The customer service here is great We got off a cruise and needed to spend the night before our flight They allowed us to check in super early and then check out late the next day

If you’d like a shuttle to and from the port then be sure to let them know the day before I wish I’d known thatThe room was super clean and the design felt “new” It was really comfortable The TV allowed for signing into various streaming services so we didn’t need to connect a device to watch one of our movies The shower had Tea Tree shampoo, conditioner and body wash I love that brand The only downer was that there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower and the shower floor looked dark (but it could just be a problem with the material not being able to come all the way clean)The breakfast layout was nice It’s so nice during the pandemic to see a hotel still doing good breakfastsThe location is close to a couple places to eat but it doesn’t seem like a great place to walk aroundI would stay here again

New location that is super-convenient if cruising from Port Canaveral Very clean and well organized Friendly smiling faces at check in

Nice area in lobby for morning breakfast, and food is replenished as neededGood elevators for transit between floors Pretty standard accommodations in rooms, but floor plan is good I found the shower to be consistent on temperature and pressure

10 out of 10! This hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes from the cruise piers, it was very clean, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly The suite was very spacious with 2 king beds, a trundle, two bathroom areas (one with a sink and toilet, and another with a sink and shower), two TV’s, a mini refrigerator and a microwave The room easily fit my family of 5 with room to spare

The continental breakfast buffet was also a plus with many food options I would recommend this hotel for it’s convenience if you are cruising out of Port Canaveral and for it’s modern look and amenities

One of the best hotel suites yet!!! I was supposed to be going on a cruise and was unable to go because I was missing some paperwork not only was I irritated and very upset, I told my fiance to go ahead a go without me as we were going with a group of all guys me being the only woman I didn’t want him to miss out, I had him rent me a room so could wait for him to get back,, my suite was wonderful, and accommodating, the free breakfast was excellent and super convenient I spent my 4 days relaxing next to the pool and gaining a wicked tan,, I Invited my best friend to spend a day with me as well even though I was left behind my weekend was great thanks to country inn&suites by Radisson

thank you so much I’m looking forward to our next cruise,,,this time I won’t miss it😁but definitely picking to stay here again

Staci Mccarthney

The rooms were clean, and the hotel had ample parking The pool area looked very inviting although we did not have an opportunity to use it They actually have a real continental breakfast again with cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, and make your own pancakes, not the covid breakfast of a granola bar, honey bun, and box of juice some hotels still try to pass off

They’re located very close to the port so the shuttle to and from the cruise ships is quick and efficient We’re already booked here for our next cruise in December

Christina McReynolds

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel We got the king hot tub/jacuzzi suite Usually when a room says “king” it’s never the size of a king

This bed was exactly what we have at home an actual king and comfortable Having the jacuzzi (big enough for 3 but perfect for my husband and I) in the room was so fun Definitely a romantic feel to the experience and felt very clean and spacious We will always choose this hotel when we come to this area!

Had a great stay at this hotel Front desk staff seemed very knowledgeable about the area Jen was a great help referring us to some amazing food in the area

For the room itself, it was super clean with no funky smells I was very surprised at how comfortable the beds were to sleep on Breakfast area was full of good eats Pool was nice and warm We usually stay here before departing on our cruises Complimentary shuttle takes you from the hotel to the port

Punit Shah

WOW, this hotel is great! I traveled to the area for a last minute business trip and my secretary Sagar ended up booking this hotel for me I am very glad he did! To start, the staff was very friendly and courteous and accommodated my earlier than normal check in time (thanks Tim!) The rooms were large and clean and the bed was very comfortable

The very best part of this hotel has to be the pool, I loved sitting out by the pool and working when I had some down time from meetings Overall, I would come back for work or fun, and probably bring the family next time!

Melanie Lugo

I am never one to take the time to write reviews and I travel so often being a military spouse/family but I came on here to compliment the wonderful lady named Sandy working front desk These 5 stars are really for her and her beautiful heart of gold The world is a much better place with people like Sandy in it

❤️(The hotel rooms can use some updating but it’s doable)

Peter DiIorio

The room was clean, pleasant and fairly well appointed and the staff very nice when we interacted with anyone The bathroom was pretty decent with great counter space for toiletries as well as some shelves behind the door However, I would have preferred a tub instead of a shower stall, and I am not a fan of full-on/full-off faucets

Also, the mirrored closet door in the hallway seemed to be somewhat flimsy and I felt I had to be very careful when opening and closing it

Caleb

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, coffee station, ok breakfast, check in and out on the app, open room and doors via app without room keyCons: There were random flies/gnats in sink, mattress was stiff and my main issue was the sound The gap under the door was huge and the walls seemed paper thin You could hear every little thing going on in the hallway and at one point I could hear the gentlemen in the room across from us talkingOverall it was decent but I was expecting more for what we paid for the room

Jessica Lyons

If I could give this place more stars I would! Rooms were comfy and clean Pool is clean and salt water More than anything their customer service was out of this world!Long story short, my family and I are roadtripping through Florida and I made a mistake

I accidentally double booked different hotels for the same day! I booked through Expedia, which I know puts things out of the actual hotels hands for the most part I tried to fix it without getting Expedia involved and in return I called the wrong hotel and canceled I showed up to the canceled hotel and was dumbfounded that my reservation wasn’t thereThe lady at the front desk Michelle, and her boss (I didn’t catch his name) were so kind and waited for me to try and sort my mess out There was only one room left and they kindly put it on hold for me and my family They worked with me while I texted Expedia and they talked to them on the phoneAll and all I cannot express how thoroughly grateful I am that they cared so much! 100/10 would recommend this hotel! Thank you for adding to the adventure we are having exploring Florida!

This was a nice, new, clean Hilton hotel I stayed for 4 days The staff was always pleasant

The room had everything we needed The AC was quiet and the beds were comfortable The breakfast area was up and running and they did a great job at keeping things sanitary I liked how all items were individually wrapped to keep others from touching your food The towels and washcloths were a bit on the “rough/scratchy/cheap” qualityThis Hilton allows dogs in the rooms and while they are mostly limited to the first floor, they were present on other floors I love my dog but don’t travel with her and I was a bit concerned how they can really clean a room, linens, furniture, and floors clean and disinfect everything with dogs present Many of the guests (with pets) stay long-term and I can only imagine the condition of the room after an extended-stay We are loyal Hilton customers and if we ever need to bring our dog with us, we will choose Home2 Suites, but I think I’ll choose a different hotel the next time we come into town I always appreciate that hotels offer the option to bring the pet

What a perfect example of how a hotel should operate When you enter, you see a modern, clean facility Wonderful aromas and friendly staff

Speaking of staff, they are kind, and hard working They address your needs…from the front desk to housekeeping We stayed almost 2 weeks (transition between buying a new home)the only issues we encountered was “Kids” Baseball tournaments must have been going on over both weekends They were just being themselves…but some parents stayed by the pool and let them run through the hotel (I don’t blame the kids or staff…just inconsiderate parenting) Overallthe hotel did a great job of managing any issues If your looking for quiet weekend getaway…this might not be your first choice (Call to see if there are tournaments going on) Short of that…you can’t go wrong

Kimmer Stoudt

This cozy hotel was just what I needed I’m a person that is challenged with anxiety from specific sounds Because my stay was over the 4th of July celebration, you can imagine how hard it was to find a quiet spot

I wanted/needed rest and decompression I’m happy to share that both occurred The staff is professional and kind The amenities were nice The location was away from city noise and MOST of the guests were friendly and respectful of their fellow travelers I hesitated to share this much about this Hilton property for fear of it getting overbooked

We had a wonderful stay here before our last cruise The staff was so kind with every interaction And bless the housekeeping person who found my husband’s insulin and had the front desk call us immediately

They kept it cold for us and everything while I rushed back I cannot say how grateful we were We felt really safe in the area as well and our room was clean and comfy We’ll definitely be back

Sanel Babic

Hotel seems dated, despite visible renovations and make overs Nice lobby Breakfast is very limited and not self-serve (while the staff is super sweet)

Front desk snack kiosk is almost non-existent Small outdoor seating area is enjoyable Rooms are very roomy but dated; who still has tubs, analog cable chanels, 1980’s phones 😉 C’mon

Kally wahl

Hotel was ok, wouldn’t recommend though for the price, rooms were outdated tile in bathroom was gross looking, only two towels in the room, doors go into the hotel to get to our room didn’t work and we were told to use those doors, only one ice machine for the entire hotel even though they have signs still up that say ice machine on different floors, and residence in breakfast used to be the BEST no because they say if “covid” and want “healthier options” they only serve frozen foods that get microwaved I was speechless especially when your paying the same price if not more a night now And bar and snack area for pool was closed due to “covid”

Absolutely awesome people working at this location! Arrived early and was able to check in right away Hotel off the main road so enjoyed a quiet sleep The outdoor games were fun, and the pool area is nice with a little waterfall between the hot tub and pool

And breakfast was hot and quite a few selections, although the lady taking care of it(Linda) was the best of all- her warmth and caring gave a a happy start to our day Bravo, well done!

Anjali Desai

I had my engagement at the Space Coast Convention Center which is combined with the Holiday Inn Express, and I have to say that the staff was absolutely amazing! Kandy, Sean and the front desk were so accommodating and made sure the whole weekend went smoothly My family and friends were thoroughly impressed with the service, and we hope to have future events here The rooms, reception area, and breakfast room were always clean, despite the heavy traffic of the weekend

Would highly recommend for any event and stay!

i have had to stay at this, home away from home for 2 months from the first phone call to MrsTiffany Eden and again today, she has been KIND,UNDERSTANDING and made me feel like a person

This staff under her leadership has been nothing but phenomenal, they are super friendly all times of the day and night and truly make you feel welcome I’m never gonna forget the love that was given to me by her and her staff, this team is AMAZING!!! thank you all so much

Robin Baranowski

I loved this place! I felt so at home and comfortableTiffany the day manager was amazing! Super nice, professional and easy to talk to She attended to my every need

My room was like a tiny house I always felt at home Super clean and quiet And the window shade blocked out all light both day and night Although they dont offer hot breakfast they had oatmeal packs, cereal bars, honey buns, muffins, yogurt and coffee I requested a few kitchen items for eating in the roomThere is a gym room and a really nice room key access washer and dryer areaAfter spending one night at the Best Western in a room that was filthy I moved to Extended Stay for the same price and got piece of mindI will differently stay here when I come to visit familyThanks TiffanyIll miss you!

Sreemoyee Chakraborty

I am very disappointed with my stay We are staying in this hotel tonight in a room with broken air conditioner The thermostat in our room cannot be set below 75 and it shows heat instead of cool

The front desk guy was not helpful and the manager was not available to speak to We have a room with 2 queen beds and all they were willing to offer was a room with 1 king bed We are three of us and it wasn’t possible to sleep together in one bed, so we requested them to give us two separate rooms so we could sleep comfortably but the front desk guy was insensitive and ride He said he called the asst manager and she didn’t approve He refused to connect us to the manager After the whole days exhaustion at 11:00 pm we had no other option but to sleep without AC I think the reviews are not honest Please check with the hotel before you check in about all amenities so you don’t have negative experience like us Experiences like this one sometimes spoils the vacation

Yvonne

We spent two nights at this property and was quite comfortable Beds are comfortable, room was quiet, even with a bus full of teenagers Never heard a peep

Breakfast was good, normal continental fare No coffee creamer, other than milk products New hotel and as expected, clean Only complaint would be no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it gets plenty steamy in there Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was good

Claudine Wilson

Clean and dog friendly I love my fur baby and the hotel did not show traces of other dogs There was no pet hair

The hotel sink and toilet were upgraded Linen were clean Carpet was clean Staff was super friendly friendly Breakfast was ok not special but just enough For the price this was a terrific find Also the charge for my fur baby was reasonable compared to the Marriott close by I am a very picky person as to where I want to sleep but this hotel was really great

F. K

Relatively new hotel Clean modern rooms Breakfast was average

Fitness room is better than most hotel fitness rooms but there were no wipes available to clean machines We asked if we can view fireworks from launch view room on 5th floor, was told it could only be open for a launch 😒 Probably the only reason I would not stay here for more than a day is the lack of cell phone service There are 1 or 2 bars in lobby and maybe in room near windows True of t-mobile and AT&T

I’ll start positive Friendly staff and comfortable bedNo complimentary breakfastNo microwave in the roomInternet was slowAll carpets in the hotel especially the 4th floor need a deep clean

Room did not smell the bestToilet took multiple flushes to workOverall cleanliness is a 3 STARI could list more but I think you get the point Definitely would not stay here again

Sandra Wootton

Good – comfy bed Spacious room and bath Great reception when I arrived at front desk !! However, Holiday Inn always had the reputation of not being clean

I took a chance because the location was good and my last stay at a Holiday Inn was as favorable With Covid cleaning standards advertised to be higher I thought maybe… carpets dirty, nothing wiped down Not the phone, handles on drawers, refrigerator door, Entrance door, Door lock, Door handle, light switches or TV remote I brought cleaning wipes with me I even wiped dried blood off the door So the cleaning standards have not improved Gross False advertising?!? Did I say the bed is comfortable? Parking leaves a lot to be desired Many dead trees that look like the branches in a light wind will fall in your vehicle The Lot needs a good cleaning You want to feel your vehicle is safe Very dark parking lot I was afraid to go out at night to retrieve my belongings from my car at late check in So I wouldn’t stay here again Too many other choices around at comparable prices that offer breakfast included (I didn’t care about the food)

Brad

The service was awesome Bonnie who runs the restaurant was so informative and friendly Great advice on where to watch the rocket launch

Plus serves a very decent cup of coffee Via at front desk went above and beyond for us So friendly and welcoming plus when they ran out of quarters we needed to do laundry she ran out to her own car to get more for us What more can I say We were so appreciative Yes the hotel itself is very “worn in” but the service is second to none We will be back!Brad

Lost Inn Paradise is truly a gem!! The owners are on site and are so helpful, kind, and were so generous to our family Our room was immaculate as were the grounds The heated pool was perfect and our kids had a great time fishing off the docks

The beach is just across the street and the owners have a room of amenities like beach toys, goggles, games, etc that are so helpful when traveling with young kids We had never been to the area before but because of this quaint hotel we can’t wait to come back We are so glad we stayed here over a chain hotel!

Caitlyn Dent

My husband and I had a 3 night vacation here I am in LOVE with this property! It is in South Cocoa beach, about a 8-10 minute drive from the main strip of restaurants I personally loved being a little bit away from the action

The views were incredible for the river side The beach is truly right across the A1A There are 2 Adirondack chairs for each room, along with plenty of seating up by the dock and by the pool The rooms were exceptionally clean and the housecleaning staff was amazing Our room had a small table, a fridge, a coffeemaker, and a microwave It was nice to have the option to keep leftovers or make sandwiches for beach days There is a laundry room on site and they include a lot of things in there for free that we didn’t know we needed but came in handy, including disposable cutlery, sunscreens and bug sprays, coolers, little wagons, beach chairs, life jackets, boogie boards, games, and books I would highly recommend this place for couples or, if you had a large enough family, rent out the whole complex and stay for a week! We did not end up taking advantage of them but there were also kayaks available for use and boat slips

Crystal Berg

We were unsure what to expect at an “Inn”but we would happily stay again at Lost Inn Paradise! Don’t underestimate the outside of the building Rooms were impressively up to date and clean The bedding and pillows were comparable to fancier establishments

Pool seems to be saltwater and is not huge but adequate since ocean is so close Views are fantastic It is located across the street from ocean but we knew that coming in Easy walk across the street to access the ocean front “Borrow room” was perfect for what we needed for our one night Ice and washing machines on site The Internet connection did its job perfectly Good sized fridge, freezer, and microwave Easy online check-in with gate codes provided in advance Property well maintained and clean Will definitely visit again Short drive to downtown touristy shops and food

Great family resort located right on the beach! Plenty of rooms with ocean front views and balconies Other rooms have ocean view or pool views Our room had 2 nice size bedrooms (1 king and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms

Nice size kitchen with microwave and dishwasher Washer & dryer in the roomActivity Director on premises and plenty of things for kids of all ages to enjoy

Maria Milos

This was the second time we stayed here It’s awesome The condos are large, clean and close to the beach

The staff are nice and efficient It has tennis and basketball courts, cornhole, a ping pong table, a pool and of course beach access They have a self serve beach towel system to get and return the towels There is a linen exchange that you use as needed You use a bracelet with a key for towels, doors to the pool / beach, and your room Yes, it’s waterproof so you can keep it on while you swim Simple things that make your stay so much better

Cassandra Thomas

This place is really nice and clean Smells great as soon as you walk in The pool is great only up to about 5ft so there’s no diving but that also means not as much kid splashing which is nice

The pool also has plenty of areas to sit and lounge in and out of the water My kids had a blast playing pool volleyball and in the little spash pad fountain they had We were able to catch a movie which was fun they have a schedule for their theater it seats about 20 or so people The chairs are uncomfortable! Even my little 7year old complained about the chairs and there’s not much leg room There is also a cute kids play place where they hold activities during the week There’s a game room as well but it’s not worth it El Azteca is the restaurant that is inside the resort we did not eat there The beach access is very nice but being money if you want a good spot because you have to rent the chairs and umbrellas that are already set out $30 for 2 chairs/lounge chairs and an umbrella They have other options that are less or more depending what you want, but the beach access is nice and the $30 is for the entire day, if you leave for a bit they just ask you leave a towel or something showing you are still there, so it’s worth it The rooms are nice and adequate size My biggest complaint is that at the end of your stay you must strip your own beds and place them in a certain spot or you be charged extra You pay alot for all of these amenities and it is not all inclusive which I understand but I am not on vacation to be the house keeper that is the last thing that I want to do when I am trying to pack an entire family up and get out the door So that is my biggest issue with this place it is overall a great place but I can’t give it a full 5 stars because of those few things

Hotel and rooms were clean The staff was very friendly The breakfast was decent and a basic continental

We stayed for almost a week with 2 kids and didn’t have an issue with noise Pool was small, but enough for the kids to play Cracker barrel was directly across the street and just a simple walk Used this spot to travel between beaches and orlando with ease

Only issue was that the original tub was relined with the incorrect liner, it doesn’t fit the tub correctly (room 206) making the floor of the tub unstable My wife almost fell out of the tub while taking a shower I let the front desk know and they said they’d check it out but there was nothing to check out because the liner is incorrect, I did however notice the maintenance guys boot prints on the tub floor so he must’ve checked, but in his defense there’s nothing he could’ve done

Now that it’s been documented in this review and a couple other reviews it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, It might be easier to replace the incorrect liners but what do I know I’m just a retired attorney Aside from the issue of the tub my stay was great as always, five stars!

I am a long time Hilton Honors member and this recent stay was a huge disappointment We always ask for a late check out and sometimes we are told yes and sometimes noWe were told we could stay an additional hour after normal checkout which is posted as noon on the room door

We left at 12:35 and were charged an additional $84 for a late checkout after we were given verbal permission from Paul! We also told him about the very dangerous shower condition(see other posts)When speaking with the manager, Tiffany, about the charge she says she can only go by what “her notes say” and would speak with Paul later this week No help at allBuyer be aware of the games they play hereAfter decades of being loyal to Hilton I will be switching to Marriott after this poor performanceand up charge

The key to a good experience is managing expectations It’s close to the cruise port, shuttles run regularly and are affordable (we paid $6 per person)The buildings are older and our room (300’s) was small but clean Staff is very helpful and friendly

Big pool with plenty of space to swim Food was perfectly acceptable Overall if you’re looking for a good 3* hotel right by the port, radiation resort at the port is a good option

Sharon Sweeney

The rooms are a bit dated however they are a good deal larger than most standard hotel roomsThe pool is very nice and makes you feel like you are on a Caribbean holiday The tiki bar is a lot of fun

We ate supper at the hotel and the food was fantastic Albeit small servings but delicious and reasonably pricedThey offer antigen tests on site for $45 Best rate I have seenAll in all a great spot and the staff are beyond helpful and kind The one negative which isn’t terrible is it’s a real party atmosphere Drinks and cups and plates everywhere cause everyone hangs out at the pool However I wouldn’t say dirty because the staff clean up often We did hear a bit of the partying at night but it wasn’t terrible Kind of you knew it was happening and could hear it faintly in the background

WOW! We are use to staying at Wyndham Hotels such as Super 8 Almost all hotels in Cocoa had horrible reviews and with pet fees the cost at the Radisson was comparable w/o pet fees For $10 more for the two of us per night, we upgraded to a suite

It was a wonderful experience We had ample closets and plenty of space The staff were friendly and accommodating They had a pool and a hidden hot tub We are sold on the RadissonI don’t know if I can give an accurate review as we have never stayed in a suite before All I can say it was wonderful

Newly renovated hotel on the beach where most rooms have limited views of the ocean The workout room is nice, and the kids liked the game room with air hockey The prices are high for the breakfast buffet and the $12 credit that Hilton now gives for Diamond members is extremely disappointing

The prices at the convenience store are very high for beverages and snacks The laundry is also $4 per load, which is extremely high I felt extremely taken advantage of with all of these high expenses! The pool area is nice, but the pool is small and I am surprised they didn’t make the pool much bigger since they just remodeled All of the associates that we interacted with were nice The rooms didn’t have microwaves The wall AC was inconsistent It was very cold and froze the person next to it, or if you raised the temp two degrees you would be sweating at night There are several restaurants within two miles Small balcony as well

Nicole Smith

I would have liked to rate this hotel higher Check-in was not very friendly But the worst part was I paid extra for a partial ocean view, and I wouldn’t call looking out over the parking lot and the roof of the entrance a partial ocean view

There was a sliver of blue that could barely be seen Also, if you are chemical sensitive, don’t stay here The smell of (new construction perhaps) was so strong I had a migraine that night and all day the next day and a bad taste in my mouth Note to those that may book “full ocean view” – these rooms are right over the (small) pool, so they would be noisy (there was also a DJ who was very loud that played a couple of hours) On the positive side, I loved the design of the room, floor plan, there was lots of storage, and it was spacious Again, wish it would have been better in other respects Some may not have the problems I had Location is great There is a private walk out to the beach, which is very nice

First of all, I did not want to write a review but have no choice Continually calling Hilton Doubletree Cocoa Beach because they charged our account twice Nobody will return my calls and they say they are to busy with other guests

Well guess what, we were a paying guest I have been overcharged by $1,60000 Canadian Dollars If you want any kind of service this is not the hotel for you The front desk needs to learn hospitality all over again, the staff is nice but not trained The general manager should oversee this The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the location on the beach is great and the rooms are good But again, after a 3 night stay no one asked if we needed anything I have spent $6000 Canadian just calling them Finally left a message for Kim Still no reply I would like the double charge reversed please

This hotel have been fantastic! From before we arrived until we left Booked it through GoPort for cruise and park package Then decided to add an extra day, they were able to accommodate our request last minute

Very friendly and professional staff, they go over and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need Rooms was very clean, spacious and homey Big window allowed for plenty of light, yet dark enough for night/sleeping Delicious breakfast with plenty of options that was constantly being refilled Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon (they even hand delivered some (a dozen to be exact) of a flavor that ran out for my husband and daughter I really can’t say enough positive things about this place I do know that I would happily stay here again in the future

We had booked a room with 2 queens but when we arrived they didn’t have any availableBut they put us in a king suite with a pull out sofa bed for a single (reason for a star removal – if we had had 4 people what would we have done???)The gentleman down at the counter was very sweet and apologetic and carried up pillows, sheets and comforters so we could makeup the bedNext morning we had a fantastic breakfast with the NICEST attendants

The room was gorgeous and massive – the bathroom was fantastic Hot hot water with bone massaging pressure

The room was very clean and the staff from the front desk to the breakfast attendants were helpful and friendly! Maureen at the front desk had to fix our reservation we made by phone which was all wrong and apologized profusely even though we didn’t mind I appreciate that they use paper products instead of plastic in the rooms and buffet One review said the breakfast was standard but I disagree

They had cereal, eggs (omelet, scrambled and hard boiled), oatmeal, 2 different waffle irons, sausage, yogurt, spicy potatoes AND fruit! (Not sure why the apples are wrapped in plastic The pool is nice and walk to the beach short This is more about Cocoa Beach but I love how they have kept the dunes intact with nice dune vegetation! Overall a great stay!

Booked this Hotel for the weekend for my 80-year-old parents that were moving to an independent living facility in Melbourne After two days of driving, they arrived at this hotel and were very pleased They were in room 616, a two bed queen room with ocean view that overlooked the pool/outdoor bar area, the balcony with the ocean view was amazing

From the six floor walkway and front door to the room you could see the banana river, and although the rocket launch during this time was scrubbed, they could also have seen it from the front walkway The room was large and although a little outdated, was clean and met their needs They also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning The entire facility from parking lot to main floor to hallways etc were very clean We live in the area and have never had reason to visit any of the hotels, but thank you Hampton Inn, we now know to recommend you to any out-of-town visitors

Nice simple clean rooms with very cheerful and helpful staff members The pool has heavy afternoon shade from the building which can be good or bad, depending on the weather Nice beach access

Annoying that you can’t have drinks at the pool deck This was ignored by some but some of my favorite beach resorts allow me to have my (non-alcoholic) drinks in hand… and they make a fair penny selling them to me!Overall probably a three star hotel, family friendly, safe, short walk to beach and short drive to Cape Canaveral

I have the distinct pleasure of working with the Sales Department and Front Office Department in a corporate capacity! Our company books approximately 50 guests (100 room nights) per year with AVID and have never had any issues Jen in Sales always goes above and beyond with a cheerful professional attitude Likewise for the Front Office staff

This hotel is new, clean and offers an incredible continental breakfast We can hold an agreement with any local hotel and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service we receive from AVID, not to mention they also have the best prices in town Keep up the great work!! We love our relationship with you!!DebFour Star Real EstateIndian River Colony Club

The hotel has only been open about 6 months It has a lot of problems though The cable flickered a few times, and the picture cut in and out in the room

My key card had to be re-keyed Grab and go breakfast didn’t really have anything that interested me, so I had breakfast elsewhere It took a few minutes for the hot water to kick in in the shower The bed was pretty comfortable at least
