There was no maid service, towel service, or trash That’s cool, I understand if it was because it’s hard to find employees What I don’t like is having to pay full price

I had to book another week, but am staying at a newer different hotel for a better rate and full service The staff was friendly but was hard to find at the front desk It was clean and room was fine Alot of people taking up hotel parking spaces and walking over to Laura’s restaurant making it hard to get a guest parking spot There is no parking lot surveillance Will not be staying here again, too much money for no services

Rachel Senor

I’ve never been so disappointed in a Hampton Inn as I was in this one The toilet in my room was gross The desk surface was sticky and had food remnents

The room smelled disgustingly musty The a/c did not work fully – the room was very humid The hallways were very hot and stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke and weed The treadmill at the gym was filthy There were no antibacterial wipes in the stand in the fitness center to wipe anything down and no hand sanitizer The water cooler in the fitness center was dirty and empty There was no hand sanitizer in the lobby or breakfast area The Lysol wipes dispenser by the elevator was also empty

Water was hot throughout showers The fridge was cold and worked well The A/C in the room worked great Television speakers was great and the TV had lots of channels The staff was beyond helpful and courteous, especially Sam Breakfast was fresh and consistently maintained I would definitely stay here again

This hotel is spotless and the staff is amazing! Complimentary breakfast is the morning is varied and while I didn’t love some of the options the waffles and the hard boiled eggs became a staple for me! The staff is friendly, kind, and extremely hospitable I loved staying here with my sister and would most certainly come visit again Every single staff member I interacted with from the manager to custodial was extremely kind and professional

Also, the breakfast and communal areas were always SPOTLESS! 10/10

My husband and I were married in July and needed to stay close to home so we got some alone time here This place was amazing Sam at the desk was absolutely amazing, they all were

Our King room was beautiful, very bright with blackout curtains We had a mini fridge and microwave with a coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and blow dryer in the room The TV swivels from the wall and there is even a sofa that pulls out Lots of storage space in the desk The hotel was very clean and we constantly saw people keeping it tidy Hot breakfast was served buffet style with make your own waffles Eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, english muffins, cereal, oatmeal and pastries were stocked and didn’t run out once! Overall, a great place to stay, we even booked an extra night!

This was my first time in Rhode Island and I loved it The rooms were immaculate The beds were comfortable Easy onsite parking The only thing is the pool was closed and we were looking forward to using it Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for any event you may have in town We had our wedding block here and it was everything we asked for They offer a room to get ready for the bride, rooms are clean and decent size and the courtyard is amazing

The staff was super helpful and the Director, Melissa saved my wedding weekend after a neighbor hotel made a huge mistake 48 hours before guests came in to town I can’t say enough good things and the location as well Highly recommend for any bride looking for a great location for a wedding block!

Sandra Lauzier

The room was comfortable and the gentleman at the desk who checked us in on July 20th was friendly, courteous and helpful, however the lady at the desk at checkout (July 21 in the morning) was terrible No smile, no thank you for staying with us, no have a nice day, just a “you’re all set, put your keys in the key box” We’ve stayed at the Sonesta in Danvers and have always been happy

We won’t stay at this one again

I am travelling with my family and my sister’s family Earlier in the week, we had been staying at the Hampton Inn Norwood-Boston and had a terrible time! (Dirty, bad customer service, etc) We took a trip to Boston mid-week and we were supposed to go back Because of our terrible stay at Hampton Inn, we decided to cancel our reservation there and book rooms at Home2 suites Walpole and I am so happy we did! We had a suite with a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed, and a kitchenette

The room worked out perfectly! The pull out bed was great for my 5 year old and there was plenty of room for the pack n play for my baby girl The kitchenette couldn’t have been better The fridge was way bigger than I expected The sink and counter space was exactly what was needed for washing bottles, baby food utensils, etc The bathroom and room were neat and clean I do want to mention that the hotel is pet friendly We did have a doggy next door that did bark every once in a while This doesn’t bother me but I thought I would note it just in case it might bother someone else They have a laundry room You can exchange bills for quarters at the desk They also have a pool and fitness center They provide a decent breakfast in the morning and have a spacious lobby The hotel location is good also It is right down the road from Patriot Place The customer service was great They were pleasant and efficient No complaints there Overall, I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family Very happy!

Sam Checca

Great hotel, nice small heated pool Staff is friendly 24hr laundry BUT I don’t think it’s family friendly 😕 was here not even 2 hrs I left my room and immediately got approached for “yelling” coming from my room Meaning my 2 year old crying for me leaving the room

By the time I got downstairs someone called I think that’s kind of ridiculous we had a long 2 days and trip and paid to stay here to feel like I can’t even talk in my own room because it’s loud or my daughter isn’t allowed to cry We are here to finally relax and enjoy ourselves Not really the hotels fault but honestly I won’t be back because of this If u don’t have kids amazing stay beautiful room very clean and helpful staff

Francis S

Fantastic stay during a weekend with a large hockey tournament and Elton John performing at nearby Gillette Stadium The hotel was jammed, yet all the people working there were professional and smiling for all four daysRooms were clean, decent sized gym, free breakfast, coffee and tea served all day in the lobby

The only negative is the walls are thin and you can hear most of the conversations from the rooms next door

I will start with a positive The hotel is right off I95 Breakfast was surprisingly decent for a hotel buffet set up

On the downside, this place is in a very rough part of time As a New Yorker I have high tolerance for rough neighborhoods so please take my word for it A run to a local store for water had us facing drug addicts and a general sense of uneaseWhen we checked in around 10 pm we were warmly greeted by Jessica at the front desk Apparently, she was only person working the desk and was overwhelmed We jammed ourselves into the tiny elevator and went to our room on the 4th floor It looked tidy but on further inspection the bedding was absolutely disgusting The top blankets were stained and the mattress cover on one bed was badly stained with body fluids and hairAt first we just asked for new sheets but Jessica advised the housekeeping staff had left for the night and she had no access to the linen closet She offered another room on the same floor, which was cleaner but there was “stuff” in the toiletDespite the rough start, we did have a good night’s sleepI must mention that Ed, a gentleman who served breakfast, was very patient and respectful Still, I would not go back

This is the first Hampton Inn to get 5 stars, and I love Hampton Inn First, this is the first one with wheelchair ramps from parking to the first floor huge plus! There are 2 elevators on one section and one on another section! The rooms are spacious with many USB and outlets for charging! The rooms are bright and clean! There is a fitness center, pool, and meeting room There is a convenience store and the breakfast has abundant options, your regular items, plus turkey sausage and Nutella spread

I was very impressed with this location and hope to be back soon

Tiffiny Drepaul

They charged my wife a cleaning fee for rose petals I put for mothers day and tried to put us in a dirty room when we first arrived knowing she had diamond status $25000 fee like how? I do not recommend you stay at this hotel to nobodyall this because we didn’t leave a tip this hotel is also very dangerous and filled with homeless people begging for money in the hallways

Nice clean hotel Located in a very nice place in downtown with many food and art and craft establishments aroundThe lobby is filled with antiques and is decorated well

The rooms in the second building are a little hard to get to and you have to go though a maze of a walkway to get to the elevatorThe hotel staff is nice and accommodating, we arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM when the check in was scheduled after 4 PM and were hoping that we had to leave our luggage with the bell boys and come later for check-in but the hotel staff made a clean room available for us right away and checked ✔️ us in without any waitBravo good customer service

jesse bowen

We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding The hotel, amenities and event spaces were great and the room itself had everything we neededThe real 5 stars goes to Molly who is part of the staff here

She went above and beyond in helping for any of our needs and was always nearby to assist and was also quick to provide recommendations for things in the area She absolutely crushed it when it came to hospitality during our visit!

You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig… it looks so nice, I’ll give them that But man, this place was awful My husband and I are traveling with military orders with our dogs

this place is *pet friendly* we were placed on a pet floor with other pet guests but we’re given a notice of our dogs barking by guests that were not staying with pets due to overbooking We were also down graded to a smaller room due to that, but still charged a higher rate while having a compt drink at the bar (only good thing, with good service) we spoke to another guest who also had a horrible stay here Again, if aesthetics is all you’re looking for then you’ll find it here nothing else I will never be the one who criticizes the middle manaka the desk clerk this is something higher management needs to address

Very nice hotel It’s the only choice in the area Biggest issue is the AC

The halls are not air conditioned and the rooms have motion control AC I know this cuts their costs but when you spend $200 to $350 a night (weekends) for weeks I expect it to be cold when I head back from a long day in the warehouse Unacceptable It takes hours to cool down I guess it would be the same in the winter, freezing when you return to room

Ethan L

The hotel itself is fine with most of the guests including us(-) Breakfast Grease Smell into the roomBut, the room we were at the 1st level and the morning breakfast crew left the door open to the corridor and woke us up with the greasy morning meat cooking smell, right after 6am (or 7am) I suggest the hotel to keep the door to the corridor, CLOSED at all times, and train the staff to respect the guests on the1st floor, not talking loudly at the corridor, and, put some door sweeper to reduce the gap at the door bottom as a remedy

(-) Housekeeping issueAnd, the room was not cleaned after the 1st night, and it was very disturbing to come to the room 2nd night, seeing the trash bins full and the wet towels still on the floor When we checked in, we were never been told that the Housekeeping crew would NOT come to clean the room due to CoVid-19, unless we would tell them That is the excuse from the 2 front desk staff (they are polite) I did not argue with them, but, none of them instructed us that is the house rule,***That is twice the fault of the hotel Maybe three times the fault, as it did not make any sense as 100% of the staff and 90% of the guests did not wear the masks at all We were given with new towels, but, no one came to pick up the wet towels on the floor, and, we had to endure the night without trash bin access during the 2nd night(-) Noise, drinking, loitering on-site parking lot, not prohibitedThis hotel attracts most diverse race and age groups from my travel experiences, with most of the guests with good manners, but, in two occasions, we had to endure some young Latino males who stayed in the parking lot, and left the truck open, playing a very loud music, drinking, smoking, and talking loudly inviting other drivers, Another Latino woman, and an older Latino man, during the breakfast hours, talking loudly, on videocalls, and, sneezing at the food station, tooThe hotel staff did not oversee the breakfast hours at the station, or, discourage them, whereas their CoVID-19 safety rule made it an excuse why no housekeeping came to clean the room during our stay, without any prior explanationNone of these reports were shared to the next staff at the front desk it is a questionable management issue, not sharing the issues over the night or, vice versa(-) Noise from the guest aboveThe floor-ceiling is not sound-insulated, and, a guest above me made a quite loud stomping noises and vibrations, until he went to bed at Midnight It would be an issue if you are a light sleeper(+) great sleep/ Nice shower, easy access from 495 (exit 50)The mattress is great to fall asleep deeply for us with no ache next morning Although I put 3 stars, I think it could be an easy 4-star satisfaction to other guests who did not experience what we dealt with Once you adjust a DIFFERENT OPERATION of them, compared to other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at, and, other hotels – all during the past 2 years of the pandemicThis poor housekeeping, and, the strong breakfast cooking smell should be changed That is why mine is 3-star this time

Alison Moore

Front desk woman was very kind VERY outdated room and was told I had the last reserved room that was handicapped accessible- which sounds fine, but the sinks were in the entrance of the hotel room, literally And the shower nozzle was only a handheld that was about 6” shorter than I am, which is like 5’7”

That was not fun Clean enough, but uncomfortable bed VERY loud upstairs and called front desk, and soon after it got better but then an hour after that it was loud again At like 11:30pm Thank god for my sound machine app! Won’t stay here again and frankly if I had the energy I’d ask for a refund

The staff at this Marriott was exceptional! As a well seasoned traveler (3 million plus miles in the air and years of hotel nights) I notice attitudes and moods of employees From the front desk staff to the housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant crews, this group worked like a well oiled machine Everyone greeted me with a smile, went out of their way to chat and check on my stay, and otherwise made me feel at home

Kudos to the management staff who have clearly instilled a positive culture among the employees, who always were busy with some task, but never so engrossed that they couldn’t check on our experience Food was excellent as well! Well done!

Josh

If you like hanging by the pool this is a great place We spent most of our time there Our 3 boys (6,4,2) loved it

Rooms are ok, nothing special Gym is pretty disappointing Didn’t get anything from the restaurant If they spent a couple hundred on the gym it would go from a 3 to an 8 Need an Olympic bar 2 more 45 lb plates, new attachments for the cable machine and dumbbells that go up to 90 lbs

Sangeeta Gupte

Hotel is clean and great location Staff at breakfast lounge was very courteous However staff at front desk was very rude

When requested for late check out they rudely said that it can be extended to 1 pm but you need to call in the morning When I came to room, I could not log into WiFi when I added room number and last name When I called front desk, instead of helping, they asked me do you know what is the last name??? When called in the morning, rudely indicated that they can’t allow late check out as they are busy They could have said this in better tone They definitely need training or need to replace them I am a Bonvoy member for long time and have respectable status (platinum) I do not expect this kind of service from Marriott brand hotel I will not stay in this hotel due to ‘BAD’ ‘UNACCEPTABLE’ front desk service

We stayed 8 days in July 2022 hosting a dear friend from out of country We were first timers to the area; the staff was so helpful! The hands-on GM solved a double booking problem so graciously with penalties The cleaning staff rearranged their schedule for us to have extended time in our rooms

Highly recommend staying here They are a cut above other properties in this brand

KS Kraus

The room was just okay and breakfast was nice and that’s the best I can say for the hotelMy room was not serviced for two days, the hallway smelled like a wet dog, towels left out in the hall were not picked up during my three day stay, one towel looked really disgusting, room carpeting was frayed, curtains were sheer and there was no outer curtain to close and darken the room, and the fan on the ac never stopped runningThe only staff that smiled and showed any kind of appreciation for your business was Nick, the manager and Jennifer, one of the housekeepers

Other than that this property had no positive attributesI’m rarely this harsh but the hotel group, IHG, is one I will avoid at all cost

The staff in this hotel was awesome! We stayed there one night with our entire family for a wake/ funeral, and they made sure our rooms were close together Jared is the sweetest front desk person! He took care of us with a smile They had flowers waiting in our room with condolences

❤🙏 I highly recommend this hotel Very clean, spacious, and a quality, full delicious breakfast

This location has been very busy during my stays It seems as though this is the norm All staff that I have spoken with have been professional and courteous

However, the facility is showing wear and tear that maintenance and housekeeping staff should address Most recently I noticed that the pool appeared cloudy Our room was missing utensils and a toaster The outside trash bins are often overflowing Pleased to see that guests are asked not to smoke near the doors or on the patio All Home2 need to enforce this policy

This was my first time staying at this location & I was not disappointed I stayed for a week I used the spin2cylcle and that was very clean

My room was spacious and super comfortable I even cleaned my room some more & I didn’t have to do much because it was pretty clean when I got there The fridge & freezer kept everything cold and it was big enough for all of my food I had all the utensils I needed & I loved the fact I got to cook in my room, that was awesome! My room was on the 2nd floor and I loved how I was next to the elevator & ice machine Very convenient!! I didn’t have a problem with noise I could barely hear anyone They had a small dog staying on my floor but the dog barely made any noise No complaints there I loved how the breakfast offered hot & cold options every day & 7/11 and Dunkin are less than 5min away walking distance I don’t drive so I was very happy to be on the bus line Everything is so close!!! I will be staying here again 🤗

It was great! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area SUPER friendly staff, breakfast was everything you can imagine and then some, and we really appreciated that it lasted until 10am Pool was nice and well maintained

The bed was comfy, room clean The only very minor thing was the AC was loud and made noises I’ve never heard an AC make before But it didn’t bother us

My Stay was amazing my husband and I got a room and the front desk staff on that night were two young ladies who were beyond helpful~ I cant express how amazing they worked as a team checking us in as there were a few of us to check in at once The next morning I went down to ask about Breakfast the girls were still there working and they had informed me there wasn’t breakfast until they officially turn to the Best Western which would be in a few weeks Paige & Rubia were so sweet and kind, I will defiantly be back just to say hi to them next time I’m in the area!!!

Ruby went above and Beyond shoving her customers! When we checked in she was very polite, professional, and friendly We’re not from here so we were looking for a place to eat and she let us know where we could get some dinner and have us pamphlets on where to order We had an issue with the shower not working which she promptly got to work on calling maintenance to fix and the issue and her boss with a suggestion

None of this was her fault but I can say she went above and Beyond and gave us a bigger room for myself and my family This was a perfect example of great customer service! Thank you Ruby for being a true professional! I wish I could have given her 10 stars because she truly deserves it! Thank you! Management should look at how hard she works and her great work she does!
