Harsh Trivedi

Truly an affordable gem not too far from the strip At first it can be overwhelming checking into this hostel, but once you pass the gates and are enclosed within the property, you understand my so many people choose to stay here The staff are extremely friendly and helpful

The rooms include 3 bunk beds (6 beds in total), and all the roommates we had were nice and trustworthy I would recommend 10/10 if you are visiting Las Vegas and don’t care too much about the glitz and glamour of hotels on the strip Hostel cat provides you with a community of people and a very reasonable price, and its not too far of a walk/bus from the main strip!

I stayed and payed in full for one night 2 days later a hold appears on my card account for $40 When I inquire they apparently allowed another guest two days later to checkout using my bed slip that I turned in on checkout

This means that their staff allowed my information to leave from behind the desk and get into the hands of another person They completely ignored this fact and instead blamed me for leaving the bed slip behind which is not the case They apologized but took no responsibility for this problem that cost me time and money The manager Jack was not helpful and said he refunded the money but the hold on my card was for 2 days and only when I called the bank to dispute this fraudulent transaction did they release my money I would not trust your info with these unprofessional people Stay at Sin City Hostel a block up the road and save yourself the trouble Paulo

I think it’s the type of hostel one either loves or hates Unfortunately I hated everything about this hostel The area is very dodgy and unsafe, the beds were so uncomfortable (I could feel the springs of the mattress) other guests staying there were all very weird (spitting on the floor, leaving trash everywhere

), definitely not my vibe There are also no rules regarding quiet hours and speakers right next to all the rooms and the staff play music all day long I asked one staff member once if she could ask guests to turn the music if it was loud during the night She looked at me in shock like why am I asking and said ‘we dont have quiet hours, this is Vegas’ They only charge one night so that they can overcharge the other nights at a higher price than what is stated on bookingcom I honestly could not wait to leave this dump of a hostel, definitely would not recommend it

Very interesting place with wonderful cuisine, desk attendants on the hotel section need more training on customer service relationships Manner of approach and good smiles is an unbeatable sales mechanism I had a beautiful 5 hrs experience, good restaurants menu that is cost effective, fast and totally enjoyable

A visit to this wonderful place will leave you craving for more It sits in the middle of great sights in the heat of Las Vegas an ample parking area that is within the close proximity of the rooms The kitchen is a little of on the other side of the hotel with casinos and other interesting features It’s a twenty four hours nonstop service with a good workforce I have always thought Las Vegas to be an expensive trip, but a stop at the Ellis island 🏝 erased that mentality I didn’t play in the casino though so I might not say about that, but the hotel and food will leave an incredible taste in your mouth There should be a refund of the money paid as a security deposit and after few about a week I haven’t yet received my refund I do plan to speak to the customer service if it exceeds a known time

Budget hotel kidda place It’s pretty much what you pay is what you get We stayed there for a night

We picked this place because the price and free parking as most of the places in the US your hotel room doesn’t include parking at the premises The reception staff was nice and helpful when we checked in When we checked out it was a different person He wasn’t that cheerful The room is worse than the photos they advertised (of course) when we first got inside we can smell cigarette straight away even wearing mask Thankfully our room doesn’t smell Bed sheets and towels are clean Bathroom is clean I guess that is the main bits However the AC in our room is super noisy, vintage and not cool enough with the heat Overall it a really rundown and old hotel overall

Claudia A

Ellis Island Brewery is one of my favorite places to eat and drink My husband and I usually order the steak and baked potato The steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned

My daughter ordered the 50/50 burger and Root beer (her favorite) Never disappointed! Only the fact that the wait time to be seated is longer now But worth the wait

Kristina LaCoste

This place is huge!! The rooms are a bit dated (probably on purpose as it’s a hotel with a lot of history) but it was an excellent price with a nice view of the High Roller The shower was incredible with jets! We had a bit of an issue finding snacks and drinks for a good price after the cafe spots closed down for the night and for some reason in-room dining was not an option No big deal

Kind of a walk to the self-parking garage, but that’s okay The kiosks for check-in/out were great for keeping the line moving rather quickly Overall, nice hotel, great price, centrally located on the strip, and a lot to explore there Wish I would have been able to check out the nature habitats but I was kind of on a time crunch Next time!!

Caitlin M

So I’ve only been to Vegas once so far

And I didn’t hate the hotel, but there is some room for improvement (Kind of like us all)Checking in is done at kiosks that rarely work properly and then you still have to wait for a real person, in line behind everyone else who can’t get their kiosk to work, just to get a less than pleased employee who gives you a snarky response and sends you back to wait for a kiosk Rinse and repeat, until you get into a roomThe hotel is, lived in Carpet in hallways is buckled and you can see years of wear and tearBUT, most of the staff (not working around desks or kiosks) were fantastic to be around and were accommodating The gaming floor is clean and being updated and renovated There’s great food, everywhere inside, at all times of day, and for all price points and tastesI’d stay there again, because you don’t have to spend much time in your room if you don’t want to It’s worth the money and close to everything

Jenna Triplett

We love this hotel! Casino has a great layout and easy to navigate The biggest con that we found was the pool The Go pool itself is great however their new set up for it is terrible

You have to get there by 8am (opens at 9) to get a chair otherwise you will end up having to find a spot on the concrete since your only other option is spending $500+ on daybeds/cabanas They are definitely catering towards the more wealthy guests or ones that are desperate enough to spend that much money Also, the music is so loud starting around 11am…like you can hear it your hotel room pretty well We have always loved the pool itself (the layout, the tropical feel, the waterfalls) but since they decided to change from tons of free lounge chairs to mostly having costly daybeds and very few chairs it sucks We won’t be coming back for that reason If they change it back to where there are mostly lounge chairs (which would be catering to most of their guest considering there are a lot of empty daybeds) then we may stay here again Also, the pool that kids can go to is the saddest thing we have ever seen It is so small and also has very limited seating The water slide is only open on the weekends apparently so i am sure there have been a lot of disappointed families

From the moment we checked into the hotel, Diego the clerk, was the most pleasant & accommodating Nice clean rooms Excellent food at the Brass Fork restaurant with some delectable pastry desserts, our fave was chocolate cake! Very nice gift shop with some unique gifts Security patrolled parking lots & a 7 eleven store nicely next door

Felt very safe here! Highly recommend if you don’t want the busyness of staying on the strip

Misty Laird

We didn’t feel like dealing with the parking/traffic hassles of the strip for this one day visit I have to say, pleasantly surprised by all the efforts they are putting in to make this location a real contender It was pleasantly bright, and even different entry points to the casino floor that let in a little natural light

There were drink attendants in every area, and they were frequently offering drinks There was a lively crowd at the table games, and either 2 or 3 craps tables going on a Friday afternoon, off strip Bathrooms were modern, very clean and stocked They have a few restaurants; the line for the limited seating oyster bar was around the corner We didn’t try it this time, but it definitely smelled good and will be first in line the next time All in all we had an enjoyable time, and felt appreciated by the facility Oh yeah, and we left with our bankroll even after buying lunch, so I mean, that’s a plus right there 😊 To finish up, just want to point out that the old days of Vegas are gone Most casinos are trying to squeeze nickels everywhere they can Parking fees, less comps, less free/promo play, and the food Anyway this was a nice change of pace If I had to fault one thing It would apply to many other casinos around here Why is Panda Express in so many? Their food is just mediocre I guess people eat there to stretch the bankroll for the slots Its just weird having fast food in a place that is excelling in other areas

Brandon Morrill

To be honest, this place was everything I hoped it would be It was a convenient location off the strip, economical, clean, and welcoming We stayed here for just one night as a stop towards our ultimate destination

I didn’t make the reservation until later that same day I called in and they were very helpful and transparent and got us the best/cheapest room that was available As I was traveling with my wife and three year old, weren’t too interested in the casino aspect of the hotel so I can’t speak to that but I didn’t like that we didn’t have to walk through too much of that to get to our room So I’d say it’s a good place for family if that’s what you’re looking for Not the most luxurious place by any means but I would definitely stay here again

Very nice spacious, comfy and clean room Excellent view of the entire strip and free easy undercover parking on site Nice big bed, good towels and room was clean and serviced every day

Highly recommend staying here Food was over priced down stairs but drinks not too bad Easy to walk around and navigate Will stay again Good room security most of the time

Alex V

The staff was great Every employee was courteous, helpful and sincere AAA+ from them all around

The room was very clean! As for the facilities, everything looks decades old and needs an update Everything needed a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning The elevators all had parts with the brass worn off and you could see the primer coat underneathThe pool was overcrowded, but mostly clean The room doors all looked like they needed a cleaning and a coat of paint The room had no towels and after calling I didn’t get any until 11pm that nightMore than half of the restaurants were closed But the food was good, hot and tasted freshOverall, I’d only go if they offered a deep discount

Luuk Motz

Clean hotel, we stayed for 2 nights However you need to walk through the entire casino to reach your room, which might promote gambling to minors, however it is Vegas so no harm was done Beds were good

They had forgot our towels, but were quickly brought to our rooms The location is perfectly placed on the strip One downside was that our window was covered with a sticker that blocked the natural light and view Overall great experience and would definitely come back!

We stayed here in Feb of 2022 By far one of the cleanest places to stay on the strip for the price Affordable, centrally located, good atmosphere and very close to a lot of things to do

There were cheap eats right next door, fancy places just outside and good quick bites inside Our room was super clean and room service was great They had coffee shops on both entrances which was great and Carlos bakery AND cake vending machine! Definitely would recommend!

Katrina Joyce

Affordable accommodations right in the center of the strip The location was absolutely perfect since Harrah’s is so centrally located, you could easily go either way on the stripRooms were clean and very spacious

Frosted sliding doors on the bathrooms were a bit strange Beds were comfortableThe pool was perfect for a relaxing day in the Las Vegas sun We opted for a round luxe daybed and it was well worth the feeCustomer service agents never seemed to have the same information when I called or asked questions at the desks, so that was a bit frustratingI am a breastfeeding mother who needed access to a fridge during my stay, they were able to make the accommodation free of charge since it was medically necessary However, the fridge did not have a freezer and they did not have anywhere for me to refreeze ice packs for the trip homeOverall, it was a good place to stay in Vegas

Evan G

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here Rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly Casino is well laid out and easy to navigate

Food options are decent but with plenty of other options within walking distanceOnly two “complaints” would be lack of check in staff, I just feel like that’s the hotels opening statement and without the human touch it’s just not there Second being the lack of true late night food Other than that it’s pretty great value for location and environment

Very nice hotel and casino just off the strip It’s actually a great location and a step away from the craziness of Las Vegas Blvd Nicely designed with some surprisingly nice art, their security and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Easy parking, nice big room (although it was a non smoking room, I think it used to be a smoking room or someone smoked in it because I could easily detect a strong cigarette odor), nicely decorated with a huge bathroom and a handy sink/fridge area The bed and pillows were comfortable and I liked the room darkening curtainsWe also had dinner at Tuscany Gardens as part of the Rat Pack dinner show Kevin took care of us and was an absolute delightThe box office attendant was not the friendliest and she never cracked a smile, but the rest of the people working the show were terrific Loved the Rat Pack Fun, light, entertaining and great music The band was excellentWalked around the casino and played a little Wish the non smoking section was bigger and had better games Otherwise it was a nice size and not overwhelmingAll in all, we had a good time and we will return!

Amy Maxwell

Very nice casino/resort off-strip The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable There are several buildings, so my suggestion is to request a building closer to the main complex so you don’t have to walk as far

The pool area is great and there are 2 cabanas available to rent for groups Bar service at the pool can be a little slow if there are a lot of people, but not horrible at all The bar and restaurants are all very nice and offer a good variety of selections If you are looking for a more “Vegas” experience, you may want to travel to the strip; but it is within a nice walking distance or cab The entertainment at the resort seems to be geared towards those fans of the Rat Pack and “classic” lounge music; probably not something younger patrons would be interested in The casino itself is not terribly smoky despite allowing smoking in it There are a good mix of old standard and newer slot machines and some nice perks as part of the loyalty program Staff was friendly and helpful when needed

Tomesha Campbell

This was my first visit to Las Vegas and after my stay at Tuscany, I will definitely be back! Having arrived very delayed from my flight I was happy that this location is close to the airport and that I was able to order dinner very late What I was also impressed by was how short of a walk it is from the strip Plus, I have to say that I really loved the layout of the room

It was the perfect size with all the amenities I needed for my very short trip If you’re looking for a great bang for your buck I highly recommend booking here

We stayed here 4 nights here and would stay again when we come back We booked a luxury king suite, it was nice to have a living room to eat when we brought back food The bed was comfy along with the couch in the living room

I liked that the closet had built in drawers and shelves along with a fridge The bathroom wasn’t quite clean, we had to call housekeeping back because there was hair and gunk in the shower They cleaned it quickly which we were grateful for For some reason our bathroom STANK all the time, whether or not someone went #2 There was no fan in the bathroom and the smell just permeated so we kept the door closed at all times It made getting ready not a time to look forward toThe property is clean, fun and lots of restaurants We love the promenade with all the bar and restaurant choices The casino has lots of options and the service is great I would tell anyone and everyone to stay at this casino

brian perez

First time staying here and I truly enjoyed day stay here The location is great and good middle location from everything on the strip I actually like the room, very spacious and clean look

Bathroom is a good size too with good lighting Beds were actually good not too hard or soft Hash a go go inside is a good breakfast spot to hit up or just walk right out side for more selections for food I would definitely stay here again, I really enjoyed it

Soni Lazo

Minimalist style room A clean look Furniture was a tad dusty

But the beds were comfortable Service was great a the coffee shop, near the elevators, towards the rooms Being that it is centrally located, rate per night was decent The pool has maybe 8 lounge chairs for the public and everything else is reserved You have to rent it Cocktail servers ignore you And once you stand up from the game your playing and look for one, they ask if you are playing Otherwise, they charge you It’s ridiculous May as well go straight to the bar It’s faster service And they aren’t very polite Poor customer service

Hotel is very dated but nice Great outdoor pool and barRestaurants are few

Expect to spend $$$$ for drinks but that’s everywhereStaff is great!Do not be fooled by booking on 3rd party site that looks like you’re booking directly They may have deeply discounted rates but you’ll forfeit your Honors points (you won’t get any) and points towards free night stays including your playing You won’t earn any points for this either In addition I had to pay for “upgrade” when told I was booking room with pool view, and resort fee was not included and had to pay extra at check in for this as wellI was totally lied to by that site even when asked

Holly Goshinski

My only real complaint was that the rooms really need to be updated but there was four of us staying in one room and it was rather spacious I wished that the room we had would have had a refrigerator so that we could have kept some of our bottled waters cold but otherwise the room was fine I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very good

We did use the pool one time during our stay and it was very nice The hotel is at the far south end of the strip so you do have to do a lot of walking either up and down the strip or to the monorail to get where you want to go but it was a great location We did need extra towels and we had an issue that maintenance came up and checked and they were very fast checked everything and brought us extra towels immediately so the service was very good

Janet Arqui. Momtraveler1

Love our rooms very spacious Clean bed Room service was exceptional

When you ask for towels or toiletries they are there within mins I gave them 5 stars for the room service My 10 year old loves the pool The pool has an on duty life guard It has a gym as well if you want to work out The lobby is not too crowded It’s right on the strip so everything was walking distance We were able to visit MGM, M and M, NY NY, Excalibur, Hard Rock, and easy access to the monorail The only issue I have was outside of the hotel, but they have good security I understand due to location there were a lot of transients and tourists

We arrived late on a Friday night Checking in was a little long after a 12 hour drive, however staff shortages in the US is everywhereThe staff at this hotel is absolutely wonderful

Every person I encountered was so niceThe Casino was clean and only a slight smell of cigarettes The drinks not do great but what do you expect for free Beer would be the routeThe room was spacious and clean Could use updating, but as I mentioned clean and spacious We had a view of the atrium and it was beautifulWe lost our wallet and reported it to security I cannot say enough about this department Not only did they did they find our wallet, they even mailed it to our house We are very gratefulNow if you are new to this hotel it’s very overwhelming We had no idea where to go The parking instructions for oversized cars, RVs ect is not clear We drove around and round trying to find where to park After a couple calls to the hotel they directed us where to go Once parked on the opposite side of the street from the hotel we had no idea where to go to check in Signs are not clear Even when inside the signs are not clear enough It made it very stressful check in all around for our familyIf they could improve, it would be in this area

Kaitlyn Arlotta

Very affordable hotel about 15 to 29 minutes from the strip TGIF on site as well as Dunkin Donuts, Subway and more Hotel has a pool outside very private

Casino is mostly slots but there are tables and we enjoyed playing bingo for the first time ever The staff was super helpful especially the bingo people who explained everything clearly Did not win big but did not walk away broke! Our room was surprisingly beautiful and very clean Highly recommend stopping at Roberto’s anytime (open 24 hours) for some excellent Mexican food Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Mary Lawson

This place was great! We picked it for the price and we weren’t expecting much, but, it turned out to be a wonderful stay! All the people were so helpful and friendly, the room was very nice, big and clean We spent time at the pool which was very nice! I didn’t miss the strip at all I do wish the light show was working but, will have to go back and see that! Thanks for a great stay!

Personally frequent Vegas a lot Primarily on the strip, this was a very delightful surprise Hidden gem absolutely

Beautiful stay, clean, and spacious ALTHOUGH Got robbed in the casino Someone stole a bag while we won a small jackpot Staff seems in on it… but the stay was very nice Keep electronics literally on your body if you don’t want them stolen

Panduh Burr

As for the casino? I ADORE that the El Cortez is 21+ and I adore the old time slots:) always nice getting to hear that sound when you win 🥰 absolutely upgrade and stay in the tower , if you stay in the cabanas you will hear the street traffic and pedestrians a lot more than you would think And maybe the beds are a little softer up there too The decor is fabulous honestly

I adore the bright colors mixed with the white alligator walls

Beautifully restored and maintained historic property Not the scale or bling of the mega-resorts on the strip, but better in many ways Most importantly are the low minimums and attractive game rules like 10x odds on craps or 3:2 blackjack on single and double deck

Lots of slots (including a section that uses real coins!) in a good sized casino floor yet with an intimate feel The newly remodeled tower rooms are very well designed and appointed For me, I had a view of the strip that I never saw in my 40 years of staying mid-to-south strip All the staff are very friendly and helpful Free parking for guests Oh, yeah Beer stations IN the pit with a dedicated server making sure you don’t wait more than a few seconds for your favorite ice cold brew! You can feel the “rat pack” era everywhere, with old standards music playing It’s a great place I’ll be back!

Personally I’ve never stayed here, but when I do go to Vegas I always make sure I stop in My buddies and I have become great friends with one of the bartenders His name is Luis, and he’s what we consider our personal bartender

Ask for the Don Julio 1942 double shot you won’t be disappointed 🤣🤣🤣The guy is top notch!!! Tell him Chris sent you

My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary This is a great casino for the price There was absolutely no wait to check in compared to other casinos that had long lines

The service was amazing Fun place to play the penny slot machines My wife loved the suite and the vanity mirrors Not much outside noise from our room The room was very clean when we got there My wife and I enjoyed walking and dancing on Fremont Street just outside

First time staying at Golden Gate and chose a suite It was very large and had nice finishes Loved it, highly recommend and will stay again

Room was on south side (opposite of Fremont) that overlooked valetOur friends stayed here as well in a basic room and the rooms are extremely small and outdated I don’t suggest due to the size and music is overly loud (they could not sleep because of the music level) Other hotels on fremont we’ve stayed at weren’t as loud as these roomsGambled here as well and had great service from the table girls Downfall – the door security were aggressive and rude The other half of our party had kids with them and every single time yelled “No kids allowed in the casino” Each time they had to tell them they were staying in the hotel Luckily it was only Friday and Saturday night Overall my husband and I enjoyed it and had a great experience

We loved our stay here The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds and linens The location was perfect, for an off-strip resort–a super quick ride to everything we wanted to visit and an easy drop off/pick up for ride shares

The spa was lovely and the pools were really nice too We enjoyed the restaurants too We will definitely stay here again

I have never written a review in my life but reviews have always helped me and I want to do my part with making people aware if something is up to par or not I hate that my very first review has to be a negative one but its the truth This hotel was horrible

I eventually was upgraded to a suite given cleanliness issues I ALWAYS check the beds before I stay in a room to ensure everything has met the cleanliness standards Practically looks like the sheets were NOT CHANGED hair everywhere crumbs in the second room I was Issued to before I went back down to the main lobby again to say this is unacceptable I was told by the manager the third room which was the suite “would not have hair its a suite” guess you have to buy a suite to ensure you have cleaned sheets at this hotel and a halfway decent room By that point I just wanted a refund but was upgraded to the suite for free so i gave it a chance I did not make too much of a big deal because I was just spending the night and catching the flight the next day so I did not argue as long as the third room met my standards to be able to sleep in a clean bed that night I understand that the hotel has been really busy with high turnover times so housekeeping is trying to rush to get it done as quickly as possible Given that, more housekeeping needs to be hired and a new cleanliness protocol needs to be put in place Either way it is unacceptable If you stay at this hotel or any CHECK THE SHEETS and the area before you stay to make sure its actually clean If not, do not settle

Cozy one night stay at The Virgin As a Hilton Diamond member, I was upgraded to an Oasis suite at check-in This updated, 1 bed/1

5 bath suite was uniquely designed with immense space Bed was supportive and linens were supple Shower had great pressure with the amenities having a strong floral scent, maybe avoid if you’re sensitive Great views of the pool and strip skyline were appreciated Mini bar and snacks at the ready for a high price Plenty to entertain and enjoy on property while the strip is about a 20min walk Would return for a longer stay to enjoy more!

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

DjSmiley

This was our best trip yet The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast

The room is what completes a great stay There balcony rooms are a real game changer Nice and clean with big showers Great experience ✨️

We were here for a conference The room was great It was comfortable and we had a nice view

Housekeeping and maintenance were very considerate and friendly The areas where the conference was held were well staffed and the food was great! The main desk personnel were very helpful and considerate The hotel has changed a lot since we last stayed here 26 years ago, but we had another great visit

I really liked this hotel even though it’s right on the strip It’s so close to everything and can very lively at night because it’s in the heart of Las Vegas Check in was easy and I 😍 love the spacious and clean rooms

Nice 👍 clean bathrooms spacious and great shower pressure Security is on point and makes sure all is safe It’s a casino hotel so it has a good crowd and every restaurant you can think of is in the area! My only drawback is the resort fee I love their gym and want to go back next time I am in Las Vegas!

My husband and I recently stayed here for a birthday trip and it was great! Check in and out was a breeze! We had an issue with our tv when we first got there but the maintenance man was there in under 10 minutes from us calling! The hotel was very busy but very nice and spacious! The beds are comfy and the service is great! It wasn’t too pricey to stay for 5 days either! The stadium pool passes are an absolute plus and a great one and free if you stay there! The location is right on Fremont which is perfect so if you want to walk around it’s easy to do so! They have concerts right next to the hotel so be wary it does get loud pretty late so just be aware of that Highly recommended!

I want to start by saying that the hotel manager took real good care of my needs after they were bought to their attention My only complaint was that the hotel has no excess to a microwave And if you need a refrigerator make sure you make those arrangements when booking the room

I loved the elevator system I appreciate the bottle waters given out at the bar I loved the security system that they have in place at each entranceMy air conditioning went out on us but was immediately replaced I needed a refrigerator and that too was bought to our room quicklyThank you Julie Breeher, Hotel Manager, you made our stay worthwhile

Honestly, my expectations were very low for this hotel due to other reviews but it really wasn’t bad at all All the employees are super nice and helpful and the room is fine The pool was also great with tons of seating so you never have to worry about finding a spot during the day

I do wish there was more FREE shaded areas but Las Vegas as a whole offers nothing free! Also, the location is amazing! We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to goRooms didn’t smell like smoke but they also weren’t the cleanest If you’re someone who needs a spotless hotel and you’re expectations are high, don’t stay here But if you just need a room to sleep and shower, this place is perfect! If you get asked to do the timeshare by someone working at the hotel, I’d avoid it We did it and got $200 and 2 nights free at Wyndham but they’re scam artists and you have to make sure you say no to them

Victoria Nabual

Great hotel It was clean and smelled nice The room service was amazing! We came back to a made up bed with plentiful towels each day

The check in and out process was very easy I liked that security stood at the hotel entrance of the casino to make sure that anyone without a key couldn’t get to the elevators The only thing that I would say that could be improved is having the workers know about the Tesla charging station because when asked they said no but there in fact was one Also, to let future guest know that there is a $15 per night parking charge Other than those two things, I loved it and would recommend it to others

Adventures into Distraction

Request a room far away from the elevator and utilities- I was awoke roughly every 10-30 minutes by the sounds of pipes knocking or the elevator running I’ve never had a problem with being able to hear the pipes or elevators at any other hotel before (the fellow hotel guests were very quiet)No refrigerator, no coffee maker

Window shade only, no curtain covering a very bright street below Good thing the window was so dirty- kept some light out All restaurants and bars closed pretty early and the drink machines on our floor were turned off! Had to buy ultra expensive snacks at hotel storeAll that being said, I’m no princess so this rundown castle was tolerable for one night The bed and pillows were comfy and clean The bathroom was stocked and clean All employees encountered were very friendly and helpful Okay for the price and proximity to the airport

The rooms were mostly clean, the beds were cool and comfortable The complimentary soaps and shampoos were terrible on my skin and hair, I don’t recommend using themService was excellent, all the staff were friendly and accommodating, I have ZERO complaints on staff

They deserve a raise for what they have to deal withMy biggest complaint is against corporate, that the main feature of this hotel is not free to hotel guests who are already paying a $35 per night resort fee I expected to have to pay extra to ride the rides but not to access that entire top area Yes, it’s $20 to ride the elevator to the top, a fact conveniently left off their website After 2 days there, I was notified by text that it was $5 for hotel guestsI’d recommend to those on a tight budget, because for what I paid, it was pretty good If you’re looking for flat out luxury and decadence, this isn’t the place But if you want a clean, comfortable, secure room to relax after a day of walking the Strip in 100° heat, I would recommend for thatOh, and I didn’t try out the pools, but they have two, one for everyone (only open 10-5) and a top-optional, 21+ pool that’s open 24 hours a day

Jill Dobson

Absolutely amazing every single time we come!!! We are treated wonderfully, and never want our stay to end! Our host Amber is amazing, and the rest of the staff seemed fantastic as well Our suite is gorgeous, spacious, and spotless The restaurants never disappoint, it’s never overly crowded, but still lively

The cocktail waitresses never made us wait, and our drivers were absolutely fantastic!!Too much to list, but 100% our happy place!

Katherine Castillo San Roman

Absolutely poor customer service in the hotel Everyone but one person was super rude, and then we went to the pool, the girls selling skipped us every time, they seemed to be only interested in the older men around, I believe to get a bigger tip I was forced to go all the way to the other end to the cafe and was told rudely I couldn’t buy anything because my toddler was with me

I was NOT trying to sit there, I was just wanting to buy some stuff for us and come back to our chairs How exactly am I supposed to buy anything if there is NO service and I can’t walk up and buy either? The girl in charge of the towels was rude as well She was sitting in the back ignoring everyone, when I called for her to come to the front she rolled her eyes, walked up and slammed 2 towels and IMMEDIATELY turned away even tho I requested 4 for us I called her again and she again and rolled her eyes and gave me just one more and quickly went back to the back to be on her phone again I have no problem with them entertaining themselves while they have no guests requiring their help, but once they are, you can’t get an attitude they are asking for help This was an absolutely ridiculous waste of money Not worth it at all, I’m talking to management about finishing our stay early and getting refunded because we are NOT dealing with this foolishness any more We have been here 4 days so far and they have been anything but pleasant at the hotel and we had 5 more, but no thanks We are over this

I surprised my mother with 2 nights for us in a park premier room Check in was a bit rough the staff recommended mobile check in since the wait was so long we were told to expect a text with the mobile room key but we didn’t receive it after 90 minutes and 3 drinks each I had to go to premier check in to avoid the lines and he helped no problem

Our room was clean and beautiful with an amazing view Rooms are a little dated but the hotel has the vintage New York feel The American Cafe was so amazing with options for anyone The staff was all amazing nice and helpful throughout the entire resort There are so many things to do here I didn’t get bored The roller coaster is a must do I rode the last coaster and it was 5 of us on the coaster we had so much fun I would go over and over every time I come There are even multiple options for family friendly events

High Desert A

We have stayed here a dozen or so times and have always had a good time The food court has plenty of options to choose from and the casino has enough games that we can play for hours The arcade is a great spot for kids and even adults

The roller coaster is awesome according to the kids and my spouse The rooms are always clean and we have had the basic rooms on up to their suites and have always had a great experience

Piggy

This hotel was really cool! They had plenty of places to eat and to look around I’m giving it 4 stars because I don’t stay at the hotel or go many places so I’m unsure what it is truly like But we did go to a pizza place which was yummy but the staff were rude

The Hershey store was also neat similar to the M&M store They had a big casino floor with many bars They also had a Irish pub, hot dog place, pizza place, and dessert places to The arcade was big and the roller coaster was neat Overall cool hotel!

Had a blast thereWe’ve done the strip, and had our pockets vacuumed with very little enjoymentDid Sam’s Town with considerably better results

But had a great time at Boulder Station The odds are always better that on the strip, and you see it in the play time you get Yes, the house still wins, but they give you plenty of entertainment in exchangeThe food choices are also very good, and the prices reasonable

Hammond “DJaHaM”

I am a local Las vegan for the last 9 years and live walkable distance to this location, even when hot outsideMy history with Boulder Station is positive, although, as of lately, I’ve noticed that my history of winning is much better than my current I feel the machines are very stiff and hardly pay out within the last 8 months or so

My wife and I enjoy the restaurants and now have more selection to eat since the new food court is now openWe would have enjoyed some sort of buffet to re-open but they decided to not do that and because of this (stiff machines and no buffet available) we have been playing elsewhere where they accommodate our enjoymentsOverall and for my above reasons, is why I scored it a 3 out of 5 I only took 2 photos of and in Boulder Station One photo was with my drone of the whole property and the other is of an old Mexican style eatery that my wife and I loved, that is now closed due to the food court opening up 🤨 we were frequent customers every week

Angel Howard

At the restaurant where we ate the Manager was very professional and attentive to our needs Because it was our time dinning there he made sure we were satisfied He answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were millionaires

The waiter and the server were just as amazing GREAT RESTAURANT Don’t remember the name I only know it’s fancy and it begins with the letter D
