The ceiling had a big leak and the repair was like a very bad patch, very visible and saggingThis hotel is independently operated and you see itThe elevator is almost at the end of the corridor

The stairs are right next to the helpdesk Not convenientThe bathroom door is not closing properly, hitting the frame You need to push it hard to close itUnglued wallpaper in a few spotsThe bathtub was missing the shower curtainThe toilet is not flushing properly unless you keep the hand on the lever for some timeThe breakfast area not very appealing as I glanced on the way inThey do have washing machines but do not provide coins nor detergent We had to go to nearby Walgreens to get coins and washing powderOverall, I would not stay again, nor recommend

Frankly disappointing The staff is wonderful and accommodating, unfortunately corporate needs to put some money into the room

The bathroom has a toilet for a child iam 5’4″ and it is too low My husband is 6’4″ I told him he may want to just hold it until we get home I wasn’t aware that this was a hotel for people under 5 feet Don’t even want to step in the shower I live 1 hour away I’ll wait I once stayed at Hojo that had better pillows Did not plan ahead, so here I am at 3AM about to sleep on what I would describe as pancake pillows, except pancakes are fluffier Climate control,OK Beds are OK Flooring was nice in main area Grout with mold stained bathroom tile, no thanks Someone else said they liked their room, so maybe check out your room first, as this one should be 1/2 price

I’ve stayed quite a few times at this Marriott and I had a nice experience every time The staff is incredibly pleasant and professional The rooms are very clean and tidy and they have Paul Mitchell for shampoo and conditioner

If you need to do a load of laundry they have complimentary Tide, which was very nice They have a fitness room that is well air conditioned and a sauna, which I very much enjoyed Beautiful pool which is relaxing to sunbath and relax and their continental breakfast is amazing Healthy options which I loved Overall an outstanding experience

Mandie Wilkinson

Checked in Monday around noon and was given a ground floor room The clerk, a young woman was very nice I entered the room, unpacked and went back to my work location

Later that evening, I was relaxing in the room and the phone rings and the guy on the other end asked who I was and if I could come to the front desk The man behind the counter asked me how I got that room key and told me that I wasn’t supposed to be in that room I said, “ok, and?” He asked if I was already “in the room” (Well you called me on the room phone, soyeah!?) He told me that the room I was given belongs to the guy that was standing next to me, at the front desk I said that I didn’t request that room and I didn’t know what he wanted me to do He finally realized that I had no need to be there and dismissed me That night at 10:30pm, the room phone rings again and it’s a recording, thanking me for staying there, mind you, I still had four more days to stay there The rooms were very nice and comfortable, but the guy working there was unprofessional when dealing with an internal problem

The staff was very helpful when I had a few questions about the amenities and the local area The fitness room is very good sized for the hotel I was able to use the guest laundry and it has a few more machines then normal other properties I stay at

I would recommend this hotel for any person needing large amenities and space to work in It was the perfect space and amenities that I needed for the week of being out of town in the local area

Bill VanDyck

I was disappointed that I was woken up from a deep sleep, that I had to call down to the front desk, at 12:15am, to ask them to quiet down the loud people out on the patio by the fire “Luis” said he would talk to them But I was puzzled why at that time I had to call

I was on the 4th floor, he was on the ground floor, 20 feet away, that he didn’t address it before i called There are clear signs posted around the hotel that quiet hours are from 10pm to 7amThe noise continued At 12:35am, a dog from another floor started barking at the noise outside I called again, “Luis” said he asked the party to quiet down already I reminded him about the quiet time and that one person’s noisiness doesn’t outweigh the peace & quiet of the other hotel guests He said he would go out there again very disappointing

One bellhop dolly for whole hotelTrash was never taken out of room for entire three day stayRoaches in room on 2nd day

Trash bags were put in hallway morning of day 2 And we’re still in hallway when we left at 11am on day 3?!No closet in room nor place to hang a gown if need beStaff is very friendly But inept I got double charged for my room It was rectified They we’re cool about it Buuuut Only once I went to front desk and addressed the issueComplimentary bfast was AMAZING😍😍😍🤩🤩Fresh waffles amongst many other perks with food And they serve food later than expected

Larry Asbill

I’ve never seen Golden Corral this busy They were packed when I got there and people still kept coming in Due to all of the traffic some of the things on the buffet did not get refilled, for instance salads weren’t replenish the entire time I was there, but under the circumstances the waiters and waitresses were running literally the entire time I was there

The food is always good there I love eating there I also eat at other Golden Corral’s as I travel it’s my favorite place to eat

Kiara Bracy

We booked rooms a while in advanced and even called to book because we specifically needed a handicap room with two beds because my great grandmother is wheel chair bound They booked the rooms with no problem but when we got here, they said they didn’t have the rooms anymore and didn’t have a handicap room available! Eventually they found us a handicap room with a king bed! Had to pay extra for it AND barely anything about the room was handicap appropriate The bathroom had bars everywhere but there was no way to give her a shower because the bath tub wall was so high

She can barely walk as it is, there’s no physical way she could pick her leg up over that wall even with me and my family’s help There is only ONE nice staff member here who kindly tried to help make this room more suitable for us Would not recommend staying here

The rooms were very clean The TV

was hard to workYou have to be in a certain place in the room The maids only clean every 3rd day So if you want clean towels or coffee you have to ask It’s close to shopping, restaurants and fuelIt’s also very close to the freeway and the train tracks At least three trains though out the night that blew horns and woke me upWe asked for a handicapped accessible room The shower bar was broken and removed and the inside door latches didn’t latch properly Room 107Breakfast was good Staff was good I personally would not stay here again only because of the train noise

Deric Lynch

Came up to do some wine tasting visit some relatives, brought the kids they loved it great staff! the breakfast for what it is is not bad at all the waffles are always fresh the sausages good, the juice is fine the coffee in the lobby is pretty decent they have a steam room and a sauna and a cool gym off the sauna conveniently located off of the freeway and near some great restaurants all in all completely acceptable although there are some very loud trains nearby but that adds to the ambience

Jose Michel

This hotel is clean and has friendly hotel staff Parking lot is spacious And didn’t see any transients in the area

Rooms are clean and seem to have be remodeled recently The swimming pool is gated and clean Aswell along with sitting areas to lounge Hot breakfast and fresh coffee in the morning Close to the shopping center to grab necessities The train did pass once at 11pm and around 4 Couple minutes Besides that it was great

The rooms are so cute! It was nice and clean, I was really shocked because it was a good price and the outside looks rundown but the rooms themselves sooooo different The bathrooms need to be updated badly and the TV would be a lot better with a guide Anyways I’d still come back again if I needed to get away from hectic life

Nice little spot Vending machines and ice machine could be better

Lenny Gardner

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, towels felt like sand paper, you can hear the freeway loudly, doors don’t seal, bathroom door hinge falling off, bathroom walls not sealed, old shower head caked with minerals, hair on floors, on bathroom floor, on sink, in bathtub, didnt look like they cared to clean Bad location, felt like the car was going to get broken into Looks ok in the online advertisement pics but the hotel sucks

I tried to add more pics of this place but it wouldn’t let me Was supposed to be free breakfast, it was a muffin Do not stay here, worse than a Motel 6 Front desk staff are not friendly Wish I could get a refund

Ravi K. Sharma

Nothing wrong with this placeWell maintained and cared for, if a little worn out ‘Breakfast’ provided is a misnomer – don’t pay extra for preserved pastries/coffee/tea/jiuce

Room quite spacey, was adequate (while well appointed, was a little ‘weary’) – with round top table, 2 chairs (70’s type plastic buckets – which I thought was kool and quite comfortable), flatscreen TV (possibly 42″, didn’t really use except for news – so no idea about entertainment channels), small microwave, small/bar fridge, coffee maker, bed comfy, linen worn/stains but clean, towels/hand-face cloth same, bathrooms looked newer and were clean Room sevice for cleaning not everyday but is adequate Pool is small (but fun, I reckon) WiFi – comes with room price, great speeds, no lag but is open (be safe – use firewall/VPN) Loads of well lit parkingGolden State Highway/99 Northbound/Southbound right next to it, however noise didn’t really penetrate into the room Front office (Damodar and the others – forgive me for not rembering your names) team are quick, helpful, kind and understanding – very professional which brought this location up in my estimation (refer stars below) Lobby/Check-in Area nicely appointed/maintained, with AC/fans and a little self-serve refreshment bar (Water/Juice/Coffee/Tea) and a few armchairs and a few round top tables with 3/4 chairs each Computer available in lobby (didn’t use) presumably for guestsPlenty of food (fast and casual) places within 3-5 mintes walk, gas staion also ‘around the corner’I gave 4 (rather then 2 or 3) stars because for the price (you get what you pay for and I got a little bit more, so) and somewhat desperate situation I was in, I was satisfied Please bear in mind this was just my (one persons) reflection – the little ‘grumbles’ I put in here may just have been my experiance (and these are little grumbles for the price) – if you get the great deal I got, I would recommend this place for a quick no frills business trip, visiting area family stop over place, if your’re stopping off on you way to somewhere or if you need a place to rest up and clear your head, even

Gorgeous views, friendly staff We played 2 days after historic rainfall and you could drive onto the fairways, so good drainage My only complaint is the course ratings

This one of the most difficult courses I’ve played and the ratings don’t seem to match If you stay in the fairways, not much of a problem but if you push or pull bring lots of balls and be prepared for a high score

Dave Dronkers

We take a lot of golf trips but never have we witnessed such great service and attitudes from staff Yes the golf course is fantastic and the rooms comfortable and food was above average But Service is what ties it all together

Example: they opened the restaurant 20 minutes early so we could have breakfast The staff in the pro shop and golf course actually and genuinely welcome you Congrats to the leadership and staff for running a fantastic facility We will be back!!

If I could give this hotel a negative one star I sadly would The room was filthy (worst of which included a used feminine product on the shelf in the closet) with a bed that you literally felt every spring on The gap in the door of 1/2 inch allowed for the gentleman next door’s cigar smoke to permeate our room, You could see through the towels and the linens

The young lady who checked us in however was very sweet, walked us up a new TV remote when ours did not work, and was just a nice We opted to cancel our second night via BW on line in lieu of making complaints to this young lady who was clearly doing to best she couldUpon checking out, I did go to the front desk to speak to a manager and while the employee was not rude, when I asked for a manager, I was told none was on-site and that she had approved the cancelation of our second night No questions about why, no apology, nothing but a basic stare

Debra Haughton

The room amenities says there’s a kitchen which isn’t true Im at the back of the hotel and homeless people hangout back there My door is across from the dumpster

Needless to say, I am awaken by the loud noise from the truck and dumpster I couldn’t find parking around the hotel I phoned front desk who showed me a map where I could park which was away from my room At 0100, Front desk phoned and said I had to move He said he would show me where to park The noise from the people walking upstairs is loud The smell of marijuana too frequently I so unsatisfied

road in is rough narrow and can be tricky if someone is pulling something large Parking lot is set up terribly for the amount of people they get some days Camp sites are nothing like the pictures advertised just large patches of dirt with minimal shade

Lots of diseased deer that will try to steal food right out of your hand If you camp and need to have an extra car they charge $25 a night which is wild because it’s almost more than the site itself Family that run the boat rental and store are pretty nice Prices at the store and rental are a bit pricey If renting any water craft be sure to take lots of pics as most are pretty damaged and you don’t want them trying to blame and charge you for it Overall 2/5, really nice lake if you have a boat to explore it but other than that it’s nothing special

j. Medrano

On day 2 Beach area, store, and restrooms are nice Showers could use a little love

Deer walk up in campsite which at first you go awww then it just gets ridiculous They are everywhere and all deformed like there is something wrong They don’t enforce the quiet time policy so people are playing music and being loud ALL night long Not a lot of shade And sites too close together Oh and no electrical (at least not in the back) EDIT: moved to 4 stars very friendly staff Thank you for all your help You guys are awesome

A lot has changed over the last year at the campgrounds I been camping at tolluch for close to 10 yrs This is the very 1st year that a reservation is required for camping

Reservations were always able to be made but for the past years the staff at tolluch had campsites that left available strictly for a 1st come 1st serve basis That would be nice for the people such as myself who wake up and decide to go spur of the momentStaff around the campground is for the most part very pleasant and respectful for the most part but I’m a dog owner and my dog goes with me It seemed like some of the staff payed extra attention to me due to my dog and went out of their way to instruct me on my dog repeatedly I was told to leave the beach area due to having my dog with me when there was a group on the beach that also had a dog Granted their dog was a Frenchie and much smaller than my dog but a dog is a dog regardless of size, popularity or breed

Bathroom was not clean Television failed to work properly Lamp did not work When reserving I was told only double rooms available I was one personI was charged for a double room Parking lot had few cars that day and night Renter beware This was my experience and opinion

So unhappy with our stay here When checking in the lady was new and asked the manager for help and the manager got short with the lady checking us in I had to asked about breakfast and we got a room with a hot tub in it and was not told how to turn it on so we thought it was broken cuz the bottoms on the tub it’s self were not the right buttons we were not told that the timer was on the wall on the other side of the bathroom

When opening the fridge it smelled so bad like it had not been cleaned in sometime Don’t plan on sleeping when staying here cuz there is loud banging ALL night long When we went to check we told the manager about it all and all she said is “you should have call the front desk last night not waited till you check out” not even a sorry I will not be going back

Brooke Peppers

Wanted to like this place but I got zero sleep the first night due to other residents running up and down the halls, yelling and trying to open doors until 2am The walls are also paper thin so I heard neighbors starting around 5am I canceled the remaining nights I intended to stay here, explained the situation and asked for a refund since I did not get any sleep at the hotel I paid to sleep in, and the supervisor was left a note by the kind receptionist to call me to discuss next day but never did and decided to not grant me the requested refund

If you want a hotel where you can sleep, this may not be the best option Beds are also very firm, gave me a sore back but that’s all preference

This LA Quinta in Salida, CA is one of the greatest nicely priced hotels that I have stayed in for a while It was soooo clean and smelled so nice The beds were so comfy and they had an assortment of pillows for every sleeping style

Every one of the staff that we encountered were so sweet and accommodating The maids did such an amazing job They are dog friendly and have a nice space to walk them in It is also very conveniently located to lots of food and many attractions and even a nice large Mall by car but there are also a few eating places in the same parking lot as the hotelThe girl who runs the free breakfast was so sweet She worked so hard and did such an awesome job 😍 The breakfast was wonderful every day So many choices and so delicious It was always well stocked and super clean, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your yummy food😋 There was always hot coffee and good food for all each morning from 6-9am They have the hottest hot tub that I have ever been in at a hotel and my friend and I loved every minute of it I highly recommend this hotel🥰💗

Rooms are good, but the air will go off in the summer when your Not 🚫 in the room BUT they fixed that problem for me Service is good, but we stayed from Saturday to Saturday and had keep going to the front desk for our cards to work or room

Location was ok BUT on Monday a Weed eater and blowers start going at 7AM IN THE MORNING 🌄 That’s NOT 🚫 good when your on Vacation

Mercedes Jayne

It was ok I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, and this one was on the lower end for the class it was meant to be in Interior is dated

My first room, a plain king, was nice and clean Second night (added on after checking in and confirming the 1-star reviews were unwarranted) was in a king suite, which had a stake odor and a sticky strain on the carpetBreakfast was ok but nothing to write home about The kitchen worker was really helpful when they ran out of stuff, it was super busy so no fault there
