This hotel was just what we needed for our family trip We were grateful for the family suite (1 king, 2 queens) so there was real beds (instead of a pullout couch) for two parents and four kids It would have been nice if there was a little more privacy between the king room and the other room (large open archway

and giant mirrored closet doors made it hard to have private changing spots, etc) Staff was kind and helpful Housekeeping was only available by requestWe were grateful for the 24 hr pool (3-5ft) and hot tub that was stocked with towels The kids didn’t want to leave! Lobby has coffee, tea, and hot cocoa always available, as well as snacks for purchaseBreakfast was quite enjoyable and had a pretty good variety TIP: don’t wait til the end of the time to get breakfast It seemed that they didn’t refill anything that ran out in the last hour (weekday 6-9) so if you came after 8:30 or so the sausage, biscuits, eggs, and milk were all gone We enjoyed the gravy on potatoes, the waffle maker, the yogurt, the cottage cheese and canned fruit, etc Would have loved some fresh fruit (bananas, clementines, etc)We appreciated having the mini fridge and microwave in the roomAlso, note that they are very pet friendly and we saw a lot of dogs, but our room seemed well cleaned, and looked as if they had just shampooed the chairs possiblyNot the newest or fanciestbut we’d come back!

I was really impressed with this hotel

for a 2-star, it was awesome The complementary breakfast was unexpectedly great, the indoor pool was pretty well-heated, and I kind of prefer the fact that housekeeping services are by request only (because I don’t like getting woken up at 6 AM by housekeeping if I forget to put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign) Front Desk staff was helpful and polite, and they even have a way of letting you text the front desk if you need anything, not that I mind using the telephone, but it was just another way for them to let us know they are serious about customer service Kudos to everyone on management and staff here

Brooklyn Miller

I was immediately impressed when I called the front desk for a reservation and received excellent service from Justin! The stay here continued to be great! Armed and his counterpart at the front desk when we arrived were so kind and helpful! The room was very clean and plenty of room! Definitely pet and child friendly Breakfast was tasty (warm breakfast! Hooray!) And the fitness center was one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve experienced

The location was easy to find and felt very safe Would absolutely stay here again

I will start with the negative and end on a positive This is our first trip to Boise We made our reservation while in route to the destinations

At check-in we were met by two young desk attendants that smiled while seeming inconvenienced by our arrival Granted, we were literally the only two individuals there When we made our reservation in route, we were sent a confirmation email with the price we would have to pay upon arrival My husband had just spent 11+ hours driving prior to arriving at the hotel and paying for our stay It wasn’t until we were sitting at dinner that he realized we were charged over $40 more than the quoted price When we returned to the hotel, my husband went downstairs and inquired about the additional charge The 20 something-year-old attendant responded in a snarky tone “like we said at check-in we charge 20% more for incidentals “ While we recognize we had spent a lot of hours on the road and they very likely could have said something about this, the tone and the disrespect with which the information was relayed to my husband was unacceptable I would highly recommend customer service training for the two young women tasked with making reservations and taking credit card payments These two young women were our first impression of Boise and of the facility Thankfully, our impression of Boise didn’t end with the negative experience with these two front desk attendants We did find the people at Outback nearby to be engaging, respectful, and highly customer focused The attendants we experienced could learn a great deal from the staff at Outback Now the positive, our room was clean , the air conditioner worked well, the bed and the pillows were wonderful We had a good nights sleep and enjoyed the remainder of our stay Also, when we called to report a screen that was about to fall out of the window, the front desk attendant (Mike) was very kind and appreciative that we let them know before departing

I want to love the hotel because its spacious, in a decent location, it’s been updated and most of the staff was friendly but there’s too much I can’t look past There’s been a pleasing update in most areas, however the overall cleanliness isLACKING and neglect of wear shows in the peeling wall paper, rust in showers, around door frames, deep staining on toilets, closet doors that won’t open or close, stained/worn carpets, bath towels and furniture The 1st room we stayed in smelled damp and of mildew, the carpets were visually stained and unbelievably filthy, a couple of the towels were stained

I used 10-15 lysol wipes (per room) to clean grime off the bathroom counter, door handles and bare floors in both rooms If I hadn’t been moved to another room and had the opportunity to test out a different space I would have left for another hotel When I brought the issues to the attention of front desk staff I felt like one of the staff members were receptive and the other seemed offended (Bailey) Like I mentioned the rooms are spacious The beds were very comfortable (on the firmer side), common areas seem cleaner than rooms The trash cans in the room are really tiny and there is no counter space in the fridge/microwave area In the 2nd room the beds and towels felt and smelled clean The rest of the room appeared clean but most of the hard surfaces were smudged and felt like they had a residue Upon cleaning those spaces I was grossed out by how much filth I had wiped up If the room had just been cleaned I was horrified We found it hard to relax knowing the space was not well kept For upwards of $230 per night this was not the place for us If you don’t mind uncleanliness most of this will not bother you The nicest part of the hotel was the women’s restroom in the lobby It was clean, large, and lovely Breakfast wasn’t anything memorable but the staff was friendly and at checkout the gentleman was courteous and professional

Such an adorable home Wonderful location, Fantastic bartenders and Nan(host) Most sweetest lady I have ever met They backyard bar is so nice to have so close

Nan cooked us breakfast on the day we were leaving Such a sweet gesture and she is a great cook I cannot wait to come back I cant see myself staying anywhere else when we come to visit Definitely recommend this place

Robert Guinee

This house is super clean and cozy! The folks who run it are very friendly, and they had some very helpful advice on things to do during our two day stay in Boise I also found the location to be great for us, being walking distance to some nice restaurants and the Boise River (roughly a mile away) The daily beer (and wine for my wife) was a unique touch

We stayed earlier in the week when the beer garden was not open to the public, so I can’t comment on that, but the backyard area where the beer garden is located is very attractiveThis was our second time staying here (We stayed for one night in 2021) In 2021 we got a room with a private bath, and on this latest trip we got a room with a shared bath down the hall While the shared bath worked out fine — no conflicts with other guests — we preferred the room with the private bath, it just wasn’t available at the time we booked our most recent visit We did use the common kitchen for some simple meal prep (reheated my pizza from the previous night’s dinner in their microwave), and we also took advantage of the big screen TV in the common living room This is a different lodging experience than a hotel, but I find it preferable, what with the quiet (residential) neighborhood, and the smaller size

Tanya Prax

I loved this place and already can’t wait to stay again! The house was so cute and cozy We stayed in the Skye room and I loved being on the first floor and having a private bathroom The room was bright and cozy

The beer garden in the back was awesome! I loved the bright colors, hammocks, and the choices of drinks One night was not enough but so glad we stayed here!

The room was great and service was excellent 👌 Unfortunately all throughout the night 🌙 doors were being slammed and there was constant noise from outside the room I think more soundproofing would have been usefull as I’ve never experienced that much noise in a hotel room

Finally the air was locked 🔒 I understand why bit it is a drawback

I have stayed here several times over the past few years My room on the 3rd floor was exceptional Felt newer

My friends suite on the first floor needed work Carpets worn Curtains, drapes torn with holes Maybe they are remodeling the top floor first? We will stay here again

Mary Perreault

I had an appointment at St Luke’s hospital so LaQuinta was our obvious choice Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable, lots of channel choices on large TV

I enjoyed a long relaxing soak in the hot tub undisturbed before bedtime The staff was lovely to deal with and most importantly our dog loved it! We’ll definitely be back for future doctor’s appointments!

Arlis Ortman

Room says sleeps five but doesn’t fit it and there is no roll away Ask to pay for a bigger room and they won’t credit the room we haven’t even used forward to the suite instead Go into the room to find it very dirty

The bathroom floor and sink area littered with pubic hair and mess Clothing from previous occupant still laying around Go to the front to let them know and they don’t offer a word of apology, help, anything Sir, I’ll get you a different room… Stay elsewhere

Loved the rooms! It had this little mini studio vibe that made me wanna dump the rental I have and move in here $150 a night 🤑🤑 Like the mini kitchen/livingroom, with the nice bathroom and huge shower 🚿

perfection! Also wasn’t bothered, place was kept nice clean quiet and out the way I would definitely be visiting this place again or when I stay at other IHG properties, I’ll be looking for the mini house 🏠 room!! Thanks for the experience!

First thing first…my company has a corporate account here so I didn’t really have much say…but I hope I don’t have to come back any time soon When I checked in, I told the receptionist that I would only be here for less than 12hrs and asked for the quietest part of the hotel

She said she would do what she could (pretty empty parking lot) Ended up getting a room on the second floor which is currently under renovation So after 3hrs of sleep, I’m currently listening to a saw, drill and music I get to head back to work in 4hrs and drive for another 10 hours Perfect

Padrino Brian

I was an employee here I can tell it’s a nice property overall It’s clean, comfortable and fairly well run compared to many I’ve experienced

It has a really nice full complete breakfast which is a little tough to come by in hotels/motels in BoiseIt’s expensive – seriously Also book in advance It was booked up a lot for last minuteThe location is easy access for a city There are most businesses nearbyIt was one of the better properties I worked at

Mindy Choate

Downside: Room needed some minor work, crumbling bathroom floor, pull out couch also very uncomfortable Hot tub, is far from hot Gym equipment way overdue for an upgrade

But the staff was superb! Super kind and always helpful When I asked the maintenance man about the broken recumbent bike, he apologized for not being able to fix it on the spot When I went to the gym the next morning it was temp fixed, and ready for use He even stopped by when he was passing through the gym hallway saw me in there to see if it was satisfactory So sweet and unexpected The food server on our last two mornings made a big impression on my teens They came back to the room raving about how great she was, said she made them feel like they were having breakfast with an extra grandma She was so kind and sociable while she was scrambling around taking care of everythingThanks for the stay! Would recommend!

First there are two Holiday Inns right next to each other, so make sure you know if the one you booked is the Express or notThis felt like a new building Nice and clean

It was busy, so parking was tightThe receptionist was friendly As busy as it was, it was fairly quiet when we checked in at 10:30 pm But, whenever the AC turned on it sounded like a jet engine starting up, which woke us up off and on throughout the night Also, in the morning, we could hear people talking in the hallways and heard regular slamming of doors, etc So, not a super quiet place But, our room was clean and comfortable and we were fine with it for an overnight stay

Jordan

Overall very clean, and nice hotel Booked through expedia and was told I needed to pay an extra $25 on top of the hotel stay when arriving to check in Didn’t know that at the time that it was an extra sum of money I had to pay, I thought it may be a place holder for booking through a third party, but it was an extra charge

Wasn’t explained to me well, and didn’t notice till after the stay We get to the room it was exceptionally clean and my partner and I were excited to have a good nights rest before heading home About an hour into our stay (around 7 pm) the upstairs guests were super loud, running in their room, yelling, and honestly sounded like they were destroying the room above us We called around 8 for this because the sound disruption was constant and we wanted to get to sleep early The front desk told us that they weren’t allowed to go and tell the upstairs guests to be quiet because quiet time was from 10 pm to 8 am we requested a change of rooms and they said we weren’t allowed to do that We had about an hour of relief from the disruptive sounds, then they started up again right at 9:30 pm We waited until 10 pm and called the front desk once again because it hadn’t stopped They said they would “do something about it” An hour later still, the constant noise Finally, we called the front desk again, this lady did allow us to change rooms, on the same floor as the disruptive guests but at the opposite end of the hall We packed our stuff and moved to the different room, which was what I assumed was a suite We had breakfast the next morning, which was very filling and tasty The breakfast was the most appealing part of the stay

Sandra Schiavo

The first thing that occurred in the room was when I tried to raise the shade only to have the chain fall down I called maintenance (who cane quickly) and he was not able to fix it, but do a temporary fix We stayed four nights and not once did we get fresh towels or have the trash emptied

The elevator was filthy – not cleaned either having the same stains for 4 days I get we are still in a pandemic and staff is short, but come on…towels should be changed out and trash emptied at least every other day! And how about cleaning the elevators on the night shift?! The bed was comfortable, but the place is VERY NOISY!!!

You can’t patch a poorly ran hotel with a cosmetic fix We were impressed with the hotel looking so pristine clean with their new remodel and had hoped to escape the fireworks from home with a luxury stay at this hotel in their executive suite When we booked it she led us to believe we would be looking over the riverside on the main floor but before the conversation was over we were booked on the parking lot side on the third floor

Mind you we are diamond members (not really meaning anything) Our room LOUD banging on doors, loud voices, loud thundering foot steps and slamming doors Yes doors A crowd of young teens or adults were terrorizing the floor until we got dressed and checked out The two young men at the desk could have cared less No apology Their only comment was, “We didn’t hear about anything up there” and gave me a receipt I had to request Yes we paid with points, LOTS of points, which we will not get back but as we have traveled with Hilton for many years, this is a common occurrence Apathy Not very well managed Cosmetic renewal without the comfort to get a nice sleep Cheap furniture does not cut it and we suggest to find a new hotel to guarantee a good nights sleep Problem with this one is it is right next to a bar and people just don’t care to respect others when drunk We found it very sad because we have used this hotel for many years over the last 20 and it is not the same by any means and that starts at the top

K West

We have stayed in the Executive Suite twice now We have found the hotel to be very clean and the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful In fact, this last time I had booked the room for a Friday because our wood floors were going to finished that day

When there was a problem with our contractor and our floor finish got pushed to Saturday I called the hotel to inquire about moving our stay (expecting to be told no, and probably rightfully so) However, not only was I told yes (obviously the room had to be available etc and that happened to be the case) but the gal I spoke with was extremely friendly, polite and accommodating so much so that even had I been told no she wouldn’t have offended me; good customer service I highly recommend

Logan

Great hotel I have to mention the housekeeping is doing an incredible job as the rooms were about as clean as any hotel rooms I’ve ever seen Also great relaxing lobby, has a food market, and coin laundry

Only reason I subtracted a star is because the lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful or forthcoming I saw a Hilton Garden Inn branded suv parked in front and asked if that was a shuttle She said no I asked what it was used for then She said they don’t drive it I said so it just sits there forever as a piece of architecture? She finally said no, they use it as a shuttle but only for SPECIAL guests apparently No idea what that means but a little disappointing she was lying about it at first and made me feel like I was a third tier guest

Clean rooms with a modern decor, mattress felt new, not sagged out Good breakfast with fresh eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit etc Outdoor Patio seating for breakfast was super nice Our kids loved the pool Quiet neighborhood location with well lit parking Walking distance to grocery and fast food Happy staff Pricing was more than competitive Can’t beat the Peppertree Best Western!

It was a mostly clean, mostly quiet place to relax after a long day of driving Just try to get a room away from the elevator, or you’ll hear it singing all nightThey also didn’t clean the shower or bathroom walls 100% thoroughly, but it wasn’t bad

Carlos Dorantes

Please do not stay here!!!!!We booked (and PAID FOR) this hotel a few months ago as a stop on our way to Yellowstone We have done all our hotel bookings through Hotelscom without any problems for several years

When we arrived at the hotel today at 7:30 pm, we were told that: “ Your reservation has been canceled through your booking party provider”(translation: hotelscom cancelled your reservation), Which was a blatant lieAfter speaking with the nice folks from Hotelscom, we were told that this particular hotel routinely does this, and they do so because when people book directly through them “ They get reimbursed quicker and likely at a better rate” We were able to get refunded, however this doesn’t take into account the hassle of having to find a new hotel at 8 o’clock at night during the busy late spring travel seasonI noticed that a few people have posted reviews with similar experiences, And the hotel’s response is your generic “ Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will work on blah blah blah blah blah blah blah” Obviously they are not “working on it”, and have no intention to do so

Thanks Courtyard Marriott! It was a great quick stay for my trip The staff was fantastic and great customer service and experience The property is really nice

Big open spacious modern lobby and clean Rooms are nice with plenty of space, well kept and nice appointments There are breakfast options onsite even if the food isn’t free, it’s an easy and convenient choice While I didn’t use the gym, it’s on the ground floor and offers 24×7 access There’s also a small snacks and drink offering with small toiletries available to purchaseThe location is great with convenient access to and from the airport

Pet policy and charge was not explained on the booking website Team member at front counter had zero empathy, super dry and not reflective of a simple business mistake that could have been corrected easily by waiving the feeThe hotel looks great overall

4-5 stars there* Noisy at night…door closers let doors close too fast* Sound transfers through floors …noisy quiet time sound levels* No breakfast included in the room charge like “Courtyard” locations traditionally have0 stars for lack of investment in team member training and customer care

HORRIBLE!!! I’m disabled and need a ground floor room for me and my service animal First, wife was told when we checked in that they moved rooms on us because a wedding party who wanted to stay in adjoining rooms was more important than us Second, there isn’t a suitable place to take my service animal outside to go potty unless I want to use the area the motel 6 has for dogs

Lastly, and worst of all, after traveling for 10 hours yesterday and needing to travel another 10 hours today, we attempted to shower this morning before leaving and the entire handle to turn on the bathtub is missing Wife asked to talk to the manager to get it resolved this morning and they cowered in their office and refused to come and fix the problem, instead forcing one of the maids to do their job The solution… “once someone else checks out, we will let you bathe in their room” We have stayed in hundreds of motels, from bed bug ridden mom and pop operations to high dollar Hilton’s, and a best western rewards member the majority of our stays have been at a best western, and this is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had!!!UPDATE: Someone from housekeeping told me while we were waiting for the room to be ready for us to shower that the room they rented us had been waiting to be fixed for over a month They obviously knew that the shower was broken and still rented it out hoping we wouldn’t notice? Also leaves me wondering when the last time the room was cleaned Very disappointed!!!

Positives: Checking in was easy The room was large, with a suite like feel and very quiet Fridge, microwave, coffee station with a sink and dining table and chairs

Nice large closet with an ironing board and iron, hangers and plenty of storage in the roomThere was a large, comfortable king bed, desk and sitting chair with its own ottoman were all in the room The shower had 2 places to sit and even had a timed heating lamp and hair dryerFast food restaurants are all nearby and within walking distance as well as WinCoNegative: The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast selection The cereal was a little stale and the fruit was spoiled The bacon didn’t appear to be thoroughly cooked, otherwise I would have given 5 starsIt was a nice stop and prices were comparable to those in neighboring cities

We requested a room on top floor close to the elevator and they said no problem , we checked in and she gave us a room opposite end of the elevator Took a shower the next morning and the bath tub was plugged up and they did come and unplug it ! We went down to breakfast at 8:40 am and breakfast was suppose to be over at 9 am , we had two children with us and there was no food , two of there employees brought hot water for tea as they were out of hot coffee ! They never did replenish the food and they returned at 9 and started putting everything away !Later that morning we left at 9:30 am and put the sign they had on the door to make up room ! We returned around 3:00 pm the room was not cleaned so we called the front desk and the lady named Kenda told us because of Covid they only clean the room if you stay 3 nights and we said why do you have a sign that says make up room and nothing was said as we checked in and no sign around front desk stating this ! She did not have answer for us and said she would bring towels up we said we need 6 towels and she said why do you need six towels and we said there are 4 of us and that is why we needed six towels ! She said ok be right up ! We didn’t notice until about a half hour later that she only brought 4 ! We called front desk aAnd asked for two more towels this was a different clerk and she said no problem be right up , and we can only assume she talked to the other clerk because she called our room back and she can’t bring us 2 more towels because they might be needed for the other guests !

Love this hotel! Only 4 years old, and in brand new condition The hotel is family friendly, with a snack station open 24/7, board games, TV area, family area, outdoor Connect 4, and a gathering space outdoors also The front desk concierge were so nice and welcoming! I booked the room using the HotelTonight app and got a great rate, and the hotel is pet-friendly and only requires a $75 non-refundable deposit, which was a MUCH BETTER price than this hotels competitors

The hotel is very bright and well-decorated The room was clean and much bigger than I expected The bathroom had makeup lighting built into the mirror which was a nice option I’ll be staying here again when I visit

This Boise hotel is spectacular! The staff is full of kindness, professionalism and attentiveness, plus, joy in serving The setting is vibrant and inviting, the breakfast is hot and delicious (even if you arrive at the very end), our room sparkles with cleanliness along with brilliant, streamlined details (ample and bright smelling shampoo, soap, conditioner) and the practicality of elevator placement and even freshly clean stairwells is great! The pool and workout facilities are useful, clean and beautiful There’s even chairs along the poolside and jacuzzi for anyone with exceptional needs to be lowered into the water!! Even snacks available in the lobby (it was almost midnight when we arrived) are as delicious as you can imagine! We stayed only one night, but feel refreshed and filled upon leaving! If you need a hotel, this is absolutely the BEST you can find! You’ll be delighted! TRU-ly marvelous…the name is exactly right!

When you first pull into the parking lot the entrance is around the building Nicest hotel breakfast I’ve had Lots of options and their granola was the best granola I’ve ever had strangely! The bath and body shower gel smells SO GOOD that I’ll be getting some for personal use

I used their conditioner as well and went to bed with wet hair and normally when I wake up from sleeping with wet hair my hair is crazy curly, but it was soft and frizz free! The shower was very nice and clean, no tub though And not as many towels as other hotels provide so if you need extra ask the front deskHowever, I don’t give them 5 stars because the walls were PAPER thin I mean extremely thin I could CLEARLY hear the conversations between our neighbors I heard them talking to each other about how they could hear my husband’s phone alarm going off while we were at breakfast and he had forgot to turn it off I could even hear what they were watching on TV and when they blew their nose in the bathroom So if you’re a light sleeper or don’t like people hearing your convos I would highly consider staying somewhere else The hotel across the parking lot has a kitchenette and more sound proofing My friend who worked at Best Western said paintings on the walls help with sound proofing so maybe that is a relatively cheap option they could do if they care In the hallways you can hear people in their rooms talking as well And when there’s a full house it’s quite noisy We were there when a sports team had just checked inOther than that it’s a terrific hotel with very friendly staff The hot tub wasn’t super hot and the pool was very cold I enjoyed my stay so it was a 5/5 for me but I’m giving them 4 on here so people know about how thin the walls are

Breakfast staff was rude and told us we were in the way when they were trying to throw away breakfast at 9:30am promptly The elevator was under maintenance for half our stay, so we had to pack all our luggage down three flights of stairs Staff stared at our family quite bit and didn’t smile or greet us

Only two people on staff smiled and said hello when we waved and said hello first Something toxic going on at this hotel

Damion Bauder

First off, I typically always stay at holiday inn Express because of the cleanliness NOT this time The whole room was dirty

There was literally piles of crumbs pushed up against the bed platform Pubic hairs on the shower walls along with large black mildew stains, facial hairs all around sink The shower doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month The only decent part was the bed seemed to have clean linens on it I really dont think this room was cleaned Atleast give me the illusion that its clean by wiping the body hairs of hard surfaces Its not a cheap hotel either, this is the second time this has happened to me at an IHG hotel recently Next time I’ll be finding an airbnb

This stay was for work and we called ahead of time and asked for pricing with tax which was stated $275 total as well as that they had a jacuzzi neither one was true You should be ashamed to ask for $305 in a hotel that is too lazy to install two televisions in a room but instead they want to split the tv between two rooms pictures are included of this Your location is random not downtown and has no view why would somebody pay this price here instead of the 4 star hotel downtown that was the same exact price

+ Staff was friendly, no pests, pretty well kept and surprisingly quiet, great location too! Price was great, and I appreciated the variety for the breakfast, especially because it was all easy enough for my baby to eat too Bed was comfortable for me and my baby, over all stay was good- Pillows are awful (just bring your own), they go completely flat, left me with headaches and neck pain

The comforter was stained in spots, yellow, red, pink, and didn’t seem to fit our bed very well Fridge on the bathroom floor was interesting

We unfortunately got stranded at the airport and had to stay a night last minute Best western went out of their way to get us to the hotel after their normal hours and had our rooms ready Nothing fancy but the beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower was great

We spent the last week staying in multiple hotels, and this location had the best breakfast options by far Darla took great care to make sure we had enough for our group

Meg

I originally rated this hotel lower but the morning gentleman at the desk was concerned with the issues that we had and that is not their normal practice After dealing with him I would give thia place a second chance Overall this is hotel is on the cheaper side but a good location and lobby is beautiful

For people who would want or need an elevator this hotel does not have one you would need a downstairs roomOutside room:Pros: lower cost, beds were soft, air conditioning worked well, check in was quickBeing right next to the airport that noise was not terrible The workout room is nice on the smaller side but over looks the pool areaTv had a good amount of channelsRoom stays darkBreakfast had a good selection something for everyone and the milk in the container was great for kidsCon: noisy, we were kept up with a door slamming throughout the nightRoom smelled likesmoke or something terrible Come to find out there is an ashtray right outside of the roomPillows are smaller and flatter then what we likeWhen we let the front desk know about the issues they just noted it and would not do anything furtherappears the outside rooms are not as well maintained as the inside rooms

We visit Boise?Meridian area regularly – this was the first time we stayed at the HI Express The hotel rate was reasonable compared to other options in the area It’s very clean with a fresh look

The hotel is right next to the freeway but although our room was on the freeway side the mild noise from road did not disturb Clean room, good shower Only complaints were that the beds in the size room we had were right next to the wall air-conditioner so when the cool was on we were very cool (cold) sleeping for a time and some parts of the room were a bit rickety, bathroom fan for example was making a lot of noise

Macy Jane Jones

A third party company booked us the room supposed to be for 4 people through insurance It was a king bed and it wasn’t even made up yet when we walked into the room The bed wasn’t made and there wasn’t the necessary amenities

So we went to the front desk to try to get another room and they didn’t have one They said that that can cancel or make the room up “real quick”… we didn’t really have the choice of going to a different hotel at 10:00 at night so we waited “real quick” aka about 30 minutes before the same king room was ready They don’t have rollaways for other people… It was my 5 and 3 year old with my husband and I so we had to just make them a bed on the floor The bed was comfortable, breakfast was amazing Customer service was very good from the manager, not good from the front desk person 3/5 is probably generous

Aunt Net

This is an older hotel but still nice but the day clerk is not In our room the air wasn’t working We told the day clerk, who wasn’t very professional, the maintenance man was there and they said they’d take care if it

We got back later and NO CHANGE! They had the wrong room number The management later called and apologized for everything that had gone wrong during our stay We appreciate that very much

I dont think you can go wrong with My Place Hotel Reasonably priced Free parking

Clean Bed was comfortable Sheets were so soft and smooth I thought of asking if I could buy one Full size refrigerator, Stove & microwave in the room I stayed on the 3rd floor I did hear the footsteps upstairs but pretty quiet at night Staff Was very accommodating I signed up for their membership for free and they gave me a free bottled water Location was excellent its very close to everything especially the village shopping center in Meridian Idaho A very nice neighborhood I would definitely stay here again

I called My Place Hotel yesterday to make a reservation It would have been my third time being a guest I stayed in 2018 & 2019 for a little bit over 2 weeks each time

When I stay last time I was informed that if it was 30 days the price would drop to $69 a night Last time I enquired about the price was October 2020 So finally after covid I was able to take a vacation The nice woman on the phone informed me that the hotel is under new ownership and that all pricing has gone up She also informed me that there is a surcharge for summer guests She also let me know that you get a small percentage off for 30 day guest and that was the only discount they offered When I asked the price per night it’s $162 a night So what was $2,270 is now $5,240 I get inflation and things going up 30%-50% but a 140% increase since the new owners took over in October That is just greedy Any comparisons to the priceOf gasoline or aircraft kerosene is dense Idaho is already becoming an expensive place to live and work I hope anyone reading this thinks twice about staying
