We had a great experience! We came to check in and were greeted with a kind and well-mannered gentleman who helped us get a room on the first floor because we were traveling with our dog There were side entrances to use so we could get our dog in the room quickly and without bothering anyone (and our room was really close to this entrance, which was perfect!) The room was well kept and organized, although there were scratches and chew marks on the doors and some of the furniture

While it was conveniently next to the highway, it was a pain to turn into the road leading to the hotel, as well as the hotel itself Overall, we had a great one-night stay at La Quinta in Atlanta!*NOTE: This location allows dogs that are 50 lbs or less They charge $25 per dog per night

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly The only issue is housekeeping knocking many times on our door before checkout

It’s as if they are rushing you I was asked 3 times as I was loading our luggage into the car if I was done We also had 3 knocks (2 prior to loading up the car and 1 after I had began loading the car) The housekeepers are the only reason for 4 stars

As soon as I walked into the Lobby I should’ve known it would be a disaster! The desk person was on the phone going back and forth with a guest that was unhappy However it was late and I needed to get off my feet The desk person was rude and really rushed me through the process

My room was on the second floor and the hall way smelled like garbage, hot dog water, and sardine juice it was AWFUL and room smelled the exact same way The computer chair at the desk looked as if rats had been gnawing on it, the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom, door wouldn’t close and the carpet was dirty AF! I was in the room a total of 45 minutes… that’s how long it took for me to find a different hotel Laquinta refused to refund the money even though I didn’t stay at that dump of a hotel! If I had it my way I’d have the hotel condemned

Love love love our stay at Hampton It was nice to be welcomed to the facility Being back in Huntsville was nice

I moved in 2018 Next time I’m there will definitely come back, hopefully I can have breakfast during the stay Missed out on this trip due to long road trip ahead Accessible room was Awesome My mom enjoyed the roll in shower Highly Recommend this hotel it’s down the street from Bridge Street where the shops and restaurants are Thanks Hampton Inn

We stayed here 4 days while going to the Space museumPros: great location- you are only 5 minutes away from the Space Museum and plenty of restaurants Hotel room was what you would expect- everything was clean, bed was comfy

Very average The pool area is nice and there was plenty of pool towels each day Sitting area outside with fire pit was very nice Great views If you get a room on the back of the hotel Everyone was friendlyCons: the breakfast was horrible They served the same thing every single day! Sausage basically 4 different ways The cereal options never changed and by the end of our stay there was no fruit or hot chocolate left We are pretty laid back and easy to please but by the end of our stay I was very disappointed I would recommend maybe having more breakfast options and taking more pride in the appearance of your dinning area We sat at the same spot every morning and you could tell it wasn’t getting cleaned The base of the table was dirty with the same dried food/jelly stains on it every day The carpet/furniture was stained and no one wiped down anything that I saw in between people sitting at tablesWe stay at a lot of Hampton Inns due to being part of the Hilton rewards program and this by far is one of the worst ones I’ve ever stayed at Overall, I do not recommend this place and we will not be back 😔

I give them 3 star because the kitchen area could stand an update for the appliances! The room was nice and roomy The kitchen area was very convenient for longest stay Nice little area to dine

Also another area for business workPretty good breakfast!!! I enjoyed the waffles fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage !!!😊 👍

Pretty nice here Quiet location Friendly staff

Had a small issue with my room upon check-in Made the staff aware, and it was immediately resolved Upgraded to a new room Put me in a suite instead Thank you front desk staff!!! The maintenance staff fixed a printer issue in the lobby business center for me on the spot Oh, breakfast is pretty good, too See why I’ve enjoyed my stay so far?!?!?!?

It’s Tanya!

Front desk associates, no matter who yiu spoke with, were very nasty and did a great deal of socializing amongst themselves instead of focusing on the customer They were quick to battle with you on rooms that were prepaid We had to let them see our virtual receipts and confirmations, which should have been in their system already

The rooms are very dated The bathroom was very 80s and we did not use our showers because it just appeared gross The kitchen area was ok, but we dis not use any of the supplies they had available due being unsure if they were cleaned/sanitized We took it upon ourselves to sanitize each room before unpacking anythingThe ONLY ok thing is the location That’s it We will be staying at the Element next time when we come back to visit our Huntsville fam

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff Checked in, checked out – no delays or issues whatsoever The breakfast options were varied, and all seemed to be fresh and very well taken care of in terms of keeping up with demand and keeping things clean and neat

Housekeeping was very nice as well The hotel as a whole in the common areas, elevators and the room upon arrival were very clean and everything worked perfectly as expectedAll in all a very nice and effortless stay, will definitely prefer to book here again if I’m sent back to the area for work again

Elizabeth

Very Very nice place The place is so clean and beautiful inside it’s hard to believe it’s 10 years old, management and workers are doing a wonderful job, keep it up! Indoor pool but no hot tub, seems they just recently got rid of it because signs for it are still up Waffle House is right next door

We stayed here to visit the space center which is less than 10 minutes away We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again Highly recommend

Nikki Estes

I have a hard time saying anything terrible about the visit because we did not have any terrible troubles, really The housekeeping staff and breakfast area people were jovial, but one of the front desk shift was not having a couple good days while we were there She worked almost the entire 2

5 days we stayed though Maybe she was tiredWhile the nights were filled with people walking up and down the hallways, slamming doors and such, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower came through amazinglyThe couch bed did not give an actual bed, more of a pack with a little foam covet, but it was clean The room, bathroom, pool, and breakfast area were very clean and well stockedThe hot tub was filled in, not an amenity anymore, but the pool was warm enough to enjoyIn close proximity, we had a Waffle House to enjoy late night hanging out with our family We drove to the space center easily from there, also

The check in process was very simple and efficient I had a easy time doing so and the staff is as professional as could be I did have an issue with actually get into my room

The battery was dead on the door, so I went down to the front desk and they ended up putting me in a corner room instead The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean There were a couple minor inconveniences; there was no hand soap near the sink and none to be found anywhere, the conditioner inside the shower was empty and the toilet paper roll was 3/4 of the way used Yes, those are small issues but I expect those issues to be taken care of before I even get to the room Aside from that, the access to the airport itself is essentially right here It is indeed in HSV airport itself! I enjoyed a nice quiet night in a clean and comfortable room and would recommend this anyone traveling to and from Huntsville International

Cynthia Murrah

The Four Points is convenient when flying out of the Huntsville Alabama Airport Check-in is so easy We parked in long term airport parking since we were flying out the next morning, but I think there is dedicated hotel parking for patrons just staying in the hotel

Room was very clean One of the reasons I am a Marriott Bonvoy member are the amazing beds in the rooms I sleep so good every stay There is also a restaurant available but we had a very early flight and we were not able to enjoy it on this trip

Toxic Decision

Pros- Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming Conveniently located in the airportCons- room was very basic for the price

Bathroom are ridiculously small The room walls are paper thin, you can hear the rooms next to you like a bedroom in a houseI was woke up several times by loud tvs, doors slamming and other guests just simply talking At 5am when a lot if guests are getting ready to leave its pointless to try and sleep Might as well get up and get moving yourselfI would not recommend if your looking to get some sleep

Easy walk to the new Orion Amphitheater and a fun bar! There’s also many good restaurants and bars close by Those are the best features of this hotel We stayed 4 nights, mainly for a concert at the new Orion Amphitheater and it’s a nice 10 minute walk on the sidewalk to get there from this hotel

We really enjoyed the hotel bar, live music, fun patrons and OUTSTANDING service!! The rest of the experience is average, and hotel needs maintenance Hot tub jets barely work and pool bottom looks dirty Water was ok though Shower head needs replacement in RM 334 Rug too Front desk personnel need to be more personable We’ll stay here when in town for a concert, otherwise there’s better options

Matthew Jones

This hotel is pretty beat up Just a lot of little problems with the way it looks and the level of quality everywhere Bad paint in areas, damaged walls, doors that don’t work like they’re supposed to

The staff is nice enough but the place is just coming apart The elevators hardly work and the entrance in from the rear parking lot doesn’t lock at all When you walk in through the back the first thing you are greeted with is a poor ceiling repair job that was never finished A sprinkler head was hanging down out of the ceiling by the bar and the smoke detectors in the hallways look like they’re from the 80’sIt’s not the Hilton I understand that But Holiday Inn would do well to put some money into this location given it’s proximity to some nice locations like Top golf and Wahlburgers

Liz

Sadly this location isn’t worth the cost The staff seems nice but don’t really help you when any issues The worse part of stay wasn’t the poor customer service at the front desk but the pool

It seemed so cool but it was dirty, and so full of chemicals it gave us rashes If you Just need room this place will be okay (but look out for bugs, leaking toilets and hair in the bathtub We found all during our two night stay)

Everything was pleasant and clean The breakfast was buffet was amazing with vegetarian and gluten free options with a dash of friendliness from the kitchen staff The room was particularly comfortable and extremely clean

Very quiet hotel maybe due to the residential area The room doors are quite heavy for a child or smaller person (to know in case of emergency) Loved the bathroom toiletries The mini mart was also well stocked New favorite in town!

lydia caddell

Very nice hotel, my husband and I have been to quite a few hotels here in Huntsville/Madison area and this hotel is by far the best From the housekeeping to the breakfast staff it was very pleasant I really loved the fact that when I walked off the elevator on the third floor on my way to our room it smelled like cleaning products 😊Then I walked in our room and it smelled very clean most other hotels have a very musty/mildew smell and I can’t stand that, Holiday Inn y’all get an A+ for that

Many choices for breakfast, it was hot food and very tasty My coffee wasn’t hot enough for me and one of the breakfast attendants got me a hotter cup for the kitchen coffee machine I really appreciated that You all do hospitality very well and I hope you all keep up the good work

Beth H

I definitely recommend staying at this hotel While some hotels hire anyone off the street, this Holiday Inn Express employs professional adults who are focused on customer service For example, the breakfast area was staffed by two women (both have the first name of Betty) that kept the buffet well stocked

When the pancake machine broke down one morning, a Betty told two waiting hotel guests that she would bring pancakes to their table after she fixed the machine Nowadays at other hotels, a breakfast employee would just leave the pancake machine brokenFront desk employee Shalonda was friendly and informative when she checked me in She also made sure that my room was to my satisfactionThe hotel was quiet during my stay The room doors are heavy and they seem to help block any noise from other hotel guests in the hallway The bathrooms are more spacious than the typical bathrooms at a different hotel chain (the hotel chain that lets you pick a specific room number in their app) And this Holiday Inn Express stocks the bathrooms with Dove soap bars instead of a cheap, generic hotel soap bar Oh, and the TV has the most channels that I have ever seen in a hotel room It just goes to show that while other hotels are cheapening out on amenities, this hotel is still focused on the customer

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Fantastic front desk service Outstanding fitness center! Great location Really enjoy the proximity to so many restaurant options

King room is very spacious Clean Well kept Really like the bed and pillows Have been getting Great sleep Nice bath towels and really like the shower Only negatives are the walls and doors seem a bit transparent in that you can easily hear others I am a hard sleeper so it doesn’t bother me while I sleep, but when not sleeping it is really easy to hear other conversations Also, not the nicest facial tissues or toilet paper, rather course and not soft at all The negatives would not stop me from staying here again or recommending others stay here I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!!

Nick Paventi

Nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff, hotel was busy with lots of people staying on the night we were there, however breakfast service wasn’t able to keep up with the demand/number of people and there didn’t seem to be much of an effort to ensure things were being replenished quickly enough Unfortunately people have places to go, and things to do and having to wait around for breakfast items/coffee to be replenished really doesn’t help That said, the breakfast items (when they were available) were all of excellent quality

Samuel Lynon

Its not that I like to give bad reviews, but I have to say I’m greatly disappointed The hotel is really in a good location with multiple eating establishments/attractions The following are my areas of concern:- One(1) microwave for use in the 4-story complex located on the first floor lobby

– In-room mini fridge didn’t properly cool- The breakfast was minimal in quality and quantity or servings- Food delivery personnel were only allowed to enter lobby; required guests to meet in lobby for pickup- Reservation cancellation fee equates to a full non discounted night if within 24 hours

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t regret itThe staff is awesome! Always helpful and kind I don’t stay at hotels much, but if I ever do, I will definitely come back I will also recommend this hotel to anyone needing lodging The rooms are a little dated, however they are clean and comfy Thanks again to all the staff of Best WesternGod bless

Gigi

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and spacious There’s a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the rooms The breakfast options are amazing and delicious

They have smoking rooms and best of all, they allow pets! There’s a restaurant on site which is only open after 5 pm They even have a shuttle to take you anywhere you need to goanywhere! Overall, this is absolutely the best Best Western Plus I’ve ever stayed

Shanita Mccullough

I loved staying at the best western a couple of times now their rooms are clean great breakfast in the morning and a little late check I recently went to stay and found out they charge a deposit fee for there rooms now there rooms aren’t all that fantastic based on hotels I have stayed at recently I recently also stayed at the Hyatt Place and hands down best hotel compared to the Best Western they do not offer a deposit fee they only offer $15 fee for incidentals

Now they are higher in price compared to the Best Western but it’s really not worth a deposit type of hotel as there new policy states i am a diamond member so I have been going there for a while now and never thought they would change up so much so quick but I know a lot of hotels that do now have a deposit fee and that’s crazy for one you all are none smoking so if in fact I know that extra $200 they do charge is crazy but it’s just feedback

Probably the best Army lodging I’ve stayed at, but, let’s be honest, that’s not setting the bar too high It’s still a great hotelThe rooms are good size suites/studios with a kitchenette including fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a good enough selection of dishes, pots, & pans

They have a “lending locker” where you can check out additional small appliances like crock pots, toaster ovens, blenders, etc They have two large grills tooThe daily breakfast has plenty of options along with coffee 24/7, which is greatInternet speed is pretty good with wireless and wired connectivity (over 100Mbps) It’s slower during peak usage times, but still adequate

Cozy place to late your head The king rooms were very impressive too I love they still have a heat lamp in the bathroom

Breakfast was typical but always welcoming Room was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable For the rate I think you’d have a hard time finding someplace better to stay when in the area Pretty close to everything too Didn’t get to use the pool but looked decent

Scott Carlson

Clean and comfortable stay! We checked in very late and the staff was friendly and helpful The room was very clean and well maintained The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! They even had nice tea options in the room

Overall this hotel got a perfect score because everything was absolutely wonderful! We actually reserved here after checking in AND then checking out elsewhere because another hotel in Decatur was so awful! It was a relief to come here see that everything was clean, well maintained, and safe We slept great! Thanks for the nice stay

Samuell Price

I have visited many hotels from this chain and others This is not the top of the line, but it is still a nice hotel The staff was very helpful and listened if I had a problem

The room was clean and ready when I showed up I had a queen sized bed It was okay Not super soft or hard Somewhere in between I was able to adjust the temperature of my room the way I wanted and when I wanted If I had another person or kids with me, they could of slept on the pull out couch The room had all the items I needed from microwave, to a TV to an iron and ironing board The mini fridge was of good size and kept foods and my water bottles cold IThe breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasted great It was included in my meal It was located near the central road that ran right to Red Arsenal base making it quick and easy to access I will stay here again if I need to visit Huntsville alabama again

Nice hotel to stay in the area We were there in July of 2021 The grounds were beautiful, and with easy access to the Town Center outdoor mall that has a variety of food options

I don’t think you can beat the location Also easy and free parking I was pulling our 20′ cargo trailer, and was able to find plenty of spaces in the back to park my setupThe room itself is nice, nothing negative to mention I think my only comment would be that breakfast service was extremely slow for the number of people in there Even getting the bill at the end took an inordinate amount of time It didn’t seem delayed due to how busy they were, more like inattentiveness I wouldn’t normally note this unless there was something off about it, thus the reason for deducting one starHaving said all of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Eric Workman

The experience has been so relaxing and wonderful The hotel staff from Ms Emily in the front desk to Ms

Angelica in the food department have all been so professional, kind and very reliable Any issue that has come up has quickly been resolved by them with no issues The rooms have been clean and smelling quite nice I would highly recommend

Michele Prichard

Vinny and Jesse are the best! They took care of my needs despite the busy check in and challenges in parking They anticipated my needs and provided excellent customer service Working together all the staff navigated a busy crowd

I appreciate their attention to detail and exceeding expectations I look forward to my next excellent Marriott stay!

The bed was a little hard with very soft pillows(but I bring my own pillows) The room was super warm, even at 60°F and there wasn’t a clock The hotel has great amenities and a decent breakfast We always stay at this hotel for convenience to friends/family Definitely will stay again

After more then 6 hours on the road nothing is better then laying on a comfortable mattress That was unfortunately not the case at Double tree here in HuntsvilleThe king room that we reserved kept us from achieving a good night sleep

We kept falling into the middle Found out this was because the king was actually two twin mattresses which may be the size of the queen Now we have two people in the bed and we would have booked two queens if we knew in advance so fair warning to anyone There also is a glass door between the bedroom and living room but if the door is open the opening is small and kind of makes you feel like your in a submarineThe art and decore were modern and gave a warm and cool atmosphereWe have family at space camp and felt this hotel was so much more affordable then the Marriott

My wife and I stopped in late without reservations The clerk on duty, Solomon was emphatic to the situation and was willing to try to help us find other accommodations nearby He said he wanted to double check and discovered another guest has canceled and he got us the only remaining room

On top of all this, he was fun! We also met a manager later in the evening, Kyle He was super friendly, gave us great advice on local BBQ restaurants and a local white BBQ sauce All the other folks on staff were just as helpful and you can tell that service is a high priority here The room was super clean and modern The common areas were all spotless and we could not have been happier with our stay here Highly Recommended!!!!

We enjoyed the big room with a separate bedroom and well equipped kitchen The pool was average with towels on site There was ample parking and easy-to-get-to shopping, gas, and restaurants but not so easy to get to the drugstore quickly as my husband was mildly sick one night

We enjoyed our stay over all due to the friendly staff and housekeeping In order to get the trash emptied we had to put the cans outside the room which was hard to remember The breakfast was good for boiled eggs, omelets, and yogurt but not much else as things were soggy or overcooked The mobile check in was quick especially with us arriving slightly early but the mobile key to the pool did not work and we were put in the wrong room but was quickly fixed The carpets were not clean as out feet were dirty not long after walking on the carpets which was fine for my toddler but I probably wouldn’t want to stay there if I had a crawling child

The location is near Bridge Mall so there are ample opportunities for shopping as well as dining The room had awesome amenities with great linens and an ultra comfy king bed The staff was friendly and welcoming as well as offered suggestions on local attractions

I would make this my road destination of choice whenever in the Huntsville area

The rooms are not what I had expected from a hilton hotell Room had what looked like water stains on the ceiling and chairs We stayed two nights and never received room service

I had to call the front desk to complain about not receiving room service and they wanted me to come to the front desk to pick up new towels At $15000 a night you would expect room service everyday The front desk employee was rude and never greated me at the counter I will never stay at this location again

I had a good stay I was in town for the my niece’s graduation I found the Clarion had good reviews

I checked with local law enforcement and they didn’t have anything bad to say about the hotel Check in was easy… The staff was great… My room was great Bed was super comfortable The bathroom was nice and clean Only downside to the comfortable bed was I slept through breakfast It is conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel, so I didn’t miss a meal Would definitely recommend this wallet friendly Hotel!

First of all the rooms are not what they advertise on the website I booked a suite and by all means this room is definitely not a suite The sleeper sofa is so crammed in the space you can even put the blankets on because there is no room

Once you finally get that taken care of you can’t have access the a/c because of the sofa You can’t use the desk either when the sofa is pulled out Also talked to the front desk about it and the girl working was not very helpful I will say one positive thing the beds are very comfortable We are here for a baseball tournament and we found out the pool is closed No where on the website when we booked did they mention that Went to ask the young man working about it and was very dismissive about it Overall this hotel has potential but I would not stay here again Our room also had a terrible smell when we walked in Go stay down the road

The mediocre rating is because my room was very dirty When I tried to go to bed I discovered hair and dirt I ended up using the sofa but it was just as dirty, but harder to see

The sofa was comfortable, the bed was soft, but I couldn’t enjoy it The dirtyness also made me question the health conditions, since covid is still prominent in the area I didn’t come or intend to go swimming but I find it disappointing that it was closed yet did not mention it anywhere I did enjoy the gym, the free breakfast, and the service was great There is also a cracker barrel right across the street You may say I could have just asked someone to clean the room but it was already past 12am and I didn’t want to be a nuisance As germaphobic person, I hated my stay but outside of the room and the pool it was quite enjoyable Although, If you don’t mind dirt and hair you would love your stay
