 waffle makers, but the batter leaves something to be desired Typical continental breakfast items, but they also have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches for heating in the microwave There’s free coffee available 24 hours in the lobby, as well as beverages, including beer, available for purchase Free freshly baked cookies in the lobby from 3pm, which are deliciousHousekeeping is only available upon requestOverall Great location Multiple restaurants, supermarkets, walmart, all within 1 mile!*Suggestion for the hotel: would be nice to add towel racks in the bathroom besides the one rack over the sink that fits only 2 hand towels and the one hook behind the door There’s definitely space on the wallsSmall details make a world of difference

Clean place, friendly service good location! Breakfast could use a little improvement The coffee was strong and a tad bitter and plain eggs would be nice as opposed to egg squares with various items already in them And fruit would be nice to have on the breakfast

But other then the criticism about the breakfast the place is a gem!

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past two weeks as we transition from one home to another The staff at the front are exceptional, I have encountered four of them Charlene, they all displayed the same level of superior service On one of our stays I made an error with the reservation dates and Charlene and Nyela were so accommodating and gracious and simplified everything so we had a room for the night

The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and so inviting I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say this is by far one of the best I wish I could give you more stars but they only allow five

Helen James

As with all Homewood suites it is very nice and comfortable But the room service is not good it’s difficult to get your room cleaned even with a 24 hour notice We had two suites and both of them smell musty like wet carpets

There was a small party going on in the courtyard by the pool till 3:00 AM We called the front desk at 1:00 am, 2:00 am and 3:00 am and they finally answered and asked the party goers to take it inside It was so loud it was impossible to sleep! Apparently there is no security The picture online shows it to be in front of a waterfront But it’s not close to water There is a pond about 200 yards away at a miniature golf place -Hilton Honors diamond member

Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable Breakfast was extremely convenient and coffee was superb Lobby was clean and spacious with modern decor and plenty of spots to lounge or eat

Small pantry/store next to check in desk was a plus Staff was friendly and check in was quick I was also impressed by the multiple gas grills on the lobby patio designated for guest use, and large fridge/freezer in roomI stayed 2 nights and would DEFINITELY stay again

Very clean and newish hotel centrally located to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and beach We were looking for a decent place to stay without spending too much as we wouldn’t be in our room that often This was a great option

The staff was very friendly and I’ve got no complaints about the room itself The breakfast was a bit underwhelming The selection and options looked good, but the taste was pretty bad and the coffee wasn’t much better However, because the hotel is newer, checking in and out and the use of keys on the app was very convenient All in all not too bad for what it is

I was incredibly happy with our stay! Every staff member was willing to go out of their way to help and make sure we had a good stay From the front desk staff giving warm welcome, to the breakfast staff noticing our family and even the cleaning crew would add nice small touches to our room! If I need a room in the area again I will choose this hotel!

My Name

We stayed there a few weeks ago so I am a little late writing this review Just wanted to say that the Driftwood Inn is not permanently closed so not sure why Google says that We took the one bedroom cottage and we were so charmed by the old Florida style property and the owner who gave us a brief history on the place and her family

We really felt at home I would definitely return there should I stay in the area

First time in Jenson Beach and if you want the beautiful waters and beaches of Southern Florida without the large crowds this a wonderful choice The property sits on the Indian River There are several cottages to rent for a night or a week

I loved the one I stayed in Renovated but still with charm of being at least 60 years old, the room was very comfortable with full size fridge, stove, oven and queen size bed w/another small type bed The rooms are also fully stocked with cooking pots and pans with plate and utensils I will stay for a week when I go back The owner was very kind and helpful and made me feel like I was a guest on their family property There is also a nice dock for fishing or watching the sun come up over the Indian River

Shelley Crooks

My husband and I and our two small dogs stayed here this week We stayed there a couple of weeks ago and liked it so much we stayed 2 nights on our way back home The cottages are clean and have nice decor

There is a nice sized refrigerator and stove, microwave and everything you need to cook meals instead of eating out There is a beautiful view of the bridge There is a nice dock to enjoy also We will definitely stay there next time we are in the area

I have stayed at this motel many times throughout the past 5 years and it has always been a WONDERFUL experience! The owners are super friendly and the grounds offer everything you could possibly want! I entered my immaculately clean room yesterday to the smell of fresh linens and bleach clean floors! The bed seems to be memory foam and my nights sleep was without a single wake up! I really just wish I could love here! Great place!
