The entire experience exceeded my expectations It wasn’t just a great hotel experience Jennifer at the front desk made it an excellent people experience

From the minute I walked into the door until I left, she made me feel like family The hotel was clean and smelled fresh The room was perfect with the balcony Pool was great too! Highly recommend this place, location and rates were amazing as well

Dawn Culbertson

We booked the room last minute because we weren’t sure where we’d stop for the night on our drive to the keys Upon arrival, the lady at the desk was helping another customer She started to give info in breakfast and hours for the pool and gym so she invited me over to listen as well

When I checked in, Ms Jennifer was super welcoming and friendly The gym and pool/spa were nice They provided towels for both Our room was fine It was clean and smelled fresh Part of the laminate was coming off the bathroom door so it got caught when you shut the door but that was the only issue It wasn’t updated but still fit our needs The next morning when we went down for breakfast Ms Jennifer remembered me and addressed me by name which was surprising She really added an extra touch to make her guests feel welcome The breakfast was ok Oatmeal, bagels, croissants, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee were all provided Despite the non updated facility, it smelled and looked clean and the staff was great!

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel Have had to stay here quite a bit during a 5 month job assignment

Trying to find affordable housing in South Florida has been an absolute mess Luckily this hotel has had rooms available at decent rates I’ve stayed in a variety of rooms and each is clean, spacious, and for the love of everything that is CLEANLY the rooms don’t have carpet Only a small area of the room is carpeted The staff is great and always super accommodating I’ve only experienced one WOC who works at the restaurant / bar who isn’t always the friendliest but we pay her no attentionand won’t let her affect the rating of this hotel Definitely my go-to hotel in the West Palm Beach area

Marti Santos

Easy to find, easy to park Good location, clean property Quiet room, very accommodating layout

Airport shuttle available And *VERY* pleasant, gracious, and welcoming clerks at check-in and throughout our stay! Although we didn’t partake, food (breakfast, dinner) was available Certainly a hotel we’ll keep in our contact list for future visits

maria rodriguez

We had excellent attention when we arrived with the check-up, the young man who treated us super, we went as a family, we had two reservations and the rooms were impeccable, super clean and spacious The pool was a bit dirty, the pottery around it and the broken chairs The breakfast was very expensive and they did not serve everything that was requested

Spacious, comfortable unit with wide deck and view of intracoastal Apartment was very clean and check-in, a breeze

especially appreciated during Covid times The location near Palm Beach and across street from Lake Worth pier is a plus Furnishings were a little dated but what was provided was more than adequate There is a charming pool area, propane grill area and even a small dock for watercraft

Rowan Lacy

Staff is rude! Prices are ridiculous They offer minimal to no activitiesHotel prices are high, rooms are old, no locks on bathroom doors, and they don’t allow roll away cots because of “room size

” Isn’t that the customers choice if they want to give up a little space for a better nights sleepWouldn’t recommend and won’t be backIf you are looking for a luxury resort Beaches Turks and Caicos 5 stars! Worth every penny – and you won’t meet anyone that doesn’t smile

jill cicero

I loved staying in a place situated on a jetty where we could see water from each window and sliding glass door In fact, because we stayed on the second floor, I kept the blinds open overnight so the first thing I saw when I woke up was the gorgeous morning sky over the soundWe really enjoyed the pool and fishing dock, and the fishing on the small beaches astride the beach club

The only things that would have made the stay even better was had there been beach access across the road, and some cosmetic improvements inside our condo

Betty, the hotel manager is amazing I have stayed here many times for long weekends while horse showing in Wellington Betty has been there each time I’ve checked in and is always so happy and helpful

My lady and I stayed here while on vacation and we’re both pleased with our room We wanted one with a full kitchen and we got that! Sink with disposal, fridge, dish washer, toster, 2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and it even had pots pans and dishes Oh and silverware

This was exactly what we wanted for just the two of us while we spent our days and the may nice beaches nearby Room service was good and breakfast was good too This was not a luxury suite, but that’s not what we wanted in the first place, however we were very comfortable and didn’t need for anything Simple and perfect! Note the picture of the little kitchen! Also, we had been there a few days when i took the pic, so some of the stuff was ours It is a clean place! Will definitely use Hampton inn suites again!

Sheleen Olson

My husband and I were there for his back surgery, which was right down the road When we checked in, he told Betty Baldwin that he was having back surgery She upgraded our room and made it close to the elevator and an exit and we could park right near the door

The attendant at breakfast (sorry, didn’t catch her name It was on June 17th) was also wonderful She did her best to get him things that he could eat and tried to help us in anyway possible The housekeeping lady also did a wonderful job I would most definitely recommend this hotel Everyone went out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed

Extremely nice place Definitely don’t judge a book by its cover although I really liked the outside landscaping, I was told they will be doing some outside/building remodeling🙂Extremely friendly staff

I called to check availability and I realized after getting there the office was closing when I called, however Ben seemed to of gotten up out of his sleep to meet me there to accommodate me getting a room for the night The room had ALL accommodations needed for a vacation/home away from home I will definitely stay here every time I’m in Florida which is quite often 🙂 oh and I slept so well didn’t even notice the train throughout the night This place gets a 10/10

Katherine Wied

I made my reservations online on this motel’s website based on all the great reviews and was hoping that I could leave a good review but unfortunately that’s not the case When I arrived, I had the same issue as another person who posted a review on here My reservation was not found even though I received a conformation number and instructions on how to check in

I was told that the room was not even available but that I would receive an upgrade for the same price Well I ended up being charged $10 more per night This was room 13 There is a hole in the bathroom stuffed with toilet paper There was no warm water in the shower and the showerhead seemed like it was about to fall off and I couldn’t lift it up past my shoulder height so it was really uncomfortable to wash my hair The bathroom sink was draining slowly In the kitchen sink, there was an empty sugar packet from a previous guest There were spit marks on the mirror above the desk and one morning I saw a roach coming from behind the fridge The one star is for the bearded gentleman who went above and beyond to make this stay as comfortable as possible I did not have a chance to discuss this during my stay because I was there for training and would only be at the motel late at night I received an invoice via email and I tried to reply to that email to discuss these issues and being overcharged but it turns out that it was a no reply email address

Warren Smith

The person I check in with (Corey, a bearded man with light-med tattooing) was a consummate professional who made the process stress free and has continuously gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and great as possible! There is beautiful outdoor decorations and plenty of places to grill and chill! They provide free coffee, cookies, and fresh fruit If you need a place to stay in Lantana and don’t want to be overcharged and undervalued stay at The Barefoot Mailman Motel There are cute little lizards, beautiful flowers and outdoor decorations, and the manager is available everyday at 9am and will actually work VERY hard to make it a great environment

He and Corey don’t just work here they work FOR you Trespassing is not tolerated Rampant partying and risky behavior is not tolerated They strive to keep you safe and feeling comfortable The night man Corey makes himself available until 2am in the morning and sometimes even later!! The location is right next to a beautiful island with a stunning free beach, off the dock fishing, a cute park, and a stunning nature preserve Thank you Barefoot and thank you Corey!!!! We were sad to leave!

***BEWARE OF THE PEEPER***Nice, clean, well maintained property Wife and I just stayed here Rooms were clean

Halls were quiet And the place didn’t stink like weed (I’ve got no problems with you enjoying your dank, I just don’t want to smell it 24/7 – and that’s becoming a problem in a lot of hotels these days)The pool and pool area were great Live music during happy hour and plenty of comfortable seating It’s a great place to catch a sunsetIf you don’t want to rent a car, there are lots of restaurants and shops within a half mile walk The beach is also an easy 10-15 minute strollOne thing you will want to watch for is the house on the east side of the building My wife was getting ready to change, she looked out our second floor window and saw a person with a large lens looking back at her in their window They quickly closed up shop when they realized she saw them Picture of the house is included for your safety

Earl Hartsell

Oh wow where do I start? This is probably the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed at It looks reasonably new I think something I saw said it was built in 2019 The checkin and check out were easy as pie

The staff was very friendly even while walking through the hotel they were saying hello The Florida were very nice and the hotel is so close to restaurants and the beach it is great A 5 min walk you are at restaurants and 5 more minutes you are at the beach I highly recommend

Todd L’Herrou

This is the second year we have used the Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach for a retreat at the end of a 8-month leadership development program The location is good (with easy walking access to downtown Delray Beach) and the hotel is well-appointed and maintained More importantly, the STAFF are EXCELLENT

They go above and beyond to ensure that our retreats have gone smoothly and that every guest has a superb experience When your group is small (26 participants), sometimes it can be difficult to get the treatment that a larger group can command but you’ll never feel that way at the Courtyard Delray Beach Special shout-out to Victoria and Michael – thank you for all you do

These folks go above and beyond! One night stay on the way back home from the Keys Facility, room, and staff were all greatFront desk was helpful during check in and check out

When leaving my husband realized there was an issue with our roof rack We had a 4+ hour drive home after a 4 hour drive the day before With our four kids and our minivan packed to the max we didn’t have any time to visit hardware store or a mechanic shop Front desk was nice enough to call maintenance and my husband was able to borrow a star bit to tighten the loosened cross bars on our roof rack!I’m addition to great staff and rooms, the breakfast was solid! Kids loved the variety and they had a young lady hustling to ensure everything stayed stocked and orderly! We will have this place marked as a favorite for sure if we are traveling to south Florida!

The pool staff and food service was there every time you needed them Would definitely recommend this wonderful resort for a relaxing escape! Next time I will use the spa it looked terrific! Thanks again for a memorable stay!

Ornella Giacaman

My review is based on their spa, we booked massages for my friends birthday Our experience personally was a 10/10, from the valet to Rahiem getting us checked in quickly, the wish pond, everyone in the spa rooms helping us out, the wonderful ladies, Julian and of course the Spa manager We got complimentary bottles of champagne, there was also free white sangria and snacks to be enjoyed

The amenities were all clean and very well kept up We had a wonderful time hanging out at the cabana and swinging on the chairs before taking a dip in the jacuzzi and showering before our services which were also very relaxing!Definitely a wonderful place to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasionThank you to the staff and we can’t wait to be back!

Alison Gerken

I spent the day at the spa I felt pampered from the moment I walked in My concierge gave me a tour and a glass of champagne, she was so sweet and professional

I spent a couple of hours in the outdoor area of the spa, which was beautiful and peaceful I had a 90 minute massage which was amazing My therapist gave me options for lightning, scents and music to suit my mood, she told me every step of what she was doing to ensure my comfort, and she checked in with me just the right amount – enough that I felt cared for but not too much that it felt disruptive I then spent 30 minutes in the dry bed and omg that thing is amazing!! It’s the ultimate meditation I loved my visit here and as a local, I can’t wait to return!!

I was pleasantly surprised to have a room with a second area with a sofa and second TV It was like a studio apt, but without a kitchen The room was clean and quiet

The included breakfast was wonderful, with so many choices it was hard to decide what to eat! It’s an easy drive to the beach, straight down Atlantic Ave with all its many stores and restaurants I got a great senior rate totaling $262 for two nights I’d give them 5 stars if the pool was heated, even a little

The White Horse Motel is a jewel of a find for us If you are sensitive to the cleaning agents that most motels or hotels use then they have it solved with all natural cleaning products for your total experience at the motel 100% attention to any of your needs and the owners are on site to ensure a comfortable quiet stay in Lake Worth

We enjoyed our first and second stay there and they are now our default location for any trip to Palm Beach County Pricing is cheap for the location where you can see the inner coastal waterway from the parking lot They are literally just blocks from the water and a short drive to Lake Worth Beach Park to enjoy the full ocean Thank you White Horse Motel for another fantastic experience while we were in Lake Worth Five Stars for your great gem of a motel for your guests to enjoy!

Josee Poirier

Our son’s wedding reception was on 2/19 The room view was beautiful Pool and amenities were ok

Reception was outstanding! Sadly, At check in our room was not ready It was not ready until 6:30 We could not check in because we were at the reception Our luggage had to be stored in a friend’s room and my wife had to get ready in the public bathroom My daughter and son in law had use public parking a few blocks away from the hotel because parking was delayed due to a government dignitary’s arrival He had to transport luggage, my 7 month old granddaughter and stroller from parking spot Other non wedding guests expressed similar complaints with rooms and check ins Staff was polite but… Guys you have to do better

Kristy C

Just don’t I realized after our stay they can probably justify the prices because the convention center is next door You have to valet- not included- every time you want to leave, so quick trips for coffee are not worth it and the coffee on site ($6

00) is glorified diner coffee The room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and because it took so long we decided to down grade our room to get in and move on with our evening plans The rooms were nice but the TV cable was so ancient that it wasn’t worth it so we just watched our phones They should get with the times and use streaming services if the cable takes 30 seconds to change the channel The phone didn’t work to call the front desk They have a $2800 resort fee that is somehow refunded to you in the form of on site money But the only problem is everything sucks The soda cooler in the store was warm and the coffee shop is nothing to brag about The pastries were old Certainly not what I would expect for almost $500 a night out the door for a mid room I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Hyatt

Donna Kamin

Came to the hotel only to eat at their on site restaurant called the Galley Tucked away in the corner of the hotel, it over looks the pool area, complete with beautiful outdoor seating with fire pits The inside bar is classy and has very friendly bartenders

Good selection of food, good sized portions, reasonably priced for hotel food Very nice ambiance and I highly recommend! Hostess is very accommodating and the manager goes around consistently checking on the guests and their experience Nicely done!!!

Hotel and Rooms are nice and clean Love that they offer kitchens and free hot breakfast Great location

However, hotel is always short staffed so no early check inAccommodations even though it’s an option during online reservation

We stayed at this hotel on our trip to Boynton Beach We were booked in a 1 bedroom suite, but Mercedes (who runs the front desk), upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite The whole hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Exercise room, while not a full gym, had the essentials of free-weights and cardio equipment This will be out go-to hotel for now on when we travel to South Florida

The hotel is nice, clean and the pool area is pretty My only problem was with one of the lady’s who works at the front desk, I didn’t get her name, but she has red/strawberry blonde long hair

She was extremely rude unkind and not welcoming Not sure if they were busy, or she just had an attitude problem Regardless makes me never want to come back to this hotel!

This place was amazing! Words cannot express how thoroughly pleased I was I am very familiar with the area and have passed by this place while driving countless times- it’s definitely a hidden gem It’s cozy, comfortable, very peaceful, and the rooms are beautiful

I felt right at home The beds were clean and fresh, the garden is lovely and so are the colors / themes of everything The bathroom was so spacious and nice and I just loved everything The decor, the natural windows, appliances, it’s like you’re at a home away from home The windows were easy to open and close and could be adjusted to your comfort The TV was really nice as well and so was the fridge and coffee maker Spacious closet Great lightning It was perfect for the price and very refreshing I didn’t want to leave 🙂Also the young lady (I forgot her name but she has long black/ brown hair) was phenomenal She was very accommodating to myself/ guest and made me feel very comfortable, she was friendly and just really kind even with explaining everything and showing me to my room 10/10 for me ⭐

I stayed here for one night and LOVED it I will definitely be back The room is nicely decorated with a beach theme, sort of a Key West or old school South Florida feel

Very spacious It has a cute little courtyard And the contactless check in is so convenient Really reasonably priced, as well And just minutes from the downtown area

I have serious health concerns about this place The ceiling paint was cracked and peeling, the towel rack was hanging by a thread, the walls have I don’t know what splattered on them and it’s just not clean The bed moves all over the place and the sheets and comforter really don’t fit the bed

They don’t have washcloths and the soap is literally the tiniest thing I’ve seenThe walkways are very narrow and the door is nearly impossible to lock We spent 2-4 minutes each time we left trying to lock the door lock that was so loose it could fall offThe only redeeming factor is, sorry there’s no redeeming factorSpend the extra $50 to stay at a hotel

It was our second home for weeks

months The staff was so friendly and helpful They were considerate of me working during the day I would ask for specific cleaning times or just a freshening of the rooms and they would accommodate The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable There was noise from other floors but it’s not their fault The pool was a great temperature and a nice place to chat with fellow guests

Antsy Pantsy

Absolutely loved the Fairfield Marriott Hotel! Great customer service from Amalfi and her staff I really enjoy staying there because the rooms are always well kept and everything is updated The pillows felt so fluffy I wish I could’ve taken one home

I also love that the pool is always clean and the beach is just across the street from the hotel Management keep up the good work! 🙂

Great location Smaller, 3 story hotel Across the street from the ocean Quiet end of ocean

I love that this hotel offer balcony rooms The free hot breakfast is a bonus as well as free parking which is rare for oceanfront However, the website doesn’t mention that there is a $250 deposit charge required at the time of check in This should be disclosed upfront to avoid any inconvenience to customers

I really enjoyed staying here The staff was outstanding I was not going to be able to get there until after 5:00 p

m and the office manager was going to be gone by that time However, she put the key in the box for me so that I could stay in my reserved suite The apartment suites were kept very clean and has everything that you could possibly need Very quiet and relaxing I recommend this place to everyone I definitely give them five stars all the way and always will!!!

Dawn C

I secured this listing through AirBnB That’s how I usually find places that are not hotel stays I was there from January 17 through January 21, 2022

My room was 207 The check-in process was easy They have a beautiful water view both front and back They also have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc Two tablesone in the kitchen and another in the dining area The bed is king size and the bathroom has two entrance/exit ways Free wifiif you are on the 2nd floor (like I was)a nice balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 upright chairs Nice size pool with plenty of places to sit and lounge around Also they have 2 bbq grills Free laundry area too although you have to take turns washing your clothes Free parking although if you want to get close to your unit you’d better get there before nightfall because spaces fill up quick! As I said in my AirBnB postthe only issue I had with the place was the sliding doors were a little stiff to move Also the metal bar attached to the window frame is loose so you have to be careful and hold on to it when you pull on the strings to pull back the blinds Very peaceful and quite and walking or driving distance to the beach! Will stay there again!!!!

Megan Ingalls

I would give it 3 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars because I liked the location a lot and would stay there again just for that Technically in Palm Beach, this place is basically in Fort Worth and is in very close walking distance (literally right across the street) from the beach and a pretty good beach restaurant called Benny’s It’s a full apartment style place with a kitchen and living room so would be great for a longer stay

However there were some issues We were given the wrong code for the lock box and struggled to get it open, eventually giving up when another guest told us that we could just use the door code to get into our room without opening the box for the paperwork The place was like stepping through time into the 1990s but felt fairly clean At 5:30 in the morning, a broken sprinkler was aimed directly at our window, which was very annoying I did mention the problem so hopefully it’s fixed Then, we went out and came home late at night to discover a large roach in our living room, on the ceiling We tried to get it but it fell and hid under the couch When we went to checkout the next day I mentioned there was a roach in the room, thinking that they might be able to get it out before the next guest arrived However, instead I was told falsely that it was not a roach but a palmetto bug (yes the roaches in this area are palmetto bugs, but it’s still a type of roach) and that “there’s nothing you can do about them in Florida” I am a native Floridian who lives in Florida, so I can tell you that’s 100% not true While you can’t always keep them out, you can most definitely make an effort, and at the very least you can try to remove them from a room when someone has told you there is already one inside

We came for the Winter Equestrian Festival for my wife’s birthdayChet (and his mom) were wonderful hosts The rooms were clean and perfect for a weekend stay

The frittata we had in the morning was delicious And we had a great conversation with other guests while the sun was shining and the breeze was blowing through the trees on the verandaParking was easy and close to downtown shops and restaurantsChet gave great recommendations for local stuff to doWe will be back!

The boutique BnB is superb The hosts: Chet, Jeff and Randy scurry around quietly all day ensuring that everyone is comfortable during their stay The location is quiet, very private and has a very “Vintage Hollywood Glam” vibe with its cabana stripe canopies, sprawling palms and iron gates

The breakfast is continental-ish, set up like a buffet, but each day a hot entree is served under the cabana We met some wonderful new friends The pool is a tropical oasisperfect for relaxation, a book, a sip and an escapeThe property offers private rooms inside of the main house, and more private cottages with kitchenettes and sprawling soaking tubs We enjoyed the comfort of the Mango Suite with French doors that lead out to the pool We are already planning to carve out time to visit again Book it!
