We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the king one bedroom suite with our children The pool was quite cold, but very cool to be a saline based pool

Not too many of those in this area The lobby was pleasant, well lit and inviting Parking was a breeze and there were plenty of options for dining in the areaThe breakfast was amazing each day and the options were plentiful Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for additional sheets and towelsThe reason for a 7 is due to the condition the room was in when we arrived The dishwasher had dirty dishes (mainly ones that were packed too tight) and could not get clean There was a half eaten donut under the pull out bed and a large stain on the couch cushion The motorized shades in the bedroom did not function properly and the blackout guide had fallen off the wall In the bathroom, the amount of mold/mildew in the shower was very unappealing and clearly was not being cleaned fullyI would recommend home 2 suites, but this location needs some work

Jessica Heinberg

This is a very nice hotel When we arrived to check in staff was super friendly and nice They even gave us some complimentary water to take up

They even directed us were everything was Elevator, pool, Gym The free breakfast is very good Bagels, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, breakfast sandwiches We chose to stay here because the wedding we were attending had blocked rooms I am so glad they chose this hotel because it is very nice and we had a great stay!

Lisa Beyer

We’ve stayed at a few different Home2 locations and one thing we’ve liked about our stay is that upon arrival each room is fairly clean…I would say really clean, but I’m a bit picky when it comes to cleanness (at this location our room was a bit dusty and there was some garbage still on the floor) I am only giving it a two star review today instead of a 4/5 star review for a couple reasons The first is we requested some housekeeping (taking out garbages, replacing dirty towels with clean towels, and bringing extra Kleenex) before leaving for the day; however, when we returned nothing we requested had been done which was very frustrating after a long day out doing things with our 5 kids

The second reason is that we discovered that our air conditioner unit was leaking right as we were ready for bed the first night so the floor between it and one of the beds was extremely wet We let the staff know the next morning and all that was said was maintenance would be told The floor continued to get wet while we were out and it grew to being wet almost the whole width of the bed The bed sheets/blankets that touched the ground during the night also soaked up some of that water Needless to say it was gross (wet feet/socks; squishy, wet carpet; and wet sheets/blankets) and annoying (having to wear shoes in the room to stop wet feet/socks and having to climb in/over others to get in the bed) I had hoped while we were out someone would come check it out and maybe at the very least put a fan on it to help dry out the carpet I was not pleased with this stay

I got married next door on Friday 8/19 The hotel staff was very friendly in the process, even when the date to book in the block somehow got pushed early, they fixed it right away for me The cookies were great, the staff was very nice and let us play board games in the dining area Thursday night

The front desk woman (I can’t remember her name) was so great when a man who was a danger to everyone and clearly on something was harassing guests She handled it and called the police My now husband and brother in law stood in the lobby near her just incase something were to happen The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly The only reason I am taking off a star is because my cousin, who is also one of my bridesmaids, woke up Saturday with bed bug bites She said her and her boyfriend killed one and took it to the front desk and compared it to a picture of a bed bug online and it was exact They gave her a refund for Thursday and Friday night, which was very kind, it’s just something you don’t want to have to deal with because housekeeping should be checking mattresses every time they clean She had to bag all of her stuff and disinfect and steam everything And on top of that she’s really itchy now I don’t entirely blame the hotel because I know they get brought in by guests, I just think they should have a better system for checking or maybe just steam the mattresses with a hot steamer every time they clean every room Overall it was great, that was the only bad experience

Amber Mota

Very friendly front desk- the baked cookies are nice The pool and hot tub were very clean! We were the only ones in there so it was nice There is a cute patio coming off the pool room

Pool is also open until midnight! The rooms are clean, beds are somewhat comfyThe continental breakfast is great! Wonderful selection of food, including a waffle maker which is a bonus Breakfast goes until 930 on the weekdays and 1030 on the weekends so that’s helpfulHotel was extremely quiet We heard nothing at night!Hotel is right by a Kwik Stop too!

Greg Scott

Clean My mattress was so worn out we stripped the bed and flipped the mattress It was much better after that

The AC in my room didn’t work very well The temperature swings were huge The room gets hot before the unit kicks on again I ended up with a setting of 67 degrees It was the best happy medium I could come up with The place was spotless though and to me that’s one of the most important things

Currently staying at the facility and there’s ants on the night stand and in the bed Requested to cancel the second night and was denied because we used a third party So I then ask if someone could atleast clean the room and was told maintenance has to physically see the ants

My best advise is to not stay at this hotel it’s infested I’ve just wasted money but I would rather waste them be ate up by bugs

The Mike Lyons Show

I am not a big fan of hotels, but if every hotel was like The Harborview, I would be! We arrived early, but our room was ready and we were able to check in Everything was as it should be The room was clean, the views were good, everything was as advertised, no complaints

I kept finding little things that made me appreciate this hotel more The alarm clock can also charge my phone! The blackout blinds actually fit the window so well that it was actually dark! The lemon sage body wash in the shower smelled amazing! We had a “deluxe” room, for whatever difference that might make

Trisha Peterson

I could see some mold in cracks in the shower and they have only one towel hook by the shower We had 4 people in our room and one hook isn’t enough We also ran out of toilet paper and the toilet clogged and we didn’t have a plunger to fix it

The block out curtains were great and the view out the window of the harbor was beautiful There’s no breakfast and few options within walking distance We went during the week (Tuesday through Thursday) and a lot of the shops and restaurants were closed There was a deli nearby that closed at 3 that we ate lunch at Then we ate dinner at the Steerage which was also walking distance from the hotel We also walked to an ice cream store that had cow benches outside That was fun The walk to the opening of the bay was worth it It was fun to be able to walk to wherever we needed to go

Booked 3 night at the Knickerbocker Overall, a pleasant place to stay Our experience with the staff was OK

The bed in our suite was not good (very important to me) and overall the suite was clean We had construction jackhammering outside our room the 2 days we stayed there A few areas in our room needed cosmetic work (peeling paint, etc) We ended up being very sick the first and second night and needed to leave the third night There was no accommodating this and they stuck to their no refund or discount policy Overall, if they’re going to be a beautiful hotel getaway with a restaurant and a spa they did not meet my expectations for hospitality, friendliness and environment

This is a good hotel for a long stay, whether you’re waiting to get into a house or there for work The well-stocked kitchenette with a full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and ice maker was awesome to have As a long term stay location, house keeping isn’t the same as other hotels but it doesn’t take much to empty trash and request new towels periodically

Breakfast and standard toiletries are not free but again, this is a place to stay for longer stretches versus a single nightThe important stuff:- Full kitchen with two stove burner and fridge/freezer- 20+ various kitchen appliances available to borrow from the front desk- FREE laundry machines- Covered patio with propane grill- Good water pressure/temperature control- Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in showers- Friendly staff!Probably more, but this is not a fancy hotel but clean and extremely convenient and practical 10/10 would stay here again

Ian Xiong

This place is ok and very affordable but the wifi is kot so good Pretty strict almost got kicked out because my baby was crying late at night and someone reported it Rude neighbour’s

The room 307 AC didn’t work so it was hot we complained a few times and they didn’t do anything about it But other hotel rooms AC worked I wouldn’t suggest this hotel unless it’s a last resort Also the walls were really thin

We hosted our wedding here, and we loved working with Marco from the Sheraton North Shore! Jon got us started on our wedding planning, and Marco jumped onboard soon after to take over He was always responsive to emails and calls, helped us figure out details we didn’t even know to think about, and made our weekend absolutely beautiful Even the day of, Marco was with us, communicating with our vendors and officiant to make everything so smooth

The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there, but that did not distract from our day at all Our guests loved having the ease of staying at the same place all the festivities were happening All the staff at the hotel were accommodating and kind, we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Latasha Davis

The location was great The room was nice and clean There was a lot of remodeling during our stay, so noise was prevalent

There wasn’t a pool, picnic area, or any place for families to gather to eat outside food You could only eat in the dining area if you purchased their food Other than that All was well! I would stay at this hotel again!

Sanaa Jaman

One of the worse “hotels” I’ve ever stayed in It’s more so like a motel than anything I came into town for a few hours to visit a friend who had a recent death in the family, got a room close to their home for $299 on my American Express card

The place, the room, the whole thing is not even worth $100 I don’t even know where to begin The chair in the room was torn apart The bathroom door doesn’t slide and it’s old The AC unit in the room is old The tub wouldn’t drain properly They shouldn’t list this hotel

We had a nice relaxing stay here while we were in town for a wedding The rooms were clean and modern and parking was easily accessible What really stands out about this location was the staff

Sherita at the front desk was very welcoming and fun and gave great local recommendations for food Really the staff and their hospitality stood out the most on our trip and we would be happy to stay here again should we have the opportunity Highly recommend to anyone traveling

Amy J

This is a very clean and thoughtfully designed hotel Lots of amenities in the room, nice kitchenette, and comfortable bed Downsides are: mediocre breakfast, receptionist not there for any questions during check out, highway noise, and rather sterile cold environment

Not particularly cozy ambience, and hotel parking light is unnecessarily bright like crazy enough to light up next town over Doesn’t hotel know light is not good for sleep? Overall, decent stay for the price

Deborah C

Room was nice, bed comfortable and staff was decent The bathroom door didn’t close, not too big of a deal as I was alone But the bad part was that the entire floor reaked of pot

Not just a little, and not just occasionally It was so strong it actually set off my allergies I have to come back in two weeks, I will stay somwhere else

Breakfast is always amazing, the wine & cheese hour was up & running again which was a pleasant surprise! I’m pregnant & appreciated they had non-alcoholic options The room was so clean & super spacious (218) with 2 fireplaces and a massive whirlpool tub with skylights I loved it! Loved the housekeeping option for just having towels/toiletries dropped outside room

There are so many cute shops & restaurants in walking distance We always love our stay here and can’t wait to come again

Lisa Marshall

We had a wonderful time at that Washington Inn If you are looking for a quiet getaway with a comfortable, clean room then consider this inn We were in 305 and as another reviewer noted it was really quiet

We hardly knew anyone was staying there besides us until breakfast The room has a very nice double shower The breakfast was delicious Baked good made on-site were amazing! We brought our bikes and rode to Port Washington and back on the Interurban Trail It is a really scenic ride, not difficult and it ends up on Lake Michigan (or you continue on) We enjoyed the shopping and walking around the downtown Great vacation!

Samantha Morrison

My husband and I stay here yearly for our wedding anniversary and are always in awe of the service and rooms The staff is all so incredibly helpful, kind, and absolutely go out of their way to ensure visitors have the best experience Our room is always very clean, breakfast is incredible (definitely get the cookbook- totally worth it!), and it’s quiet

We stayed an entire week this last time and we had the best time relaxing, rejuvenating, and simply existing Already looking forward to our next stay 🙂

EVERYONE at the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, management, etc was kind and helpful They went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, welcome, and appreciated

During a 30 year career of excessive business travel at nearly every type of hotel, I can say that the service at this hotel has met and even exceeded the service at 5-star hotelsLocation is great if you like shopping, parks, and trails Hotel is also pet-friendly

The room appears clean but I’m tall so I can see the top of the microwave and refrigerator hasn’t been wiped in 6 months

soooo much dust and food crumbs but I Lysol wipes every surface anyway but I had a great stay pool is open but small And no hot tub😳😳😳😡 shopping is here next door walking distance food next door Breakfast here will hold you over but no waffles no bacon no pancakes but they do have sausage eggs potatoes Cereal bagels muffins toast coffee juice Overall good experience

Millicent McKinstry

The room and location is great We requested cleaning service 2 days into our 4 day stay and NEVER received our room cleaned We requested housekeeping again the next day only to return to an uncleaned room

We checked out, but not before reporting this issue to management This location appears to have alot of temporary long-term residency, kids in the hallway late at night and families at the daily breakfast

Stayed here for a business trip for 4 days Very nice rooms and clean hotel Front desk and the dinner bar area staff were all excellent! Continental Breakfast was included for my business stay and was exactly the same every day, but, the food was good

I had an issue with the shower leaking water and there wasn’t enough water pressure to shower and they fixed it right the 1st time The maintenance staff even cleaned up after themselves The handicap accessible rooms are very accessible They have great safety bars in the shower along with a nice bench seat that folds down and is very secure For a bath you can secure the bench back up just as easily The room has enough room to move around in a small to medium wheelchairThe pool also has a jacuzzi next to it, but it has way too much chlorine it, burning my eyes and was just too strong to stay in Pool was nicely located next to the exercise room Exercise room was a small one, but happy they had one to exercise inFood for dinner was very good and ate here everynight during my stayWill stay here again if it’s for business or pleasure

Excellent stay at the Milwaukee Marriott West We were only in town for the night but we’re able to book online prior and get a aaa discount Nice clean room, nothing too fancy but lots of room to spread out

Shower leaved a little to be desired but overall a decent hotel roomEnded up snowing us in at the hotel so we had dinner and breakfast at the BLVD restaurant attached to the lobby Excellent service from Shelly as our waitress for both dinner and breakfast Tasty cocktails and a perfectly cooked steak made dinner a great experience The breakfast buffet was fine and a great value but we would have preferred to order off the menu if we had been able Overall great experience at this hotel bar/restaurantPool and hottub were small but nice It was very cool it opens at 6am as we were able to jump in with a coffee and relax in the jets Natural light from the large row of windows was nice and made it a perfect start to the dayThanks Milwaukee Marriott West, would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Heather Bolan

We recently stayed here for a wedding The ballroom was a really great venue However, there was a mosquito issue, with mosquitoes in the lobby for both days we were there and really bad right outside of the entrance

Room service never came to clean our room the two days we were here… Our shower was not cleaned and we had an empty body wash container in the shower- given the size of the bottles it was not checked for a long time People in our group also reported not having any soap/shampoo in their shower… overall beautiful hotel but enough “little things” that weren’t so great easy adjustments for the future

We have been staying here through my daughters college years at UWM and this was our final stay due to graduation If my daughter did not graduate we would definitely look elsewhere for a hotel room We were early and arrived at noon, we were told by the shorter heavy set woman check in is at 3

She told us she would check how long before our room would be ready 10 minutes later she comes back, ignores the fact we are sitting there waiting and goes to back only to come out with a plate of food and sits in lobby eating while watching tv Then 3 other employees come to lobby to converse and buy snacks (yes, everyone needs a break i agree) but these were all cleaning people The cleaning manager asked them if they had work to do? Slowly dispersing I think they went back to work Also 1 lady worker stood at front counter the hole time we were there We checked in at 3 Cleaning manager said he cleaned room himself which took 1 hour 15 minutes after he said give him 20-25 minutes Oh did I mention, the desk clerk went back for food 2 more times for herself That evening there was a tall slender woman behind the desk What a joy compared to the cranky one in the morning I think she needs to look elsewhere for employment since she definitely shouldn’t be the face of Marriott

Most of the staff are extremely rude The rooms are not cleaned There’s dirty dishes in the kitchen and mold in the shower

I’ve had multiple things stolen from and no help from the staff besides a vague email weeks ago from the manager They won’t clean your room until you ask multiple times Even then, all they’ll do is take the trash out and give you new towels

My room was cleaned ONCE during my whole 16 night stay, even though I asked for cleaning service 4 times Even when they cleaned my room, it was only partly cleaned

Front desk didn’t seem interested helping me with my problem Every time I asked for cleaning, they said they would do in the next day, but never did The only time my room was cleaned was when I personally asked the housekeeping staff to do it Would not recommend this hotel for long stays Some of the staff in the front desk was very blunt and not niceBesides that, food & service in the restaurant is really good

Hotel fitness room and pool area were nice ( didn’t get a chance to use them) The hotel and room was very outdated Our first day was busy so we didn’t have a chance to do anything in the hotel except for sleep

However, around 2 am I woke up itchy with bites on my arm Turn on the light to see multiple bedbugs crawling in the bed Safe to say second night was canceled and I was forced to find a room somewhere else since I was traveling with children They’re traumatized

I seldom write reviews but felt it was important to get this one out there regarding my stay last nightRooms are very outdated and my dinner in the restaurant was awful The bed was stiff as a board

The chicken breast on my sandwich was about as thick as a paper towel and the bun was not fresh When you think of a Hilton this is not up to Hilton standardsThe front desk gentleman was wonderful and so was my waitress in the restaurant
