Hotel was okay Not the worst but for the price the rooms could be more up to date and more well kept When you first walk in you are expecting more from the rooms because the overall experience when you first walk is great

Hotel lobby, bar area and pool is very well kept The gym and pool are absolutely amazing The restaurant for food was very expensive No free breakfast The staff was friendly Our room closet door was broken, the shower was very hard to work, the TV worked at first but the longer you had it on it would go dark and you couldn’t see it

I was pleasantly surprised at quality of our stay Room was clean and tidy with top notch furniture Staff was family friendly and lobby and bar area made our stay more enjoyable

Terry Guers

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable The bathroom was fine The AC was limited in how low the thermostat could be set and it took a while to decrease the temp

Surprisingly, the majority of the TV stations were arranged alphabetically There is another, different brand hotel beside this one and they share an overflow parking lot When arriving later in the evening you likely will have a bit of a walk to the hotel The hotel is near the airport and also the car rentals Also, it’s less than 3 miles from a light rail station to commute into the city Peggy, the manager, was very friendly and helpful

Tom Owen

I landed in the middle of a huge storm at 0100 I made it to the curb and found the Rental Car Shuttle stop area Shawn, the Shuttle Bus driver was making an extra lap, Stopped where I was, and asked where I was headed

I said Hertz and he informed me they were closed for the night As a HH member and recognizing both the Logo on the van and the courtesy of Shawn, I asked if there was a room available Shawn said he thought so, radioed James at the desk, and off we went The weather was SO BAD, that the ramp crew couldn’t come to walk our plane in Shawn was out in this weather picking up hotel guests with a smile and reassuring attitude Excellent!

Verenetta Johnson

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights each Both rooms had ants That’s not acceptable

Update-The General Manager sent an email saying that they were going to refund my money for the 2 rooms (2 nights) because of the ant infestation… but I never saw the refund!!!!Horrible & Slimy

Leigha Hendrickson

Great hotel close to the airport and car rental hubs Very clean rooms and helpful staffBreakfast selection was one of the better ones I’ve had at hotels

We even had grab-and-go options when checking out prior to breakfast hours, plus 24-hr coffeeLeft an item in the room and didn’t notice until I was out of state Housekeeping found and kept my item, and was able to ship it to me very quicklyWill definitely be staying here again when visiting

Arbyanna Lewis

Traveled here to visit my boyfriend and it was okay! The location was great for me and him wasn’t too far from the places we were visiting Check In was easy but there was a $200 deposit for underage check in that I was unaware of and lucky I had it to do so because everywhere was booked! I think that should be included on booking sites because it didn’t say anything about it only that you needed to be 18 to check in The staff was super nice that night though

I got to the room, door wasn’t fully closed, hair in the shower and towels but I brought my own so no biggie We were getting ready the next morning to leave room service came and my boyfriend told them to come back we wouldn’t be too long We left out and didn’t come back until around 8/8:30 that night We left the please make up room but came back to the room dirty Made a call downstairs and the woman didn’t seem like she wanted to help, a man came up and said we left the privacy sign up when it clearly wasn’t but he brought us new towels, soap, and trash bags Overall the stay was nice, a few minor things that can be fixed still fairly new and has a reasonable price

Carolyn Neblett

We stayed here for a quick overnight stop We chose it because it was on the western edge of St Louis

It was a little tricky to get into the lot, due to some construction, but it was definitely worth it! We were greeted promptly and had all our questions answered All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome Hot food, lots of choices, and fresh fruit Highly recommend this hotel

I cant express enough how comfortable and accommodating this hotel is! Bryan and every other staff member I encountered was very sweet and helpful I am impressed by the continental breakfast as well I was shocked to see that they had turkey sausage as an option

Most continentals I’ve experienced only offer pork for breakfast The bed was so comfortable I almost didn’t want to leave! I will absolutely revisit as well as recommend to others! Keep up the great work!

Alex Demas

We stayed a couple of nights here while visiting St Louis Staying out by the airport was not an issue, driving-wise, and the much better price made it worth it

The room was spacious and comfortable The beds were clean and soft, there were plenty of outlets for a family of 4, the furniture was clean and in good condition The bathroom was clean and everything worked wellBreakfast was well made and the guy running it was fantastic, really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was well taken care ofThe only downsides were the internet wasn’t very good and the walls were quite thin, so the Olympic track and field competition being held in the room above ours was quite distracting

Jenny Brock

Good for just a quick place to sleep but it was also the most expensive choice if that’s the only goal For less there was a Hilton and something called Renaissance that looked much betterBiggest grip was room cleanliness

Obvious stains on the furniture, floors and walls Some looked really suspicious 🤮Furniture/chair and ottoman were old and the faux leather was peelingA/C sounded like a tornado alarm (just not as loud, but same EXACT sound) when it was turned onIf you’re going to spend the money, I would say go elsewhere We had a last minute flight delay and I booked IHG b/c I’m a member and love their chain This hotel just isn’t up to par

Staff was above and beyond accommodating! Everyone was smiling and friendly, speedy, and helpful Indoor salt water pool was clean and pleasant with towels provided in area

A little chilly, but it was so hot in August that it didn’t matter Beds were comfortable Our bathroom had a loose bath faucet and loose toilet paper holder, but 2 queen bed room worked great for 2 nights with our young family of 4 20 mins to zoo and Arch and included hot breakfast was delicious with good options

Unhappy experience SMELLY ROOM!! housekeeper & Management fault!! A clean room doesn’t matter if carpet order is Offensive and unacceptable! Everthing else was great but the very offensive carpet odor in my room Spoiled Everything They are very Very very very very veryCheap to not properly replace old disgusting smelling room carpetsThey could care less about your stay

They know room stink like smelly socks Very sadi asked for another room but said weren’t any Probably all stink like gross body odor They probably haven’t replaced for years, it was very disappointing to a so-called reputable chain I should have a full refund no questions asked and willing to take this down It’s a real shame as you could have a great location but if ROOM CARPET SMELLS awful like bad body odor smelly socks The housekeeping says nothing If I ever likely ever return getting another gross smelling room you will give a full refund plus a free nightgross it ruins the night Spend some money and replace carpets!!!! Get your reputation back!*If you can make this up with full compensation I will remove this review

I enjoyed a one night stay here before flying out on vacation The reason I gave 4 stars for the room All of the furniture was in need of dusting

Miss LaDonna was at the front desk as well as the the cocktail server that evening She had a beautiful personality and was very attentive to mine as well as other guests needsThe dinner and breakfast were both hot and satisfying The shuttle service runs 24 hours! Just let them know at least 10-15 min prior to your ready to depart This was a great place to stay and the price was reasonable for a one day notice

Ron Tanner

Everyone at this hotel was great! I was there for 4 nights and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience If you’re traveling for business, during the week, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff is wonderful, breakfast was good, free dinner at night was unexpected but great I could go on and on

Really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel The staff were all friendly and helpful! The breakfast selection was surprisingly large and the eggs were actually decent The lady in charge of the breakfast room was sweet and efficient in keeping everything stocked

The rooms had just a little extra width that made them feel more spacious I would definitely stay here again!

Doug Reed

It’s not the Ritz Rooms are decent and clean On the old side, you can see some wear in the bathroom but nothing awful

Nothing special but we were not there to stay in our room! Breakfast was really good Chef knows how to make really good scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, good for folks looking for low carb Lots of other options Older woman who was there kept the area clean and made sure food was hot (if it needed to be) and replaced things that ran out Coffee is good, which is a shock for a hotel

Phillip

To be fair this wasn’t the staffs fault We had driven through a storm to make a layer check-in When my family entered the lobby we were greeted with countless buckets, bus tubs, laundry bins and trash cans strung out throughout the lobby to catch MASSIVE leaks in the ceiling

The word Atlantis comes to mind, minus the lost wonder and excitement of exploring ruins! The flood had more than a puddle to it and to top it all off the elevator had a construction sign on it To be fair, they limited construction from 11a-4p, but still it was there and happening It was late, we were tired, and in no mood to find something else so we checked in and went to our room It didn’t get better The room was dark and extremely humid, like hard to breath/swimming in your skin humid The floor had a huge red stain on the carpet between the beds, the refrigerator was spacious but had rust at the back, the toilet seat and handle were broken and the bathroom had what looked to be mold and rust growing in the corner(see pic you decide) If we weren’t literally about to drop from exhaustion we would’ve checked right back out! But we stayed the night, and promptly relocated the next day Might be better after renovation is finishedprobably not

It was very unprofessional, we were there for 4 days for my bday We wake up get dressed, puts sheets and towels outside the door, saw housekeeping in the hallway as I was leaving, I said to myself perfect timing, they were cleaning rooms Saw other sheets, towels out on the floor as well

So I come back, sheets, towels were still sitting outside the door, I was LIVID 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Walk inside the room, they hadn’t even step foot in the room We didn’t have towels or ANYTHING!!! Call down stairs, she said when the night person come in he’ll bring it up, no one ever came, call down there around 10ish And asked was anyone gonna bring clean towels are sheets up, she said I’ll call and see what’s going on, they eventually brought it around 11:30 We will NEVER come back SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE

Brian Baker

Made our reservation almost 2 months ago only to get there to check in and find out that they didn’t have enough rooms Housekeeping didn’t have the rooms done at 5:00 pm and the front desk couldn’t or wouldn’t guarantee our reservation The place is now a Holiday Inn as well and the Holiday Inn is an Elimwood

Very poor way to run a business and almost 24 hours later we still haven’t received our refund I’d give it zero stars if that was an option

Jane McGowan

Our room was very humid The carpet was damp The bathtub did not drain while showering

The breakfast was good and offered a good selection The staff was very friendly and accommodating The hotel is close to many restaurants It is close to the airport We used the shuttle service twice It was very good We thought a lot of the GM being willing to drive the shuttle That is above and beyond Thank you!

Room needs a bit of work to correct the work of the contractor who installed the sheet rock– purely cosmetic!! The window glass is not only cracked, the metal is rusted– it was not operationalWould have appreciated if there was a working off button on the heat/ air– that thing ran all day and night But location and staff were great

I really enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to Main Street St Charles The room had high ceilings, plenty of space for 2, and it was clean

The included breakfast was enjoyable (I really appreciated the waffle maker) I did not use the pool, but I did attempt the fitness center I was a little disappointed that there were no free-weights/dumbbells at all and the room was very very humid and warm (it was right above the pool, so maybe that’s why?) Otherwise, it’s a great little hotel! Staff was always friendly!

Kim K

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never has disappointed us This stay was no exception The staff, from check in until departure, was extremely friendly

Our room was clean and provided everything we needed Breakfast was very enjoyable It included eggs, meat, waffles, etc each morning There were even gluten free bagels and dairy free milk options Ample parking is available With Main Street St Charles right outside the door, this location is ideal for shopping in the area

Matthew Boley

This is a good hotel The rooms are nice and comparable to other hotels in the area It sits along the historic downtown area on the laid brick streets of St

Charles There’s a nice wooden staircase in the lobby of the hotel and I was able to make use of the laundry facilities while I stayed A quality experienceA warning to amorous travellers: the rooms do not muffle loud noises

My experience here has been very pleasant Clean facilities and well managed property The best part of being here is/was Camille (front desk)

Her customer service towards me was extraordinary! She is very kind and very much on top of thingsMy first room was decent but the fridge was not getting cold after two hours in the room I went to the front desk and shared with Camille what was going on Without any hesitation, she had a solution that I could work withThe second room was even better than the first Camille made sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed I appreciated her compassion because I didn’t want my newly purchased food to go bad and I was already exhausted from my flight into town in addition to having to get up early for workThank you so much to Camille for her superb service! Everyone needs a Camille in their establishmentStacie A

Alanis Torres

I think why I love this place so much is because of the workers here The ladies in the front desk are so welcoming, especially Camile (she’s my favorite lol) She’s always so sweet and I feel so bad because I always have to ask multiple questions but she’s so patient as always nice

They are really good when it comes to cleanliness and gave me a new clean set of bed sheets to use when I asked to switch them They do well when it comes to keeping the hotel looking nice and are currently reconstructing the laundry room to make it look better Although it may be a bit pricey to stay at, it comes with everything including kitchen ware They are very flexible if you ever come to an issue and need to change your room and etc highly recommend this place to anyone flying in whether it be for a short amount of time or a long amount of time!

Brian Shoemaker

We grabbed a last minute stay here on February 26, as we needed to attend an event at a nearby convention center, so my experience lies in a single-night stay These rooms and the facility is built for extended stays, so your mileage may varyPROS: The staff was friendly in our interactions and explained everything thoroughly during our check-in

The hotel is easy to get to and centrally located near the airport, and you can quickly get to I-70 and I-270 to reach most major destinations in the city If you’re spending a multi-night stay, there is a full kitchenette/refrigerator, minus a coffee maker Overall, our room was clean and our bed was comfortable, shower got hot quicklyCONS: We were awaken by some unwanted noise during the overnight hours during an intense argument in the hallway, and there was a prominent marijuana smell in the hallway during our stay These aren’t necessarily issues that the staff is immediately responsible for The advertised breakfast was not much more than some available coffee and packaged breakfast bars/rolls But if you’re here for an extended stay, you likely have items purchased that you’re cooking in your roomOVERALL: If you’re looking for an inexpensive overnight stay and can do without some frills other places might provide, this spot will work for you

We stayed for a convention Room was clean and well maintained Staff was friendly, especially at breakfast

Complimentary fresh cookies and bottled water at check in was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated Plenty of spaces in the parking lot Some traffic noise from highway but it is not too distractingBreakfast buffet (included with our conference’s hotel block) was delicious with a rotating menu each day but not worth the $1795 price they charge for those that don’t purchase in advance Pool water was cold and super cloudy and the pool room didn’t have towels available The jacuzzi has been filled in to hold aloe plantsDepending on your travel needs, this is still a solid choice and would recommend!

Doug Daza

The staff was great The hotel itself needs some work The mattresses were old and lumpy

The TV in the room did not work (I did not request it to be fixed so I cannot comment on how it would have been addressed The breakfast offering was terrible A breakfast sandwich and some apples The room just needs to be updated It was very clean The rate was fine

Nora Christensen

This place is terrible We came in thinking this place was going to be great Staff was friendly and the cookie was good

There is a bar in the lobby We got up to our room and it stunk of cheap air freshener Our room was right next to the ice machine which is very loud and could hear it all night The bathroom was crumbling and our sink was clogged The linens felt slimy and the mattress was very uncomfortable The floor was much more comfortable There was a visible stain on the bottom sheet AND ON THE PILLOW Made me sick to my stomach

The staff here were just wonderful—the receptionist on the night of 1/31 was amazing, I was too tired to catch his name but he was wonderful Knew just how to streamline everything and was very competent and kind The shuttle drivers were so nice as well

My room and the lobby were very clean The hotel had availability at short notice in the late evening for a reasonable price, and it was just a short, complimentary shuttle ride to and from the airport Only stayed for one night but would not hesitate to return!

We stayed for one night while traveling for a softball tournament Our thing is good price, safe area, clean property, and hot waterAs for price it was more than we had been spending this summer but it was very competitive for the area

The one gotcha is the 25 dollars in taxes for the one nightAs for safe area it was alright The area definitely is not as nice as it used It is just before the neighborhoods start One nice thing is it sandwiched between another hotel and restaurantThe property was clean but it is an older hotel Lobby and breakfast area was nice Somewhat limited seating in the breakfast area Our room was clean The AC did have a bit of musty smell It had just rained quite a bit so it was fairly humid and the AC was working fairly hardDefinitely had hot water and plenty of it Our room also had a microwave and mini fridge Ice machines on each floorThe front desk staff was very friendlySince this is a Drury property its really hard to beat with the breakfast, popcorn and soda The breakfast was somewhat limited but when you add in what it would have cost for 3 people to go out and grab breakfast its not terribleOverall we would stay at the property again

Loved Catherine at breakfast, she was kind to my children and attentive and on top of it They had a popcorn machine for special socials but weren’t able to make those Fridge froze our food but did not keep frozen our ice cream🤔 The rooms were clean and comfortable, I like the closet space

Would have used the pool if we weren’t busy traveling It’s in walking distance from Bandanas BBQ which we tried Would recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay near St Louis

The staff that I checked out with were super nice This is something I expect in Texas certainly not the way I am used to being treated when traveling through St Louis Missouri The room was very clean the hotel was very easy to get to and then to get back onto the road to the airport I very much would recommend this property to anyone traveling through the St Louis area Thanks for a great experience

We were traveling and wanted a park and fly Upon initial contact with the hotel, my husband was told parking would be free up to 9days When we got there we were informed it would be $10 per night

While awaiting our check in Someone came from the pool asking about lighting (9pm) they were told there is none It’s all natural 😆 🤣 then once we got to our room the remote wouldn’t work 3 remotes later it finally worked The gentleman at the desk literally brought it to us the last time Drinks in the bar were $8 each The toilet also didnt flush correctly Staff was very nice and hospitable but that’s about the only good thing we experienced here We will not be back

When I arrived I was given a room quickly and efficiently Thats about it The front hallways are not mopped and there are fingerprints on the windows

The room smelled like sewage along with the hallways The TV, mirrors, etc had been wiped down with wet rags so you could see a filmy residueI requested a different room and it smelled like rotten eggs and urine by the end table next to the bed The phone looked burned, end tables dirty and tub had mold (Pics provided)The hotel advertises that it has a restaurant but it was closed downI was moved to a third room and everything seemed fine until I opened the closet There were dirty, wet towels hanging that were left by the previous guest (Pic provided)I called the front desk and asked if the staff here were on Crack? He said no, of course🤥It was late so I decided to stay and also there were no other hotels in the area that were any nicer I’m glad my company paid for this

Photos online and the 40/5 rating are very deceiving Hotel rooms are much more run down than you’d think

When we arrived, the toilet was filthy and covered in feces We had to call the front desk to get it cleaned, which they did very promptly Later, we realized why this happened as the toilet stopped flushing properly and water kept backing up in the bowl Everything else was fine but as a whole, the hotel probably needs a renovation soon

This hotel is far overdue for a remodel The rooms were incredibly worn and outdated The metal surfaces are rusting in the bathrooms, the shower pan is severely stained and wasn’t cleaned properly and there was hair stuck to the walls and ceilings of the bathroom

The shower door was crooked which made it difficult to open or close plus the handle on the shower inside was falling off The bathmat was stained and the soap dish was also stained and grossThe HVAC unit in the room is extremely loud while running so good luck getting any sleep through the night with that on The walls are very thin – could hear my neighbor coughing and blowing his nose through the wallsThe chair in the room had a mysterious white stain on the cushion, noticeably in a spot where it would land between your legs The curtains were falling off The kitchenette furniture piece was all chipped and very wornThe third floor must’ve been a previous smoking floor because it smelled awful It was also extremely cold on that floor and during my stay it never got above 60 degrees outside Not sure why that warrants the AC on blast for that floorI received a text message from someone named Jasmine on their team asking how my stay was on my second day and I mentioned my broken shower door and dirty room and would like a refresh and new towels and never received itAfter checkout I noticed a charge on my account for a meal there that I never had They reversed the charge but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place Better protocols should be in place for charging to roomsit is 2022 after allThis property is in desperate need of a remodel and is in no condition to be accepting guests It is outdated, unsanitary and not run well per my personal experience

Hello Chocolate

Our 50th High school reunion was at this facility All activities were held at this location from Friday evening to finish on Sunday morning Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly

Made you feel welcome! Questions were answered and if information not known they found the answer and gave it to you My roommate needed an accessible room with the roll in shower — it was amazing!! Large with a built in bench to sit on (transfer) and plenty of space Her scooter was able to move from space to space without any problem

I had a good stay here I felt like an inconvenience at breakfast, otherwise service was ok I didn’t realize that this the sketchy side of town, but security was great and there weren’t any safety issues

It was an easy 20 min drive into downtown St Louis, and only a few minutes from the airport The hotel even provides a shuttle if don’t want to rent a car Nice gym, but A/C wasn’t working Room was clean, functional
