Wow!!!! I like to do pros and cons on hotels we stay at At first I was not happy with the cost of the hotel, but that changed when we entered the room The room smelled so fresh and clean

The amenities were more than most places we have stayed With outlets on every wall and USB ports in the ones beside the bed That was a big plus for us The only con we could find at this hotel was the water pressure for the shower head and not being able to adjust the shower head it’s self Over all this place was worth the stay Thank you from room #118 for the 3 great nights

This WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN A HOTEL !!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service!!!! I was aware that the door key was not working the lady at night in the front office had to come open our door it once we went inside we informed the lady in the office that the tv was not working and she came and took a look at it and said that it was too much money that we spent and for it not to work , and she would talk to the person in the morning shift and she was going to inform her about the situation and see what she could do about it Before we left we passed by in the office to inform her about the situation and she rudely told us to leave !! that there was nothing to talk about !! That we should be glad that we had a place to sleep and she laughed !! I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE !!! OR WIAST MONEY THERE WITH THERE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THAT YOUNG GIRL IN THE MORNING SHIFT !!!never going back to THIS HOTEL !!! Next Time I would read reviews to make sure I don’t have o go thru this again I WOULD PUT A NEGATIVE 0

Booked and confirmed a one week stay in a room with Kitchenette When it came time to check in the clerk was looking at the computer and from her face we could tell something was wrong 30 mins later they finally admitted they did not have the room we reserved

So now we had to scramble to find a place We had even called and confirmed with the hotel a few days before Buyer beware, a reservation at this place is worthless

The pillows here are HORRIBLE!!! I cannot sleep I’ve called the front desk twice and was told all the pillows here are the same There are 3 on my bed & I’ve tried them all

They are huge and as hard as a rock I’m not kidding I literally feel like my head is in a rock and cannot sleep It’s after 2:00 am and I have a busy day tomorrow I’m not happy at allAlso, the AC was off when I entered my room and it was around 80 degrees in this room It took about 45 minutes to cool off and I just wanted to go to sleep I’m going to cancel my tomorrow night stayThe only positive thing I can say is that the rooms are clean

Robert Anderson

Great experience The man at the front desk was extremely polite so things started off great Once i got to my room i couldn’t have been happier with my motel choice

Room and bathroom was clean and seemed to be pretty new and comfortable Price for room was maybe a little cheaper, but overall for a room this nice the place is a great choice if youre on the motel 6 or there abouts budget 2 thumbs up!

I arrived late at night for an 11 day stay in Houston I booked the Red Roof Inn because it is close to the company offices I was a little hesitant but went by the reviews

My mind is blown It is extremely clean and really nice They upgraded me because I asked for quiet with having to be here for so long However, there is no noise anyway It’s really quiet even with being close to the freeway The room is beautiful and dust free! Dust is usually a big pet peeve for me in all hotels, so that was huge I can dust, sure, but I shouldn’t have to The staff are incredibly friendly and take pride in their hotel Highly recommended

Barin Nelyse PhD

Mike was the kindest, most accommodating person I’ve ever seen I couldn’t believe it was “Red Roof Inn” that had such great reviews but, I saw first hand whyThe rooms were neat, smelled good and were clean

I’d definitely come back and he’d invited me to do soKudos to you guys and please don’t stop the goodness

This RV park is a gem! We have been here for about 6 months and have genuinely enjoyed our stay The property is well maintained and they are constantly making improvements for the residents Sarah, the property manager is so kind and helpful and fantastic at communicating and keeping everyone well informed of anything that’s going on

The location is perfect and the property itself is so quiet and peaceful The people are friendly and we LOVE the lakes with the ducks and turtles! Overall a great experience for our family, we hope to come back

AshleyAnne Kitzko

I stayed at woodland lakes rv park for 2 months and absolutely loved it Sarah (owner/office worker) is the absolute sweetest She was very helpful and always a delight to talk with

The park is very cute hosting 3 ponds with a ton of ducks and turtles There’s a small fenced in dog park though my pup preferred to walk around the nearby school There’s also a fenced in children’s play area The park is lovely and I had 0 problems while there Some spots are smaller and some are larger back in the new area Bathrooms and laundry rooms are very clean, at least the ones in the middle and back of the park

Kevie Newman

We had a large pull through overlooking a pond with a lot of ducks It was wonderful The lot had a wrought iron table and chairs

Too bad it was raining and we couldn’t enjoy the siteIt is close to a lot of retail Will definitely be back when in the area

Hotel is ghetto Ordered a jacuzzi tub suite and was advised the jets don’t work in tub I was ok with it until going in the room

The room was beyond dark, the shower was so bad it looked like a two toned trash paint job mixed with dirt The bed had stains on it as if comforter top was not washed As long as I have been a choice member I’ve never had this bad of an experience When you enter the area, it looks like the whole hood spray painted graffiti everywhere I don’t recommend this hotel to no one until they do better O but swimming pool area looked well kept Smh

Stayed here the night I arrived in Houston Over a 5 day period, I stayed in 3 different hotels and this was My favorite! It was clean, shower had amazing water pressure and was clean The bed was neatly made and was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!!! Great comfy pillows as well

🙂 Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming (also great sense or humor)

My wife, my kid, and I had an extended layover in Houston We picked this hotel because the rooms have a full refrigerator and we needed to keep some items frozen before we flew back home We had a very bad time at this hotel overall

The Shuttle for this hotel was a real pain We had to constantly call the hotel (at least 4 times) to finally have someone pick us up We had to wait for at least 45 mins with 4 suitcases with almost 50lbs each and our kid Then we realized the Van had to stop by 4 different hotels before ours We literally were the very last people in the van to be dropped off Once we got to the hotel, the guy gave us a second floor room This hotel does not have an elevator No common sense used at all! How could you provide a second floor room to a couple with a 5 year old kid and 4 big suitcases with 50 lbs each They ended up giving us a ground floor room after our complaint Then we had a terrible time when going back to the airport The guys at the front desk literally said the shuttle will leave the hotel at 7 AM and we could stand in the front desk by 6:45am if we needed We get to the front of the hotel right at 6:57am and he said the Shuttle had left We weren’t even offer a new shuttle We ended up taking a cab to the airport I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel

David Taylor

Very clean, efficient check-in, helpful staffRoom was fantastic, large, clean, soft bed, excellent

Location to the airport is very goodGreat place for a transit time in HoustonHighly recommended

We stayed here for a week in May 2022 and LOVED our stay The park is very clean and very well maintained Laundry facility was so nice and used an app to pay and track laundry status – easily the coolest RV Park laundry room I’ve used so far

Very nice pool and play rooms The location was fantastic, plenty of stuff to do around town100% would come back!!

Jodie Nanni

Rayford Crossing RV Resort is in a great area with everything you would like not that far in distance Whether you want to go to a concert or shop or dine at a nice restaurant The resort has many amenities and is expanding adding more sites and amenities

The people working here are Amazing!! They are always trying to improve and keep all patrons happy during their stay There are long-term and short-term sites depending on what you’re looking for They also have activities and are adding a bunch of new activities It’s clean throughout the resort We stay here every time we are in town and feel very welcomeGreat RV Resort!!!

Rachel Brothers

Great campground, non-existent security 😕The campground itself is very nice with very nice amenities We stayed for a baseball tournament and the pool, pond, and game room were big hits with the kids

We truly enjoyed our stay until the last night, so I hate to even leave this review, but I feel the need to warn others so that what happened to us doesn’t happen to themThey have GOT to do something about security Our vehicle was stolen on our last night there From what we were told by some of their permanent residents, ours was the 4th vehicle to be stolen from there this year The camp has no gate, no security guard, no patrol, and their cameras aren’t even of good enough quality to be of any help in regards to vehicles coming and going There was a shooting right outside of the camp grounds while we were there so I’m starting to wonder if crime is a consistent issue in that area Therefore, as much as I loved the park itself, I wouldn’t go back unless they added some security measures

Great overall experience The room was well stocked with enough towels; however, the soaps were a bit lacking Also, upon entering the room, we were presented with a musty cigarette odor which wasn’t pleasant; but you don’t expect a hotel room to smell spectacular

The bed was very nice as well as the pillows Service was great, the front desk clerk was very friendly and informative The location of the hotel was accessible and easy to get to I would recommend the hotel and will most likely choose here for future stays

Sarah Roberts

Nice hotel

Not so nice people First of all the woman judged my boyfriend and I on what we were wearing (he was in basketball shorts and a dirty shirt from working on the truck because earlier that day we got into an accident, and I was wearing sweats and a T-shirt) Secondly, we had to wait for over an hour to get any help, she kept saying “give me 15 minutes” while she went to chat and gossip with her coworkers Whenever we did get helped she was extremely rude At one point whenever we went up to the desk, she said that she wasn’t at the desk right now when she was 3 ft away, she refused to serve us Also we went up to the desk a little bit before early check in and she tore our heads off “I said 12:30 and you are 2 minutes early, I’m not helping you” This woman, the manager, has very poor people skills and she needs to be fired by corporate

12/30/21Called the number and they have closed down this Bed and Breakfast due to CovidI was sad I had a wonderful stay there 11 years ago

We were hoping to spend New Year Eve there this yearI am so tired of Covid, Covid, Covid Covid – just go away – and don’t come back another day

My daughters & began visiting Janeve’s B & B many years ago as a part of our annual meca to the shops in Old Town Spring It has always been a delightful cottage with all of the amenities of home & then some! From the lovely decor to the ample outdoor spaces to enjoy this place has become quite dear to our family! Wether you book a girl’s weekend away or a private honeymoon away from the standard hotels & shared B&B’s you are guaranteed to have a peaceful & lovely time at Janeve’s!

Carla Haseltine

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! This place looks so nice in the pictures but it’s horrible It’s filthy and smells of mold It will make you sick! After only being there 5 minutes, we tried to call the owner, left messages but she wouldn’t answer

Even after disputing charges for a 2 night stay I was still charged for only being there 5 minutes YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I checked in late at 11:35pm My room was reserved on priceline but the service was absolutely horrible I asked the front desk clerk for a sheet for the small sofa (IT IS NOT A PULL OUT BED) and a pull out so my older child could sleep on it and was told they do not provide that nor any towels

My reservation was reserved for 1 adult and 3 kids After a long day of moving this was by far my worst experience with a hotel I have always stayed away from Econo Lodges due to this reason Will definitely never stay at another ESPECIALLY THIS ONE…

LaToya Anthony

Front desk are rude They make issues with people who pay by the week My sister and her 2 kids stay with me and they had the audacity to tell us that we have too many people ina two bed kitchenette, claiming they applied a special for two people and clearly that was false, the refrigerator is not working properly and they blamed us for having stuff in there

soooooo, were not supposed to put groceries in the fridge,l? We make no problems here, we simply pay our money and go as we please We have 2 children and yes kids are messy but if we don’t want room service they threaten to kick us out who does that?? The month we have stayed here is close to $500 a week and we pay that and are still treated badly They won’t get another dime of our money, and hope they learn from thier mistakes
