Loved it!! The rooms where beautiful and dated back the service amazing

crystal was outstanding and by the end of our weekend we felt as if she had became a friend of ours the restaurant staff was over the top no we didn’t care for the Mediterranean dishes we tried but that’s no fault of the chef lol they were all very helpful in pointing us to what to see what to do while sitting on the beautiful porch the staff would come out speak and chit chat some as well we will be back and encourage anyone looking for a place to getaway stay here it’s amazing!

I was slightly disappointed in my stay It started when there was no pad of paper or pen in my room No channel guide no information about local amenities

The bath tub has no anti-slip and is very dangerous After the good things, AC works phenomenally, room was clean, artwork was nice, great selection of TV shows Was offered a great reason and oatmeal cookie one check in Staff was friendly Just needs a few safety updates

Katherine Barnes

This has been one of our worst IHG experiences Usually you can expect a certain level of competence and cleanliness But not here

The ATM in lobby was broken, the guest clothes dryer was broken, the ice machine was broken Stains on carpeting in our room and the hallways The stairs were even worse We stayed two nights and there was absolutely no housekeeping service in our room on our second day Very poor overall

Karen Matthews

Very Poor costumer service Arrived at check in time, and while standing in line overheard the front desk person (Savannah) upgrade the group in front of me to a suite that was clean because they were on the way to a wedding rehearsal When I approached the desk to check into a suite because that is what I reserved, I was told no suites were ready and I would have to wait

I did let her know that I overheard her volunteer a suite to the couple in front of me because it was clean and the room they reserved (double queen) was not Savannah was very rude and told me that I just needed to be patient It is now 3 hours after check in and my family and I are sitting in the parking lot still waiting on our room We are in town for a funeral, and already stressed, this situation is just not what we need right now After calling Holiday Inn guest relations, we still did not receive any help in the matter There should be some serious staff training on hospitality

We recently stayed at the Grand Hotel We thoroughly enjoyed the town & seeing the historical houses Unfortunately, we can’t say that much for the hotel

If it were possible, I’d rate it as a NEGATIVE 3-star hotel Very disappointing!!! The hotel charges a mandatory $1195 per day fee over and above the room rate for amenities I’m still trying to figure out what that was forno value-added As the hotel requested, we asked for the room to be serviced – that was NOT done Regularly, the card key did not work The breakfast was poor and had a funny taste New carpet is being laid in rooms Unfortunately, the furniture was left in the middle of the room I can only attribute this to is poor supervisory management If you’re planning to visit Natchez, please stay at a different hotel; you will enjoy your trip more Natchez is a great city

Oh I don’t even know where to beginYou’d be better off staying in your car11

95 a night for uses of the Pool and breakfast Soap and microwave isn’t part of every roomThe room was dark The ac worked when it cared to The place sucks Good luck getting room service

Michael Barnhart

Excellent location and met all of my expectations Every thing was clean and comfortable Staff was pleasant, AC was easy to set to a comfortable temperature

The breakfast was a typical hot meal (waffle, eggs, biscuit, bacon or sausage) juices/coffee I see at many places but served by the staff, which given the covid environment is a plus Also the freezer was the first one I have seen in years that actually refroze our blue ice for our 6pack can cooler The only minor complaint I had was why the resort fee? But it was documented and total price in line with every place else we stayed so not a big deal

My husband & I highly recommend Oak Hill Inn as a wonderful B & B The owners Doug & Don made us feel like we were family Don’s chocolate chip cookies tasted great as we were greeted in the afternoon

The best breakfast we have ever had at a B & B or anywhere else was fine dining at its best! Lots of food to eat! All homemade! Since I couldn’t eat all of it, Don fixed us a bag with two banana nut muffins for the roadDoug is the gardener And what a lovely property he has cultivated Lots of exotic & unusual plants He even shared cuttings from vines my husband admired We enjoyed relaxing & reading by the pondWe have been to many B & B’s in our 50 years of marriage Oak Hill Inn is now our #1 choice!

My sisters and I stayed here in the loft, the rooms were clean, bathrooms included whirlpool tubs, the grounds were beautiful I would give it 5 stars but missed a sit down breakfast We found the staff accommodating and super helpful

Some of the inns in the area include vouchers for breakfast served at other locations which I personally prefer as opposed to prepackaged items Fresh cooked breakfast and fresh fruit are much healthier alternatives

Sherry Josey

Loved our stay here The grounds are exquisite We ate at the pub and both the food and service was excellent

We stayed in a room on the second floor which was clean and very comfortable Bathroom was nice I noticed immediately the drapes, red velvet, were new, clean, of the period and oh so gorgeous We hope to stay again Wish they had a gift shop with dunleigth products

Susan Gibson

Having toured all the plantations In Natchez over many years and stayed in several, we decided to stay at Dunleith Upon arrival, no service, no help with our luggage We climbed three sets of stairs before we got to the mansion and then had two more sets of stairs to our room

Dinner at the Pub/Castle was excellent and funImagine our HUGE disappointment when we went for our delicious southern breakfast and it was packaged biscuits, boxed drinks and a microwave!Would not recommend this place to stay

River Edge Suites is such a joy to stay at when we visit Natchez It has such a cozy homey feel with lots of luxury Spa like bathroom with a jet soaked tub

The views are incredible, right on the MS River Mrs Gail is so great to deal with and leaves special touches (like complementary snacks already in the condo) and even a King Cake for us There’s a reason why we return and recommend this to everyone we know!
