I loved the pool you can be there as early as 6 am and a late as 10 pm I feel like their could be some small improvement that could help this be an even better place1

have the ability to order foodpool side( I wanted chickenwings and I had to walk all theway from the pool to the DesertGrill, which is on the other sideof the casino)2  Make the escape route clearlystated (There was a fire alarmthat went off during my stay  Iwondered around the hallwayslooking for the stairwell exit Iwas very calm doing so,because i didn’t smell smokeand it was just me at the time Ileft my room  I can’t imagine if,it was a lot of people and it wasan actual fire)I think these 2 things stood out to me the most  The maid service is the best!!! I stayed 4 nights and with the exception one of day my room was refreshed And that was at my requestThe front desk staff was the best Very helpful and professionalI had only one bad experience and that was at the Tree bar The young blonde male bartender was very rude He tossed a napkin at the area were I was sitting prior to placing my very horrible tasting drink on the counter I did not tip neither did I order any more drinks the whole time I rather go to the liquor and drink in my room rather than be mistreated

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room This site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t be let downI loved the big felt roulette tables! My fiance did, too! I also came in with $300 and left with $900 so can’t complain one bit 😀 shared some of the magic with our bartender who remembered both of our drinks after just one round Kudos to her (ˆ⌣ˆ) the food was also really good! Beautiful and comfortable layout – never felt claustrophobic or cramped like some casinos can be 10/10 would recommend

Leon Spargo

A very modern casino on tribal landsThe slots pay better than any place in Vegas At least that has been my experience for several years

I have always been treated with kindness and respectAnd you can get a slice of pizza that is very good Or a whole pizza to goWhich is also very goodI haven’t tried the buffet since before covid It used to be a decent place to eatNothing great, but worth the money

I do some smaller jobs for an elderly woman who lives here and I’m always impressed by how clean the entire park is Residents are friendly and you can tell that they look out for one another I wish my own neighborhood was more like this

I placed a 4 foot wide path of pavers from steps to the driveway My dear friend is having to use a walker now and the rocks were proving too dangerous and difficult to navigate safely

09ericlarson

This was a park I was extremely interested in and found a home I really liked but I have a coworker who lives there and was warned about the rude office staff I did call and this woman was rude This also confirmed to me the recent reviews

This is sad because it is a very well kept park, but when the office staff is unpleasant to deal with and act offended you called to inquire about one of their many homes up for sale it just raises a red flag Who wants to deal with that? Not me Like I said this is sad because it really looks like a nice park

With a pair of cowboy boots on, a cowboy hat, a shapely mustache and a black and white filter, as well as just a touch of willful suspension of disbelief, this place doesn’t look too dissimilar to the 2005 video from The Killers titled “All These Things That I’ve Done”Also, the guard-shack at the front has a toilet in it In case you were curious

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve been at ever! The room was very clean, the linens were freshly washed and the pillows were so fluffy I wish I could’ve taken them with me Staff was polite and no bed bugs either I was offered complimentary continental breakfast, unfortunately couldn’t go due to time constraints but still a nice thing they offer

Our bathroom was extremely clean and the AC worked perfectly for the hot Arizona weather Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again if I visit AZ another time ☺️

Ana Mendibles

First, I want apologize for my clumsiness spilling my coffee on our first morning, my family and I, all have been under a lot of stress with our AC broking down in our apartment But y’all were the most kindest staff, God Bless you all Very comfy stay I’m glad we stayed

Awesome hot breakfast, great variety, and filling Very clean room and bathroom Great lighting in room, not too dark or bright just right We felt very secure and safe that’s a big plus, because we’re three girls (mom and two daughters) and a dad; and he has to work in the early morning Our son was across from us I was happy for that Only one or four things to improve on are more towels, toilet paper, toilet is bit low and loose, also tub is bit slippery But overall Country Inn still gets an “A+”! We’re happy we pick Country Inn Thanks Guys and Gals you’re all the BEST!!!

Barbara Ballard

Bed cozy, Room clean Night clerk RUDE ! I remember at 4 am I left my phone in the car

Grab my room key and head out the door When I try to get back in the door is locked no vacancy sign hung on door I was happy to see someone at the counter so I rap on the door I get the night manager yelling no vacancy’s I flash my key card He yells phone Pick up the phone so I do and I get him barking no vacancy’s I give my room no And name He opens the door and proceeded to bark more about why my card doesn’t work I asked his name and was totally ignored I see him later and ask his name Ignored again I repeat my self and he gave a name and said good now I know who you are Really? I gave you my room no and name on the phone I told him it’s time for a new job if he is acting this way about opening a door He tells me he’s been doing this for 30+ years I just can’t with this guys attitude! I paid top dollar $19900 to have to deal with the night clerksday clerks were awesome 👍 attitude? Not again Screen your employees better

Clean and more modern rooms with kitchenettes I had an issue with my room and they moved me to a new room Front desk is responsive, professional and pleasant

The only caution is the “room service” it’s an outside intermediary They place your order at local restaurant The fees are hefty $50 for 11 in pizza, two toppings and 6 chicken wings, including to and delivery The night before two of us had great sushi at a restaurant for the same price There’s also a pool and the place is pet friendly

Michele Maldonado

I highly recommend Studio 6 on Irvington! My room was clean, A/C cold, I called before arriving to make a request day shift Kayla made the accommodation for me! No hassle just great service! I checked in nightshift Kayla was very professional answered my questions and provided me with excellent customer serviceI stayed a second night and again day shift Kayla asked if I had a good nights sleep then offered me my same room At check night shift Kayla checked me in followed up with a call making sure to let me know to call if I needed anything! Both Kayla’s provided me with service that goes up and beyond any other hotels I’ve stayed in, even the real fancy ones!!!The room is great but the service is the biggest reason I’ll come back!!!Thank you both (Kayla’s) for making my stay the best!!!!

Vicki Brown

Great price, great room The room was fairly clean but there was a used gross bandaid on the floor and a spot of brown goo on the corner of the center table Upon checking in, I requested that the host not say my phone number or room number outloud as I when I phoned previously, I told her I was traveling alone

I try to travel safely and take precautions when traveling alone There were several others in the lobby and she did not honor my request Both my phone number and room number were stated out loud And when I pointed this out, she just acted incredulous I hope they can do better for the next person

Super clean place! Didn’t realize how big this place is Only down fall it is a 55 + place When booking over the phone no one asked if we’re of age or had kids

when we got there to check in is when we saw it was 55+ place They still let us stay but the rules omg if we wanted to go to the pool we could only go between 11 and 3 and only go to the small pool Was kinda lame

Jeff Wenzen

Very disappointed We showed up with absolutely no idea that two pools and all hots tubs were torn out and not available for use during our stay The indoor pool was still open, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time

We would have chosen to go to another resort instead Seemed dicey not to share at booking Ask questions before booking here

A very large gated community that includes many park models for residants, a large section with deep pull thru sites, even a hotel on site All the usual amenities, pool, restrooms with showers and a massage facility My original site assignment was a back in amongst the park models, a tight squeeze

The worker who took me to the site asked I I was certain I wanted the site or would I rather have a pull thru as many were available I opted for pull thru, he took me to a good one then returned a bit later with corrected credentials Now that’s customer service!I believe cable is available as is wifi I had 40 or so TV channels with antenna and 5G with T-moble The rate was a bit more than I usually spend but they have a lot of bang for the buck I’d go back!

I never post reviews, but this experience deserves one Absolutely not what I expected There is only one elevator for 400 something rooms

The wait on the elevator was very long EVERY time The room I stayed in was not clean Before using the toilet or shower, they needed to be cleaned One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in Not impressed This hotel is very close to the airport, so if you’re flying in or out, that is a plus

Heidi Day

My stay there was such a great experience I just had double carpal tunnel surgery, and the staff was so respectful of my need for privacy, and yet extremely helpful when I needed doors opened and things like that The lady at the front desk was great! She helped me with printing and faxing paperwork and was super friendly and knowledgeable

I really enjoyed my stay 😊

Tierra Kardos

This was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, having to pay that high price for a room that smells and isn’t clean is the worst They had to change my first room and the next one wasn’t any better My goodness the pillows was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep

Don’t even let me get started on the breakfast, which was horrible I will never stay at any of their hotel is I can help it, oh yeah and the floor was shaking because of the boiler room I really thought the building was good to fall apart, don’t stay here unless you have low standards with high prices

Recently had to stay at this hotel due to a plumbing issue in my home My homeowners insurance made all of the arrangements The hotel itself was great, I loved the kitchenette styled rooms and they are very spacious

The kitchens come stocked with cooking utensils and place setting for 2 They also provide a coffee maker, and have neat shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers Housekeeping only comes once a week on Wednesdays, but if you need anything sooner you can go to the front desk and request it The only downside to this place is other tenets seem to be rather noisy and you can hear them moving around in the upstairs units if you are downstairs as we were Also the batteries for the electronic keycard doors went out, so we couldn’t get into our rooms until maintenance came and replaced the batteries Otherwise, I loved my stay there!

Nicole Amy

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel!!! The rooms are really nice, and I really loved having a full kitchen They have comfortable beds, they’re pet friendly, they have a nice pool, and they have a pretty good free breakfast w/frozen egg, bacon, cheese breakfast sandwiches, frozen breakfast burritos, yogurts, muffins, juices, coffee, milk, and bagels when I was there This is definitely my favorite hotel on the east side of Tucson

The suite was very spacious and clean The pool area hot tub patio seats everything was kept very nice The girls at the front desk we’re polite and courteous as well as the clerk the next morning on day shift

Although they had construction going on at the time it did not affect my room and the noise from the contractors was only during working hours and did not wake us up or keep us from going to sleep Located next to great restaurants like Guadalajara right across the street I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Dr. Holly DeWitt

Had a great 1-night stay! Front desk, Sara & Michelle, were fabulous! I stayed in a renovated room and it was so nice! Hot water, great lighting, refrigerator, comfy bed, and great location to restaurants/drinks/Whole Foods Pool was very clean and great temperature No breakfast, currently, due to renovations(but knew that going in)

Would definitely recommend!

Thomas Xyclone

We stayed at the 3 Palms for five days The room was clean but very small We had a king size bed which took up mahout 90% of the room

Actually, the room was laid out nicely and had a small refrigerator and microwave in a cabinet The room had the nicest big screen television I have ever seen The staff was very friendly We were at the back of the hotel where a lot of construction equipment was stored It appeared that the hotel was under major renovation but surprisingly the area was actually very quiet I think our room had been renovated: however I noted a large crack under the entry door Worried that rodents or bugs could easily enter the room No breakfast is offered at the hotel but coffee and tea is offered in the morning My main issue is the road in front of the hotel, N Oracle road, is like a freeway Non stop speeding traffic made it difficult to exit the property There are plenty of restaurants and businesses in the area that you can walk to but the area is much too congested Not a bad hotel, although a little expensive, but I would probably stay elsewhere on my next visit The room was just too small and there is no breakfast included with the rate

I travel quite a bit and it’s rare to find a place as special as the Peppertrees Inn I went to Tucson last weekend to visit my son who plays Rugby at U of A I like to stay in more interesting places than the usual hotel and the Peppertrees Inn was a one in a million find

Jill is your host and breakfast chef The home has been in her family for over 25 years She and her husband ran a bakery in Washington DC before they relocated to her childhood home to run the Inn The level of detail they take with the property and service is magical Calling it an Oasis is a great understatement The food she prepares is fabulous and the presentation so artistic, I took pictures so I could remember it I asked her how it was done and she tactfully discussed her knife skills as a pastry chef She Schooled me, a surgeon, about knives Too funny! I can not recommend the Peppertrees Inn enough I look forward to staying there again as my son progresses and graduates from the U of A

All the employees were happy daily and they all worked as a team They were very professional Clean clean hotel, never had issues with items we needed during our stay there(about 10dys) it helped me to keep up on my physical therapy that was needed for me too get stronger during time in Tucson

We will definitely be back My kids even felt comfortable there and was happy we finished our time there

Marilu Horton

Meh, room had bits that were messy when I arrived, the air conditioner didn’t really work good and the battery was dying on it The building is old and dated which is quite obvious, but I’m not sure why there was an almost sewage smell when I walked into my room, it was very off putting All this to say though every single staff member was very kind, professional, and helpful, they deserve 5 stars for their professionalism and hospitality

Kinjal S

So I stayed here again, my third time here, even after how I felt after last time, and it was a muchhhh better stay this time around Not dusty, no allergic reaction, no itching The room could still use some cleaning and some updating but overall still clean and a nice overall stay at this location

I’ll be staying here again in the future 🙂

This place is awesome! Came here for a conference and my room was comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the front of the hotel The place is very clean and has a variety of restaurants to eat at Be very aware that it is a resort and prices will be higher if you eat and drink on sight, but that shouldn’t stop you from enjoying the atmosphere

The pools are awesome and the golf course was very challenging I recommend this place to any and everyone

Angie K

We love Starr Pass! Visiting is an annual tradition for us and a group of friends It’s a beautiful resort with a nice secluded location The rooms are nice and spacious, they have a fantastic gym with loads of equipment and machines with an extra yoga, stretching room, the pool and lazy river are so nice to enjoy on a hot day, and the grounds are beautifully kept

We love sitting on the patio for dinner or going down to Catalina for some BBQThis year we did notice that there is quite a lapse in housekeeping, not in the room, but in the gym and at the pool Discarded plates would sit for hours at the river, there were no towels in the gym or paper towels in the gym bathroom, and the pool was out of towels for more than half a day-on a Monday, not a weekendOther than that, no issue and we’re already planning to come back!

Milton Hope

Came here at the last minute after having to change travel plans due to weather at our planned vacation spot This turned out to be a hidden gem in Tucson I’ve always been a regular type hotel guy

You know, near good, store, gas, etc This is not that place and that’s ok Located up in the hills west of I-10 this turned out to be a great choice It’s not a “hotel” as one would think There are duplexes spread around the property Pool, hot tub, gym on the property In the room all the necessities Plus plates and silverware if needed Starr Pass golf course is also on site Highly recommend

Love Far Horizons however there security is not good There are many homeless people and thieves who freely come in to the park through the wash and thru the apts and steal people’s outside belongings and steal from unlocked vehicles after dark At least 2x’s a week someone has suffered loss

Please beware since no secuity signs are posted and the owners refuse to deter people

Claire R

We’ve stayed here seasonally since 1999 and have found it to be the type of community that is as good as you make it We have many talented, fun-loving residents and visitors, all active and involvedAfter five years, I’m now adding my opinion that the new management company is a failure at customer service

Some of the feedback our residents have received in response to complaints: In response to repeated electricity blackouts: “What do you expect for a 50 year old park?” (Okay, how about charging 50 year old rates then?) In response to reduced services and closed facilities: “They’ll forget about those amenities after a year” ((!) There is no lobby, no spa, and especially no securityno, we won’t forget) Cal-Am management is not stellar management Our neighbors and the location are the only great parts of living here
