The resort staff were all very nice and accommodating This is definitely a family-friendly resort and you can sense it while you’re there The “main” pool is loaded with families and kids alike, kiddie pool, splash pad, hot tub and water slide all in one location

Separated by a few ping-pong tables is another pool which seemed more secluded and quiet for the kid-less guests We originally were given a room in the 1000 building, which is closest to the Main lobby, but one of the furthest from the pool area Once we got inside and realized how far away the walk was, we asked for a closer room They had availability in the 1800 building which was much closer to the action The room was spacious, clean and kitchenette was a plus, with microwave, full-sized coffee pot, larger mini-fridge and utensils/plate ware Our room was king sized bed with a newer pull out sofa that our girls were comfortable in (memory foam mattress) The only downside was a cockroach visitor in the early morning hours We were able to catch it under a cup and had the front desk notified They sent a maintenance guy out who took it away The place isn’t dirty at all, likely just the bugs coming in for the cooler temps during the 105 degree heat And it’s the desert The front desk staff was very understanding and were able to comp some snacks from the Marketplace for the inconvenience, which was very nice of them All-in-all, we would definitely come back on another one-night stop off on our road trips between AZ and CA coast

2 reasons for the rating: 1 Pool slide restrictions 2

Room cleanlinessBefore we booked we called about the water slide and were told it’s not restricted We book for summer Get here and my 5 year daughter gets turned down at the slide because they now have height restrictions and she’s an inch too short Sent my daughter away crying I even offered to sign a liability waiver, have her demonstrate she can swim, or go down with her, but nope We’re here for a week but can’t even enjoy the main reason we even booked hereAs for the room’s cleanliness, I know the whole world is short staffed but it looked like they didn’t do anything in our room other than make the bed There was hair on the floor, bed, tub What looked like melted chocolate on the tile floor and on the inside of the door One of the dining room chairs had crumbs like a toddler was eating crackers on itAnd they want me to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation, no thanksWill never be staying here again!

If you are in a wheelchair this is not the place for you When we checked in another guest told us the elevator wasn’t working in their area Thankfully we were in another complex

Until tonight We came home from dinner and our room is on the 2nd floor and the elevator doesn’t work We have been standing in 100 degree heat for over an hour with promises of another room and help Still nothing This is ridiculou Do better Marriott

This place is great for families Awesome atmosphere for getting away getting your workout in, relaxing, and fir those that need to work from home like I do, each room has plenty of USB ports to charge and connect your devices You pretty much can do anything on a vacation with a family here

I 100% recommended Also very awesome scenery of the mountains and desert As of June 2022 when I stayed there is a great brewery within a 2 minute walk of the hotel Places like that is literally an Oasis in this 100 degree heat!!!

Beautiful, newer property close to the 10 The only glitch in our stay was we had to check in 25 hours after our requested check in

They were short staffed and to capacity and still provided us with an excellent experience When we returned, the gentleman at the front desk remembered my name and had everything ready Solid breakfast with a nice cup of coffee Will stay here again

Amanda Rysiewicz

The person at the front desk was nice, but I asked him for a room not facing the highway and was told mine wasn’t… got to my room and it actually was Asked to switch and was unable to This hotel is so noisy from the highway, a train that runs next to it, and it’s currently 4:30am and I can hear them banging pots and pans preparing for breakfast

I have barely slept at all I am a Marriott Gold member and this has been one of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve had in a long time I will say the room was clean Brewery walking distance from the hotel was nice as well

Our air conditioning was not working for at least two of the days and nights leaving our room at 83 degrees despite our requests to fix it The main lightbulb was burned out when you walk in the room The cold water handle in the bathtub was inoperable for 2 days despite our requests to fix it making the bathtub unusable

The in-room coffee was decaf The restaurant was closed for most of our stay The room was only cleaned and serviced every 3 days We received a credit of two $29 resort fees which were unexpected and not nearly enough

Ramiah Thomas

We stayed here 2/15-2/17 and the 2 stars is the lake view only Nobody was at the desk upon our entering the lobby and after a few minutes I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender for assistance however she instructed me to ring the bell so that someone would come down Staff were not the most friendly of folks

We almost got the vibe like we were putting them out in a way Checkin was a laughable experience and the room was filthy – not dirty – but filthy See photos!! The location and lake is why I’m leaving 2 stars My recommendation is stay elsewhere

I came to the Château from San Diego on Sunday to celebrate my late mother’s birthday, as her resting place is in CoachellaFirst off, the welcome we received from Paul, was not at all welcoming He did didn’t introduce himself, didn’t inquire about how we were doing; he gave me a paper to sign agreeing that I would be checking out on Wednesday

He then handed me 1 key and told me the room number He said , “I just like to let you know that the restaurant will be closed Monday and Tuesday” Nothing else, no instructions, no enjoy your stay, nothing! We proceeded to our room, with the 1 key that he gave us,, kind of puzzled as to why we only received 1 keyOnce we entered the room, we found it modestly decorated, however the chair looked quite worn, and the carpet was filthy It didn’t looked as though it had been vacuumed, and it was stained The bathroom was very nice, but the shower glass didn’t appear to be clean We decided to go out for dinner, but we stopped to ask if it would be possible to get a 2nd key Paul asked us what our room number was, and retrieved the 2nd key We thanked him and left The next morning, someone was trying to enter our room, when asked , “can we help you?”, startled because it was rather early The person at the door was asking if we were checking out We told the person, no we are not checking out, as we were scheduled to stay until Wednesday A short time later, we received a call from Paul at the front desk apologizing for the mix up My sister then asked when Housekeeping comes to clean the room, we were then informed that Housekeeping only comes if you are staying for more than 3 daysAs we were leaving for the day on Monday, we saw the Housekeeping Staff, and asked if we could have clean towels and if she could possibly vacuum our carpet, as it looked as it had not been vacuumed the previous day Housekeeping politely obliged We stopped at the front desk, to let Paul know of our request of housekeeping , so that she wouldn’t get into trouble My sister commented to Paul(which we didn’t even know his name until after this exchange), that he seemed a little bit more polite today than he did the previous day Paul said, that he apologized for not mentioning the no housekeeping unless you were staying more than 3 days I told him, you didn’t tell us much of anything yesterday, then I thanked him and asked him his name On Tuesday, after our outing, we called and asked if we could get more towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex Not long afterwards, there was a loud knock at the door, it was Paul bringing the requested items My sister went to hang the towels, and noticed that the only hand towel given looked dirty An hour or so later Claudia, a member of housekeeping passed by our room, and my sister asked if we could get some clean hand towels and toiletries Claudia was very kind, and brought the items back Wednesday morning, I was up using the restroom, when I went to change the toilet paper roll, to my great disgust, the new roll of toilet paper that Paul had given us last night, was stained with something brown! It looked beyond disgusting, and I don’t know what it was I had to use Kleenex, to handle my business It was checkout day, so I left the toilet paper with Paul, and thank him Surprisingly enough, Paul was actually cordial for the very first time, but first impressions last, and we felt unwelcome from the start of our visitThe positives about the Château are, the bed was very, very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful There are sea turtles and catfish in the lake, the atmosphere is very serine I wish I give them a higher rating, but if I compared it to previous places I’ve stayed, the Château was subpar, when it could have been superb!I almost forgot, I was given $29 off for Paul not mentioning the room service

Well I really was hoping for a nice place to stay, but

The microwave in the room didn’t work, the bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way so therefore it can’t be locked, some of the rooms the wall thermostat is connected to the air conditioning some of the rooms it isn’t Our room was ice cold, so I was fiddling with the thermostat and came to find out the controls are on the unit itself The air conditioning unit is super noisy I know this because we tried to get other rooms and they seem to have the same or similar problemsOn the plus side breakfast was pretty good Hotel staff is very friendly The pool is nice and big and clean so is the hot tub They have a tennis court and two ground shuffle ball courtsI’m hoping that my experience is just an anomaly in that what other guests have experienced It could be a really nice hotel if they kept up with the maintenance

J W

We stayed here while visiting family nearby Rates were very reasonable Like any lodging location, we were advised not to leave valuables in our car

While that gave us some caution, that’s just common sense! Our room was very spacious and clean, with in-room coffee and a balcony with seating Staff at the front desk was very friendly Lobby was also very clean and a full breakfast was provided We never had any issue or problem here, and we would likely stay here again on our next visit

Kathleen

Stay was fine but after I got home I realized that I left my Louis Vuitton backpack in my room because it did not fit in my suitcase I call the front desk and could not get through and called again and was put on hold for 20 minutes Finally, I got through and surprise surprise they do not have it

Unfortunately for them I video record my room and everything in my suitcase because everytime I leave something of value in my room it suddenly disappears I am sure corporate would like to see my video showing that I brought the backpack with me Housekeeping are thieves in all hotels

Their amenities are nice with a tennis court, fitness center, and a heated outdoor pool They have some seating outside with a fireplace that’s nice to sit by at night The breakfast was pretty good but the rooms and building itself is really old

The carpets and furniture have some stains and the room isn’t super clean The staff is nice but we had some communication issues with room service where different staff members were telling us different things about their room service policy during covid The hotel isn’t in walking distance to anything nearby

Effi Crotty

Friendly staff when checking in and the rooms are really nice Given it’s a Residence inn it’s essentially a spacious studio apartment so being able to have lite groceries was a plus It’s in a good spot from the highway, close enough but far away enough to not hear it

The parking lot filled up quickly next to our room though, not a huge inconvenience but there was still plenty of spaces in the complex

Ramie Shumate

Was very happy to be stay here on a mini vacation trip But at 1 in the morning when we found out we had bed bugs! Front desk didn’t seem to surprised And all they wanted todo that night was give us clean bedding

But we did end up leaving Next morning management was very good to us But definitely Not cool Marriott I hope you guys took care of this and got all new furniture in those rooms

This was a great stay The only complaint was the pillows, but the rooms were great, and the little courtyard area with the pool was tranquil and refreshing The elevators were a bit old and were quite slow, but overall it was a great experience

The best part was the breakfast They have several cooks that will make your eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes right there, fresh as can be There is a bit of a line in the mornings but well worth the wait Other fruits, coffee, juices, cereal and standard items for a hotel but the fresh hit breakfast was the best!

Amy Thomas

The Resort is Easily located right off main street Parking right in front of our room Ground floor room was nice and Patio opens out to pretty walkway to view garden and pool nestled in central area

The Rooms and building is a little outdated but it has a relaxing charm Clean hardwood floors, very comfortable bed, a little crowded at times in the room and bathtub could be updated but the Best part was the Breakfast Actually Made To Order Eggs, Pancakes, Bacon , Sausage, plus plenty of quick choices for cold or stable food options, All includedThis hotel is a great place for everyone We are on a Family Vacation from Michigan and so far the West Coast Welcome to California has been spot on!

Kendra McCann

Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable Every single one of the staff members is great We were greeted by smiling faces as soon as we walked through the door

We were even asked what floor we would like to stay on; I’m a light sleeper so I was grateful for him even asking The rooms had a 1980s feel to them with modern appliances We really enjoyed staying here There is an actual chef who will make you breakfast You hand in your ticket and you can choose what you want from the small menu There were like 5-7 items listed; it was nice a simple My partner had pancakes with bacon and eggs; the chef was more than happy to put cheese on the scrambled eggs when he asked for cheese I had some hash browns with over-easy eggs and bacon I forgot to mention there is a security guard patrolling the area so it felt safe there too The staff is what makes this place so great; they are the reason for the 5 stars Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

A okay stay but needs a lot of room for improvement I stayed here for 5 nights for a business trip The room is spacious but the carpet and furniture are outdated

I was hoping for a tub/shower combo but I only had a shower Oh wellOn my 3rd day here I noticed that there was a ziploc bag and a popsicle stick on top of my fridge- yuck! The shower vent is very dirty too I understand that we’re in a COVID era but cleanliness should be a top priorityThe hotel key cards can easily get messed up if you put it in your wallet or by your phone I had to help a couple that couldn’t open the side entrance door because their keycard got messed up Seems like a common issue I went to the front desk 2 times to fix my card and then I decided to opt for a digital keycard from the Hilton Honors app on my phone for convenience The downside is there is NO option to open the side entrance doors with the digital key which was a huge inconvenience especially if you have multiple items to bring to the room from your car The digital key only opens the hotel entrance, fitness center, pool, laundry, and your doorBreakfast is standard but was pretty much the same everyday; potatoes, sausages, scrambled eggs, omelettes, mini waffles etc I did bite in a omelette that had cold cheese on one of the daysParking is complimentary by the hotel which was a plus

I am a Hilton diamond member I stay at Hilton hotels a lot! This place was nasty! With a capital N! NASTY! I lived at a Homewood suites for six months Thank goodness it wasn’t THIS one

So many things wrong with this hotel I can’t even begin Broken toilet, staff couldn’t care less Very surface needs cleaning! I have one word for this place… PAINT! Another CLEAN! This hotel needs a complete overhaul and remodel ASAP!

Jeff Sanders

I always come to the area for the tenni s tournament I’ve stayed at many of the hotels, especially Hilton brand hotels The Homewood Suites (Palm Desert) is absolutely the worst

1) I arrived and my room wasnt ready until 30 minutes after check in time2) The tile floor in the bathroom of the room was filthy and clearly not cleaned Dusty refrigerator and dishes3) The breakfast was horrible No fresh orange juice Oust the fake version in those little apple sauce style cups) and no bacon, and only blueberry muffins for pastries Had to wait for forks4) The pool and spa were closed until further notice5) The evening social is only offered on Wednesdays from 5-6:30 No other days6) Usually get to choose two snacks at check in for Diamond members, but not this hotel7) Used to have a shuttle to the tennis, but aga in, no longe r at this hotelWill I be back? Heck no!If you are looking for a hotel to stay at for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament, so not stay here!

Nice big room, good breakfast and the hotel was overall in a good and clean condition All employees were friendly and a special praise goes out to I think Paul was his name He worked at the front desk with the beard

He was able to fix or exchange our broken fridge while we were out With the heat in Palm Springs a working fridge was a must I could not thank him in person, because we just stayed for two nights and he was off after our first night

Patrick Fulgham

Super clean, rooms are great size, and staff is awesome! Free buffet-style breakfast, and you can make your own waffles They have good fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, eggs, sausages, and more Lounge area accommodates many, and the hotel is a little convenience store for snacks and water

In proximity to Starbucks, Mc’Donalds, gas station, In-N-Out Burger Denny’s and a few other eatery places

I contacted this hotel to reserve a block of rooms for our wedding guests The person who answered the phone gave me the 800 number to call to book I called and the 800 number, placed an inquiry and was told someone from the hotel will contact me in 48-72 hours

So here we go a week later and multiple calls to the hotel as well as the 800 number and I got no response Ed is the general manager and for that entire week he refused to speak with me when I called After talking to customer service I get a call from Antonio who basically made 15 different reservations Though this was helpful this is in fact not how you reserve a block of rooms I let it go and decided to just leave things as they wereAbout a month goes by and I get an email from someone saying my inquiry will be deleted I call the number in the signature and the representative explains to me that because the hotel staff never went into the system to PROPERLY contact me about my inquiry it will be deleted I explained what happened and asked him if he could get me in contact with the owners of the hotel He says yes He followed up and let me know they were out of town and will be calling me the following week A few days go by and I get a call from Antonio at the hotel telling me that they are cancelling the 15 reservations I had made No reason why, no clear explanation either This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional Ed the manager is AWFUL and is having his employees do his dirty work I will take my guests and money elsewhere

Our room was very orderly and clean, very clean The breakfast area was clean and orderly with the usual Holiday Inn fare, so OK The coffee was very good in its own right

The lobby restrooms were very poorly maintained to the point of filthy, please someone, wash the doors! Common area carpets and walls were several marks below as compared to the near glistening room Hard to configure By the way the hotel does not offer electric vehicle charging as does the property next door Very disappointing for an area that is so environmentally conscious

I normally rate Courtyards very high This particular property needs an update Still in the old CY look and amenities

I’m a Lifetime Titanium member and have spent the greater part of my proffessional career in a Marriott property My greatest peeves were a closet door that kept coming off its track It took several hours to get someone to repair it and it fell right off the track almost immediately Also getting your linens and sheets changed shouldn’t be a hassle After speaking to a housekeeper I was told to speak to the front desk and she would be approved to freshen my room I speak to front desk and the person says she needs to speak with management before she can approve it I said I’m in room ### please make sure the room is ready when I return at 6PM and will you please fix the closet door again She repeats I need to speak to a manager That is not what I wanted to hear Clearly this employee is not empowered to make decisions, but better customer communication can be coached

Just stayed here during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament and it was great! The room was your basic good quality room, the staff was lovely to us (special shout out to Reina for really trying to help with a small issue I had but all staff was wonderful), they had a great shuttle service to and from the tennis grounds and the hotel had a friendly ambience We were very pleased

Set up a room for one of my construction workers for my job Got a confirmation number and when my worker arrived, they said they were booked and didn’t have a room for them I have literally tried calling their number 15 times on three different phones for an hour straight and the hotel did not answer 1 time

Their voicemail is also full This is super unprofessional I get it if you are booked but what if a customer staying at the hotel needed to talk to the front desk? What if there was a problem? Or a concern? I’m glad hotels are a dying breed

This place has really nice grounds, but I would definitely not consider it 4 star with current staffing issues They said numerous times they were short staffed so I do think it might be better if they ever get staffed up We arrived at 5:30 and our room was not ready even though check in time was 4pm

We were able to get into a different room after about 10-15 minutes but I had to insist as they initially told us to wait by the pool My room was not stocked with fresh packs of coffee, and when I did get some and went to make itthere was old coffee in the machine and I had to clean it before use The kiddie pool was closed and employees didn’t know why It just had a rope around it The positives were they had 2 different water slides and the lines were not long and went very quickly Fun for adults and kids Many different pools and a shuttle driver to take you around the grounds/to different pools or to the golf course if needed It’s nice that the rooms have kitchens so that you can cook and eat in the room rather than eating out (especially with their on site restaurant still closed) The pool grill was open but had a very small and limited menu Game room and family room also closed

Place is amazing Been here many times but it seems this hotel is not ready for full capacity yet Still has covid restrictions up 6 feet stickers and glass partitions at check in but make the whole property come to the main pool to use the slide or their only bar? They have another pool with the same slide but force the whole hotel to come to 1 pool? This over crowds this pool and cannot get seat to enjoy

Makes no sense The other issue is their bar is open from 11am – 5pm? What are you supposed to do after 5pm if you want a drink? So many lost opportunities for revenue They have to do better as every other hotel / business is fighting to compete If they are short staffed and don’t have a restaurant and only have 1 slide open post this on your website so people know before spending $500 a night for a partially closed property!

We enjoy our time here Some pluses and minuses, however We were grateful there were enough chairs during a very busy weekend, by the pool; however, the cushions are dingy, not clean and ripped up

We enjoy the room and the service is really great if you need anything, it’s at your doorTo be honest, the other piece of feedback is just at the pool side food is not that great The french fries could be so easily slightly higher and with just a bit of them green dill or anything sprinkled on them (or parmesan- anything!! Lol) They’re just not great The salads, too, just change the lettuce or add a secondary kind of lettuce it’s just a very lame salad, even for poolside It’s such an easy adjustmentAnd while the service is kind, I think we would’ve ordered more if the service people visited us a couple more times while we’re sitting around the pool It’s certainly very hot and difficult work and everybody was so kindOverall a nice day I just think they could make it closer to a true four star place if they bumped up minor things

We have been here less than 24 hours and it’s beyond our expectations! I’m a stickler when it comes to customer service and theirs has proven to be top notch, starting with the gentleman that helped me book my reservation when I called the hotel directly Since arriving, every encounter I’ve had with an employee is welcoming They greet you with a smile or friendly hello even when just walking by them

Pool area is nice with a couple different options for seating Room was clean and very nice upon arrival We are in a 2 queen bedroom with a couch and the couch fits 3 Littles comfortably because it has a pull out bed plus a chase Perfectly priced as well! Highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites!

Needed an overnight stay-we live locally and our air conditioner needed repair I am particular with hotel stays and I was pleased with our short stay The very friendly front desk staff allowed a later check-out

Clean room, comfortable bed, and satisfying complimentary breakfast Pet-friendly was even better Thank you for the great service!

I’ve learned Hampton Inns can vary depending on the location The one located in Santa Clarita, CA was much nicer than the one in Palm Desert My stay at the Palm Desert location was just so-so – maybe a step above Motel 6

The only highlight was the friendly representative during check out – very personable and professional The “free breakfast” was nothing to brag aboutyes, the breakfast area was clean, organized and welcoming However, the cheese omlettes were quite unique!😁 stick with the bagels, muffins or cereal!

Not what I’m used toOld dated 2 bedroom but cleanFriendly staff, cool place that leaves you alone which is nice

Warm pools and super hot in the summer Be warned it was 51 degrees Celsius in July so not much to do outdoors in that kind of heatGood wifi and tv channels and staff were friendly and helpful Expensive for what you get though or I would of rated it higher

Joe Assio

worst experience ever showed up at 10:20 and the lobby was already closed for the night and they made a mistake and did not have a room for us the next day they apologized and refunded us but what good does that do I had to book a different hotel nearby last minute and spend 300 extra

Their email confirmation received when i booked said the lobby hours are till 12AM but that obviously is not true

Yudi Wilson

We booked a hotel room for July 2, 2022 We got there and the AC wasn’t cooling Then we tried to take a shower and all that came out was hot water

We ate in the room because had been driving all day Then we go out to see some friends hoping that when we came back the room and water would be cold and it wasn’t We packed our stuff, took our trash and booked a different hotel We came back the next day to explain how unsatisfying the conditions in the room were and no partial or full refund was given Do not stay here use that money to at least get you a cool room with adjustable water temperature

We Loved the small privately owned motel The owners were extremely gracious and welcoming The grounds were very pretty and clean

Our room was fabulous with the kitchen and balcony Spotlessly clean The pool and hot tub are lovely The area is very convenient but also quiet We traveled with Pets and everyone was very welcoming A wonderful spot that we can’t wait to come back to

GYTW 2019

I don’t know where to begin, talk about a hidden gem in our desert Our room was lovely, full kitchen, nice shower, just steps from a wonderful pool BBQs on site that worked well! Close to things to do

Small motel, older, but simply the best stay we’ve had in a while Don’t let the low star full you, this is a must try! No daily room service but anytime we needed anything they were right on it No night clerk but on call number (we never had to use) It was a much needed respite from the daily world and large hotels

Great location Perfect in proximity to Eisenhower Medical Center Older building but very nicely cared for, updated and relaxing

I had a handicapped room just off the front lobbyquite and close 1 block to the mall and several great restaurants I would definitely come here again Love the digital keys, saves time not having to check in and gives access to public areasOnly negatives, fitness center wasn’t available and the continental breakfast was $10I feel, for the price, it should have been includedOther than that great! Staff was also very helpful

Yanira Vasquez

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk at your Rancho Mirage location The manager was yelling at a customer when the customer was calmly explaining the problem or concern She was over talking and interrupting the customer

I couldn’t hear my representative checking me in because the manager was so loud and rude I asked her to please lower her voice and to treat her customers with respect She then starts yelling at me and the representative Johnathan helping me gets involved and yells at me At this point there are 2 representatives yelling at customers I will never stay at this hotel and do NOT recommend You have rude and unprofessional people running your hotel and it is giving all Hiltons a bad reputation We ended up canceling our reservation and went elsewhere

Oscar Burrows-Rangel

Very close to everything you need to enjoy Palm Springs Lots of great restaurants within parking distance, ample parking, K-Cup coffee maker, comfy beds, and easy check-in/check-out The digital key works like a dream

Highly recommend, especially if you’re staying for the weekend or as a place to stay at for big events like Coachella or Stagecoach

We have a lovely room that meets our needs nicely for a fun girls trip Comfortable beds, large refrigerator, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a sink plus a separate sink area with a bathtub Our outside patio looks out toward the golf course and the Marriott

Sunset is beautiful! The grounds of the property are very well maintained There is a nice pool across from our unit We can walk to the hotel using a path nearby or take the free shuttle We have enjoyed walking to the spa and hotel as it is not that far of a walk There is also plenty of covered parking for our cars I will definitely stay here again The only negative ( which does not affect my rating for the place) is the small child who started running around upstairs about 6:00 am and woke me up So, note to parents with small children who rent upper units: Some people like to sleep-in when on vacation so PLEASE be respectful and control your child(ren)

I stayed here for the weekend from 7/16/22-7/17/22 and it was very disappointing First off, our room took over 2 hours to get ready when we arrived Later we went to pool 8 and it was disgusting! My dad literally found a tooth in it! It was dirty and I found a ton of hair in it as well

There were cups floating around too Back into the room, they only provided us one very small can of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which finished very quickly There were 5 of us who had to take a shower and they finished after only 2 showers We tried calling the front desk but the phone wouldn’t work After a while, the phone worked and I ordered more shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and towels (which we ran out of as well) Then I had to take a shower right after we ordered those so I wouldn’t miss dinner and I showered with no shampoo or conditioner I had to use 3 hand drying towels to dry off my body until they brought the things we ordered The next day we didn’t do much at the hotel but the checkout is unnecessarily early which is an inconvenience Overall, do not spend your money here, there are much better hotels in Palm Springs

Rene Cornejo

I checked in around 4:20pm, and was told my room was not ready, and no ETA Even though check in is at 4:00pm I was not very happy

Went to the concierge service desk and was assisisted by Donna which was very helpful and got me a room next the a pool right awayThen I Couldn’t sleep due to a loud knocking noise coming from the fridge or water heater This was all night constantly every 2hrs or so When I checked out I mentioned this to the front desk lady, and said I’m sorry about that Not what I expected from this resort at all The only good thing was the pool area

We stayed for 3 nights in December 2021 during the Pickleball National Championships at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden The location is great since we can walk across the street to the tournament but that is about itThe room is spacious but very in need of an update

There are many small to large marks on the sofa and carpet Everything is old and dated Even though the location is so convenient, we will look for other options next time

Mike Beasley

We wanted to try another hotel when visiting family in Palm Springs Comfort Inn is nice but Homewood Suites is honestly much nicer Price might be a little more but you have much more room

Nice kitchenette and a big bathroom Breakfast is a little nicer too Comfort Inn is nice but so far Homewood Suites is nicer and will get our repeat business

Burcu Bayirli

Dirty bed, there was dirt on it Looked like sheets had not been changed since the last guest left Room had a greasy smell

Chipped, old, and very dirty furniture Stained carpet–red stains We did not stay, left and found a different hotel How dirty the room was is what bothered us the most One positive point: Front desk staff was very friendly and nice

We spent the weekend (May 20-22) at Miramonte Indian Wells Spa and Resort and was not disappointed! The room was exceptional with all the comforts We had to ask for more towels and washcloths since they only supplied enough for one person The beds were comfortable but the pillows were like huge rocks

The coffee provided to brew in the room was not good however the restaurant had excellent coffee! Aside from the little hiccups described above, I would definitely recommend this place for relaxation and for the pools and spa fun Lastly I want to include how outstanding the landscaping set the atmosphere of tranquility So many trees and views!Great meeting rooms and stage for guest speakers and big groups

Emily Sutton

Spent the afternoon here after an early flight arrival and late air bnb check in What a way to the spend the day The place is beautiful

The service in the spa area was excellent and the facilities were clean They stored myluggage safely and had a locker I could access while I was there There was only one bartender but she was working very hard to serve the customers Overall would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to hang out during the day

Kyle Phillips

I read all of the crummy reviews and still decided to say because of he rate I’m glad I did This place was beautiful and very well kept

The staff was friendly and checking took less than 5 mins The whole property was well kept and the rooms were very clean The reviews recent poor reviews did lead to the place being fairly desolate Just not many people here Be we loved it I recommend this place to anyone Oh, and the best part was the dozens of citrus trees with ripe, oranges, lemons & grapefruit

I stayed here for a weekend with my best friends and we had a great time! I contacted Veronica in Guest Relations and she and her team were truly amazing! She exceeded our expectations and left us with the best note upon our arrivalThe pool was great! It was hard to get service but walking over to the bar wasn’t too bad The food and drinks were good

Every staff we encountered were friendly and helpfulThe tequila drink at the restaurant in the main lobby was so good I’m thinking of making another trip there soon!Overall it was my 2nd visit to this hotel and I loved our stay once again!

Erica Ramos

It was Ok, definitely did not feel luxuriousOur check in was easy, room was somewhat clean We got the room with possibly the worst view and our balcony was covered with dust and debris

We couldn’t even put our wet clothes out there much less sit, we could literally hop over on to another roof I didn’t bother to ask for a change, my kids were tired and we just wanted to go to the pool Pool service was nice, we found seats quick although it was very full We did the boat ride, it was $5 a person for a 10 min ride, the person driving the boat didn’t really talk to us, he just confirmed they had black swans when my kid pointed it out It’s not worth itThe bed was comfy, tubs were nice I wouldn’t pay as much as I did to stay here again

Richard Fung

Quick SummaryMagnificent amenities (pool, arcade, gym, golf, views) However, pretty mediocre roomsRoom- 2 starsThe check-in was a mess, but expected as it was the first weekend of Coachella We got unlucky on our first room where we found mascara on the bedsheets and gum on the bathroom floor

Unfortunately, we couldn’t get moved for the night as they said the hotel was fully booked and housekeeping was basically gone for the nightAmenities- 5 starsThe property is magnificent The main building was grand and even had a boat in the lobby that serves as a taxi throughout the waterways of the property The gym was quite large for a resort There was an 18 hole putting course and also a well landscaped golf course on the property In addition, there were 3 pools and a large arcade with a mini bowling alley You really cannot be bored here Excellent stay for families, groups, couples, anyoneBottom LineThe views and amenities are spectacular and warrant the 4-stars given to the JW Marriott However, the rooms failed to meet expectations
