We enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks downstairs The pool deck was in need of repair during our last stay, but other than that, this place is nice and affordable The staff is helpful and courteous Will definitely stay again when we are in the area

Their System was down and they tried double charging me because I booked the 2 nights on a 3rd party app The lady had horrible attitude and customer service They could definitely take a class or 2 on customer service skills

AC was broke in the room upon check in and they refused to put me in a different room until I asked for a refund Other than that my stay was OK

We have been using this hotel for over a year We come to town for doctor appointments and live almost 2 hours away, so instead of traveling all those hours to in from in one day we stay the night and have some relax time together(hubby & me)The staff had always been pleasant and helpful

The rooms are great and the space is terrific They do have a pool and hot tub which the hot tub is always available and is very important to me I would absolutely 💯 recommend this hotel

So clean and such an amazing staff I come from a bigger city where people barely even look you in the eyes but here they were all so personable, kind and accommodating I have 5 kids too and while other hotels have been rude in the past about my large crew the hotel staff here were so friendly and treated them with just as much respect as they would an adult

The location is nice, the staff is nice and it’s clean But my stay was miserable because I couldn’t sleep at all both nights because the king mattress was so old and worn out and had a crater in the center I spent the whole night trying not to roll into the center and colliding with my husband

If all the mattresses are like room 108, I’d find another hotel if you want a decent night sleep

New and clean, when you arrive Decent breakfast area, sort of bland choices, but not awful Of course to save money you have to beg for towels or any room services

Little sign on the bathroom mirror let you know that for your comfort, they won’t be providing what used to be considered basic service But for a $60 a night hotel what do you expect,,,,,,, oh wait, it’s $200 a night Well, whatever, it’s for my comfort anyway

I’ve stayed here 3-4 times and never been disappointed except for this time After check-in Immediately took elevator to 2nd floor to my room Once I got off of the elevator the entire hallway reeked of Marijuana smoke, I thought this was a non smoking facility

The bathroom shower water was lukewarm and had little pressure The bath cloths was so thin that Ì could literally see through them, they need replacements asap Other than that my room was comfortable as usual

Young girl at the desk last night was a sweetheart! Check in was so easy!The most amazing thing about our stay was breakfast and the Cafe attendant, Ray! This man can not be making what he is worth!!! He helped my Daddy without even being asked! An elderly lady who shook badly and was burning herself with coffee, Ray seen and reacted without a word, took her coffee and seated her, then he made her plate! Please give this angel a raise!!!!

Pros: Comfortable beds, soft and fluffy pillows, plenty of room in the bedroom and bathroom and checking in and out was easy Continental breakfast had hot/cold options: instant oatmeal (variety of flavors), variety of muffins, some bagels, toast, fresh fruit, a couple of diff juices, cereal, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and gravy and some other optionsCons: price was high for the area it is in (just my opinion), pool was dirty and unavailable for use (it happens, I understand) and there were some bugs in our room (maybe rain brought them in)

The side doors entrance to the building weren’t locked their was a piece of tape holding the latch in the whole of stay, making it so anyone from the streets can just walk in The young concierge just gave a key without any verification to my brother in-law (different last name) who wasn’t on the room a key 🔑 without my consent, when I was out and about Makes me wonder if joe shmow could of just gotten a key to any room they asked for 🤦 Other then that I would of given 5 star’s

Used to be one of my favorite places to stay while visiting family in Sebring I’m done, the last 2 times we visited, very noisy adults (and children) roaming the halls after 11pmI realize the staffing difficulties everyone is having but one person on staff at night does not work

I feel for the staff as they appear to be service oriented
