Room itself was comfortable They had a good breakfast everyday The service wasn’t too great

Only 1 working elevator My room wasn’t cleaned one night even after I asked so no towels and trash can were full They did clean it after I brought it to there attention Location was good About 10-20 minute drive from everywhere we planned on going

Probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had Rooms were clean, pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable ALL the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful and just phenomenal

You MUST go to breakfast between 6-10a I was impressed, and the lady in charge of breakfast is really kind and helpfulJust a great experience overall

For being a diamond member this is the nastiest Hampton Inn I stayed so far When I walked walked in the first room you could smell the musk & or urine smell from the carpet and my bathroom shower was filthy It had used towels still there, hair in the shower, and a lot of other stuff around the rim of the shower

The second room was slightly better It was considered an upgrade but the only this is I got a half sink 😂 The room still has a musky smell 🤮 Nothing like waking up in the middle of the night a few times by the urine smell Keep your A/C on low so the smell don’t intensify Oh lastly DON’T walk in your room barefoot it smelled of musk/urine so you never know what could be on it Housekeeping needs to do better!!!

Overall, I like this hotel The room is comfortable, the breakfast is nice, the location is convenient and most of the staff is friendly You have to take into consideration that this is a touristy area being near the beach, and there’s a lot of guys that stay here for various trade/skill type jobs

It’s also humid and hot All of this causes a lot of wear and tear on any hotel in the area (believe me I’ve tried them all and still came back to this one)However, there are a few things that could totally improve the stay DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DOORS SLAMMING! IT’S HORRIBLE AT 5AM, 6AM, 1AM I”ve been at hotels where the doors almost don’t close all the way they have things on them that will slow it down and lessens the chance of that happening Definitely try and get a room in the front of the hotel I’m on the backside which is where the afternoon sun is the worse, and people are celebrating a birthday down around the pool area I know this because I can hear every word With my TV and AC on They might as well be in my room or in the hall or right next door I would do anything to be on the front side of the hotel right now, and will be sure to choose my room next time!

I cant believe I paid $360 (with a group discount) for a 2 night stay at this hotel I definitely didn’t get the Hilton experience I paid for More like a Motel 8

The room had so many broken things that I was surprised anything at all worked The bathroom sliding door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed The fridge didn’t stay cold, the room stayed hot at night and our dead bolt would was loose and would lock us out of the room when no one was inside I ended up leaving and booking next door for the rest of the week

JESSICA MONTALVO

Clean- and I know because I went over all flat surfaces in room and batch room with a Clorox wipe and wipe was always visably clean!Breakfast was GREAT!!! Eating area was also spacious allowing social distancesCheck in was easy! Check out was easy!Smelled clean and welcoming when walking in

The windows were leaking some brown stuff There were different bugs and an infestation of ants The one good thing is for people who stay here a while it has a kitchennet including a working stove

Also we couldn’t close the bathroom door all the way because it would get stuck and you would be trapped We had to remove the door twice when my kids got stuck inside 😒

Stayed here for the weekend for a track meet and the facility is newer and presentable however it reeked of dog and cat urine in the hallways leading to our room and we were knocked in the face to smell of it in our room It was an extremely strong odor The first night it was a puddle of dog urine sitting in front of the elevator with a caution wet floor sign

So disgusting and due to the nature of our trip we had no other place to go They didn’t have any extra towels available as they said “the guest wasn’t leaving them outside the room to pickup” but they only clean the rooms after 3 days They didn’t even stop by to make the beds Definitely will not return

For a new hotel everything was very minimal which would have been fine except for the cleanliness was just not there The glass on the shower walls had just been barely touched, you could see when it was steamed up, all the spots and where the actual rag had wiped There were dirty spots on the bathroom floor that were kind of dark colored, so easily spotted

Water bowl for my dog was bumped so I wiped it up with a hand towel The towel was brown where I had used it on the floor All in all it would do in a pinch but not as nice or clean as it should be

Ewan Grantham

Accessible rooms aren’t, so consider another place if you actually want features that are promised in the listing such as a Hand-held shower (as picture attached shows, they only had a wall mounted one), roll in shower (as picture shows, there is a three inch high railing), bathroom grab bars (you’ll notice there are none anywhere near the toilet) and so on Also included a photo to show how some of the lamps don’t actually have bulbs Shower seat was not actually provided initially – after three trips to the front desk we finally got one that looked rather old (with cracked rubber feet) and no amount of adjustment could get it to sit properly flat

Very disappointed as I usually have better experiences with Wyndham

We had the best service!!! The front desk staff were Wonderful!!! They were Extremely helpful with anything we needed or required They also gave us great suggestions for breakfast places and helped us with directions to the locations! They got us into our room early when we first arrived, and even changed our room to a first floor room since my brother was having surgery to make it more convenient for him! First Rate Place!! I will be staying there AGAIN!!

We have stayed at several Home2Suites properties The room was as expected based on these other stays – clean and comfortable I still do not understand why they offer shampoo and body wash but not conditioner (other Hampton properties provide it), but I know to bring our own

The room was a little musty smelling and you could hear conversations in the neighboring bathroom word for word Breakfast had enough options, except they need to offer some sort of fruit I felt bad for the employee working breakfast solo – there needs to be at least two of them to manage to keep up with the refilling Pool was clean and refreshing Parking was plentiful Location was perfect half way between downtown and the beach We would stay again

Bruce Barnes

Adequate and decent for price Stayed here for two nights on 2nd floor Both nights just endless feet stomping and running from the floor above us

Shower had a bunch of stains on the shower pan Bathroom door just barely hits the toilet when opening itBig TV, nice fridge, good couch Pillows could be better Nice breakfast Good parking and great location

Steve Cowden

I’ve been coming to CC for the past 3 years for work and this is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at during my visits I’ve stayed in quite a few of the others and none are as clean or comfortable as this one was The AC/Heater unit worked perfectly and did it’s job fairly quickly regardless if we were heating or cooling the room

The room was plenty spacious for the entire family(4 of us), clean, didn’t smell weird plus the beds were comfy The Bathroom was clutter free as well The Stand up Shower was clean, with a built in Shampoo and Soap Dispenser that actually workedThe room also came with a good sized Refrigerator and kitchen area that we took advantage of That comes in very handy if you’re traveling with kidsThe only gripe I have is how they serve the Scrambled Eggs during breakfast The breakfast was decent btw with a fair selection of food As for the Eggs, they’re served in a shelf type heater with the Bacon, Sausage, etc, which I found very inconvenient to use The space between the shelves makes it difficult to get what you want with ease and the Trays are too hot to pull out with your just your hands This wouldn’t be an issue if something was provided to grab the Trays with That’s the reason I’m giving this Review a 4☆Outside of that though, everything else was as it should be I’ve already told my wife this is where we’re staying when we go back to Corpus in March

For a 1 night or 10 hours was ok Was a unplanned trip so we did not care too much Rooms were dirty

I doubt even if they wash the the bed covers I got used to this situations in Texas generally Housekeeping quality is terrible even you are in a good hotel Hotel is in right in the middle and across of the constructions So when you are in the pool you see the highway mess and dusty roads Pool is small, do not believe the online pictures Only thing it was open til 10 pm and there was music Anyway, area or the side of the city totally was mess with the old houses, homeless people and deserted looking An other interesting experience

We’ve stayed at this location many times before and had no problem Check in time is 3pm and so we came in at 3:30 We were told our rooms weren’t ready and to give them an hour

So we did, we went to a local Wal-Mart and killed about an hour and a half We came back and rooms were still not ready We were issued our room keys only to come up to our rooms and witness the housekeeper working on another family’s room and then would begin on ours We had an event that evening and were worried we would be late We had to begin getting dressed before the rooms were clean The housekeeper was very nice and cleaned the restrooms and changed the bed linens while we were in the rooms We were very disappointed in the situation Management has to take more responsibility!

Steven Díaz Zalduondo

We loved our stay here! The room was clean and spacious The service was really nice and the staff were friendly Breakfast was included

It is located between the downtown area and Padre Island Not really close to the turistic areas But it is about 15 minutes away from the beach, the Lexington and the Aquarium

This is the worst place I’ve stayed in almost a decade When I got here there was a wait at check in due to only 1 person working the front desk No big deal, as all hotels are completely booked due to the state track meet this weekend

However, I was told at check in they don’t clean the rooms everyday I was asked when I would like them to come My stay is 4 days, you aren’t going to clean my room? ok Covid is still a thing so I picked the 1 day I would like my room cleaned and towels replaced That never happened! Now a little reference about my King Suite There is 1 king bed, full bath, adjoining Livingroom with a pullout bed, sink/fridge/microwave The bed in my room had dirty sheets (I didn’t sleep on them) The lamps were stained, the walls had cracks in them, the countertop in the bathroom wasn’t secured There are splash and dirty marks all over the bathroom The shower head was dirty and has low water pressure and I discovered the carpet was cut when I tripped over it Now if this was it, I would understand, even when the price of this room and the accommodations didn’t match, because ALL OTHER HOTELS ARE COMPLETLY BOOKED including this one When I went down to complain about my room not being cleaned the 1 day, I was asked if my room was supposed to be cleaned? When they confirmed I was I was then asked to bring down the dirty towels to get new ones after I complained about that and still brought the towels down, I was told they didn’t have any clean towels The reason was because there were 6 other people in line with the same complaint Nobody had their rooms cleaned, sheets changed, towels changed, trash taken out NOBODY! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they were not there and I could email if I would like so he could get back to me when he had time I told her about the state of my room at check in and I was told, if it was a problem why didn’t I say something I asked what was she going to do, since everybody was completely booked? She said they would have taken care of it even though they were asking me to clean my own room now I called customer care (corporate) and they told me I needed to speak with the manager, they couldn’t help me I was eventually given 2 pool towels, a floor mat, and a hand towel because they had no bath towels Funnily enough, the man behind me in line got fresh bath towels and wash cloths Avoid this place at all costs! Anywhere else is a better choice!

My first stay at this Best western location Nice & Clean rooms, pretty peaceful and quiet All the staff acknowledged with greetings, The breakfast bar had a great selection of breakfast choices

Enjoyed a beverage at the Bar upstairs at nightThe view outside from inside the hotel was spectacular, love seeing the beach and boats in the corpus BayWould recommend to friends and family* Our room needed some fresh paint from recent repairs?

Designer Kat

Although this downtown hotel is older, it is clean and very well maintained The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous The furniture is new, and it appears to have been recently painted inside and out

The rooms are large with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and partial view of the bay This property has a nice pool and sky view bar The complimentary breakfast buffet has lots of options, including gluten-free, if that’s your thing It’s downtown, so there is some traffic sound at night However, restaurants are within walking distance The views from the bar and breakfast area are amazing! If I had to find something negative, it would be the toilet paper dispenser location It’s in an awkward place But I can live with that! 😉

Dulcie Sorenson

What a wonderful, friendly staff! The property was well maintained, though the elevators were a bit slow and clunky The free continental breakfast was delicious and was served in a top floor dining room with a beautiful view of the gulf and the downtown area The pool was clean and maintained and featured an outdoor, covered seating area wonderful for enjoying lunch

Though we were right downtown, it was very quiet in our room, which also had a lovely view of the gulfin fact, it appeared that ALL the rooms had a view of the water The fact that there was a sub/smoothie shop right on the property was also very convenientWe will be staying here again the next time we come to Corpus

Our stay was excellent because of the exceptional customer service the front desk young lady Monica displayed She is friendly, sweet and extremely professional She went beyond what is required to assure that our stay would be memorable

After driving most of the day, we were exhausted We had no reservations She informed us of what was available We agreed and was registered fairly quickly and up in our room in no time She informed us of our rewards and all of the services that were available Kiddos to you Monica !Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness!

Sara Bowman

Filthy pool and careless/unprofessional maintenance staffThe one positive part of this experience is that Monica at the check in was super friendly and helpful, she greeted us with a smile and wonderful vibe! We originally booked our trip for 2 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn but had to cut our visit short due to dirty, musty smell of the room and the lobby I’m addition to the musty smell upon entry the lobby was VERY warm, once we checked in and got our key to the room the elevator was grungy looking and hot also

Upon exiting the elevator to our third floor room the doors opened and we were astounded by how HOT the hallway was Not just warm like the lobby but probably about 100 degrees actual temperature We continued down the hall to our room and opened the door to find that our room was cool but still had a slight musty smell but still tolerable We slept fine, woke up and went on about our day, went to the beach and came back to the hotel around 3:30pm Thursday afternoon and went to go take a swim in the pool when we immediately were disgusted by the absolute negligence of the pool It was FILTHY! I’m talking murky water, moldy rings around the edges, we could not even see the bottom of the pool, and there was an obvious layer of scum on the surface That was our final straw for this trip We will NOT be returning to the Hilton Garden Inn in Corpus ever again mostly because when we approached the “housekeeping supervisor” about it she brought the maintenance person out and he made excuses as to why the hotel had not provided any pool training for him and stated that he had “just cleaned the pool this morning”, which was blatantly untrue but the looks of the scum on the pool Needless to say we will not be returning and had to leave early and find a new hotel to continue our trip

Tenishea Turner

Great location and staff Room are a good size Beds are very comfortable

We were on the first floor and I could hear kids running on the floor above us The walls are a bit thin, I could hear surround sound snoring from the rooms on either side of usHotel has great staff, a bar with happy hour specials and a restaurant Great location near movie theater and several restaurants

I have stayed here many times over the years This is one of the older Embassy suites properties but it is well-maintained and our rooms have always been clean and comfortable The breakfast here is outstanding as they will make you an omelette to order

All of the staff that I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful The bartender for the evening reception is delightful I highly recommend this hotel for families who want to have access to a great meal to start the day without having to leave the hotel Any hotel you visit may have some issues that need to be addressed, but the people here really make the difference This is a family friendly property and we have always felt completely safe here

Leigh Bedford

I really liked it here Despite being on a very busy street, the room was quiet, a real blessing for a tired traveller Breakfast was very good, and they had a clever idea of putting up TV screens in different areas with different programming

So, families could sit where the kids could watch cartoons and business guests could sit and watch the news And the breakfast staff were super quick to clear your table of dirty dishes, so you could go back and get a fresh plate of tasty treats My suite was clean with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo If you need more there is a convenience shop right next to the check in desk Staff were super friendly and helpful The bed was comfortable and they provide a blanket if you are cold And know the air conditioner is EXTREMELY efficient, so bring a sweater Housekeeping is about every five days, unless you request a more frequent service I only stayed for three nights, and I had plenty of everything I needed, so I never used housekeeping Definitely staying here again

Roxanne P

Was surprised to find this is a very nice hotel Front desk staff were pleasant and cordial Room was nice, clean & comfortable

Happy hour with snacks is a plus and great breakfast They also have chefs to make food if someone chooses to eat in The only negative is the quilts on beds are hot, butthose quilts seem popular among hotels But no other complaints In fact, we canceled our Best Western rewards membership and prefer Enbassy Suites for future overnight travel This particular hotel and location in Corpus Christi is awesome!

Just spent my birthday weekend at this really wonderful hotel It was nice and quiet The room was large we had a two queen bed one bedroom suite

There was more than enough space for the three adults and two children we had with us The breakfast they offered in the morning was very filling and there was several options from eggs bacon sausage pancakes toast Etc The pool felt great it wasn’t too cold it wasn’t warm pool water The spa in the pool was also really nice the water was nice and hot And it worked, which is a plus The AC in the room worked perfectly and kept our room super chilly at night which I love This was probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in 15 years Also the front desk receptionist was very friendly for our entire stay all the housekeeping Personnel were very nice Every employee we ran into was very polite and professional I can’t say enough good things about this place the next time I come to Corpus I plan to stay here again

Rooms are nice but the building needs maintenance Difficult to see out our window Breakfast was really lacking compared to other locations

I picked this because of the reviews on breakfast Chairs in main lobby are peeling and need fixing Pool was nice They had issues with card machine the night I went Had to drive to an ATM to pay my stay in cash It wasn’t bad, but not great

No room service, even after we requested it Very disappointed This place has always been great but the last few times have less than great and they have increased their prices also

So I hope that they start making improvements and better service Check in staff has always been great The place has security, which why I sleep well here We will visit again Hoping this was a one time thing

Manager Omar perera did nothing in regards to ensuring we were satisfied with our stay and occurred incident He had no empathy for our damaged items that were affected by the water leak or my 2 year old son becoming sick due to mold exposure We had a floor leak from pipes

No one helped my husband move his belongings to another room AC vents in every room are full of mold Daniel the maintenance person was the only one empathetic trying to help The air quality is terrible due to mold My whole family got sick Do not stay at this hotel and if you do, check those ac vents !

Not at all impressed with Staybridge in Corpus Christi, Staybridge is usually our first pick when going out of town but this one was definitely not like the others First thing we noticed upon arrival was there was still trash in the trashcan from the previous guest (plate of food and a banana peel) in another cabinet was a bag of groceries that had gone bad At first I was like OK whatever not a big deal somebody forgot to take out the trash, it happens, then I go to the shower and the first thing I noticed is how dirty the back of the toilet was 🤮 plus the ROACH I encountered in the shower

After that it’s just been little things like trash under the dresser… I couldn’t even send my husband to the pool with the kids while I cleaned because what do you know the pool is closed and covered with a black tarp and it seems they have no Intentions on fixing it any time soon 😒

Just left and was very impressed! The entire place is very clean, the staff were all very nice, and the location was easy to find The elevator was a little tricky because you gotta swipe the card to access the floors, but I appreciate the safety What I liked the most is how everyone greeted us in the morning

They all had a smile and looked genuinely happy to be there One lady even noticed the birthday cake and wished my son a happy birthday Her attention to detail was impressive I would definitely recommend this place to stay

We had a great stay here Location is perfect, close to the water, the aquarium, and plenty of places to walk around downtown Staff was extremely nice and seemingly went out of their way to assist with anything

Good spot for families and kids overall, clean rooms, and good experience Only thing I’d comment on are the incredibly uncomfortable couches in the suites – the cushions slide right off when you sit on them, and if you sit for more than 10 minutes your back is aching 🙂

The Residence Inn is a good hotel, but there were some issues that prevented it from being a wonderful experience Highly recommend you don’t consider the pull-out beds as an actual bed; the floor is more comfortable Also, the furniture is SUPER cheap and uncomfortable to use, and the smoke detectors had a bright blinking light that kept us awake (multiple guests have complained, per the staff, but no fixes have been implemented)

Breakfast options were great, and the hotel/rooms/common areas were very clean

Room: the windows are THIN

We heard traffic all night, never had a hotel like that before pillows were somehow both too fluffy and too flat at the same time The mattress was not comfortable at all There was a sliding-glass room divider over the desk that would rattle constantly anytime anyone inside or outside the room walked by Mold or mildew in the shower And the toilet paper is the thinnest I’ve ever encounteredStaff: only acknowledged me when I stood directly in front of them at the desk and started the conversation Mostly courteous aside from thatBreakfast: lackluster but not bad There’s only 1 waffle maker which meant waiting in line for several minutes to get a Texas-shaped waffleOverall, not worth the $200/night weekend price

Just after midnight on the morning of May 4th, I walked into secure a room and from the very first second I encountered the night auditor, it was clear that my presence was a huge inconvenience when the importance of his cellphone was taken into account He never even once looked up from his phone until I was standing right at the desk and was no longer easy to ignore He did however manage to let me know that I still wasn’t important enough to stand up for

His facial expression was of such disgust that I actually inquired as to whether or not he was “doing okay” His response was aggressive and combative & it was super obvious at this point that he had zero concern as to this interaction being professional or not Outside of this guy, the hotel was great I will NEVER stay at another Marriott property again and neither will any of my staff It’s unfortunate that this gentleman is who’s representing this establishment in the wee hours of the night Hopefully someone else who is more grateful for the opportunity that position truly offers will be selected for that role in the near future It’s a shame that he’s costing you folks my/my colleagues’ business because of his indefensible behavior and attitude toward hotel guests I’m still waiting on a call back from hotel management at this time I would want to know if people were being treated so disrespectfully in my place of business

Before arriving we let the front desk know that we would be checking in late that we would arrive at 11:53 and that we would be checking in with a different card The front desk lady said that she would wait for us An hour later the front desk guy charges my card and it was not even 12:00am yet

The room had no towels after checking in and they told us they could not give us any because they ran out it wasn’t until I told them again that we had no towels that they finally gave us some The rooms had stains on the furniture Writing on the walls Small pieces of wall paper peeling from the walls Rust and Stains in the bathrooms Water in the sink draining slowly All and all the stay was not pleasant I don’t suggest this hotel to anyway especially for the price we paid

We stayed at this hotel for one week and had a very good experience I think they were overbooked for the regular king room so they gave us a suite and that was great While the place could use a few upgrades, such as carpet cleaning (which was in progress) and new mattresses (our mattress was a bit saggy), overall the place was well-kept and clean

Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Lisa and Mary, who do an excellent job of maintaining the breakfast buffet, even getting people what they need up to the last minute it is open They will help you if you can’t find something I also saw them help other guests with the waffle iron and other items if they weren’t sure how to use them Food is hot and fresh and there is a good variety I honestly have not seen two people work so diligently on a complimentary breakfast buffetRose takes good care of linens and also there was a young woman (didn’t catch her name but I think she had short hair dyed pink?) cleaning rooms who was especially helpful when we needed extra towels We had everything we needed and it was clean and fresh The pool is also well-kept and clean and it was nice to swim in a saltwater pool instead of one with so much chlorine as at most other places we’ve been We’ll be back if we are able to visit Corpus Christi again next year

My son was in an accident and hospitalized at a nearby hospital My original plan was for 2 nights, I was surprised to not have a mini fridge but no big deal since my stay wouldn’t be long When I suddenly had to extend the trip, I requested a fridge and housekeeping services

After a long day at the hospital, we arrived to our room with no fridge and messy room I relayed this to the front desk and the woman apologized and said she had my room on the list for the following day The next morning during breakfast, the general manager apologized and so did the housekeeping staff I was very impressed by their concern The same day, they made things right I had to extend my visit twice and the hotel staff was accommodating I also appreciated the delicious complimentary breakfast, Mary and her teammate were outstanding in making sure food and coffee was well stocked I hope to return to Corpus Christi under better circumstances and will definitely be staying here again!

Currently staying here, really disappointed with the facilitiesFirst off, one of the beds in our room still smells like cologne and syrup from the previous guest That alone is just so gross

Secondly the pool is closed There wasn’t any notice of this before coming, which is really inconvenient for families with kids that would rather swim in the pool than go to the beach (I also would rather swim in the pool and then just come straight up to my room)The tub is EXTREMELY slippery, and it looks like it needs resurfacingFinally, the room had no towels so we had to get some from the front deskWe haven’t even slept here yet and my wife is already pretty confident that with the way things have gone, breakfast probably won’t be too great eitherThe only reason I’m giving it two stars is because I’ve had a good experience with holiday inn in the past and this still isn’t the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, but it’s definitely one of the most disappointing considering how much the stay cost us

It was ok at this location of Holiday Inn ExpressWe were group of 5, and needed to use sofa bed, but the room didn’t have sheet set and blanket/comforter for itThere was no shower curtain for the bathtub, and it didn’t drain well at all,and it could’ve been cleaned a little better

We also wished that their swimming pool was openOther than these issues, our stay went okThe breakfast was ok, stuff ran out quicklyQuite convenient location, easy to find, and with stores like HEB, Target, and many dining options near by

We stayed there for one night, despite the hotel is very calm! Love that …Front desk- Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful, awesome job!Room was very spacious we got a king size and was very comfortable as well the pillows The pool was clean they provided us with extra towels Breakfast was included in our stayed that’s a plus and it was a variety of things wich we really enjoy, definitely recommend!

The lady working the breakfast area was wonderful She kept everything clean, fresh and very tasty with good hot options every morningRoom was great, clean and very comfortable

Our dogs had lots of good clean areas to do what they needed We even used the pool this time and enjoyed it!Only issue we had was getting checked in We got there a couple hours early and was told room wasn’t ready, no biggy since we were early anyway We came back at 3:00 at regular check in time We were surprised to be told it still wasn’t ready Since it was 3:00 we went ahead and unloaded our bags We waiting in the empty lobby (no other guest were there) We finally had to ask around 3:30, when would our room BE ready Apparently the girl at the front desk was more concerned about her conversation with the friend she was visiting with (same friend from early attemp to check in) The manager heard from her office and came out We explained we were exhausted from the long drive and just wanted a room We finally got in a room about 4:00

Angela Casanova

Well we were just really coming to sleep but for the price we paid it deff wasn’t worth coming to our room from a long day at the beach and our bathroom shower had no shower curtain Our room is muggy the thermostat doesn’t work I turned down the AC unit but it’s still not cooling the room The head boards are dirty and the lamps are dirty

The lady at the front was nice Other than that I just don’t think it was worth the money we paid
