You will never see as many signs in a park as this one “Don’t do this

dont do that” it is the most restrictive park we have ever been to in all the years we’ve spent on the road The gals in the office force themselves to be cordial No patience Sprinklers will wipe you out at night Pull thru spots are not pull thru They are parallel parking spots between 2 curbs There isn’t enough length to leave your tow vehicle attached or parked behind There was nobody to take us to our space of over 1100 spots I don’t typically give negetive reviews, but here we are The park was clean and quiet Well maintained Gated Pretty flowers Nice palm trees

No water in the shower Nothing done to try and fix the issue or any compsMake sure if you stay in room 11 you have running water in the showerThe staff on the other hand was great, the food albeit pricey was good

Bartender made great drinks Overall very quirky but due to not being able to shower, that alone is a 1 star experience

If you want to escape the cookie cutter sameness of chain hotels, you need to check out the Downtown CliftonA carefully curated collection of furnishings and accessories give each room a unique Mid-Century Modern meets Tucson 70s vibe you won’t find anywhere else Hint: Room #24 has an amazing balcony view of the downtown skyline

The staff is at once laid-back and professional, making you feel right at home and taken care of from the moment you arriveBe sure to borrow a turntable from the front desk and pick a few albums from the extensive and eclectic vinyl collection — a highlight of our two night stay!Lastly, take a seat on the patio and have a drink (or few) and enjoy an expertly prepared meal, al fresco

The bedrooms looks good, clean and they have like a restaurant with different options One of the waitresses with pink hair was rude She got mad at me because I decided to change the table because the music was a little bit loud in the morning

She looks upset instructing me where I should seat… it was in the morning the restaurant literally almost empty and the few people over there were surprised by her reaction and lack of manners The next days Of my stay at the hotel she didn’t say Good morning she just instructed me where to seat in a loud tone of voice and every body watching Really disappointed with my experience would not recommend it

I have to admit your receptionist was the best I stay in a quite a few Best Westerns This location topped it Not only did she thank me for being a diamond member she even upgraded me to a suit, now your membership says they do that but of all my stays it’s never happened until now then she topped it off by calling me in my room to check that everything was to my liking

👍🙌 thank you

Great value for a long work stay in Tucson! Working with PCC so the location is perfectoRoom was as expected, housekeeping top notch, free breakfast at Bumsted’s (see my review on Google), and beautiful landscapingOnly thing keeping this from a 5-star review is asking the front desk to replace the water bottle in the gym dispenser

But, everytime I went to the front desk to mention it, they filled my water jug for me So, many thanks Plus I needed to pick up my breakfast ticket anywayBest part was that they knew I was staying 5 nights so they picked a room for me that was close to the pool and parking Like, they actually used empathy and fore-site to consider the best stay for me Wow!Plus, other places I’ve stayed would have been a problem when my flights into TUS got delayed and I couldn’t check in until after-hours Best Western was there, doing their thing, at 1am when I walked through the open lobby doorsThat means a lot! Thank you

Stay during February 5-10, 2022 The room, 215 was dirty and no service was provided for the room on the 5 nights Floor is stained and not cleaned under beds or side or behind end tables, trash on floor

We had to clean the tops of all furnitureTrash at stairwell to 2nd floor Trash on grounds to walk to the front deskBreakfast food was good, but only ONE server during breakfast He was outstanding trying to serve us each morning One is enough to provide everyoneThis hotel is NOT up to Marriott standards!!!

Ree

The rooms are being renovated and are in dire need of it BUT the rooms were dirty! The carpet had dark stains in several places and there was curly black hair on the bathroom counter and the shower had black hair shavings Stuff happens, I get it but I tried calling the front office and no one answered so I head to the front desk I’m asked for pictures and when I said I didn’t take any the front desk clerk goes to the room to check herself

Because, yeah, I’d totally lie about hair on the sink and shower The gentleman was polite and helpful but the other two women at the front desk had attitudes like I was inconveniencing them We were told housekeeping would come and clean again but never showed up We ended up cleaning the room ourselves We were given a free entree from the restaurant because that would clearly make up for our experience but I will never stay here again Sheraton should be ashamed

I never post reviews, but this experience deserves one Absolutely not what I expected There is only one elevator for 400 something rooms

The wait on the elevator was very long EVERY time The room I stayed in was not clean Before using the toilet or shower, they needed to be cleaned One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in Not impressed This hotel is very close to the airport, so if you’re flying in or out, that is a plus

Heidi Day

My stay there was such a great experience I just had double carpal tunnel surgery, and the staff was so respectful of my need for privacy, and yet extremely helpful when I needed doors opened and things like that The lady at the front desk was great! She helped me with printing and faxing paperwork and was super friendly and knowledgeable

I really enjoyed my stay 😊

Tierra Kardos

This was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, having to pay that high price for a room that smells and isn’t clean is the worst They had to change my first room and the next one wasn’t any better My goodness the pillows was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep

Don’t even let me get started on the breakfast, which was horrible I will never stay at any of their hotel is I can help it, oh yeah and the floor was shaking because of the boiler room I really thought the building was good to fall apart, don’t stay here unless you have low standards with high prices

I spent about 30 days The staff here are friendly and helpful and accommodating At the time I went, they were doing some renovation so in time, the rooms will be up to date

The pool is nice with the fire at night and normally empty during the late morning 🌄 so you can get your tan on without bother Great breakfast, coffee is fantastic, I normally survive on Starbucks, but I really enjoyed the dark brew here

Kristin Davenport

I do not typically stay at extended stay type hotels, but I needed a 2 bedroom suite and Staybridge Suites Tucson Airport had one available and was close to the other places I was headed for the weekend The exterior of the hotel and the lobby were very clean and inviting Staff was incredibly pleasant and patient

The room we had was a bit dated The couch had rips in it and the bathroom had water and rust stains Typical aging stuff, but the room was clean and well appointed Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection Sad to have missed the cocktail social which only happens mid-week

T E-Man

The staff is excellent, especially the front receptionist April! She deserves a raise/promotion! I had a reservation for over $11,000 dollars yes over $11,000 and I had multiple issues with the hotel including: the room was completely dated, the couch looked like it belonged to a frat house, the bathroom and especially the shower was filthy, I was itchy after using the towel and when I got it bed it was much worse, I broke out in hives, and the bed visually was sunken in I DROVE from Alabama so I was completely exhausted and had no energy to even bring this to their attention If it have not been for the staff who quickly rectify the situation by switching rooms and allowing me time to get all of my things, I would’ve definitely left and they would’ve missed out on so much money (still might)

Great job April and staff!

After being out of twin for 2 weeks this was my LAST hotel before returning home… and I can’t thank you enough for being available!!Incredible staff, so kind and helpful

Clean, lots of amenities and such comfortable rooms! The most impressive thing is their breakfast, which is included So much healthy options!! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Tucson!!100% recommend this hotel!

Roger Alvarado

It was a great room and a good experience I even was cold and they gave me a blanket Is great AC even in the hall It was like 72゚ The only thing that I don’t care for is we got a handicap room cause I’m handicapped and the shower only had one Shower head

In all the other handicap rooms have been in Arizona and New Mexico and Colorado they’ve always had the fixed shower head and then the one on the rod that goes up-and-down Ours just had the up-and-down rod one so every time you take a shower It would hit the back wall and you’d have a mess in the room Other than that great service good people good Continental breakfast 👍 five stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 💛 👌

Dorothy DeHart

We came up for an overnight stay due to a soccer tournament We checked in And the 1st room given was not even ready or cleaned yet

So they went ahead and gave us another room Seemed cozy enough however the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are empty Starting at 6am whomever is in the room above us sounded like they were doing construction The hotel is majorly outdated compared to other IHG properties I probably will never stay in this one again while in Tucson

For the most part everything was OK But

the breakfast was marginal at best, well it sucked The coffee is absolutely horrendous, it’s not even qualified as coffee but probably made by some oil company The staff was nice but NOBODY had a name tag, not exactly professional in my opinion Overall it was acceptable with lots of room for improvement

Patricia Deisch

Clean, secure, comfortable, staff professional and helpful, the small menu of sandwiches and salads were quite tasty Breakfast was not what I care for, but I’m very picky Visiting teams of young boys having fun in their rooms and hall kept me up till after midnight a couple of nights, but not the hotels fault

Just wish I still had their zest for life and energy

I loved the pool you can be there as early as 6 am and a late as 10 pm I feel like their could be some small improvement that could help this be an even better place1

have the ability to order foodpool side( I wanted chickenwings and I had to walk all theway from the pool to the DesertGrill, which is on the other sideof the casino)2  Make the escape route clearlystated (There was a fire alarmthat went off during my stay  Iwondered around the hallwayslooking for the stairwell exit Iwas very calm doing so,because i didn’t smell smokeand it was just me at the time Ileft my room  I can’t imagine if,it was a lot of people and it wasan actual fire)I think these 2 things stood out to me the most  The maid service is the best!!! I stayed 4 nights and with the exception one of day my room was refreshed And that was at my requestThe front desk staff was the best Very helpful and professionalI had only one bad experience and that was at the Tree bar The young blonde male bartender was very rude He tossed a napkin at the area were I was sitting prior to placing my very horrible tasting drink on the counter I did not tip neither did I order any more drinks the whole time I rather go to the liquor and drink in my room rather than be mistreated

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room This site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t be let downI loved the big felt roulette tables! My fiance did, too! I also came in with $300 and left with $900 so can’t complain one bit 😀 shared some of the magic with our bartender who remembered both of our drinks after just one round Kudos to her (ˆ⌣ˆ) the food was also really good! Beautiful and comfortable layout – never felt claustrophobic or cramped like some casinos can be 10/10 would recommend

Leon Spargo

A very modern casino on tribal landsThe slots pay better than any place in Vegas At least that has been my experience for several years

I have always been treated with kindness and respectAnd you can get a slice of pizza that is very good Or a whole pizza to goWhich is also very goodI haven’t tried the buffet since before covid It used to be a decent place to eatNothing great, but worth the money

Clean and more modern rooms with kitchenettes I had an issue with my room and they moved me to a new room Front desk is responsive, professional and pleasant

The only caution is the “room service” it’s an outside intermediary They place your order at local restaurant The fees are hefty $50 for 11 in pizza, two toppings and 6 chicken wings, including to and delivery The night before two of us had great sushi at a restaurant for the same price There’s also a pool and the place is pet friendly

Michele Maldonado

I highly recommend Studio 6 on Irvington! My room was clean, A/C cold, I called before arriving to make a request day shift Kayla made the accommodation for me! No hassle just great service! I checked in nightshift Kayla was very professional answered my questions and provided me with excellent customer serviceI stayed a second night and again day shift Kayla asked if I had a good nights sleep then offered me my same room At check night shift Kayla checked me in followed up with a call making sure to let me know to call if I needed anything! Both Kayla’s provided me with service that goes up and beyond any other hotels I’ve stayed in, even the real fancy ones!!!The room is great but the service is the biggest reason I’ll come back!!!Thank you both (Kayla’s) for making my stay the best!!!!

Vicki Brown

Great price, great room The room was fairly clean but there was a used gross bandaid on the floor and a spot of brown goo on the corner of the center table Upon checking in, I requested that the host not say my phone number or room number outloud as I when I phoned previously, I told her I was traveling alone

I try to travel safely and take precautions when traveling alone There were several others in the lobby and she did not honor my request Both my phone number and room number were stated out loud And when I pointed this out, she just acted incredulous I hope they can do better for the next person

All the employees were happy daily and they all worked as a team They were very professional Clean clean hotel, never had issues with items we needed during our stay there(about 10dys) it helped me to keep up on my physical therapy that was needed for me too get stronger during time in Tucson

We will definitely be back My kids even felt comfortable there and was happy we finished our time there

Marilu Horton

Meh, room had bits that were messy when I arrived, the air conditioner didn’t really work good and the battery was dying on it The building is old and dated which is quite obvious, but I’m not sure why there was an almost sewage smell when I walked into my room, it was very off putting All this to say though every single staff member was very kind, professional, and helpful, they deserve 5 stars for their professionalism and hospitality

Kinjal S

So I stayed here again, my third time here, even after how I felt after last time, and it was a muchhhh better stay this time around Not dusty, no allergic reaction, no itching The room could still use some cleaning and some updating but overall still clean and a nice overall stay at this location

I’ll be staying here again in the future 🙂

This is one of the best hotels that I’ve been at ever! The room was very clean, the linens were freshly washed and the pillows were so fluffy I wish I could’ve taken them with me Staff was polite and no bed bugs either I was offered complimentary continental breakfast, unfortunately couldn’t go due to time constraints but still a nice thing they offer

Our bathroom was extremely clean and the AC worked perfectly for the hot Arizona weather Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again if I visit AZ another time ☺️

Ana Mendibles

First, I want apologize for my clumsiness spilling my coffee on our first morning, my family and I, all have been under a lot of stress with our AC broking down in our apartment But y’all were the most kindest staff, God Bless you all Very comfy stay I’m glad we stayed

Awesome hot breakfast, great variety, and filling Very clean room and bathroom Great lighting in room, not too dark or bright just right We felt very secure and safe that’s a big plus, because we’re three girls (mom and two daughters) and a dad; and he has to work in the early morning Our son was across from us I was happy for that Only one or four things to improve on are more towels, toilet paper, toilet is bit low and loose, also tub is bit slippery But overall Country Inn still gets an “A+”! We’re happy we pick Country Inn Thanks Guys and Gals you’re all the BEST!!!

Bed cozy, Room clean Night clerk RUDE ! I remember at 4 am I left my phone in the car

Grab my room key and head out the door When I try to get back in the door is locked no vacancy sign hung on door I was happy to see someone at the counter so I rap on the door I get the night manager yelling no vacancy’s I flash my key card He yells phone Pick up the phone so I do and I get him barking no vacancy’s I give my room no And name He opens the door and proceeded to bark more about why my card doesn’t work I asked his name and was totally ignored I see him later and ask his name Ignored again I repeat my self and he gave a name and said good now I know who you are Really? I gave you my room no and name on the phone I told him it’s time for a new job if he is acting this way about opening a door He tells me he’s been doing this for 30+ years I just can’t with this guys attitude! I paid top dollar $19900 to have to deal with the night clerksday clerks were awesome 👍 attitude? Not again Screen your employees better

rooms were spacious, Bed and pillows comfortable, climate control worked perfectly (it’s Arizona!)The bathroom had a great shower with lots of water pressure and everything very clean All the amenities I need in a hotel room including fridge and microwavedidn’t need them this trip but glad to know they’re there when i come back for a longer stayBest thing to me is its one street over from the “airport row” of hotels which made it quieter and not congested Five minute drive to the airport curb

ROOM: First red flag was when we checked in we had to sign a form saying we “would not” be having parties

is that an issue?yes, the confirmed Then lots of dog Surprised by the dog barking through the night Didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel I’m pretty allergic and I sure woke up with a bloody nose, stuffiness, and dryness The room itself was great though and the layout with the king bed worked out great as it had a little living areas separated by the hallway with the bathroom All great there We could hear someone pounding the floor upstairs as they walked around Must be thin walls? The AC or waternot suresomething in the wall mad weird noises clicking noises in the middle of the night Room doesn’t have much for noise reductionGym: Gym was good actually Great weight rack and bench area and the treadmill and elliptical are all goodSwimming: The swimming pool/lazy river was awesome There’s tubes you can use Great placeFOOD: Super hit and miss with the food The pizza wasoddwe weren’t sure what the flavor we were tasting was Like wet soggy salty cheese or something The pepperoni was literally flavorless The burger was great!

This was a beautiful hotel with a nice layout, just loved the flow of it We checked in after a very long 🚗 drive I went to the room that I choose on the app but when I walked in, I realized I booked us the wrong room

My son and hubby walked in and I said, don’t touch anything and let me see if we can get a different room The room that was currently booked was a king size only That was not going to work because we had a 12 year old the size of an 18 year old LoL!!! Went to the front desk, explained the situation and asked to see if it was possible to change to a 2 bed She checked and was able to switch us The room was just down the hall from the 1st one and even closer to the pool The pool was really nice by the way Loved the lazy river to float around in The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and I have to say, the staff was amazing!!! I have to say, if she was able to help me out with my room situation, that is above and beyond customer service Just so you know, no free breakfast but a wonder little restaurant grill with a beautiful bar There is also a workout room with really nice equipment and a large spacious laundry room if your needing on on your stay We really enjoyed our stay here

This place is awesome! Came here for a conference and my room was comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the front of the hotel The place is very clean and has a variety of restaurants to eat at Be very aware that it is a resort and prices will be higher if you eat and drink on sight, but that shouldn’t stop you from enjoying the atmosphere

The pools are awesome and the golf course was very challenging I recommend this place to any and everyone

We love Starr Pass! Visiting is an annual tradition for us and a group of friends It’s a beautiful resort with a nice secluded location The rooms are nice and spacious, they have a fantastic gym with loads of equipment and machines with an extra yoga, stretching room, the pool and lazy river are so nice to enjoy on a hot day, and the grounds are beautifully kept

We love sitting on the patio for dinner or going down to Catalina for some BBQThis year we did notice that there is quite a lapse in housekeeping, not in the room, but in the gym and at the pool Discarded plates would sit for hours at the river, there were no towels in the gym or paper towels in the gym bathroom, and the pool was out of towels for more than half a day-on a Monday, not a weekendOther than that, no issue and we’re already planning to come back!

Came here at the last minute after having to change travel plans due to weather at our planned vacation spot This turned out to be a hidden gem in Tucson I’ve always been a regular type hotel guy

You know, near good, store, gas, etc This is not that place and that’s ok Located up in the hills west of I-10 this turned out to be a great choice It’s not a “hotel” as one would think There are duplexes spread around the property Pool, hot tub, gym on the property In the room all the necessities Plus plates and silverware if needed Starr Pass golf course is also on site Highly recommend
