10 minutes from the airport, centrally located The king bed room was very large but the carpet was old and worn I didn’t want to walk barefoot in there

The furniture looked cheap The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large but the hot water was lukewarm The upside is the staff is phenomenal They give great customer service and are very attentive They handled my issues very quickly

Cory Osborne

Ended up booking this hotel after another hotel lost our reservation The front desk folks are great, very welcoming and helpful Our room was a bit yucky and could definitely use a good cleaning

Stains on the carpet, hair in the bed, overall just a bit dirty The restaurant service was completely lacking Bar was out of most everything we asked for (Captain Morgan is pretty standard for a bar) Breakfast service took over an hour (we were the only table in the whole place) and when the food came out it was all wrong It was eaten because we had a cruise to catch and it had already taken long enough Overall, a place that you can rest your head but that’s about it

Alissa Smith

My husband and I were in a bind one night and the staff at this Best Western Premier were friendly and accommodating Fair price for a last minute room on a Saturday night Room was clean, bed was comfortable

Breakfast not included, but available at reasonable price They have what looks to be a nice restaurant within the hotel, did not dine here however I wish it was open earlier and later than it’s current hours There is also a pool Water was cold, but the atmosphere was private and relaxing Would recommend Close to MIA

The stay here was excellent due to all areas being clean and tidy, the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful Also, they had a nice “lending locker” feature I had not seen in other stays, which is a entertainment station Coffee was great, sheets clean, towels clean, and they have dish soap and a way to clean your dishes

I would stay again, highly recommend!

Vica V. K.

Nice service, clean, feels fairly new Little kitchenette in the room with everything you may need in the kitchen, tho dishes and silver only came in twos There is a pool, little gym, laundry available, lending locker, a large pantry with alcoholic beverage selection as well

But the best thing is we were able to bring our dog with us! 🐕😁🛏️

LEIA ESTRELLA

Great experience at the hotel cute little kitchens kind of hard to cook on such small ranges but at least you can cook we’ll you can cook we only had one problem and it was the laundry situation where they make you make an appointment but everyone that makes appointments never shows up so we figured why not just let us come to our d*** laundry Extremely comfortable beds very nice employees cute little shops in the LA Vida borrow equipment for the room or buy stuff cute pull outside free parking that’s abundant Close to the airport

Ok, here we go

1 If you are a light sleeper, AVOID THIS HOTEL There are airplanes back and forth all day long2 I understand this usually is a cheap hotel, if it had been around $100 per night I would probably had given 2-3 stars but as there was an event in Miami all prices were skyrocketed and they charged the same as a regular hotel, $250 per night Because of this rate I thought it was going to be a decent hotel But, turns out it’s only a cheap hotel that took advantage of the situation to charge regular fares I know this is business, and you are there to make money, but if you’re planning to charge someone with regular rates, please at least have a decent facility My review is based on my expectations, I’ve stayed in cheap hotels, and hey! for $50 per night there is not much you can ask for But for $250 I expect at least a decent room3 DO NOT LOOK AT THE PICTURES THEY PROVIDE, it is far from reality4 Check in was smooth, and Maria in the front desk was excellent My review is not based on human interactions, it’s based on the facility, it’s dirty, rusty and cheap5 Slippery bathtub I’m completely sure an elder person cannot use their bathtub6 Mattress is old that you can hear and feel the springs7 I do not understand the 4 stars review and some reviews basically saying this hotel is a dream I would had appreciated a review like this to at least be aware of what I was going to findConclusion: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but if you must stay here please be careful It’s not safe We’re a young couple and it was challenging for usI will not comeback

Asim Nabi

Absolutely perfectI mean I saw all one start reviews and was kind of surprised to see how well managed this hotel isNothing at all is true when people complained about the staff not doing their work, roaches all around but I had totally the opposite experience

I am surprised to see people complaining about the airplane ✈️ noise , the name of the hotel in itself is Doral Inn & Suites Miami Airport west , it is near to the airport what do you think how the airplanes will land if they don’t make noise while landing or taking offThe room was perfect , it was all cleaned and packed with utensils and coffeeThe front desk was available for all our queries , the breakfast was good and no complaints I can make ofIf I visit Miami again then I will surely stay here again

Shamon Minaya

I have been there 3 times the 1st 2 times it was excellent The staff was nice swimming pool Was closing at 11pm but this time the staff was not friendly, the general manager lied to me about the room We couldn’t use the swimming pool Cause it was dirty, the yakuzzi was green filled with mold

The Spanish guy working in the evening was the only one that made us feel welcome Very bad experience my friends and viewers

As a travel RN, I experience all types of stays for the long, 13 week contracts at hand From the moment I checked in, I have had excellent customer service from not just the very helpful staff, but manager as well It’s very obvious how hard they work to keep the guests happy and comfortable

My room was clean and they always make sure I am restocked of towels, dishes, tp etc! As far as any noise, I haven’t had anything at all to complain about and my stay was very lengthy My evenings were quiet and restful I highly recommend staying here

Ildikó Dévai

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at Came here for work and stayed a week There is zero housekeeping, and I’m pretty sure the floor was never mopped! It was so dirty that first night after arrival, using the white bath mat just once, the side that was on the floor became black! Since they don’t clean the rooms, I wiped the floor with a towel and the towel became completely black and the floor became many shades lighter

The water barely trickles from the shower head The walls are paper thin, you hear everything! There are multiple families that live here and you can hear kids screaming loudly until 10-11 PM every night The breakfast is a joke, coffee is horrible and the lids don’t even fit the cups The room key cards have to be reprogrammed every day or two The only positive thing was that the employees were fairly friendly But overall, save your sanity and stay elsewhere! I’m definitely not coming back!

Cudda Brown

The rooms where middle of the road Not bad for what your paying for

Staff is nice and meets our needs but my problems lay with the other guests who don’t follow the property rules like not smoking within 100 feet of the building Not only smoking but smoking illegal substances at that And playing loud music inside the room so much so that you don’t just hear the bass from the music but the actual words of the songs being played Overall this place gets a C because although they do an ok job running the place the atmosphere leaves something to be desired

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel and found it to be great They have a great selection of food for breakfast (hot and cold) The Location was good for us

However, there was an issue with the bathroom sink water temperature It wouldn’t get hot but we were ok with it because the shower had no problem getting hot I’m sure they would have taken care of it if we had informed them but we didn’t want to have change to another room because we liked where we were Overall the stay was great!

Brenda Bailey

New place to stay We were there for 2 nights We have been traveling through several of the southern states staying mostly at Holiday Inn Express

This one had the nicest breakfast room and the best breakfast Food was cooked just right and had a variety The staff as in most HIE are friendly and helpful! We will continue to pick Holiday Inn Express on our stays!

MIKAL gangsters

The hotel was Moderatly great the bathrooms are clean it’s a very clean place most people are nice and welcoming however I will say during the complementary breakfast one of the workers dropped a piece of bread on the floor and then picked it up and put it back inside the bread case instead of throwing it away which is very deplorable So if you go be careful about the breakfast other than that it’s pretty good

It was clean and the room was nice The pillows were wonderful! However, Bookingcom told us we could park our car there while we went on our cruise, and that the hotel would provide shuttle service to and from the port

Both of those statements were untrue The woman who checked us in told us that happens all the time with Bookingcom Just be aware travelers, if you go through that website

Amanda Li

Easy parking on hotel premises with many available spaces close to entrance Check in was an easy process even though we arrived at midnight The rooms are big and spacious, and the divider between bed and sofa/TV area nice touch

The downside is the bathroom, where showers are open and water leaks onto bathroom floor after every use, had to throw all towels on floor to it walkable again after shower Also, the thermostats in the room don’t work so no way to adjust the temperature Hotel gas it set at 70, comfortable but on the warm side

Chadean Clunis

Positives: Nice view of a lake, pretty quiet, convenient locationNegatives: My husband and I were on our honeymoon and during our moments of intimacy a woman walked in without knocking, she stated it was check out

now this occurred at 8 am check out is usually 10/11 am when I confronted the front desk the woman apologized but it seemed extremely fakeI eventually spoke to the head manager who promised to send vouchers (which I never received)overall this was very disturbing I would say if you stay here remember to doubt triple clock your door for a potential peace of mind Also the nightly rate is not worth the overall experience For what you would spend here it’s better to stay on south beach

Loved the hotel Great for a weekend get a way close to home for me! Very clean and friendly Only downside was indoor bar was closed

So if you wanted to have food or a drink you have to go to the restaurants that were very packed So that was the only downside it wasn’t disclosed when booking that bar area isn’t open Otherwise it was really nice Quiet, clean, air works very well, no bad or musty odors, and staff was really nice Definitely recommend!

Florencia Florentin

I stayed it only one night at the Towneplace Suites by Marriott in west Kendall and I really really love it The room it is super comfortable and roomy and I can say that whoever build this places though about everything use every corner to the max and it’s not crowded I would definitely recommend for you to check it out! Also on great location, a lots of restaurants it’s just walking distance

Will Neathawk

Bad experience turned great thanks to Roxana and Susana Upon arrival it was discovered that one of our room reservations had been cancelled without notice and there were no available rooms to accommodate Once this was brought to the attention of Roxana and Susana, they took care of cancelling our other 3 reservations for a full refund as we needed a new place to stay being hours away from home

Will revisit in the future

On sun may 16 i went to this motel i accidentally left my braclet called and the lady who was un the office was a terrible telling me BS story Her maid didn’t see anything she went personnel and didn’t find nothing That i lost it some where else ok

She kept repeating that Guys yes my valut that I took it off But wow The lady kept brushing me off like I was crazy I hope they see this post This location has no ethics at all lucky u r even getting 1 star

anna correa

I stayed at this location for 2 days and will never again The lady at the front desk is the rudest person You would think she owns the place

She talked down to me and made me feel really uncomfortable I was locked out of the room when I went to the vending machine and she practically scolded me as if I were a child and as if I wasn’t paying $110 I don’t know why someone who put this lady in a position that involves interacting with customers The cleaning lady would’ve been a better optionshe was actually nice I will never stay here again With so many options near by your better off at another place where you get treated like a paying customer and not like their doing you a favor

Amira Lions

Large room with a bed + a cot and private shower at a very good rate I would have given 5 stars but it is legal to smoke in the rooms in this state so the room smelled like smoke Fortunately I arrived early enough to let it air out

By the way the air conditioners work great here, the room was cool and crisp Aaaah! I highly recommend this place on a budget There were no surprise fees or taxes just a refundable $5 key deposit

Oh now that I see this is a hostel as well, it makes sense My friends and I rented the entire place on Airbnb for a weekend It was large and accommodating, but we found it strange that all the rooms were numbered and now we know why

The kitchen was very under stocked, so I wouldn’t expect to cook anything unless you bring everything The bathroom was also not stocked with body wash/soap and there was only enough towels for each guest to have exactly one It would be nice if they had more towels and made sure that the bathrooms had soap The home was very clean overall, but I would suggest that they not use so many plug-ins The fragrant smell was overpoweringGood location

Anton Vorgin

Hello! I liked this hotel, it has a good location, it was convenient for me to get from the hotel and back to the hotel The hotel has its own parking also a very reasonable price !!! the hotel consists of three two-story buildings, on each floor there are 5 rooms, one shared toilet with shower and a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee machine, as well as a toaster

the rooms are not big, but everything is clean and tidy! overall this is a good offer on the hotel market!

J.G. Weeks Jr.

This place is great I haven’t even finished my stay, but after a couple nights here I can honestly say this place is awesome It’s a hostel, as plainly advertised, so it has shared spaces, which is definitely an experience and kind of fun

The bedrooms are private and locked via key codes It’s super clean, cool, and comfortable, and the service is amazing The price cannot be beat for the accommodation

Listen, to these reviews they are not lying I wish I would have took my times , to read these reviews before booking with them First of all I have an encountered with one Spanish guy this guy has refused to accommodate my stay

Second red flags I don’t care if you are a guest or not we don’t care at all I called asking for some towels and wash cloth the receptionist didn’t even let me finish my sentence he said no I paid $400+ for my stay you mean you don’t have an extra person to assist the guest if they need something The red flag is there staffs doesn’t care about you as guests I will not book there anymore Please do yourself a favor book somewhere else People work way to hard for there money to be treated as such

Michael Tien

3 night stay, had 2 issues with staff 1 Housekeeping staff came to knock on our door 30 minutes before noon (check out time at noon)

The staff did not speak English had hard a time understanding what I was advising her, that we are still packing and will be checking out in about 15-20 minutes This is still United States (Florida), am I the minority who speak English as a foreign language Hilton needs to do better for their guests and their staff, this interaction was an embarrassment for me not being able to communicate with hotel staff 2 The day we checked in, I had to get a ride to the airport, the driver for the hotel almost got into an traffic accident and scared two elderly couple, and tge drive made the excuse “that’s Miami” He was aggressive in driving us to the airport, even high speed turns, lane changes and cutting other vehicles off Be careful when you get in their vehicle going to and from the airport

Michael Meyer

airport shuttle was overcrowded at 1am, and instead of coming right back to pick ip the rest, they told us to wait another hour for the regular schedule, so we had to take a cab as far as the actual hotel, for $200 a night, you can do a lot better…update, the bed was cozy, continental breakfast was not free, theres worse places out there…
