Continental breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, blueberry muffins, bagels

The food that should be hot was It was very decentThe bed was comfortable It was quiet enough for a good night’s sleepI felt more comfortable after a little extra cleaning myselfThe refrigerator in my room didn’t work

Sam Stephens

There was no toilet paper in our room no soap or shampoo in the shower just empty containers requested batteries for the TV remote

Was told they would be provided shortly nothing ever happened We had to pick him up ourselves We went to talk to the front desk individual and was told that we could not have room service until the following day which is the day we left We spent a weekend in a place that could be very nice and it wasn’t They allowed a homeless individual to come into the dining area and handle all the items that were there! Very disappointed I am a member IHG

I gave service only 2 stars because of the lack of housekeeping Front desk and the people I interacted with were great But for my 3 night stay not once did housekeeping come in to change the bedding, put up fresh, clean towels, make sure there was sufficient toilet paper (one more day and I would have ran out), drop of

A few more coffee pods, nothing Other than no housekeeping the stay was fine

We stayed here for a couple daysIt’s a nice hotel and has an inside pool and hot tub which is great! However, during our stay, around 3am our sink in the kitchenette started flooding over I woke up to water just spilling on the floor

The water was bubbling up from the drain so it’s definitely a sewage problemI called the front desk and they said no one was there to perform any maintenence but, they could give me extra towels to soak up the water Lucky the water stopped flowing, eventuallyWell, about 20 minutes after that fiasco the guy at the front desk called our room This is almost at 4am and he called to tell me they gave me the wrong room He tried telling me that he needed to move me to another room! I told him ABSOLUTELY not and he finally got itThe TV never worked Two staff came to try and fix it but they couldn’t figure it outIf you’re really stressed out by disorganized chaos by a family owned property that clearly cuts cost where they shouldn’t, don’t stay here

After seeing the reviews I can tell something’s this place can be a hit or a miss My experience was definitely A hit! My husband and I stayed here for a night on our way back to Oregon The staff were quiet but friendly! At first I was a bit confused on how to get to our room but front desk helped us out! There were a few hiccups though

Our room was huge and nice! The bed was definitely comfortable! The only complaint/ hiccup was the dispenser in the bathroom that the conditioner was in didn’t work, and there was a little hole in our sheet and cover Overall was a good experience and would stay here again!!

The front desk lady was super friendly and nice and was kind enough to allow my boyfriend and I to check in early to drop off our things to attend a super bowl party so that was a huge plus! Room was clean and bedding was very comfortable AC fan worked great Plenty of towels

Clean landscaping around the property and a somewhat quiet area near the 99 freeway, gas stations and convenient stores My overall stay was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and stay again

I chose Motel6 instead of the Courtyard or Marriot even though my hospital was reimbursing me for my nursing specialty training The reason was that I just needed the basic comforts of a traveler seeking a place to safely sleep at night and a shower without any further need of any further amenities nor the opulence of comfort I’ve been to Motel 6 before and they do meet minimum standards of what a motorists hotel is by definition

The room I was in was clean enough but I still needed to sanitize all the surfaces and spray bug deterrents on all the corners and under the bed which I typically do if I book motels The staff was very friendly and warm and there was an Asian man who was always sitting on his office like chair and greeting and helping any new guests(he helped me as well) that he saw My only concern was the location( I would not recommend walking at night in that area) but otherwise the street noise was tolerable to some degree and all the lights in the property was open and CCTV everywhere That you’re vehicle was safe relatively, worse case scenario of a car break in…it’s all recorded in CCTV Wished there was an active security guard on the premises that would be great I would still recommend this place, easy access to gas stations fast food restaurants and freeways Like I said the Staff was Awesome!!! I will book again 2 weeks from now

My friends came upon the Courtyard Marriott when we decided to make last minute plans to stay a whole weekend in Stockton We chose the Courtyard based on price within our budget, location, and how clean and acceptable the rooms looked both on Google reviews and their website When we checked into the hotel, we were kindly and immediately greeted by the front desk receptionist who quickly checked us in and gave us information and tips on the area

When we came to our room, we found it to be very clean, comfy and the bed sheets exceeded our expectations The wall between the beds was nice when half our group was asleep and the other was awake TV had cable which lets you watch a handful of channels like Food Network, Comedy Central, and other lovable channels Towel service and beds were made immediately while we were gone which was very convenient for usWhile our Stockton adventure was a little chaotic, we found the Courtyard to be our safe haven for a multitude of reasons It was great coming back to a clean cozy hotel room each night of our stay The hotel is also situated in area with tons of restaurants and shopsDefinitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and a more personal experience with the friendly staff The hotel carried alot of charm that you won’t see anywhere else I would definitely book here again the next time I’m in the area I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was nice and quiet, what we needed Overall hotel not what we’re used to for Courtyards Dining area AC was out and made it a hothouse

Bistro staff of 1 for dinner hour not very enthusiastic (possibly due to heat), wine was hot, carpets on 2nd floor dirty, food trays left out all night in hallway and not picked up, pool closed, day staff at desk not very attentive in morning Kind of disappointed 3 stars cause we got a good night rest

Came for dinner and were seated right away Service was great from our server however there was definitely a delay in service from course to course When our apps came out there was about a 30 plus minute wait until our entrees arrived, when they did arrive the food was room temp at best

While it tasted okay the portions where quite small and made to look smaller on such large white plates Truthfully wouldn’t come back for the food but service was great

Very close to Sacramento, easily accessible by car The grounds are very well kept , the grounds team constantly is working on keeping it beautiful The restaurant was great, the lounge has great music

The only thing I was expecting was that it was also its own winery, and that there were vineyards surrounding the property but it isn’t that way Once you’re on the grounds, it feels like an escapeThe spa is also nice, there are two hot tubs and a secluded rest area

Stayed here for 1 night and it was honestly perfect for what I needed The bed is surprisingly very comfy as are the fluffy pillows! Clean rooms, friendly staff, well lit parking lot, very convenient location next to gas stations and the freeway I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or gym

The complimentary breakfast was much more than I expected, lots of choices for light and healthy to fresh waffles, eggs and sausage

Fairly basic hotel in great shape But not basic in the sense that: the room is not small, has a desk/work area, a kitchenette, etc Nice! Basic in the sense that it does not have fancy doohickeys; everything is definitely not gold-plated or marble

Front desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient Room was clean Bed was comfortableWould definitely stay again when I need to be in the area

The staff is wonderfulI have been here for a month on a business trip and can’t complain about anything

the rooms are perfect, everyone is friendly and welcomingmy only complaint, which I heard from several other coworkers and various patrons, is that the pillows will ruin your neck! They are super soft and are great to cuddle with but with no support I spend most of the start of my day just readjusting my neck to make the discomfort bearable to be able to turn and look in any directionand God forbid I have to cough or sneezeit feels like my head is being ripped off! Aside from the pillows though, amazing experience

If you value safety and privacy keep driving don’t stay here We had a hotel employee come into our room and take personal items The hotel management identify the employee and said they took action but would not compensate us for our personal loss

We had the police come to the hotel filled out a report the hotel acknowledged their employee was in our room that should not have been and they still would not take care of our loss of property This is the shadiest hotel would not recommend on any level I can’t believe they our aloud to have the Holiday inn express sign on their building DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!!

We’ve stayed at Bordeaux Inn many times, but during our last visit we got lucky to join Rebecca’s Italian cooking classThe experience was amazing We learned how to make pizza and pasta from scratch, and 2 different sources

We made our own ravioli and fettuccine, and put our pizza in a real wood pizza ovenIt’s an unbelievable experience to enjoy Italian food you just made yourself with excellent Lodi wine

I was whisked away by my SO for a 5-day birthday surprise meant to recharge I had no idea what I was in for other than we were landing in Sacramento Arriving at the home of Rebecca and Craig, I was immediately impressed with the historic preservation of the property

I am a geek for older preserved properties and this location was a standout The Chianti Room was our welcome mat and instantly, I felt at home Was like arriving at grandma’s house! Very comfortable bed with amazing furnishings befitting the home Well-appointed and welcoming Some spaces can be overdone to the point that you are afraid to touch or risk liability Not here as there was enough character left to add to the living charm Again, this was a stay intended to recharge We did venture downtown and visited some of the wineries, but this was about good books and feet up on the porch Because this was our intent, we were able to become acquainted with the owners and the neighbors Rebecca and Craig are a charming couple and remarkably inviting I would be remiss for not mentioning Garson, the true owner of the home Because he has 4 legs, his presence was far more alluring and we were able to become best of friends in a very short time Breakfast was amazing and appreciated We were always asked and had preferences supported Weight was gained and that is my only sincere regret from this wonderful tripRebecca and Craig are very involved with their community, so if you are visiting, please do lean on their offerings for where to go in the surrounding areas Their winery suggestions are on point and their taste for wines, very neutral So whatever you are seeking from the area, you can certainly count on their suggestions to be gold I suppose the best compliment that I can leave is through our stay, it was soon where I felt somewhat obliged to offer assistance Meaning, I felt more at home as a guest than I did as a paying guest and that is entirely on our host Not often do we deliberately attempt to return to a place because really, we enjoy discovering and seeing the world, but we did make new and dear friends throughout our stay that we shall plan to return and “visit” again So if you are on a visit to this area to recharge or simply, sip and take things slow, do yourself a favor and visit the Bordeaux Inn You are certain to be pleased that you did!

Tobias K.

We only spend one night here, but this place is so lovely we come back asapCraig (and Lolita) was a very friendly host, next time hopefully we meet RebeccaThe place is just 5min walking distance from Lodi downtown main street

We had dinner at the “Lodi Beer Co” (Thanks to Craig) with the worlds best garlic fries and pizzaOverall the Bordeaux Inn is a fantastic Inn and located perfectly for both round trips in the famous wine country or as a single nightoverNext time Lodi = Next time Bordeaux Inn

Not impressive outside at all however the elevator and inside lounge areas are nice The conference rooms are spacious and the room had a balcony which was facing the canals which is relaxing I didn’t like the huge gap at the bottom of the room door which allowed for you to hear everything and everyone talking in the hallway

The glass coffee table and decorations are a little dated but it’s an older hotel The TV is nice and big and staff super friendly They have complementary breakfast and a Starbucks and restaurant on site

Cory W

Decent experience overall! Two night stay Had an slight issue with our first room Let Sheila at the front desk know

She addressed the inconvenience and immediately set us up in another room Super professional, much appreciated! This location is a little dated and the parking lot was a little more open than I’m used to Restaurant inside was pretty darn good, overall positive experience

So I do not put the good without the bad as well I start with the bad in hopes that the good outweighs it all while still letting people know of the small unforeseeable thingsAfter a long process of getting very frustrated with another hotel we stayed here

I will jump back but after the night we had with a 1 year old kid upset, it was indeed time for a nice shower and bed We got half of that The shower would not get cold what so ever After a call downstairs the rather abrupt and rude lady that was working at night and trying her method of letting the water run for 15 min, I had to go downstairs to which she explained she’d never heard of the issue (so it must not have existed) she issued us another room to shower in That is the extent of the bad, oh well also get snacks at the hotel or elsewhere the 7-11 around hand the corner not a great place during the day and only gets worse at nightThe good though as I said outweighed the bad I walked in greeted by a clean well kept up reception area The hotel make up is on the older side of things but it works At the front desk Bryan made my frustrations go away almost instantly, I would give him 9/10 He was patient, understanding, and not once was his reaction to downplay me and defend the company He had good food recommendations and explained the process to me very well The day of checkout there was a nice young girl working the front named Anastacia who was very very understanding and knee the process very well for what I was trying to accomplish She even offered to leave my information with someone higher up the chain to call me, yeah right I thought I hadn’t even left the hotel before receiving a call 9/10 customer service and professionalism for Bryan and Anastacia Of course there was also Tanya I’m hoping you don’t have to ever meet her but if you do she was acting manager at that time and went above and beyond making sure the other hotel knew what the issue was as well I’d give her a 9/10 and highly recommend these rooms to anyone family or single
