Stayed here overnight on a cross country trip and have no complaints We stayed in one of the single king bed rooms with two toddlers They brought a portable crib for my 2yo and the pool was a perfect temp for young kids to splash around and wear themselves out in before bedtime

Breakfast was well-stocked with lots of options instead of just standard muffins and cereal like so many others places AC worked good, front desk was pleasant and helpful Would stay here again

We had an awesome service from the moment we booked the rooms LaQueasha was able to get us conjoining rooms She was so amazing over the phone helping us planning our stay, give this girl a raise! Chandler was the gentleman who checked us in and treated my family like his own he was wonderful and you should keep him

We had an amazing stay over all the rooms were lovely we were able to Bond as a family and visit I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area to visit As you can see the kids enjoyed the pool I will always book with Choice hotels

My family got stranded on the way back from Florida to Missouri with our two toddlers We stayed at this hotel and they were very accommodating allowing us to have a late check out so that we could get our truck fixed The room did need a few updates here and there and smelled a bit musty (vents were very dusty) but the bed, carpet, and bathroom were all clean

Hotel staff was very kind about our situation

Decided to stay at this hotel after staying at Embassy Suites a few times This was a more peaceful experience The lobby is simple, intimate, and quiet in the evening

It was much more relaxing than my experience at the Embassy Suites as it was full of locals that try to turn the hotel into their own personal party pad The staff at the Courtyard is very nice and helpful I even got a birthday card signed by all the staff during my stay – a very kind and thoughtful touch

Prepaid for a King Room and was downgraded to 2 queens with zero possibility of receiving what I paid for at any point in my stay I travel a bit for work, usually staying with Elite Bonvoy account holders so I am accustomed to great Marriott service You don’t receive the same warm welcome here without it

The bathroom was incredibly poorly cleaned Dirty walls Dirty brown shower floors and dingy uncleaned glass Won’t be back to this location

Craig Dailey

The service industry is still on it’s heals trying to get staff, but this property has quality in spite of quantityThe rooms are much nicer and larger than I expected Just here for one night passing through for work but glad I chose this place over my normal Hilton property

This inn is one of the best rooms I ever stayed in The king bed was perfect Very comfortable! Big shower area n plenty of seating

A small refrigerator night standsThere’s a gym that looks like new equipment in thereThey have really really good home fries at breakfast

Rebel Creighton

Room was pristine Location was easy to find Service when checking in could’ve been better

Desk attendant was pretty short with me during the check-in process After coming off of the road from 12 hours of driving, one doesn’t want to hear her being short with themOverall, it was very nice to finally visit a Hampton Inn that was of the quality we’ve come to expect from them with the room and amenities, as well as having the dark roast coffee

Nathan Max

The stay itself was fine The trouble started after I payed the full price for a two night stay on booking

com weeks before our stay When I arrived I gave them my credit card for what I assumed was an incidentals hold After checking out and traveling home I checked my credit card statement to see I had been charged twice now for the whole price of two nights The original to bookingcom and now directly to this hotel I spoke with someone who looked at the paperwork and agreed that this is what had happened and stated they would fix it Unfortunately now the payment has actually posted Nothing has been fixed I called again today and a different woman answered the phone who insinuated that I was lying as “she didn’t see where I was charged” and refused to help The manager had of course already left for the day (It was 2:30 pm when I called!) will call again tomorrow I have disputed with my credit card company but these people should make it right faster Would not recommend staying here as they cannot bill properly

Stayed here on work travel and had a fantastic experience on a nice, clean and quiet property that’s very close to the downtown area The hotel has a very modern theme and plenty of walking space that makes it feel more like an apartment than a room I met the owner as well and he’s very enthusiastic about the property and all the great things to come! I wish I got to experience the new gathering place in the front but I was a week too early

That’s a major bonus for others staying on the property!

Nice place for travellers to take a break It has a small kitchen complete with dishes and cookware, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, a living room and a nice, comfortable king size bed in the bedroom You can relax, do your laundry without going to a laundry mat and unwind

Small dogs stay for free and there is a small yard behind the building Contactless check-in, Zero hassle and modern furnishings What more could you ask for It’s not the quietest location with it’s proximity to the railroad tracks but it’s not bad by any means I will definitely stay here again any time I am traveling in or thru this area and I highly recommend it for anyone who has been on the road for more than a couple of days Plenty of restaurants nearby and if you want to cook your own meals there are grocery stores as well If you don’t enjoy your stay here it’s because you spend too much time looking for something to complain about I’ve traveled the country from coast to coast and this is a great place Far better than many I have stayed in There is no front desk to call and complain but I haven’t seen anything to complain about Intersect311, you hit a home run with this place! Thank you very much and I look forward to my next stay

Keelie Simpson

I’ve stayed at Intersect 311 at least 6-7 times and I am never disappointed! After my first time staying there, around 3 years ago, I knew I was never going to stay anywhere else when I come to Jonesboro It’s great if you have kids or pets because it has all the amenities of home and it is so much better than a hotel room If your kids ruin their clothes you can just toss them in the washer and dryer the same way you would at home or if you need to make a bottle or cup you can easily do that too! I hated traveling with my young kids because staying in a hotel made everything more inconvenient and they had no room to run around

Since I discovered this place I don’t mind traveling with kids or pets at all because it really is just like being at home! They are always clean and have just about anything you would need to cook or clean or do laundry Checking in and out is a BREEZE It’s one of my favorite things about them because you just pull up to the unit you’re staying in and do everything from your phone It’s so convenient! They’re also nice people and professional There have been a couple of occasions where I have dealt with Heather directly over an issue with my booking dates accidentally getting switched or needing to extend my stay and she has always been nothing but pleasant and extremely accommodatingGenuinely, I couldn’t recommend this place enough It’s such a hidden gem! I will continue to book with them every time I come to Jonesboro

Check in process was simpleTV was left on and felt like we were walking in on an occupied room Room wasn’t ready had 1 bed unmade and mattress leaned up against the wall with clean sheets in the chair

Otherwise, room was clean and good to go Front desk wanted to upgrade us to a king suite, but didn’t work for our family and it was last double queen room available No other concessions offered for the inconvenience of making our own bed Breakfast the next morning was good and staff was friendly Overall not our best Hampton experience but will likely continue to stay at Hampton in the future

Facility was clean and priced right Jeff and facility get 5 stars Breakfast was fine

Alan that checked us in was so bad for his employer he caused the loss of 2 stars He was more interested in his cell phone than checking us in Acted like we were a bother because we had him enter HHonors #, when breakfast was served, and asked for 2 keys

If i could give this place a ZERO i really would Let me start by saying I’m a Gold Member with Hilton and will probably end this year with Diamond Status So as a frequent to The Hilton Brand, this hotel was one of the biggest disappointments I’ve experienced in all my years of traveling

On July 22, 2022, after completing a 15hr drive from Detroit to Mississippi then finally to Jonesboro (One Way), i was ready to crash and get a good shower & some sweet sleepNOT SO!The room was dingy, it smelled like the air had not been ran in months so this weird moth ball smell permeated through the ventilation system We typically clean our rooms so we can sleep with a peace of mind so we pushed passed this so we could get on with our family reunion that we came all this way for Well when my wife began to run the shower, the shower would not drain The tub continuously filled with water and would not drain HUGE PROBLEM & we should be accommodated right? WRONGafter being moved to another room and seeing the problem was consistent with the hotel We were moved into a King Room with the option to add a rollout bed as we made 2 kids, as well as an infant that was traveling with us The drainage worked well in that room but THE Manager/OWNER (i believe her name is Mary), she REFUSED to accommodate my wife and i as if she was doing us a favor No real attempt at resolution, just offered to move us to THE COMFORT INN?!?!?Now no offense to those that stay at the comfort inn, but if i wanted to stay at the comfort inn, i would’ve booked it Accommodations should always be of equal or GREATER VALUE! They refunded our money back but claimed it would take 10-14 business days to go back to my credit card & basically sent me outside without a place to stay Didn’t call a sister brand to make anything happen, just left my family and i out in the cold Luckily I’m not broke, and my family doesn’t have to live check to check because if so, where would we have gone to stay?!? I felt that the staff was RUDE, CRUDE, & SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE! My hopes is that HILTON SHUTS THIS PLACE DOWN UNTIL THEY GET THIS PLACE UP TO THE HILTON STANDARD!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE That’s all

Not really great to work for when I worked there, I did hear that things have changed, especially since their supervisor left So it could possibly be much better nowAs far as the hotel itself goes, it is so beautiful

It is amazing The most beautiful hotel I’ve seen The rooms are immaculate Anyone would love to stay here, it’s like a palace

Devin Bates

Clean, quiet, and close, while being set back from the main road Some elements of the room were showing wear, which is surprising given how new the place feels The repairs certainly left a little to be desired

But overall it was sufficient, clean, and up to Hilton standards Good breakfast as well, much better than the average hotel breakfast

Jaclyn Glass

Stated at this hotel after a disaster stay at another hotel in the area Upon check in, the lobby was clean and the staff was nice and helpful I went into my room the room was clean, the linens were clean and the bathroom smelled as it should- clean

The lounge is open at night and the bartender Liz was absolutely amazing, she was nice, courteous and had a great personality, I looked forward to seeing her In the eveningsWould highly recommend this hotel! Go see Liz and tell her I say hi! 😃

Amy Fernandez

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and wasn’t horribly expensive Check in time is at 3:00 pm

We arrived after 4:00 pm and still had to wait on a room There were only 2 housekeepers on duty so I don’t really blame them Maybe if the company paid their housekeepers more, then they’d have more employees We decided to go check in the pool while we were waiting Our key card wouldn’t open the pool door We went back and told the front desk people this The lady there just said well it should work, I gave you 2 I let it go thinking I’d deal with it later Another lady came to the front desk and waited for 5 minutes or so before she was even spoken to She had to speak up herself before someone acknowledged her She also could not get the pool door to open She also expressed her frustration with this because she had rented the hotel because it had an indoor pool She also said her TV wasn’t working and she had called but no one had come The front desk clerks seemed unconcerned One of the clerks just said well I don’t know what we’re going to do, maintenance isn’t here Sorry I decided that I did not want to stay here because it seemed like a very problematic place I asked for a refund and that I wouldn’t be staying The lady at the front desk was very hateful, but she called her manager She tried her hardest to get the manager to not give me a refund, but the manager told her to check me back out and not to charge me We went next door to the Comfort Suites Much better experience!!! Welcoming staff No wait on a room The pool was even bigger than the one at the Marriott I will never stay at the Fairfield Inn I don’t like to be made to feel like I’m an inconvenience I did give 2 starts because the manager did refund my money

Tricia Foster

It’s a dive The left elevator doesn’t work The rooms were overbooked so we were downgraded

All of the ice machines were broken The mini fridge is lukewarm The air conditioning didn’t work (even the control panel on the wall)-we had to sleep with the window open Staff did the best they could with the run down facilities (rooms were clean and Jeannie at evening check in was very nice)Pool was nice and warm

We couldn’t find a last minute hotel in Memphis, so continued north expecting to have to settle with an older, out of the way hotel This place was awesome! It seemed recently remodeled The bed was super comfy – I even ordered their mattress topper for my bed at home

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing – better than the pricier hotels we stayed at on this trip I will be looking up Comfort Inns on my future trips!

Sainath Reddy

Zero stars deserved Toilet flush didn’t worked, and the management even though had a additional rooms, they refused to change the room initially and wasted 1 hour Finally they noticed that flush is not gonna work, they changed my room after 2 hours

One of the sibling of the owner says all of the toilets in the hotel are same We cannot do anything about it Who will have that much patience to call front desk every-time when flush is blocked during night time, Poor management In the hot summer, none of the ice machines are working across four floors( bin is full error message) I think nobody is even bother to maintain the property properly except where money is poured Once again poor management If you want to save time, please avoid this hotel

Laura Lee

Wonderful place to stay! We’ve been here before and passing through, we stayed here again I checked reviews on all the hotels up and down the road, and most were not good Comfort Inn has overall great reviews and earns them! They may be more money than the rest, but I figure in the fact they serve a good breakfast, and it’s such a nice place

The hallway is very wide It cuts down on hearing doors closing Very quiet Nice and clean No complaints at all You can walk to Cracker Barrel, 400 steps according to Google Lol Parking is ok, but if you are pulling a big trailer, you probably will have to park in the big parking lot behind the hotel that looks like it belongs to a shopping center Highly recommend

All 10’s across the board!!! By far the best, cleanliest, most hospitable, luxurious, attentive, professional, and superb hotel experience I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot)!!This franchise deserves recognition for their superb attention to detail; everything from the wonderful professional gentleman at the guest check in desk (Kit) who helped us with our reservation hiccup and made us feel welcomed and like we were the only guests there! Fantastic employees all the way to the housekeeping staff and esp the breakfast staff- and whoa what a selection of fine dining that was!!!Truly a remarkable experience! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub jacuzzi and even had a fantastic workout and yoga session in the full size 24/7 fitness center (with complimentary ear buds)Room service was a delight and a 10 as wellI highly recommend, if you can afford the $240+ a night price range, to pamper yourself and see what a real hotel experience is like by staying here!!!!!This franchise definitely deserves some recognition!

Marie

True hospitality That was my experience here Tuwannia Kent at the front desk and Pam and Loretta at the breakfast buffet each made us feel at home and truly cared for

They each went out of their way to ensure my family’s three night stay was remarkable We will always remember their kindness and special care The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean but the kindness shown by these ladies made our experience extra special Thank you so much

Carmen Kellerman

Overall, we had a great experience! The room we stayed in was nice and the bed was one of the comfiest hotel beds I have slept in Only downside (which won’t be a downside for everyone) was how busy the lobby was They had live music most of the weekend

However, the sound did not carry upstairs Overall, I would recommend staying here
