They let us store our mountain bikes in the room They have an awesome heated pool that has a very gradual slope allowing for our baby to play in the shallowest and that is just a few inches Amazing hotel

Brian Vidal, if I remember right the manager, was extremely friendly to us My wife got extremely sick and we had to leave a day early He was willing to work with us and we were able to leave soon enough so we did not have to worry about that second night charge Amazing hospitality Let us have free waters when we got there and when we left

Ashley Sheldon-Gates

We actually live here in STG and our AC went out in the middle of the summer (110 degrees 🥵) and we needed a place asap until it was fixed We were very impressed with not only the amazing staff here at My Place that got us a room late at night but also the cleanliness of the hotel in all! Very nice, clean rooms with kitchen AND pet friendly!!! It was the first, of many, pet friendly hotels we’ve stayed at over the years that smelled fresh and you couldn’t tell pets were even allowed in We definitely will be recommending this hotel to all our family when they come to visit us from now on! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Karen oconnor

This was a very nice stop for 1 night Newer property with nice pool and patio We needed to park our RV prior to the next day check in

They have a large dirt lot behind the hotel and was perfect We had our dog with us, so they provided a ground floor room, near the exit so we could easily take him outside This would have been a 5 star, but I thought the price was pretty high for hotel pricing

Wow! Such a great Marriott We found ourselves here because hotels were booked in St George and it was amazing

Most people stay here to go to Zion national park since it’s really close, but we were just here for the nightStaff was super friendly and helpful booking us in super last minute Accommodating our bigger family and making sure we have all we need We will definitely stay here again when visiting Zion and would recommend this location to anyone looking to be close to Zion for their tripOnly disappointing part is the pool not being heated Other than that it’s a gem clean awesome hotel!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every single category! The general manager is fantastic he is one hands-on guy who knows how to take care of his staff and his guests! I was extremely pleased at the cleanliness of the entire place not just my room but everywhere it was cleaner than I could possibly imagine The breakfast was fresh and warm every single day There wasn’t a speck of dust or crumbs anywhere when I would arrive for breakfast

My room was impeccably clean each and every day during the week that I was there The grounds are meticulous and it looks like there is somebody assigned to check out every bit of landscaping once a week and see how it’s doing and see if there are any needs on the property itself Whoever owns this hotel is really lucky to have such a good staff and a great general manager taking care of the property each and every day

John Spyro

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 1 night as part of our Zion park exploration It’s about 11 miles from the main town/park entrance which means you are away from the noise but close enough when time comes to start your day at the park Everyone was very nice, professional and helpful

Our room was very clean and spacious The hotel seems brand new and that was evident from the grounds, the room and overall condition of the building

I’ve stayed here twice before and had no issuesThey were very comfortable stays This timeunfortunately was very different

Now, the staff were all incredibly friendly Desk to housekeeping And they were all helpful and kind And the hotellocation is nice and quiet yet convenient to StGeorge Pets were welcomed with a smile But that’s where the good news endsFor starters, for the duration of the stay the toiletdid not work It wouldn’t fill or flush But it was one night, so we could make the hallway ones work Oh wait! The hallway women’s bathroom wouldn’t flush either! Plumbing issues galore The room was really tired The couch had a massive hole in the cushion The carpets were dirty, and the room didn’t evenhave facial tissues or paper towels Thankfully thehousekeeping team provided And since we hadarrived at 3am, we had a do not disturb sign hungon the door No worries, the housekeeping teambarged right in during breakfast! They wereapologetic and left but maybe next time they could read the sign FIRST The shower had great waterpressure but never got truly hotThe property has great potential and has starred in the past, it just needs some general updates andimprovements now Parking was a breeze and the grounds were pretty Nice views from the front overlooking the city!Located really close to restaurants and shopping(Target is close by, handy for toiletries the roomdidn’t have!)

Since this was a work stay for my wife, I thought we would share a little

This is a great place to stay! (See pics) sounds pet friendly, (judging by a little yapper this morning in the hall)The service was good Helpful staff The hot tub and pool were very nice (See pics) the view from our room was awesome! (Again, see pics)Looked up this room on Google for tonight, 3rd of July, and it was avail for $94 usdThere is a pet and smoking courtyard that is separated by a large wall

Blake Cozzens

We stayed here we have stayed here before and had to get experience but this trip we saw that they had a full fridge and went to Costco so that we could get some groceries to take home the next day when we went to unload there was no luggage cart, I checked every floor and they said the only one they have is in someone’s room who hasn’t brought it down and apparently the other two have been stolen and they refused to replace them cuz they are too cheap to do so They refuse to do anything we had to carry tons of groceries by hand without any cart This is a Town place suite with a full kitchen and they have no luggage carts

Loved this hotel! Such a nice, low key vibe The room was so nicely decorated and beds were comfy The balcony and view were amazing, and something we did not experience at any other stays on our road trip

This was so appreciated- at night we sat out and enjoyed the lights, and in the morning we ate our breakfast with the sunrise On that note, the delivered breakfast was such a nice touch, and delicious and filling We did not end up eating at the restaurant, but it looked great and also had beautiful views The pool was also very nice This hotel was perfect for visiting Snow Canyon State Park and Zion, and we would definitely recommend!!

Matt Burton

My wife and I loved this place Very clean, comfortable bed, sitting area, good amenities and AMAZING view and fair price We were blown away! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in St

George! The only downside was the parking It was tough to find a spot and the parking lot isn’t actually laid out like a real parking lot However, it looks like the entire area is undergoing construction, so I assume that will be taken care of once all of the construction has been completed Just something to be aware of!

orhan agovic

Fantastic place to stay!! Stayed here for a night and it was wonderful! All rooms have a great overlook view of the city with a balcony The pool was amazing and we had it all to ourselves Especially liked that it’s not an overcrowded place and you can have the restaurant food brought to your room in case they are fully booked

It’s also a short 12 min drive to Snow canyon state park Highly recommend this place!

I thought it is was an amazing place to stay, and I made really great memories while staying, the food is also really good, the waffles are easy to make, and they very tasty, me and my friends took a bunch of food up to the room with us and ate together I really loved the elevators as well they were large and could fit many people and their luggage, they also were very clean which I was really happy about This hotel was part of what made it possible for me and my friends to have such a good time, but be warned, do not shower if your hair is died

I got in trouble And if you do and you need to get the stain out, use hand sanitizer This hotel was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had!

Melissa Lyons

They stay itself was good though the room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm on check in day Issue is – when we checked out we accidentally left a raincoat in the closet, and on the kitchenette counter (hidden behind the bathroom door) a high quality tote bag with 2 dog sweaters, and two e-collar chargers We called the hotel late in the day that we checked out and they told us nothing had been found

This is impossible It was definitely found by the cleaning crew and I hoped they had an honest team – but they don’t

James Rutkofske

Conveniently located near Zion National Park In the morning when we were leaving we spent an hour looking for our cat Eventually no less than 4 employees helped us find her

She was well hidden in a bathroom cabinet 5 stars Wonderful people, wonderful hotel We would definitely stay there again and suggest you give it a tryBreakfast was good also Fresh waffles – mmmmmmm!

Super clean reviews are super accurate Really appreciated the attention to housekeeping Room was spacious, bright, everything worked

Very impressed for a budget friendly hotel I’ll definitely consider staying at a My Place again Two recommendations First, the luggage carts need more air in the tires Second, the upstairs hallway smelled like the housekeeping closet I’m sure it could be freshened up to smell better Lastly, my ID was not checked upon check-in, which I found a bit odd

Stacy S

We stayed three nights, Tyler the maintenance boy was so sweet He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome Brought towels for the pool and interacted with our daughter who is in a wheelchair

The breakfast staff was also amazing Geoffrey and the chef had a surprise pancake made for our daughterAll the staff was amazing We have stayed here many times and this is our first review

What a great experience Everyone at this hotel was fabulous, friendly and very helpful!Jessi at the front desk got us checked in early when we wanted to go hike for the day Made sure our room was clean and ready

She got us in at 11:am when check in was at 3Stephanie the head of housekeeping made sure our room was ready She said there was an issue with the drain and had the fixed before we check into the roomGeoffrey at breakfast is from France By adult children are both fluent in French and had some great conversations with him Geoffrey said he doesn’t get to speak French much any more so it was a treat that he did with my girls!Diana at the front desk was super helpful She stored our luggage after we checked out while we went Sand Hollow Park I was concerned about theft She said that was not the issue She explained that the heat in the car was the bigger issue, especially if we had some electronics Super friendly and helpful!!I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits St George!

I’ve been staying at this hotel since it opened ( probably stayed 75+ nights or more) I have loved this hotel because the location is great and because it is so close to I-15 and lots of paved walking trails The last 6 months it seems this place has really gone downhill!! Carpets in our room were stained, light bulbs are consistently burned out, door stop was ripped away from the wall with 1 screw barely holding it on

Elevator floors were disgustingly dirty the whole time we were there I am a Hilton Lifetime Diamond VIP and in my profile I always request a top floor since I’m a light sleeper and don’t like hearing people above me, this visit I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor Both mornings we were all awakened at 6:45am by a herd of elephants above us!Exercise room consistently has broken equipmentAfter checking out, I decided to complain to management, neither Gen Mgr nor assistant GM were in, so the front desk person apologized for our poor experience, and promised to have one of them call me It’s been 3 days since I checked out and I haven’t heard from either of them I’ve always preferred to stay at Hiltons and have nearly always had a great experience, including this property, but I’ll be moving over to Marriott properties in St George in the future

Overpriced for the quality Lock was broken in half and just screwed back into the door by someone with little maintenance experience Showerhead was always crooked and pressure sucked

TV didn’t work in the master bedroom, it wouldn’t change channels it was just stuck on baby kids shows Consistently ran out of food at breakfast Fire alarm went off at 6:44 in the morning No calls or anything to reassure the guests or to make sure everyone was safe Rust all along the bottom of the doorway to the pool, it could definitely cause injury The paint was peeling all over the ceiling of the pool and you could tell a “repair” attempt had been made but wasn’t sufficient Hot tub didn’t have working jets and the sauna was “temporarily” out of service I’d like to know how long its been since it actually worked For $140 a night i would have expected a lot more I’ll never go back

CR_Fox

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say something I got ‘hot tub rash’ from only being in the hot tub for 10 min I came home and noticed red bumps all over my back

I couldn’t help but think of the nasty water in the hot tub and pool My son also has it After getting in the pool, I smelled sulphur and the bottom of the pool had debris that I kept stepping on After putting up with it for 30 min, trying to tell myself it’s not that bad, I just got out and never used the pool again during our stayOne other thing to note is that our room was not clean upon arrival We found used ear plugs by a pillow, something sticky on the desk, and some of the sheets had dirt on them I was not impressed at all at the level of maintenance the hotel has received We didn’t have a lot of choices for hotels over president’s day weekend, but I definitely will not be staying here ever again

she was the sweetest most sincere person Our rooms were immaculate and cozy Even the pull out couch was comfortable The salt water pool was just the right temp, and the breakfast was amazing! We had build your own breakfast burritos one morning and then biscuits and gravy the next, and they had waffles, eggs, cereal, breadsI just can’t say enough good things And if you have pets, chances are they will get a treat or two! I’ve stayed at a lot of comfort inns and this one is one of the nicest ones yet The staff is really friendly and the bed is kinda comfortable (it’s a firm mattress and I like the soft ones) There was a couch in my room too which made it a nice place to sit and eat without worrying about messing up the bed

Also had a little patio with a couple of chairs which was a great place to relax after hiking at Zion all day Just don’t leave the door open or else you’ll get A TON of gnats coming into your room They offer free complimentary breakfast and it has all the basics Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again the next time I’m here to hike Zion

Vanessa Nguyen

So far our stay has been fine but we like to leave the do not disturb sign on during our whole stay unless we really need something cleaned since we don’t like invasion of our space and twice the sign was taken off when we leave for the day and come back Also the tip envelope is something We’ve never experienced before during our stays at any other hotels Other than that everything so far seems to be good

The sheets are soft and the bed comfortable The ac works well and the bathroom seems clean

Mitty Matty

What a nice hotel to stay at outside of Zion! They have a wonderful hot tub and pool which we loved after doing the hikes up in Zion The breakfast had several different things such as waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and a few bread items as well as coffee/juices I would say the breakfast was a 10/10!As far as the room goes, it was spectacular with no complaints at all! The bed was super comfortable plus we had a couch in our room which was nice to have sitting on

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had They have a laundry facility on site in case you need to do laundry and they were pretty fast (30 minutes roughly) The internet was also super fast in case you need to use the WiFi for anything! All in all, I would say this was a perfect 5/5 and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re back in the area for Zion!

Top 3 most scenic golf courses I have played The course design makes it very playable Stay out of the fairway bunkers, I found 2

They are deep and penalizing, you aren’t supposed to be in the bunker The staff was helpful and polite Rental clubs were very nice (Taylor Made Sims & Cleveland Halo) My family joined me & my daughter for lunch The wait staff was great and food was delicious combined with the views Great experience & very highly recommend visiting Sand Hollow Resort!

john oseguera

Went Golfing and had lunch here Great food, Friendly staff!!$$$ to play golf here

If you want a complete resort This is it If you just want to play golf i would go to Sky Mountain as it is half the cost for a much more scenic course I only wanted to play 9 holes but to play the championship course at Sand Hollow you have to play 18 holes Sky Mountain let me play 9 off the front which is the most scenic of the 18, I thought that was awesome Sand Hollow does have a 9 hole course named “LINKS” that I was able to play and had great fun So that did work out even though I wanted to play the Championship course Maybe next time!!! Sand Hollow also has free driving range with tee time reservations That is nice!!

Ryan Moore

Feels like an apartment! Really quiet, pool is great Restaurant is amazing with stunning views! Could have used a little more effort on the cleaning Shower curtains are discolored

A glass shower door would feel cleaner Also water pressure isn’t great but that’s understandable since it’s kind of away from the city Grab a cookie from the front desk, they’re awesome after a long drive

Actually my stay was very good and the room was clean and roomy My problem, we were looking for a hotel/motel that had a adjustable bed or a recliner We were told they had a recliner but it was in a upgraded room a suite, that had a jacuzzi which was more money

To sleep I need to be in a reclining position So we said we would take it for 3 nights Asked during check in and was told they didn’t have recliners Checked room out, no recliner Sadly I had to triple up on pillows Only got a few hours sleep per night All this to be lied to just to get our businessI would have stayed but not in a suite Sad to lie

Good location for ZionRoom was clean, spacious and had everything we needed We enjoyed the pool area in the evening after spending the day in the National Park

Breakfast was tasty (and free) so that was a huge plus for us, setting us both up for a day at the ParkOnly issue was the front staff lady who checked us in – she kept her earphones in while talking to us (made us feel like we were being a real bother to her) and sighed loudly when I asked her to repeat how we got to the pool

Eric and DJ shared where we could easily park our U-Haul truck and car transport and helped us coordinate a door dash food delivery from our favorite restaurant before it closed for the evening Thanks Eric and DJ!

Checked in for 2 nights and was very pleased with this hotel From the front-desk staff to the staff in the coffee/bistro, they were all great I loved the look of the lobby area and the room was very clean

We did experience a problem with the A/C the first night and John (think that was his name?) spent an hour trying to rectify it, which he did and great credit to him Would definately stay here again in the future

We loved staying in this place The condos are cozy and just more inviting than a hotel room However, as soon as we walked in and started checking the place out we noticed a lot of dead bugs (crickets maybe?) in the condo we reserved

They were all mostly on the tile floor and one by the tub in the master bathroom We counted 10 in total We had mixed feelings about staying because of it, but my husband found a vacuum and just vacuumed them up and then vacuumed the carpets We don’t know if we will be back because of it thoughThe pool is really nice and they have an indoor pool/hot tub and then their outdoor pool/hot tub which is heated There weren’t a lot of people each time we went so we had a lot of room to swim around and the kids loved it

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed This place is beautifully decorated, very clean, nice furniture, nice master bath with jetted tub & walk in closet, beautiful deck w/BBQ, Pool, basketball sport court & tennis court The place is very organized & clutter free

Wish we could’ve stayed longer Will definitely Return to stay here

This place was brilliant The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds, a beautiful entryway, and fantastic rooms My king room was clean, comfortable, and spacious

Big shout out for the shower, which was huge! The inclusion of a fridge, microwave, and safe were all appreciated The staff were all so friendly, as well – very hospitableI also really enjoyed their continental breakfast – it felt far more deluxe than similar hotels I’ve been to in the past, and the large jug of iced water with fresh lemons they kept filled in the lobby at all times was amazingFinally, you can’t beat the location, particularly if you’re in the area to visit Zion – the hotel is only half an hour from two different entrances to the park! I’ll definitely be back next time I visit the area

This place is absolutely stunning for the amazing price! It has a hot tub, a huge pool, and the rooms are definitely adequate for 3-4 people since ours had a king bed and a small little couch! Will admit that the breakfast is better than most! Make-your-own waffles with cereals, coffee, bagels and more I will definitely be coming back on my next Zions trip!

The site offered easy access to hwys and Hurricane in general Clean and staff was very nice The room and bed were fine, but one downside was the thermostat

For a place to be ease of use to all visitors, I would suggest getting a less complex thermostat for the guests in the rooms We never truly felt cool at night, and had a interesting time trying to figure out how to get it to work in our favor Other than that, the overall stay was good For the price and location, I would suggest this as an easy stay for Zion National Park

We love coming here ever since we first found out about this place back in 2020 It has the ultimate location for us, 20 minutes from Zion and also 15 minutes from Sand Hollow state park! Rooms are nice and clean, everything that you might need, nothing extra Great outdoor area for outdoor dining and kids playing

Each small building has it’s own gass grill and also there is a place for a camp fire Great for a family gateway!

Our favorite stay this trip! The room was more clean than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in The full size fridge, microwave, dishes/utensils, and fast internet were great There is no daily room service, but we had quick responses anytime we contacted them! Very good location with nearby gas, groceries, restaurants

Also in the kitchen was a cooler, blender, coffee pot and coffee supplies, crock pot slow cooker, and rice cooker

Christian Sroka

This place is FANTASTIC!! Very clean, roomy and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a bunkbed The place looks very well cared for and they have everything you need inside the room This is the best, the convenience of a hotel with the quality of an AirBnB

We would definitely recommend staying here, it is close to the park and much more affordable than anything in Springdale

Amazing pool, friendly staff, easy check in check out, and very clean! The last place I stayed in StGeorge was more affordable (Days Inn), but was filthy and I was cringing having to sleep there At the Best Western Coral Hills, I would have loved to stay another night and plan to make this my place to stop in the future

I would have given 5 stars, except I need to travel with my cat and dog at times, and although Best Western advertises on their corporate website that most locations do accept “pets,” this specific location is exclusive to “dogs only” It would be great if they would be more accommodating regarding this to allow “pets,” not just “dogs” and this may be the deal breaker when it comes to staying there I drive alone between LA and Denver to visit and this is a great mid-point stop I really would like if they would allow cats so that I can definitely plan on coming back, and not have to worry about finding actual “pet friendly lodging” It is very tome consuming calling many places in StGeorge and elsewhere that advertise “pet friendly,” but they really just mean “dog friendly”

Loved our stay here My Fiancé and I really loved the fact they had a heated indoor pool We stayed in the suite with the hot tub and it was relaxing to have that in the room

Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy Breakfast was great for the most part, not so much a fan of microwaveable breakfast sandwiches I’m not saying that’s all they served, don’t get me wrong It was only one breakfast morning of our stay Every day other than that one day was bacon, eggs, waffles you can make yourself Would love to stay here again, and would recommend it! Indoor heated
