Very clean and friendly front desk staff I was in town for a funeral and the hotel staff was very accommodating when plans changed They have a hot breakfast which is included in the stay, very nice set up and plenty of seating

In the room there was a pull out bed with everything you needed ! They do allow dogs which i love even though I didn’t bring mine this time Would definitely revisit this hotel if needed

The property is beautiful and well maintained Rooms are clean My stay was on a weekend, didn’t get a chance to sample breakfast

You don’t get room service unless requested and had to ask for towels twiceLocation had quick access to LIE, but is a little off the beaten pathOverall lovely stay would definitely recommend if looking for kitchenette for your stay

Beautiful hotel nice spacious rooms majority of the staff is pleasant and helpful, rooms kept clean , and the hotel is always quiet but be aware of the egotistical manager Travis who has no compassion and consideration of a miss understanding that could have been cleared in 2 seconds, but when certain people are put in a position of Power then they power trip A miss understanding of my kids charging ice cream to my room and my card not being billed because I had to cancel my cards because I lost my wallet resulted in Travis kicking me and my 5 year old daughter out and his exact words were “Things happen good luck”

Good luck to him Karma always comes back

I stayed here for a few weeks while I waited to close on my new home The closing process took much longer than expected The staff here, whom I got to know, were all SO helpful in extending my stay so I didn’t have to change rooms, breakfast buffet was delicious, room was cleaned each day, everyone was friendly and attentive, pool was warm, all the gym equipment worked

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during a stressful time Thank you to Marjorie, Robert, Shelly, Brianna & Dylan for really making this a welcoming place for my son and I to live!

I can’t even believe how amazing this hotel is Pulled up in front and the guy is there with the luggage cart waiting Another person immediately takes an ice cream cake I’m holding and puts it in a freezer

Another person is waiting at the desk to check me in Get to the room the man that brought everything up to the room unloads everything and doesn’t leave until he makes sure everything is as expected I rented a regular room for one night my daughter and 3 friends and an joining one for me I asked if they could have a table set aside for my daughters birthday dinner They called me the day before I arrived to not only tell me they would have a special table but that they would make special menus with her name on it Went over all safe food because we had one child with allergies I can’t even tell you how many little things each person working here did to make our stay special because there were so many! For dinner They had a room to themselves with their own waitress, they decorated the table with different color napkins in each glass and a birthday sign This was all done as standard service, all I paid for was the rooms! The pool is amazing! The desk found out two of my daughters friend had to leave for a short time and they offered to keep the pool open later so they didn’t miss out on any pool timeI’ve never stayed at such an amazing hotel!

Update- I was refunded $50

honestly at that rate don’t bother refunding money, id just take the loss My family got about as much sleep as we’d have gotten if we slept in a tent in the parking lot and it would have been a heck of a lot less expensive I’ll be staying at the Marriott down the road next time we’re in town Do not recommendPositives- sufficiently safe and no bedbugs Also the staff at breakfast was lovely and helpfulNegatives- sticky floor, dirty walls, hair all over the bathroom, no fresh towels, no working vending machines, but the best part was the fire alarm in our bedroom going off at 2am when we were sleeping After calling the front desk, who very nonchalantly told us to call back if it went over again (it did), we had to wait for someone to come upstairs to look at it Apparently there was a miscommunication between them and the front desk because the gentleman who came into our room spent a few moments trying to wrench the thermostat off the wall, leaving piles of wall on the floor before we pointed out the problem was with the fire alarm He removed it and told us they’d replace it the next morning They did not We had to call multiple times to have them send someone up with what I’d consider a basic safety requirementOther notes: everything is outdated, the walls are thin and you can hear everything

Matt Fisher

This is a fabulous hotel with very clean rooms and the most magnificent pool and hot tub! The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs right away and the food at the breakfast buffet was exceptional I highly recommend the omelet station and fresh baked croissants even the kids were raving about all the choices!!! Very spacious rooms and a gorgeous lobby bar with lounge seating all around was the icing on the cake!

We had our wedding at the Three Village Inn We chose them because for multiple reasons First Tom our point of contact was incredible from the sales process all the way through to the big day

He made everything very east and fun Next, the banquet rooms and grounds are perfect for a fun not to over the top wedding We were also able to sample the food which was amazing and so hard to choose what we wanted Now the day of the wedding went off without a hitch, Ashanti the bridal attendant left no detail undone and was with my bride and myself every step of the way Our host walked us through everything step by step and made us look like we’ve done this many times(we haven’t) If your looking for a wedding, or party venue on Long Island book the Three Village Inn you will not be disappointed

Rachel Karduna

i was at the three village for my best friends wedding most of the staff was very sweet and helpful however, the woman who runs around in a pantsuit was not

she had been nasty to multiple friends and spoke badly about guests theres no reason to be nasty, especially not to guests i’d advise her to try to keep it together before other people start speaking out

Average and clean hotel with pleasant staff Major complaint is that the Hotel has its main floor reception area bathroom locked and my 75 year old husband had to walk to Starbucks to use a bathroom The reason given “due to Covid” doesn’t make sense since they have an open seating area, breakfast which is included, dining area and indoor pool all open

Just not the bathroom

Dana Olszewski

We never even stayed in the room it was so bad it smelled and everything was very sketchy at check in There was smoke smell and marijuana in the room and coming from the other rooms was partying I was told I still had to pay even though I was not sleeping in that environment and no other rooms available

I switched to a new hotel bc it was so bad The security guard at the front did nothing about the parties and left when I was complaining to the front desk which seemed very odd I was told I could not speak with a manager that they could only be emailed Worst experience ever Was in the hotel maybe 15 minutes Something just was not right

Tara Flaherty

Avoid this property at all costs! Filthy with the most sketch staffThousands of hotel nights and this property is hands down THE WORST!Staff rude tooConcerning activities at this property

Marriott should investigate and be worried about their trademark associated with this property

Great accommodations Hotel in very good condition Our room was spotless and refreshed on each day of our 6 night stay

Very comfortable beds (some might say a little firm, but I slept like a baby) No issues with anything (TV, lighting, A/C, etc) during our stay Hotel was very busy on the holiday weekend but had no impact whatsoever on our experience Staff was on top of their game Excellent price compared to some 2 star hotels in the area No free breakfast, but it was nice to see complimentary Starbucks coffee available in the lobby and if your on Long Island you’re not far from a fresh bagel Plenty of dining choices within a couple of miles Will certainly stay here again

Mary

Hyatt Regency Long Island made our one-night stay so incredibly special We brought out kid for a special celebration for graduating kindergarten I called ahead and asked the housekeeping manager to make the room special and he said he would make the room have towels folded into the shape of animals and he also made a special trip to get small balloons saying ‘happy graduation’ and a graduation card

The pools were great – indoor and outdoor The breakfast restaurant was very tasty and the service was very nice The dining room / bar restaurant upstairs was just fine for a quick bite – if you want something more private or intimate, look elsewhere for a romantic dinner because it was very much a hotel lobby restaurant as opposed to a restaurant that happened to be in the lobby of a hotel The room service we ordered arrived incredibly quickly though they were unable to make an espresso martini (we managed to survive) All around a very lovely stay

Dotti Gallois

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the week because of work I cannot say enough about the great experience Every staff member I have encountered have been the best and friendliest people

And let’s talk about the food at Nu Bar & Lounge I had two meals therethe Long Island Cobb salad with chicken and the Turkey Club sandwich with grilled vegetables every bite was amazing!

The check in went very smooth! The front desk has been very friendly and welcoming! Sabrina at the front desk made sure we were having a wonderful stay! It smells fresh and clean in the halls The room was very clean I love the amenities, specifically the gym and outdoor patio area with the fire place

It’s my first time here and I will definitely recommend and come back for future stays! The rooms are very spacious for families They also have a basketball court provided with a ball at the front desk of the kiddies get bored

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times including before, during and current covid times This and the building next door (courtyard) are some of the newer hotels around suffolk county If your traveling and not a local, there is a target down the road and walmart and supermarket a little further down

I’ve never had a problem with my rooms, always clean, ac or heat always worked, tv , shower everything was fine No mold no bugs none of that The staff has always been very nice The only issue this hotel has seems to be in the warmer months or near holidays (valentines/4th of july) people having hotel parties during one of my stays last year there was a pretty big party but the staff had them removed I stayed recently and there was not a peep! I would recommend, and will be staying again

Very nice hotel Pool and hot tub indoors, room kept very hot Coin laundry very cheap

Nothing really near hotel except Red Lobster and Smokey Bones No breakfast Large pantry, items expensive Room fridge very tiny so really unable to stock and eat for cheap Stayed on business Not sure I’d pay that price for no breakfast and tiny fridge on a vacation

nasha nicole

The room was very spacious, I took a room with double beds for my kids and myself It was clean, I really love the individually wrapped cups and overall cleanliness even though I take wipes to do a once over as well Tiny fridge but enough room to store leftovers

Quiet and peaceful area It was a really hot day so we used their indoor pool, it was fantastic There is also a hot tub available as well The staff was friendly and my stay was wonderful There are two restaurants in walking distance The Ronkonkoma train station is close by and it’s an easy jump to the LIE On site parking for a fee Small pantry area with plenty of stock

Ruby Bolduc

This place was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the towels were normal size (lol) The rooms were not brand new but the beds were very comfortable and the TV was a 55 in (I have stayed at a few lately with itty bitty TVs and terrible cable service) Everyone who works there that I spoke with was extremely professional and friendly

I would say the only part that was weird was the way they had breakfast for sale items set up in the pantry To that same note, the pantry area was stocked extremely well compared to many other Marriott courtyards that I have stayed at recently I will definitely stay here again

My husband and I had to change hotels multiple times for our wedding Covid postponed it 4 times and it seemed like every date we got the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate our large group Holiday Inn took care of us and made sure that our guest and us were taken care of

They gave us space to be able to do hair and makeup and gave us the option to keep the bar open late! We had a BLAST and they were pleasant every step of the way! We had our wedding 8/14/21

Steven

Last time I stayed here the fire alarm went off every hour for 4 hours between 1am and 5am I ended up checking out earlyThe room is disgustingly dirty and nothing feels clean

The room originally given to me was preoccupied The second room the carpet felt dirty and had crumbs all over the placeThe bed was saggy and not comfortable at all It was by far the worst stay at a hotel I ever hadThe location to the highway is probably the best part of this hotel

Gene Melton

The rooms were nice and clean and appeared to be recently remodeled The staff at the desk were friendly and accommodating When I checked in I was told the hotel had not started serving breakfast yes because of the pandemic but the did serve lunch and dinner

The website said continental hot breakfast served Guess the owners are too cheap to serve breakfast and use the pandemic as an excuse The cons was the halls smelled like marijuana at any time of day I figure the staff were in their work areas smoking marijuana No matter what time I returned, always some shady characters sitting in the parking lot or outside the buildings I would watch them approach cars for about a minute and car would drive off Selling drugs? not sure but that seemed to be what was going on Never felt safe walking from the car to the front doors No one ever threatened me but I was watched real hard walking in I travel to the area on business Definitely will not stay their again and I would not recommend others to stay there especially if you are a lone woman or a family with kids

If you’re a history nerd, you will enjoy Oheka If you love architecture you will enjoy it as well The garden and ambience at night are quite enjoyable

The grounds are quiet and moonlit It’s full or classic art if you know your eras and enjoy classic paintings I would recommend the library nearby the dining hall and going during autumn Overall the kitchen was very well If you choose correctly on the menu They have gluten free bread and the wait staff is amazing My waitress made dining very enjoyable because she was so warm friendly and professional I appreciated that Note worthy would be the musician in the dining hall who was a violinist and would read the room to create a flow for the dinner He was impressive and lovely I would advise looking around as much as possible to breathe in the true history of the castle If staying on vacation, huntington village is nearby and also the gold coast

Ronald “Ron”

We were at the Castle for a catered benefit event Featured excellent quality food and service The grounds and location are beautiful, and I’d recommend Oheka Castle to anyone who needs a superb venue for your wedding or other special occasion

The restaurant and bar are open to the public as well I just can’t comment about the rooms

utube3009

We weren’t able to get tickets to tour Oheka Castle so we decided to go for Sunday brunch The castle & grounds were beautiful, the brunch not so much I ordered steak (medium) & eggs

For some reason they couldn’t get the steak right First it was well, then it was rare but in addition, the steak itself was too tough to even cut I gave up & didn’t eat it (nor did they offer to comp it)The restaurant patio was beautiful & so were the gardens that were surrounded by a golf course I’d recommend the castle & gardens but not the restaurant

The bathroom are well lit with modern design The shower has very strong water pressure and good amenities Depending on the hours or traffic condition your are driving from Manhattan, it could take from 1 hour (normal traffic) to 2 hours (rush hours & highway accident) to get to this hotel’s location

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott Melville before and after our wedding at Westbury Manor and absolutely loved it Around 60 of our guests also stayed at the hotel and they kindly put the rooms together that we requested The rooms were super clean and well presented and the spacious executive suite was great for getting ready for my wedding! We also enjoyed having a farewell breakfast for our guests in the pretty atrium with lots of natural light

Friendly and helpful staff all throughout the weekend Highly recommend!

Great location, near shopping centers I am a fan of Hampton Inns, they provide quality, affordable temporary rooms Our room was clean, there weren’t enough linens or toiletry supplies available

It was nice that the pool was open Breakfast was good Midday snack, and all day hot beverage station is a nice touch Convenient to where we needed to be I would definitely stay here again

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and have never been disappointed But by far this last visit was awesome (4/27/22 thru 5/2/22) The desk staff are wonderful and very accommodating

They took care of all of our needs during a very difficult time for my family We had booked 3 rooms and the staff made sure the rooms were kept together on the first floor for us A special recognition to Bobby(at the front desk) and Gabrielle (Sales Director) for helping me set up our rooms before my family had arrived from Florida The breakfast was a perfect start to the day and we enjoyed the quiet evenings sitting in the lobby with family The Evening staff even provided a nice care package to put a smile on our face during our tough time We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and by far this was our best experience, Kudos to the entire staff If you want your room cleaned you must tell the front desk, which was never a problem A++++++ Thank You

I am staying 2 nights here I give the hotel workers a 5 hands down The corporation I give a 2

I am writing this review because I can see that the hotel workers are doing a great job, but the corporation leaves them with few resources The hotel workers were excellent, kind and helpful The issue was there was a leak in the ceiling in the breakfast room When we arrived at breakfast I sat in a chair and it was soaking wet I could not see the wet place because it was a fabric color that did not reveal the wet I went and changed and ate breakfast One sweet hustling breakfast attendant was there I did not want to interrupt them, so I moved the chair and got a new one Then I started getting a drip, drop on my head and shoulder I looked up and there was a dripping vent over me I went to the front desk and told the woman there She asked me to see the breakfast attendant I told her the attendant was very busy (she was hustling as the only person working breakfast) and maybe they could get someone else She said yes, again, very apologetic and helpful So we switched tables and ate On the way back up to the room I let the woman at the desk know I had moved the chairs and there was a puddle on the floor I seriously would have mopped it up if I had a mop 🙂 Clearly there is very little staff I know this is happening all over I feel very bad for these workers they need more compensation and respect I thanked the front desk person for doing all they could

JD Roy

This Hampton Inn location is close to a shopping center with several restaurants The rooms are clean and the employees are courteous Overall its a nice place to stay

Two minor things to keep in mind There is a $10 / night parking fee Also, it is right next to a main highway Neither of these things are bad, but something to be aware of when you make your choice of where to stay

I stayed for one night for a wedding occuring at the hotel The staff was welcoming and kind, however, aside from nice front desk employees, there were too many cons to make it worth the absurd priceI booked a room and they did not give me the block price because I called 20 days from the wedding

I was told the group discount expires a month prior to the wedding and I should have booked sooner Okay, fine The 1 night stay was $328 including taxes Okay, fineWe had no washcloths in the room They did not have air conditioning on in the hallways It was very stuffy and downright hot The walls were paper thin and I could hear every guest nearby coming and going My $300 room had a view of an enclosed corridor There were no chairs in the room with two queen beds The toilet paper was the cheapest stuff on earth The toiletries were no more than dove body wash bars Breakfast downstairs was sufficient with good portions and good service but was overpricedI feel like this hotel absolutely jacked the prices for guests of the wedding, failed to honor their discount rate, and lacked basic necessities in the rooms

Being an IHG customer for over 15 years I’m used to all what IHG has to offerSo with regards to this holiday inn I would give 4 stars mainly surrounding the pricing which is really high considering I’ve stayed in both the Intercontinental Hotels for cheaper in (could of been out of season though) Manhattan Even so the reception were very helpful, kind (even though the first day I was very jet lagged and I wasn’t firing on all cylinders) and professional

Rooms were comfortable with a nice bathroom and good working ACI’d recommend for a short stop over

This was the second time we have stayed here overnight and we will continue to choose this HI for future visits to Long Island The location is conveniently located between the north and south shores, easy to get to, and the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner The staff are all kind and courteous and the atmosphere in the lobby is very comfortable

The rooms are very comfortable and have great hot showers! A+

Decent hotel I was there for work travel Asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from elevator bank and ice machines

They put me on the top floor but on the side next to the busy street and athletic fields which were quite loud at night I was also put in a room that had potential to be an adjoining room and could really hear my “adjoining” neighbor So I would say only 50% of my request was fulfilled Food and bar were decent but limited Hotel was very busy on the weekend and definitely much more quiet on weekdays No hairdryer in my room Had to ask for one Other guests varied – business travel people, wedding guests, athletic teams, people attending court nearby I will probably stay here again for business travel, but now know what to expect

Great hotel The staff was friendly professional and helpful Clean environment and laid out well

Place to drink and eat and relax Outdoor fire pit, good seating area Nice pool and fitness center Clean rooms The only item I can list was one coffee cup in the room for two adults That would not stop me from going back Great hotel

Brittany DeSalvo

The coolest mermaid-y hotel rooms in the Islip/Patchogue area with great decor Very spacious Mostly nice front desk staff, but the fact that they made us hunt down the luggage cart ourselves by getting off the elevator on every floor and searching for it at 1am (after calling an hour earlier to ask if it could be available when we arrived) loses them a star

They told us no promises because someone else could be using it (fair), but they didn’t say they’d make us go find it ourselves if a rude guest just left it outside their room!

1) very strong smoke smell when I just opened the door But The room actually is non smoking room!2) duplicate charge for pet fee Called them asking for refund and they never pay me back!We booked 2 rooms for 2nights on November 2021

The policy says each pet is $25 per night We only have one dog stayed in one room so it’s $50, but they changed me extra $25 for no reason So I eventually paid $75 for pet fee I didn’t realized that until I saw the credit card statement Called them and the person said they can refund me on the credit card Now it is 7 months after, no one contact me and no refund to my accountThe nonsmoking room has super strong smoke smell and when I stepped in the window is opened ac is on fan is on It literally just like someone just smoked In the room one minute ago and left Front desk lady changed the room for me with no problem But I think it should not happened like this if it is NON SMOKING ROOM

This hotel is updated, beds are clean and comfortable, and front desk people are friendly BUT if you are handed a key to a ground floor room, REFUSE IT Our room had an overflowing humidifier and smelled musty, and our window faced the outdoor pool, with no privacy

Our children’s room across the hall was dark, blocked by shrubs next to the parking lot The pool crew was using a loud power washer on the deck while I was trying to rest before a wedding The front desk receptionist offered to try to get me a new room, but it was almost time to get ready so I refused Lesson to share: AVOID THE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS!
