Advertise has fitness center, not one Dryer took twice as long to dry which means more money each time Half the wall outlet didn’t work in room, exhaust fan in bathroom was broke Morning coffee was weak as teaOk let’s get to good Price is cheap AC in room worked well and free morning breakfast was fair Oh last staff was nice and pleasant Was going to take pictures of broken pool and the area but I’m sure you get the picture

You get what you pay for I came in late and was quickly checked into my room by a kind lady The room that was supposed to be non smoking had definitely been smoked in before but that’s to be expected

The room was “clean”, meaning that it was free of debris but it was still pretty gross looking Stains on walls, carpets etcIt’s definitely a place for work crews to stop and get some rest and not for a relaxing stay

Just for sleeping We were on a family vacation with 4 kids The pool was closed

You could see it and it was over taken by alge The elevator was broken and the hallway was flooded in spots Breakfast was scarce all they had was gross sausage and eggs No bread but there was always butter, jam, and spread? Advertises microwave in room No microwave Tried to call front desk but the phone didn’t work The number on the phone was from a different room Hole in the bathroom ceiling Fitness center was not clean at all pretty gross Outside door to the side of building was broken so it didn’t lock But if you are just looking to sleep the beds were not super uncomfortable, the AC worked great Water was hot and shower was nice Over all room was clean They have a kurigg in the room with 2 pods And television Rooms were spacious Could be a super nice place but just not well maintainedor maintained at all Could have paid half the price tho foe just a sleeping spot

This La Quinta has really gone downhill and I’ve stayed here several times over the past few years It used to be a favorite spot, but now I might not choose to stay here again on my road tripsThe building is mostly in good condition, but I noticed the carpets were old and getting grungy

The side door didn’t lock and was visibly damaged The elevator was also down as of June 2022 They advertise “ultra fast” free WiFi, but I could not connect to it, no matter how many times I triedIn the room, my fridge didn’t get cold The shower took forever to heat up and the shower head sprayed out painful, sharp streams of water all over the placeThis might be nit-picky, but at 6:20 AM there was nothing out for breakfast yetI used to like staying here because it’s relatively inexpensive and the beds are nice, but it seems like the quality and comfort have been degrading in recent months

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen! The location is sketchy and the outside of the facilities is not maintained, that should have been my first clue to how this stay would go We get inside and are told the elevator is broken, pool is out of order, no vending machines, and all they have is frozen biscuits for breakfast On our way down the hall we have to walk through an inch or so of water that has flooded the hallway carpet and reeks of mold to get to our rooms

The room was disgusting, food on the floors, rips and blood stains on the bedding, leftover items from previous guests, broke air conditioner, stains splattered on the furniture and on the pictures on the walls, mold ring and leftover pubic hair in the shower, and a brown recluse spider in the bathroom We booked through bookingcom and there was a no refund policy I have been in back and forth contact with Wyndham for a month now trying to get a refund since this hotel was nothing like described online! Do not stay here!!

PROS: Location is it’s best quality I believe The complimentary breakfast was decentCONs’: The heater is so loud you can’t watch tv or conservatively converse whilst in operation

The water at thesink only worked at a dribble and the showerhead was nice but so low it was like standing on my head to get my hair a good rinse One cup at a time coffee maker is very silly takes it 5 minand makes 2gulps

Cassi Kinnison

Its just okay Stopped at 2am for sleep It was cheap and mostly clean

Floors look dirty and the backlight on bathroom sink let’s you see how dirty the counter is, but bed looked clean and sheets Housekeeping was banging on door at 830am Then Continued to yell/conversate with someone so was just yelling back and forth Not sure what’s on curtains But definitely need to clean them

Tammie Fischer

Night attendant was very polite and helpful Door to room had been kicked in and you could push it open at least an inch without using keycard Bed was comfy but room was pretty rough

Went to breakfast at 9:10 and hot food was gone When asked for more the two day clerks said breakfast is over in 20 minutes so we aren’t making any more Had to find our own cups and no spoons for cereal

The staff is friendly, but never at the desk And the hotel is in desperate need of renovation and regular housekeepingThe bathroom has a dense coating of dust/grime over the vanity and shelves

The bathtub has rust, mold, and mildew The toilet was broken and needs cleaned There is a red (blood) stain on my duvet A thick layer of dust covers all the chipped wooden surfaces I could continue, but the photos speak for themselvesIf this did not have the Hilton brand and corresponding price, then I would not be as criticalOne small thing that would be nice is if the hot breakfast started earlier Construction workers staying at the hotel either miss breakfast or line up waiting for it to open It would be a nice gesture to open it for these hard workers

This hotel needs to be remodeled and taken care of

large cracks in walls by ice machines, 3rd floor reeks of urine so bad it reminded me of being in a 3rd world country with no plumbing Diffusing fragrances only makes it worse Scuffs all over walls, etc Furniture was really stained Sad that a hotel with so much potential is in such disrepair Positive notes- linens were good and the staff are wonderful Breakfast was decent

Zonekiller is a dragon America

The building is falling apart and dirty The pantry, business center, ice machines are all out of order The walls are scuffed, the hallway has no air conditioning

It was hot and stank When we arrived we found a red looking small bug on the bed It was on the top sheet just laying there already dead I was afraid it might be a bed bug or that the room recently had them When I asked the front office employee what she thought it was she said “I wouldn’t risk it” but was only able to offer my children and i an out of order room without ac when I requested a room move For reference it is summer and we have had record high temperatures over 100 every day for a few weeks The only other option was that I go to a different hotel My daughter had an appointment two minutes down the street the next morning and it was midnight We also drove 25 hours to make it there after working a full day so everyone was tired It was completely unacceptable to not offer anything else to help us out or ease out minds On top of this the room was dirty The pull out mattress my 12 year old used has dark brown deep staining and the double my older daughter used smelled like urine We pulled the comforter off because it was fishy I’m used to the Hilton standard and unfortunately this location wouldn’t pass a QA It was disgusting and the service wasn’t up to standard Very disappointed I took pictures but I don’t know where to post on here
