Customer service was excellent Speedy check in and gave me the option to pick my room which was cool The room was simple but not complaining

The only downside were the pillows, they were uncomfortable to sleep on but made it work The light underneath the door is distracting a bit during the early morning and makes it difficult to sleep in Lastly, you can hear everything outside the door when people walked by or talked which again, was not the greatest in the early morning Yes, the planes fly over the hotel but it didnt bother me but FYI for others Overall, not bad for an overnight stay

Geoff Geise

Spent a few nights as part of a business trip The hotel appears to be renovated and still has some of the old-school motel feel to it The bed was very comfortable, and the room amenities are great

The bathroom (particularly tub/shower area) could benefit from a re-do of the tile and/or lighting fixtures, but the room was clean and everything worked The staff were very friendly, and it was clear that the hotel is trying to provide great service to the guests The fitness center was one of the better fitness centers I have seen among comparable hotels The happy hour options / hours during the week were great The cost feels high for what you get (relative to many other parts of the country), but the location is very good if you need to be in the heart of silicon valley

David

Ok at best The staff was super nice, welcoming, and helpful The hotel itself is old with a thin and cracking coat of paint to make it look nicer

Unfortunately, it needs a much deeper renovation before I’d consider coming backThe rooms are a decent sizeThe bed is basic, firm with ok sheetsThe bathroom is dated and falling apartThe location is good for Great America and Levi stadium, but there are very few restaurants near byThe elevator felt like it was going to collapse with me in it, but thankfully there are stairs

The rooms are beautiful and well laid out The issue is that they’re very loud! No matter which said of the hotel you’re on or how high, the highways make it very noisy The staff are great and very helpful

The breakfast was really good and not just for hotel food, but compared to actual breakfast places Good place but know that highway noise may affect you if you’re sensitive to that while you sleep

Raj Shah

A great hotel to stay when you’re here for a week or longer They have breakfast and evening snacks, drinks as well There are a few amenities like a swimming pool and business center

The laundry room has a couple of washers and dryersThe layout of the suite is such that the living area barely receives any light Since I was working remote and from the hotel suite I ended up in the bedroom the whole day Better layout would help the guests utilize the suite completely

Michael Gonzales

I would have given 5 stars, but we had problems w our keys Got in our room initially, then the key did not work the 2nd time Went downstairs & got new keys on our way out to a concert

We returned late that evening and our keys did not work again It’s after midnight & we need to go downstairs again, 9 floors They tell us the door lock battery is dead Help is there quickly & installs new batteries, however, we are getting to bed after 1:00 now Luckily we finished our experience with a good breakfast the next morning As Diamond members, we are appreciative of good accommodations and experiences

I got a very nice/ clean room, comfortable bed, very hygiene room, smelling good, very convenient microwave/ small refrigerator Is good service for the price, I been staying in another places and I couldn’t find the same service from the front desk/room as I received from April and the other representative I recommend to stay in this place, if you want a clean and comfortable bed to rest, because here everything is free of smoke

If you request not 🚭 smoking room,is what you got I been staying in other places and I have requested every time not smoking, and always have received dirty and smelling bad roomI have reviewed some comments for travel inn negative, but I have experienced differentThank you for your friendly services

Celeste Drake

Overall a very pleasant stay The lady April helped me check in and out and was super nice Room was clean and smelled great

You can tell its an older building so things are worn but everything worked and was clean Bed was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed Downside was no continental breakfast, whole lobby is locked down and all business is done thru small overnight window

Shauna Mundt

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy It’s on a main street so can be a little noisy but the location is conveniently located to gas stations, restaurants, The highway, and Shoreline Ampitheatre My only complaint is the teeny tiny bath towels, they don’t cover much and are pretty thin

Got ur money this place is a great deal!

Really disappointed with the way they treated the restaurant tenants who used to be around in 2020 and 2021 The starbucks that had to close down, because the rent was raised from 17K a month to 22K a month So, in their attempt to squeeze 60k more a year, now they will be losing 200K from loss of rental income

It’s coffee for god sake, no one will drink a starbucks that jacked up the price by 40 percent in a year Obviously they all moved out, leaving the entire row vacant for half a year at the time of writing This entire apartment might look nice from the outside and strategically placed right in the middle of Sunnyvale downtown, but it’s definitely a trap you want to avoid Management is greedy, as you have read from the other negative reviews, and fully deserves the loss of income from all the vacant units

Paul Chavarria

Lived there for a year during covid, overlooking the interior of the building It is pretty quiet and bright However, you will be overcharged for move out

We returned the apartment similarly to how they gave it to us However they charged around $700 including oven top change, painting, and cleaning (which we did thoroughly) when asked about charges multiple times they never got back to me, instead just sent me a mail with the payment due date There are great places around, would not recommend

Carlton Yang

PLEASE READ AND AVOID AT ALL COST!Lived here with a roommate for a year and just moved out Was given a moving out charge of $2200, including fees for stove top replacement and painting without reason The apartment was no where near new when we moved in and seems like management decided it is time to refurnish the apartment and made us pay for it

The renewal offer was +200 to our current monthly payment without any new concessionsI have lived in many apartments in Sunnyvale and NYC, and this is the worst experience by a large margin It feels like the apartment has no interest of keeping us and tries to push us out while giving all those chargesIn addition, there are tons of other issues1 Mails and packages are constantly stolen and misplaced There was no response from management2 There was a car and multiple bikes stolen from the garage Safety in this apartment cannot be assured Again, absolutely nothing from the apartment to make sure that won’t happen again in the future Seriously, if a car can be stolen in the garage, there must be some serious issues need to be fixed3 Fire alarm goes off almost every other week I got waken up at 4 am regularly forced out of my meetings while wfh during the day multiple times due to the alarm4 The noise in this apartment is unbearable The noise isolation between neighbors are terrible, and I can hear everything my neighbors are doing Also the noise from the street is enormous Frequent cargo trains in midnight, extremely loud sports cars driving through throughout the day and night Last of all, the construction is never ending Constantly going on so every day the noise wakes you up at 6:00 am sharp There are constructions inside the building and outside and from the construction site across the street I tried to ask apartment not to start drilling from 6 am so I can sleep but apparently they just don’t careAll those issues happened while I lived here but there was ZERO efforts made to solve themIf you are looking to live here for only one year without renewal, a large moving out fee, 30% of packed stolen, potential stolen car/bikes, constant fire alarms and construction noises, then this might be a huge perfect match Otherwise, I would suggest to AVOID AT ALL COST and choose other apartments in Sunnyvale

This should have been my first option for planning a Father’s Day Weekend get away with my family Compared to another hotel in San Jose was just not a good fit for a family environment or service and amenities This is like day and night

I like this Quality Inn San Jose Airport much better than the other “airport” located hotelMainly in SJ to visit the SJ Center for the Arts Although the first hotel was under ten minutes from that place, this Quality Inn location was a fit further drive from our visit, it is well worth the other “airport” location was horrible surroundings (people) and in generally unsafe for a family with childrenDuring this post pandemic period, the hotel is more in tuned in and intuitive to the customers needs Hot Breakfast -great Room, amenities fantastic Great location: close to freeway access, restaurants, Gas Station across the same street Overall a better location that the other initial hotel stayThe staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating The room was fantastic The building in general is great

Pratyush Rai

Nice rooms, with prompt service on every alternate days Will certainly prefer it againOnly for the location, I am considering it as 9

5/10 As for a newcomer to San Jose, there’s just Jack in the box or Tirupathi Bhimas at a walkable distance Otherwise, Taco Axolotl food truck saves the day or Rotten Robbies (across the road) can get you some sandwiches/burgers/bagels, the concern will be only for the night However, if you have a car to drive around, or grubHub/Doordash installed – the location is 10/10 There is even a Pinewood park close by You can get 66 VTA bus nearbyNothing that can be disliked about the stay Although my room was facing the street, barely got disturbed by traffic Breakfast was worthy All in all, pretty decent

Please Note: Did not stay /canceled as soon as I saw the location in personWe reserved a stay for this location during an emergency It is me and another female friend of mine traveling on foot

Lone Female travelers/female groups please book elsewhere and avoid this areaEspecially if you’re on foot like we were First of all the area is inconvenient, to cross the street you play the game of hoping the cars do not run into you as there are no lights/signals Plus it’s a bit of an ugly area of San Jose Upon entering the front desk it was dark, a little menacing at first I thought we were on a set of a terrible cheap horror film It wasn’t dirty but the vibes were basically -“we have no public restroom available, ignore the lights being turned off behind me” from the clerk She was friendly however when we later expressed our need to cancel as the inn’s location was pretty terrible for us She seemed adamant that cancellation is a no-go and didn’t really care for our safety concernsPlease stay at the holiday inn (or any other decent inn/hotel), while more expensive- I felt safer/ more comfortable and genuinely cared about at the Holiday Inn nearby I say this as a woman to another oneThe holiday inn has public transportation right in front of it In this place, you have to make a 5-10 min walk in a slightly sketchy area to get to something

Nancy Higareda-Marquez

worst costumer service Both employees were no help in person or over the phone I could not check in due to the hotel’s system not being able to accept payments and I still got charged

Employee was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to fix the issue and they said they would call me back when it was fixed They did not let me in my room even with my reservation I do not recommend this hotel They would not let us use the restroom even though we arrived after check in time Poor costumer service and sketchy location

Cole

Horrible service and policies Front desk/manager is extremely rude They should drug test on a regular basis and make the manager use a breathalyzer before starting her shift

Basically thieves as wellUpdate: Not a false statement Observations and opinions based on experiences aren’t false statements Thanks and have a blessed day!

Management: 5/5, super professional and friendlyLocation & Amenities: 5/5, close to everything: downtown, work places, highway entrances Pool, hot tub, roof, common spaces are all really wonderful “Green room” for disposing of trash is a big improvement over having to pull out your own trash cans or interact with a stinky outdoor dumpster

Noise: 2/5, train is very loud and frequent including at night Also, bottom floor sounds from upstairs tenants walking is quite loud It doesn’t really bother us adults, but our infant had to adjust to get used to it and still gets startled awake sometimes by noise Our neighbors are super respectful and I’m sure they’ve heard our child crying too — it’s mainly the ambient noises Just be warned if you have a young kid, you might have to go through an adjustment period before they tolerate the noiseOther: the electronic keypad is quite finicky in the elevator I’ve taken several elevator trips up and down because I couldn’t get it to scan in time The garage spaces are quite small and would be hard if we had bigger vehicles (we have a Smart car and a compact SUV) There have been a number of break-ins to the basement storage area ATT provides gigabit fiber service to this location and it’s a big improvement over Comcast Moving in/out can be a bit tricky because there’s very very limited street parking and the doors / elevator swiping doesn’t make it easierOverall this place is such a big improvement over our old apartment (yay in-unit laundry) that I can’t dock it more than one star for the little things

Lisa Jackson

I do not recommend living here We are on the second floor and I have had to complain numerous times about the noise from the above neighbors Seems there isn’t any sound barrier between floors

Will drive you nuts! Trains are incessant, wakes you at all hours of the night Gardeners come every Monday am at exactly 8am, nothing like having multiple blowers at your window to wake up to, and last but not least, pulling garbage bins out at 430 in the morning two days a week, making noises that sounds like gun shots (I was so startled the first time I heard them!) Oh, I should also mention I’ve had to call the cops several times because of homeless people having mental breakdowns, screaming outside my windows So disruptive, especially while working I would not recommend living here

Myriam Korstanje

I can’t say enough great things about living at 100 Moffett! What sets 100 Moffett apart in addition to the beautiful modern apartments and extensive amenities, is the five star service Luis, property manager, is exceptional He’s quick to respond to requests and is always pleasant and helpful

Kimberly, office manager, goes above and beyond with her customer service, and is lovely and friendly 100 Moffett has given me a place to call home for several years where I feel safe and enjoy a stylish, luxurious apartment 100 Moffett has been my community where I feel welcome and am part of an amazing Silicon Valley neighborhood in downtown Mountain View I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an exquisite, luxury apartment home

One of the best stay experiences I’ve ever had! The rooms are of decent size with all the basic necessities anyone would need People can pick the room they prefer, from a list of available rooms! I really like that they have a clean only when asked policy to respect the guests privacy So, the cleaning staff would only come when you ask them to

I had breakfast included with the stay Good options including eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, waffles (with toppings) and a few other things The staff is friendly which adds to the positive experience The amenities include an in-house gym and pool table that’s accessible throughout the day

Susie Stoddard

Pros- Nice large rooms with kitchenette-Good hot breakfast, that the staff keeps very sanitary- close the the highway

Cons- The worst bed I have ever slept on I’ve never experienced a lumpy mattress before this weekend and it made for a crummy nights sleep AND the bed was 4 inches lower on the right side which made you feel like you were falling off- no hot tub- starting July 1, 22′ they charge $10 a night parking- must request room cleaning serviceI don’t post reviews normally, but we liked this hotel and the amount of space you get in the room, but there was some disappointing aspects that I wish we had known before that I wanted to share

Richard Thornton

The room and the staff were very accommodating The check in process was very simple and they were able to get it done quickly The location is not the best, it is quite a ways away from the center of San Jose, but it is definitely quiet and you won’t be bothered staying this far out

I was able to do a late checkout with no issue and they were happy to accommodate the request Large rooms with a kitchenette that has an apartment sized fridge and even a stovetop if you’re staying for an extended period of time this is very convenient I was unable to try the free breakfast, but they are serving it at the moment

I was able to reach customer service quickly with just, a call, text or online chat Representatives were so personable and made us feel like we were special Rooms were clean, good snacks in the vending machines which also had deodorant and other toiletries in case you forgot yours at home

Virtual check in was seamless and we received our codes via email, online and text so we couldn’t miss it! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again, rooms are very affordable and close to Santana Row and other shopping centers

Bonnie Munson, MS, IDS

Great room Super clean, comfortable and attractive There is no visible “service” and no one to call if something is needed; the welcome host on video talking to us in the lobby was a little odd

We had all the instructions texted to us ahead of time However, there were some really nice hospitality touches, like cookies and water when we arrived in our room, an incredible coffee selection for the Keurig, and table games put out in the evening in the common area All amenities we could have asked for were provided Really a great experience if you don’t need human contact!

Adam Nelms

Have to give LOTS of info for VIRTUAL check in, but they make the process easy and straight forward Didn’t see a worker the entire time we where there Code to get it main door, same code for room

They had a cool little game room, sitting area but the room and hallways were way too hot, area needed AC on Very clean Biggest complaint was its on a VERY busy main road so there is road noise most of the night, they the provided ear plugs is a nice touch Public coffee machine in the lobby was cool, but most flavors and options were out
