Good customer service Would have been nice to have some sort of special treatment for my wedding (card, champagne, or free breakfast voucher

) but still had a good time We were there for over a week with multiple rooms in our group We unfortunately didn’t qualify for a discount, but I get it Water pressure was the only real issue Nice hotel and staff was professional and courteous Very convenient to have a restaurant and gift/convenient store on property Surprised they didn’t offer room service Excellent location

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for years If you choose this place you won’t regret itRoom was always clean Valet was always friendly and willing to help out Rooms were decent size Not much outside noise gets in when the door is closed View is spectacular no matter what side you are on Housekeeping did a fantastic job

Close enough to everything Waikiki, good location The international marketplace is right across the street for good food and shopping The beach is a 10 minute walk away

All staff we’ve encountered have been very friendly and actually seem like they’re having a good time We kept passing this one bellman (I think?) near the elevators who was always smiling or loudly singing along with the music playing from the speakers We had little interaction with him, but he had such a fun, positive energy The rooms and entire hotel are nice and cleanThe price is good for Waikiki, but be aware that the pool is tiny and filled with shouting kids, the fitness center smells AWFUL (like, truly bad We opened the door, got our faces assaulted with the punch of maybe 30 years worth of stale sweat, and immediately closed the door without entering God awful), the view from the balcony is into other rooms and balconies and alley, and there’s no hot tub I don’t really care about pool or balcony views since there’s so much off property to do, but a 9 pm hot tub soak would have been so niceAll in all, if you only have a few nights and don’t care about being right on the beach, this is a great choice for accommodation

The hotel is located farther away from the ocean or the main strip than other hotels but I don’t think you will find a nicer hotel when it comes to staff, operation, cleanliness and comfort The valet here is incredibly quick and you will get your car about 20x faster than the Hilton or Marriott The hotel is always kept extremely clean, and provided daily housekeeping in a post Covid world

They provide free beach towels through an easy checkout system You almost never have to wait or share the elevators, which once again was a luxury compared to the Marriott or Hilton Overall if you are looking for a great hotel with no fuss or issues the bigger hotels have this is the place for you If you are looking for an exceptional view of Waikiki Beach I would recommend the locations closer to the ocean

Kimberly Franco

Laurie the manager was awesome! The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable Location was great with many food and shopping options near by All the staff and Front desk were nice and welcoming! Highly recommended

The pool was small- but it is heated and was a nice place to rest from long walking and hiking days Pictures from balcony were great!

Dave Miller

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Waikiki Hotel The staff was very pleasant and attentive Our room (1005) was very spacious and comfortable, especially for a week long stay

We enjoyed watching sunrise from the balcony Although we were able to hear a lot of traffic noise from our room, it did not affect our sleep (I was very surprised by this, and a little nervous)The hotel location was very convenient and within walking distance of pretty much anywhere in Waikiki, shopping, restaurants, and beaches We had a car and the valet parking worked out nicely and we never had to wait long for our carI normally don’t spend time on reviews, but I wanted to make a point at our happy we were to stay at the Coconut Waikiki

I had an extremely bad experience at this hotel I checked in late at night and left early morning around 6am The entire night I was smelling mold and mildew in the room and kept coughing

To protect my health, I checked out early and left the hotel The hallways smells of mold and mildew too I had no hope of moving to another room because the entire hotel was nasty I gave them a feedback and I have not heard back from them yet I would great appreciate a response from management regarding my concerns Please improve the environment for the health and safety of your customers It’s 2022 and people don’t have time and money to spend after such hotels It’s easy to get better customer service, good experience, great hotel room for the same kind of price somewhere else and the competition is huge out there Lastly, the bathrooms were literally from 1960s I really hoped I had a better experience, but I it sucked to be there for a night in Hawaii staying at a hotel like this

Matthew Hernandez

Had a pleasant stay on my trip here As others have stated, you should keep your expectations realistic with this hotel For the price however I was very pleased to have a nice clean room in a great location

Parking can be difficult since it is small but if you are smart you should be able to snag one I suggest not staying out too late (6pm or so) with your car or you might need to go to the garage I did not have any trouble at all and the staff were very courteous and polite They did provide house keeping as well

Leen Vg

The only thing I hated was that they wanted to see covid vaccination cards – totally not needed any more mid March 22Besides that all was perfect Reasonable price for Waikiki – nice room and extremely clean and comfortable- great location- parking -…

Very happy I stayed here and not in a resort hotel This was just so much more in sync with what we find important while traveling

The staff and location is what makes this place great! This is not a 5 star hotel but has a much more local feel The breakfast cafe in the lobby is just the right mix of local flavor and atmosphere and food We miss it already! The staff is outstanding from the front desk at check in to room service

I forgot a whole drawer of clothes and they boxed it up for me and sent it back to the mainland The rooms are older and the beds are really double beds that really won’t sleep two adults so take note They were more then accommodating with a role away but after traveling to Hawaii, probably don’t want to sleep on that The pool was closed but that gave us access to the other property pools that were right on the beach! Can’t complain about that for sure! Rooms need a remodel as showers are smaller and older but worked just fine Overall I’d stay there again for sure just because of staff, the cafe, and the location!

Madison Shear

Okay so everyone at the hotel was great and friendly and the hotel itself was very clean Now for some of my complaints… the windows to the rooms appeared to be missing their seals or in need of replacements Because of the seals not being replaced we heard loud trucks, people outside yelling, ambulances and my favorite and the reason I am writing this post, construction

I’m sitting here writing this at 6 am because I can’t sleep with all of the beeping noises coming from the construction trucks down on the street below My next complaint would have to be the water temperature in the shower, whenever we did want to shower you’d have to let it run for at least ten to fifteen minutes to get it to a bare able temperature Lastly, something to consider before staying at this hotel is all the extra little fees You have paid for everything, then they hit you with $25 resort fees every day, but I’m not even sure what you are actually getting out of that when we are already paying hundreds to stay here Then if you want to park a car it’s $35 a day for guests and $50 for everyone else I guess I’m not understanding why there isn’t a better rate if we’re already paying that other fee We had an awesome time here in Hawaii but needed up spending the majority of our time in the north shore away from the crowds and loved it even more This hotel otherwise was not bad to stay at and it definitely got the job done for the little bit of time we spent in the room Again not a bad hotel but you ought to know these things before you choose to stay here

Jacob Martinez

Our stay here was top notch Such a perfect location to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk Staff was friendly, they provide beach towels as many as you need, and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Shower is small so be aware, and don’t leave your balcony doors open while you’re out, birds do fly by/in the room sometimes You’re close to all the best spots in Waikiki and the parking is pretty easy I’d highly recommend staying here!

Vikki Minner

The hotel was in a great location

walking distance from shops, restaurants, & the beach The front desk staff was very accommodating to us as we were a family group of 14 They gave us a free cot for 2 different rooms The rooms were large enough for each group The breakfast didn’t have a lot in the way of variety but it was enough for us The lobby area was great for our group for the evenings when we liked to play cards The rooms were cleaned nicely each day after our activities One night there as a lot of noise from the street until like 3am but certainly not the fault of the hotel The guy getting chair’s/luggage was kind of grouchy but I attributed that to the fact that he was always working–day & night with no day off that I noticed throughout our 8 day stay We thanked him for all he did putting up with us & tipped him our last day He did apologize although no apology was necessary If you’re on a budget & want a nice enough place to stay with free breakfast & close proximity to places I recommend it

Nabil Nahhas

This is a very nicely located hotel in the middle of everything you need The accommodations are very good, a little above the 3 star rating they have Everyone is friendly and the continental breakfast is also very good

After a fun filled day, I would enjoy sitting by the pond and relaxing with my wife before we went back upstairs to our room I highly recommend it

NOT AS DESCRIBEDI am not one to write a review but this place was so bad that I felt compelled to warn other travelers There are many places to stay in Honolulu, don’t choose this one Not as advertised

The pictures must be from 20 years ago We arrived in Honolulu at 11:30 pm, was told their parking lot was full and there was no street parking The hotel clerk gave us directions to a public lot which he said was a 5 minute walk away and they would validate the parking I asked him if it was safe to walk that distance at night and he said just be aware of your surroundings The parking garage was a 10 minute walk at best but because we found ourselves in the company of multiple people that appeared to be very intoxicated and several looked to be living on the streets, the 10 minute midnight walk felt like an eternity When we finally arrived to our room, it was dated, dirty, the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and the air conditioner over our bed could not be turned down Just below our room on the street, people were partying until after 3:00 in the morning When we picked up our car the next day from the parking garage, we were charged an additional $2000 with the validation We were very disappointed in this property and if you are considering staying therecontinue your search

Overall, the stay at this hotel wasn’t bad The standard room was smaller than expected If you don’t get a room that faces the pool/beach your balcony will be very small

The staff did their best to resolve issues as fast as possible and were very friendly Amazing view of the beach, which is across the street In walking distance to restaurants, and shopping I liked that they held your bags for you if you had a late flight after check out I wish the check out time was a little bit lately due to Hawaii being on a different time zone I didn’t like that if you didn’t have a suite that you had to rent a microwave from them (daily fee) The hotel does not provide breakfast Also, if you rent a vehicle you will have to pay for daily valet parking Shuttles are not provided for this location so you have to make your own arrangements to get to and from the airport or other outings/tours I would suggest that the hotel upgrade their elevator control for only the hotel guest to have access to the rooms

Erin Miller

Just what we were expecting Great location right across the street from the beach Beautiful views of Diamond Head and the ocean

Highly recommend the ocean front view It’s on the less busy area of Waikiki but was still pretty busy You could hear street noise from the lanai, but I think that no matter where you stay, that will happen It was quieter then further north which seemed to be more of a Las Vegas atmosphere If you prefer less commotion, Park Shore is perfect The hotel itself was very nice and clean We were offered cleaning services everyday The ABC store in the hotel was very convenient and had everything you could possibly need The front desk staff and bell service were very friendly and on point I would definitely stay here again

Christina R

I stayed at the Park Shore Waikiki for 3 nights in late March 2022 Staff were very friendly and helpful Location was great, directly across the road from Waikiki beach and the view from my room overlooking Diamond Head was amazing, however, I would not recommend staying at this hotel

The air-conditioning in my room was incredibly noisy The walls were very thin – I could hear everything going on in the rooms surrounding mine Styrofoam cups were provided for coffee but no glasses or cutlery were provided (this would have been an added convenience) The room wasn’t very clean either There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and hair in the shower The worst thing though was that the water in my shower would not heat up so I ended up having 3 cold showers for my three nights at this hotel! I reported it to the front desk and maintenance was sent to my room I was told by maintenance that I would have to let the water run for about 3-5 minutes before it warmed up The next morning I let the water run for 15 minutes and it never warmed up This was very disappointing I really wanted to like this hotel It was very convenient for a quick stopover in Hawaii and the views were amazing, however it was let down by poor maintenance and poor cleanliness

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful The rooms were okay, bed was comfortable In-room coffee was awful

Would be nice if they changed out the coffee makers with ones that used k-pods Hotel was close to the beach and other amenities The convenience store in the lobby lived up to its name Kai Coffee Hawaii was an excellent way to start the day

Larry K.

Stayed here for two weeks and loved every second of it Was pretty high up with a great view from the balcony Room is spacious

Cleaning service was great As I went hiking most days I was happy to use their convenient parking and water fill up station Breakfast was okay for being included in the price but nothing special Staff was always helpful And the best thing was the location in the heart of Waikiki – you can walk to all the restaurants, stores and of course the amazing Waikiki beach

Chen Huang

The location is prime, it’s proximity to Waikiki bay and array of stores/restaurantsThe building and rooms are super old I personally would pay more for updated hotel

It did have a vintage feel to it with the odor attached With the resort fees and parking fees The total would be similar Again, everybody have their own cup of tea

Rich Graeber

I needed to book a room at the last minute at 1:00am for seven nights The front desk was friendly, helpful and accommodating The hotel is clean, well run, and caters more to the business traveler and was a nice change of pace from the more tourist-overridden beachfront hotels

I needed to extend my stay two extra nights and they were also very accommodatingHousekeeping was thorough, and despite being scheduled to service the room only every four days, it was simple to request more frequent service as neededRecommended

Michelle Corrales

Staying at the Hilton was a great choice! The location was awesome and close to everything! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach views were unbeatable If you’re looking for food and shops or entertainment, everything was right down the street We literally walked everywhere from coffee shops to abc stores to the international marketplace and the beach the entire time, no car needed! The service was amazing, everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond

Definitely worth a stay and I’d return for another stay

Junhua Chen

The service here is very good From valet parking to house keeping and front deskJessica who helped check me in was very helpful, I had multiple reservations and she helped combine them together, avoided check out and check in again

The restaurant is a good place for a quick biteAnd the beach towel machine is a great perkThe only thing I am not happy with is the AC in the room It’s cooling down the room, but somehow it didn’t make the room dry, so the room was moist and cool

My husband and I stayed here for an extended period with our kids It was nice being able to cook in the full kitchen with kids Also very close to restaurants and shops if you needed

We had a 2 bedroom with was nice to put the kids to sleep without bothering them Each room had its own AC sl we didnt hace to waste power if we werent in a room We were in a middle floor and it was still quiet We loved the pool it was always clean Great option for military families as it’s close to food and easy access to most of the bases down south We plan to stay here again on the way out

Angelica Salazar-Tsoi

The place is a little dated but the room we got for 2 adults, 4 kids and our big dog was perfect! Clean, ready to “live in” Pool is cute and clean There’s a bike path right behind the hotel, it’s by the water, so pretty

Location wise, it’s by the mall so there’s plenty of food options That being said, the street it shoots off from, that area is a little sketch at night I’d stay there again tho! Worth it for me and my big family

We loved our stay at the Imperial Hawaiian! The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived We utilized the valet service which was excellent They had fresh towels for us when we needed them, a pool, sauna, and two outdoor hot tubs

The view of the sunset from the top floor was amazing We were within walking distance to almost everything in Waikiki, which was super nice since parking can be an issue at times Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely come back!

Todd Sivertsen

I’m not one to give reviews regularly; I hope this review helps We booked this hotel (2 adults, 2 children (14 and 18) I was nervous because the amenities and the price didn’t line up

We arrived and were not disappointed at all The room had 2 bedrooms with a pull-out bed Each kid got their own bed The staff was excellent The hotel has an ABC convenience store attached ABC has everything you would need (food, alcohol, coffee, Coke fountain machine, coffee and memorabilia)The room itself was nice although a little outdated but still nice (especially for the price) The location is great Walking distance (4 minutes) to the beach Restaurants and stores are literally next doorI highly recommend this resort

Alize Magyar

Staff was wonderful, kind, and incredibly helpful Rented some chairs for the beach at a bargain The rooms were spacious and very clean

My only complaints about the room was my pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable Too firm for my liking The view from the owners lounge was spectacular and worth being an owner just for that Would definitely return to this resort next time in Waikiki if it’s available for my timeshare

If you are travelling alone or with just one other person, the size of the rooms is completely fine If you can, opt for rooms with views of diamond head as those views truly are unbeatableGreat restaurant and bar as well as a fantastic lobby with several shops, a dedicated employee to help you book tours, and a really good coffee shopLast but not least, it’s right across the street from the zoo For me, this is a HUGE selling point but I get that it’s not for everyoneAll in all, great stay

Lindsay Huber

Had a wonderful time staying here! The view of diamond is absolutely amazing The hotel is really pretty and great location Loved the large windows in my room

I did the yoga, which was very lovelyThe room was missing some basics There was no full length mirror, microwave, or coffee maker The restaurant and coffee shop were good, but very expensive

Tracey Badgley

Very nice hotel but it was totally different from the pictures on the website The ocean view was very difficult as you had to look up and around the wall and just above the trees to get a peek at the ocean The view of the volcano was beautiful

Most people want a cup of coffee in the morning but hard to do from the convenience of your room when there’s no coffee pot of any sort in room, no microwave either Great location and meal options available but very pricey, $30 for a burger

This particular location is awesome They make you as a gust feel so welcomed This is my second time staying here and it’s perfect

The team members are the best The front desk employees night and day are the best They go above and beyond and that is true customer service Even though some were training, they were a team and they help each other out I had an issue with my cellphone and had to get a replacement shipped out to me That front desk kept an eye out for my package and call me the second it came in I appreciated that little kindness so much Thank you, thank you The hotel is so clean and I am a germaphobe The housekeeping sprays and disinfects the room before going in to clean The cleaning is impeccable 👌 I will be back

I honestly want to rate Hampton Inn & Suites Kapolei a five star, but I will make it 4/5 I will mention the downside first First, there was no microwave

I would recommend having microwave in all rooms I believe all the guests needs microwave to heat up their food Lastly, the ac Guests should be able to control the temperature in their rooms Me and my family were freezing due to how cold the room was and all we can do was wear jackets, hoodies or sweatshirts, and socksThe good side however is they have free breakfast every day, they can provide us toothbrush, toothpaste, etc (if we need one), get mini fridge, friendly & helpful staff, a swimming pool (already have clean towels for guests to ready to use outside), laundry room, a gym, and a beautiful lounge to stay at I also like how their water dispenser has that footstep to get water instead of using our fingers to pressSo overall, this still a good place to stay at It is a friendly and safe environment 🙂

Lavinia Morrison

I cannot say enough good things about this place! All of the staff are polite, friendly and professional This place is immaculateThe breakfast buffet is great

There is something for everyone The kitchen staff work tirelessly keeping the place clean and the food and beverages replenished There is a fitness center, pool and laundry room on the first door The decor is modern with very clean linesRight outside, in walking distance are a plethora of restaurants and shops!I highly recommend this hotel! ❤❤❤❤

Not too bad overall, but a little overrated The price is what you’d expect from a military-affiliate hotel, so the higher rank you are the less value you’re getting The location isn’t bad, but a little outside the main area (this may be considered an advantage)

Parking is $16 is you’re staying there, which is great for the area The big hit on this hotel for me, along with the rough towels in the bathroom, was the pool There’s an adult only pool, a main pool with an infinity pool above it, and a splash area for children The splash area is fun, but the main pool had so many rules it was hard to enjoy anything:- the entire pool is cleared at the top of the hour for “safety and training,” whatever that entails (it wasn’t obvious)- a child must know how to swim to swim in the pool without a life jacket (which they will provide) I understand that’s extremely safe, but then what’s the point of the three lifeguards and the other rule to be within arm’s reach of your young child all the time? Clearly this pool is not a good opportunity to have a child practice swimmingOverall, I’m glad I stayed a night, and I haven’t discounted the Hale Koa entirely, but I will definitely do a thorough cost comparison with hotels in the area before staying again

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and Omgosh the beds are comfortable as ever! There is a Starbucks in the main lobby which is convenient when you want to wake up early and just lounge in the lobby area Downstairs there is the Exchange for military and hotel guest Pathway downstairs leads you to the pools and beaches

Food was good I had a cheeseburger and fries for lunch which was delicious Ocean view rooms you will not regret if you purchase it was amazing! Free parking and walking distance from the strip I definitely would book here again!

Tammy Folks

Hale Koa is a haven in the craziness of Waikiki The grounds are stunning The adult pool was so relaxing and quiet, with shaded areas which is a must for me

Liked the Barefoot Bar as there was a lot of room to spread out, and had good drinks for a reasonable price Our room was very nice, we were on the end so had an extra large window which made it feel more spacious Our friends stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian village which was beautiful, but it was way too crowded for us We enjoyed the serene quiet of Hale Koa! The only thing I would change is for restaurants to have more gluten free options as I have celiac disease The breakfast buffet was fine, but the snack bars really had very little or nothing I could eat This hotel is a definite perk for those who serve/retire from the military We felt blessed to have the opportunity to stay there!

One of the best ocean view hotels in Waikiki Our family stayed in Ocean Front Club Queen Room for 5 nights in July 2022 Everything during our stay was perfect

The room was spacious, clean and newly renovated The beds were big and comfortable The location are convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls The hotel staff were so kind and always there to provide help to the hotel guests The hotel also had an easy access to the beach and different kinds of water activities The hotel public area were newly renovated in a modern and bright style to make you feel happy and relax At last , I wants to say thanks to Mandy, the housekeeper of 8F, she worked so hard to keep our Room 819 clean and tidy everyday Also, send my thanks to Frank, the manager of V47 club lounge, he was always there every morning to help us set up the breakfast All my family members, my husband, my kids love the hotel so much We will definitely come back in the near future

Theresa Orzech

From start to finish, this hotel was perfect for our family vacation Donna, at the front desk, was helpful on more than one occasion and made our stay that much more relaxing and worry free All staff members we spoke to were friendly and attentive

Our room was cleaned daily (we called to ask for it) We stayed in a one bedroom suite, and both the bed and the pull out sofa bed were comfortable Rooms were cool with air conditioning that ran without any issues The fridge and microwave were very handy with two kids – so we were able to keep snacks and beverages in our room for a longer period of time The pool was relaxing, and right next to the bar ~ which made for a relaxing time for the adults and fun time for the kiddos If you walk through the hotel you end up straight on the beach! Overall, we are so pleased we stayed here, and will definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marine Surf Waikiki It was the perfect size for our family of four for our one week stay We really enjoyed the location

It was about a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and just minutes from several different places to eat The free parking was an incredible plus in a place where parking can be difficult to find In addition to the kitchenette, we enjoyed the extra perks of having beach towels, beach chairs, and a boogie board If we didn’t feel like going to the beach, the pool was a nice option The kitchen was nicely stocked with the necessities to prepare meals in the room if you don’t feel like going out Although it is right in the city on a busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise inside our room The check in and out process was simple Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we still got in with no problems My texts were responded to in a very timely manner The ONLY issue we had was the shower was not as warm as we would like at times

David Heath

This place was AMAZING! 10 min walk to Waikiki beach and a steal of a deal! Immaculately clean and they thought of everything! I would happily come back here and recommend it to my loved ones!

I fly to Hawaii every year for my birthday, and this was one of my favorite stays! The best part of this hotel is the pool area The bartenders and servers are so much fun and so polite! They made my birthday trip here amazing, I truly do miss them! The hotel itself is located in a prime location and the rooms are nice The food here is great too! If you want a beach/pool day and don’t really feel like going anywhere you can honestly assure that you’ll have great food, drinks and service right at your hotel, plus there’s a small beach a short walk right behind the pool

I Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to be in Honolulu and I hope to return this year for my birthday when I come back

Mark Oliva

Everything is good The room size is above average The pools are clean and all amenities are good

The staff are courteous and requests for linen and other essentials were taken care of immediately Parking is not a problem Request a room that has a view of the lagoon so you can watch the fireworks on your room I only gave 3 stars because of the policy that they do not clean the rooms when requested I understand not cleaning daily but if requested, they should clean the room

Chelsea Jones

This was my first stay at the Modern and it was extremely disappointing and nothing special Without prior knowledge, on arrival we were told that there is no room cleaning and we have to ask for fresh towels and other room amenities when we need them, including putting our garbage outside the room Firstly, we are not in quarantine so I don’t know why this is the case and secondly it is not hygienic or pleasant to have used towels and garbage lying around every floor of the hotel corridors

The staff at the hotel are extremely slow at actioning requests When asking for towels, I waited up to an hour for them to be delivered on one occasion They also don’t answer the phone promptly and even before my trip I was trying to contact the hotel about my reservation and I had trouble contacting them via email and phoneThe pool is nice, nothing special The sun beds are filthy however- they could use an upgradePool bar closes at 9:30 which I thought was quite early for a hotel? The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing- on arrival the room was far from spotless There were hairs on the bathroom floor and dust and dirt on the floor which I had to clean myself3 electrical sockets in my room were not working and the WIFI cut in and outWouldn’t bother staying again- apparently it has recently been acquired by Hilton so I hope they can whip the hotel into shape!

Check in was easy The hotel is CLEAN No foul smells, it actually has a fresh smell to it

Beds are comfortable Housekeeping daily was greatly appreciated The only thing is parking You may or may not get a spot Other than that I’m enjoying my stay Side note even though parking isn’t the best, the location of the hotel is walking distance to food the beach and entertainment I’d definitely stay here again

fritz schacht

The single room I had was very small Not enough room for me to open up my luggage comfortably Pulling my luggage over the bed to get to the other side

My room was very clean I only needed to stay overnight, so I managed My colleague’s fortunately had larger rooms I definitely would stay at the Ala Moana hotel againI recommend the Steak restaurant on the 32 floor Fine dinning , great service, fabulous food

Tina Jentilet

We had a lovely conference Facilities were good, but I was freezing Check out the hand made origami peacock centerpiece

The vegetarian lunch was superb My room was good, but not much of a view I didn’t expect to have someone come in to make my bed or empty the trash (not usual protocol since COVID) so unfortunately some pens and business cards got thrown out It was nice to come back after a long day to have a nicely made bed
