My husband wanted to stay here on our staycation to the Rockaways because he liked the funky vibe on the website We booked one of the studio rooms based on the photos First the rooms are A LOT smaller than they look in photos

There weren’t any closets or storage spaces in the room, so our stuff was all over the whole trip There weren’t even any shelves or nightstands or anything near the bed, so we had nowhere except the floor or under our pillows to put our phones during the night Also there was a cute hanging chair in the website photos, which was one of the reasons we booked this specific room, but when we got there it had clearly broken sometime before we arrived (the chain was still there) and been replaced by a regular chair – taking up more of the scant floor space The bed was only a double bed, as nothing bigger would’ve fit in the room, but it was a bit of a tight squeeze Also the hotel is above a bar/restaurant that is open and blasts music until late – to the extent that we could hear and identify the songs through the floor The windows were thin or not well-insulated or something, because we could hear EVERYTHING on the street (and it was a very busy street) Also the blinds on the windows let in a ton of light on either side, and there weren’t any curtains Needless to say, with all the noise and the light we didn’t sleep great the whole tripPros: great location, close to the beach, good food nearby, check in/out self-sufficient via codesCons: everything else

Mold that made me physically sick, roaches crawling the bathroom walls and an owner/ operator that ignored and blew off my complaints I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and bronchitis after two nights in Room #2 The smell of mold was overwhelming

The host did not one single thing to help me I honestly thought I was dying of COVID and spent $150 at an urgent care center I was up coughing all night It has been three days and my voice has not returned This place is deadly

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday weekend! One of the biggest pluses to this place is the guest parking We’ve been coming to Rockaway Beach for years and have sometimes spent HOURS trying to find parking I can’t say what a good feeling it was to be able to pull straight in to the hotel, among the sea of cars and foot traffic

It’s amazing to not have to worry about finding a parking spot and no longer being immobilized for fear of losing that parking spot The hotel itself was quaint and quirky, in a good way We had a seamless check in process (all automated) and never had to communicate with the host, or anyone for that matter – just the way we like it It appears that they are opening a restaurant downstairs but I’m not sure if it’s affiliated with the hotel It’s just one more thing to be excited for This was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had since coming to the Rockaways With all the changes happening on the peninsula, the High Tide is a much needed breath of fresh air We can’t wait to be back!

I attended a conference here last week and it was a great experience all around But I was especially impressed with their valet staff! I had left a water flask which had sentimental value and it was shipped back to me because of the extra efforts made by the valet staff, along with the hotel’s receptionist This hotel and its staff is all class!!The atmosphere is neat, clean, and modern

Overall, it’s a great environment If I had to stay overnight in the area it would be an easy decision to book a stay here Thank you Sheraton for staffing so well

Virtually everything is steps away from this hotel if you’re planning on spending time in downtown Flushing – which is like little China There are tons of great, authentic restaurants and shopping nearbyThe hotel rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet

The newly remodeled lobby is great, and the staff is professional and friendly There is also a club room for those that have accessThe only downsides I’d mention were that there are two sets of elevators you have to navigate, one set for the rooms, and the other for the lower level and parking garage They weren’t running AC in the hallways (at least on 16) and the parking level so while I didn’t have to spend much time in them they were uncomfortably warmDefinitely my go-to hotel for staying in the area

Nice, new and comfortable I would put this as my top three hotels I travel alot and was excited to try this new hotel

Parking was a bit much, $30 a day for valet, but that’s New York, so yeah I enjoyed the clean rooms, the very friendly hotel staff (the lady at the front desk made us comfortable and was so sweet) Would recommend and next time I’m in NY, I’m staying here

Unless things have changed since my stay in September 2015- avoid at all costs Address on listing at the time was incorrect and I waited around the corner for an hour trying to contact the owner Never any toilet paper- we had to buy our own

My bags were switched into a different room while I was out due to an “error” Wasn’t able to pay on card as listing suggested, so had to walk Brooklyn streets with large quantities of cash Bed was broken Couch was blocking doorway to our room Showers were often broken Just a parade of things that weren’t at all pleasant, but we made the time in New York our own

My husband and I planned a quick weekend getaway to Brooklyn and decided to stay her We had a fabulous time! Our experience started before we even arrived We had a late check-in and Monique was able to accommodate us by sending us the necessary information to access the home

We entered the room and the previously ordered champagne was on ice and strawberries and whip cream were still chilling The room was beautifully lit with candles The next morning we met Keenya, the innkeeper Such a kind womenand her breakfast is amazing! Due to COVID-19, my husband and I were a little reluctant to join the other quests in the main dining room Keenya was flexible and made arrangements for an outdoor breakfast on the screened in porch All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing time with nice fellowship in a beautiful, historic home!!

in November 2021 I stayed at this B&B for 4 nights I had the biggest possible room with a view of the streets I liked it very much

Due to a delayed flight and a very long border control, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until midnight, but it was still fine with the owners Easy access to Manhattan, approximately 30 minutes by subway Quiet neighborhood, I often came back at night and nothing bad happened to me, although I think it is a bit unpleasant to come back at night Very nice owners Wifi in the room, not too strong signal, there was a TV in the room Two bathrooms, one on each floor, very clean Thanks a lot for nice stay

Nadia Faulk

The price was amazing and the owners really make it feel like a home away from home! The house is historical and absolutely gorgeous with the spacious rooms and amazing architecture! The Jefferson BNB is a definite MUST STAY for anyone seeking a cozy place to stay that includes an awesome and friendly vibe that you really can’t get anywhere else!

Street

My experience here has been nothing but amazing! The owners are so selfless and will do anything to make you feel like you belong The home is always clean and everyone is always so friendly If you have a little extra to add breakfast to your stay I would highly recommend it (the food is amazing as well)! Thank you again for everything!

funny I spend my own money to live in a satisfactory place It’s really a frustrating experience(Original)人品有问题 !

We live in an elevator room, the environment is very good, the hygiene is very clean, it is very convenient to eat and drink around, the transportation is very convenient, very close to the subway The parking lot can be parked downstairs The boss is worried that we will come for the first time

There is no parking space at the end of the night We will give us the location of our underground garage Our car is parked on the street This Christmas is very happy! I still live here during the New Year(Original)老板人超好!!!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is! Everything was great from check-in to check-out! The room was very new and clean with sleek, mid century modern decor I dined at the Paris Cafe for dinner where the food and service were terrific! Make sure you visit Connie and have a drink It’s definitely a fun feel in there

I especially loved the TWA history exhibits throughout the hotel – a very cool touch The best part of course – the convenience of being at the airport and being able to RELAX A lovely property overall!

Nansie Van der Hout

We spent many an hour at the TWA terminal as a family back in the 60’s as my father flew for TWA, so it was very touching to return to the building The staff was very helpful and accommodating, everyone seemed to be in a good mood Our room had a runway view and I could have stayed up all night just watching the planes land and take-off

We enjoyed the Connie bar, it brought back many fond memories The bathroom was large and ours had 2 sinks so it made getting ready the next morning so easy There was no ice machine, so we had to call down to the front desk for ice, which was delivered to the room It’s nice to be able walk around the hotel and see all the displays, almost like a hotel inside a museum They had a TWA gift shop, but it only had a limited amount of sizes and although there were sweaters on display, they weren’t available at the shop We really enjoyed our visit and if you have any history with TWA in your past it’s worth a stop Be ready to pay $50 for parking and way too much for all the additional taxes and fees, but that’s NYC I guess

Mitch Lacey

The place is amazing How it’s been transformed from an airline terminal into a hotel is top notch The history of the building is something every aspiring architect should visit

If you’re an aviation fanatic or a history buff Definitely visit this place My only complaint is that they can definitely improve the service The people are really nice, it just seems to lack the foundation of what true service means in the hospitality industry However, don’t let that stop you in visiting

The outside may be scary but inside the room is pretty clean and spacious I was surprised The people here are pretty friendly

It’s not perfect but for the price that they ask especially during weekdays is a steal On weekends it’s pricey but what place isn’t They have no security deposit You pay online or in person and that’s the final price No extra fees in person This has been my go to spot for the past year Great place Highly recommend especially because there’s a 24 hour drive thru McDonald’s right next store and a 7-11 down the street There’s also a KFC, Dunkin(not 24hours) and it’s right next to the highway So you could hop on it and head home or wherever you need to go Very convenient Not noisy in the rooms There’s sometimes people smoking outside or talking but that’s alot of inns Other than that I would recommend if you looking for good price and cheap food nearby Usually packed All in all it’s a 37 average

Carly Fuchs

I spent 188 for one night I went back at midnight after the event I attended and packed my stuff and drove 25 hours home

It was not safe to say the least Someone overdosed in the front earlier that day DO NOT SAY HERE the top lock was broken in my room and there was several men standing outside the “inn” when I returned at midnight

Thomas Dennison

Stayed for 5 nights on work travel Was very comfortable leaving my wife and kid at the room No shadiness outside the entire time

Decent/good people stayed here Could walk for food Near alot of stuff Rooms were very clean and look like they were redone, so brand new Had a microwave, great AC and a large sized mini fridge Smaller sized rooms but still stayed very comfortable for 5 days Staff was very helpful and friendly, housekeeping was good to my family Great price! Would definitely stay again!
